本発明は、衣類の洗い、すすぎ、脱水等を行う洗濯機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の洗濯機は、図6〜図10に示すように構成していた。以下、その構成について説明する。

図6に示すように、洗濯機本体20は、内部に脱水振動を防振するように、サスペンション21によって懸架された水受け槽22を設け、水受け槽22内に洗濯兼脱水槽23を回転自在に配設し、この洗濯兼脱水槽23の内底部に洗濯物を撹拌する撹拌翼24を回転自在に配設している。水受け槽22の底部には駆動部25を設けている。

駆動部25には、図7に示すように、中空の脱水軸26を設け、脱水軸26は、駆動部25の上方中央部に設けた脱水上部軸受27と中間中央部近傍に設けた脱水下部軸受28により軸支されている。脱水軸26の上端側は、洗濯兼脱水槽23の底部に固定され、洗濯兼脱水槽23と連結している。脱水軸26の上部側中空部26aには、脱水軸26と略同軸上となるように洗濯軸29を設け、脱水軸26の上部側中空部26a内に設けた洗濯軸受30により軸支されている。洗濯軸29の上端側は、撹拌翼24の底部に固定され、撹拌翼24と連結している。一方、洗濯軸29の下端側は、脱水軸26内の中間中空部26bに設けた減速機構31の出力側に連結している。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記目的を達成するために、洗濯兼脱水槽を回転させる中空の脱水軸と略同軸上に洗濯軸を配設して洗濯兼脱水槽内に配設した撹拌翼を回転させ、脱水軸と洗濯軸を保持部材により保持した駆動モータにより回転させ、クラッチレバーの回転によりスライド部材を上下に滑動させて駆動モータの回転の伝達を脱水軸、洗濯軸のいずれかに切り換えるよう構成し、スライド部材の上部に上部突起部を設け、保持部材に上部突起部に係合する固定側突起部を有する固定側係合部材を着設し、クラッチレバーには当接部を設け、固定側係合部材にはクラッチレバーの当接部に当接する当接部を設け、上部突起部と固定側突起部と係合する際、クラッチレバーの当接部と固定側係合部材の当接部とが当接することにより、上部突起部の上面と固定側突起部の底面の間および上部突起部の底面と固定側突起部の上面の間に隙間が設けられるようにしたものである。

本発明の請求項1に記載の発明は、洗濯兼脱水槽を回転させる中空の脱水軸と、前記脱水軸と略同軸上に配設し前記洗濯兼脱水槽内に配設した撹拌翼を回転させる洗濯軸と、前記脱水軸と洗濯軸を回転させる駆動モータと、前記駆動モータを保持する保持部材と、上下の滑動により前記駆動モータの回転の伝達を脱水軸、洗濯軸のいずれかに切り換えるスライド部材と、回転により前記スライド部材を上下に滑動させるクラッチレバーとを備え、前記スライド部材の上部に上部突起部を設け、前記保持部材に前記上部突起部に係合する固定側突起部を有する固定側係合部材を着設し、前記クラッチレバーには当接部を設け、前記固定側係合部材には前記クラッチレバーの当接部に当接する当接部を設け、前記上部突起部と固定側突起部と係合する際、前記クラッチレバーの当接部と前記固定側係合部材の当接部とが当接することにより、前記上部突起部の上面と固定側突起部の底面の間および上部突起部の底面と固定側突起部の上面の間に隙間が設けられるようにしたものであり、洗濯への切り換え時や、洗濯運転時の衝突音等の異常音を低減することができ、低騒音化を実現することができる。
