Description

【0001】

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing another example of the state in which the synthetic resin fence according to the present invention is assembled, FIG. 4 is a front view showing still another example of the state in which the synthetic resin fence according to the present invention is assembled, and FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 1, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC in FIG. 8 is a sectional view taken along line DD in FIG. 1, FIG. 9 is a sectional view taken along line EE in FIG. 1, and FIG. It is sectional drawing along the FF line in FIG.
[0010]
The synthetic resin fence body 1 and the synthetic resin coupling member 2 can be formed of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS resin, or polycarbonate.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the synthetic resin fence body 1 is generally composed of a left inclined edge 3 inclined obliquely upward from the left end, a right inclined edge 4 inclined obliquely upward from the right end, and a horizontal edge connected to both inclined edges. A fence frame portion 10 composed of an upper edge frame portion 6, a left edge frame portion 7, a right edge frame portion 8, and a lower edge frame portion 9, and a fence mesh portion formed inside the fence frame portion 10. 11 and a fence bone portion 12 formed perpendicularly to the center of the fence mesh portion 11. In the synthetic resin fence main body of the present invention, when it is large, for example, about 1.5 m in width and about 1 m in length, it is preferable to have the fence bone portion 12 from strength maintenance, but strength is not so required. When it is small, the fence bone portion 12 may not be formed.
[0012]
The upper edge frame portion 6 may be a flat plate shape or a rectangular tube shape, but it is preferable that the upper edge frame portion 6 be formed of ribs having a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. The upper edge frame portion 6 in FIG. 5 is constituted by a horizontal rib that is parallel in the vertical direction and a vertical rib that connects both the ribs. As shown in FIG. 7, the upper edge frame portion 6 may have a shape in which a protruding portion 24 is provided inside the horizontal rib and the synthetic resin coupling member 2 can be attached. The vertical ribs are preferably formed over the entire length of the upper and lower horizontal ribs from the viewpoint of maintaining strength. However, in some cases, the vertical ribs may be formed partially or partially along the width direction of the horizontal ribs. It may be formed automatically.
[0013]
The left edge frame 7 is formed with a cylindrical fitting recess 14 having an upper opening at the upper end and a bottom 13 at the lower end, and a cylindrical fitting having an opening at the lower end and an upper ceiling 15. A joint recess 16 is formed, and a rib 17 extending along the left edge frame portion 7 is formed between the fitting recess 14 and the fitting recess 16.
[0014]
Similarly to the left edge frame portion 7, the right edge frame portion 8 is formed with a cylindrical fitting recess 19 having an upper opening at the upper end and a bottom portion 18 at the lower end, and a lower opening at the lower end and an upper ceiling. A cylindrical fitting recess 21 having a portion 20 is formed, and a rib 22 extending along the right edge frame 8 is formed between the fitting recess 19 and the fitting recess 21.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 7, the lower edge frame portion 9 is preferably formed by ribs having a D-shaped cross section in which the vertical bars are shifted laterally. That is, the ribs of the upper edge frame portion are constituted by horizontal ribs that are parallel in the vertical direction and vertical ribs that connect the two ribs. Moreover, although it is preferable from the maintenance of intensity | strength that the said vertical rib is formed over the whole length direction of an up-and-down horizontal rib, depending on the case, you may form partially. Further, the horizontal rib is formed with a coupling member locking portion 25 and a coupling member locking portion 26 for locking the synthetic resin coupling member 2 by the upper and lower four projections 23 and 24, respectively. preferable.
[0016]
In the present invention, when the coupling member locking portion is formed in the upper edge frame portion 6, the lower edge frame portion 9 does not need to form the protruding portion 23 and the protruding portion 24, and the protruding portion is formed. Otherwise, as shown in FIG. 5, the cross section may be formed by a square-shaped rib, or may be partially formed in the width direction of the horizontal rib. At this time, if the strength can be sufficiently maintained, the lower edge frame portion 9 may have another shape such as a flat plate shape or a rectangular tube shape instead of the shape shown in FIG.
[0017]
The lower edge frame portion 9 is preferably formed with inclined ribs 36 from the vicinity of the left and right end portions of the flat lower edge frame portion to the left and right edge frame portions downward.
The fence made of synthetic resin of the present invention has a fence mesh portion 11 made of an oblique lattice inside a fence frame portion 10 consisting of an upper edge frame portion 6, a left edge frame portion 7, a right edge frame portion 8 and a lower edge frame portion 9. Although formed preferably, the mesh of the fence mesh portion 11 may have another shape such as a turtle shape or a square shape.
[0018]
A fence frame 12 is preferably formed at the center of the fence mesh 11. The fence bone 12 is formed with a cylindrical fitting recess 28 having an upper opening at the upper end and a bottom 27 at the lower end, and a fitting recess 30 having a lower opening at the lower end and an upper ceiling 29. And a rib with a cross-section is formed between the fitting recess 28 and the fitting recess 30.
[0019]
The synthetic resin coupling member 2 according to the present invention is a circle that is fitted into the right edge frame portion, the left edge frame portion, and if necessary, the fitting recess of the fence bone portion 12 and is longer than the fitting portion. It is tubular. That is, when the synthetic resin coupling member 2 is fitted into the fitting recess at the lower part of the left and right edge frame portions, the fence body is turned upside down so that it can be fitted into the fitting recess such as a concrete block and grounded. In addition, when the same synthetic resin fence is further stacked thereon, the length needs to be able to be fitted into the fitting recesses of the left and right edge frame portions of the upper fence. Further, when the synthetic resin coupling member 2 is fitted in the fitting recesses at the upper part of the left and right edge frame parts, when the same synthetic resin fence is further stacked on the fence body, the left and right edge frame parts of the upper fence The length needs to be such that it can be fitted into the fitting recess, and can be grounded by turning the fence body upside down and fitting into the fitting recess such as a concrete block.
[0020]
In the synthetic resin fence according to the present invention, the synthetic resin coupling member 2 is engaged with the coupling member engagement portion 25 and the coupling member engagement portion 26 so that the synthetic resin fence does not protrude from the synthetic resin fence body 1. It can be removably mounted in the fence body 1. In this way, the synthetic resin coupling member 2 is detachably attached to the synthetic resin fence body 1 so that the fence and the coupling member do not have to be transported separately, and the storage space is also saved. There is a merit that you can. Further, when the fence of the present invention is used upside down, the connecting member 2 can be simply operated by attaching it to the fitting recesses 14 and 19 as shown in FIG. Furthermore, since the coupling member 2 is not fixedly installed on the synthetic resin fence, there is no problem that the coupling member is broken during transportation when used. The synthetic resin coupling member 2 is preferably attached to the fence body 1, but is separated from the fence body 1 without forming the coupling member locking portion 25 and the coupling member locking portion 26 on the fence body 1.
