筒形に丸めたフイルム両側縁の重なり部を超音波振動によつて生ずる熱により溶着する従来装置は、図7に示すごとく、上下に振動するハンマー10と、機台11に固定したハンマー台12との間に2枚の重ね合わせたフイルム13を矢印14の方向に移動させ、ハンマーから加わる振動熱によってフイルム13を連続的に溶着するものであるが、前記フイルム13の厚みには微妙な差があるから溶着強度が各領域で異なり、例えば真空包装した場合に空気漏れが起こることがある。

そこで本発明は、フイルムに対する振動衝撃力を平均化して均等強度のチューブフイルムを形成するものである。

本発明は、下方向から供給する帯状フイルムを、断面筒形プレートの内面に沿って運搬してチューブ化する装置であって、前記筒形プレートにおける前記フイルムの入り口側両側面に、前記フイルムの進行方向に登坂状の傾斜縁を形成する一方、前記傾斜縁に続いて前記断面筒形プレートの上面に V 字形縁を形成すると共に、前記 V 字形縁に続く筒形プレートの襟重ね部における下側襟重ね部の下を移動する前記フイルムの一側縁を、同襟重ね部の上を移動するフイルム他側縁と重ね合わすために、同下側襟重ね部の一部を盗み欠きくと共に、前記盗み欠き部後方の前記下側襟重ね部からバネ片を後部に向けて突き出し、該バネ片の下面に米粒状のハンマー台を形成する一方、前記ハンマー台と対向するハンマーに対して超音波振動衝撃を加えて、前記チューブフイルムの襟重ね部分を溶着するように構成する。

【発明の実施形態】
図1及びそれを斜めに見た図2のごとく、断面筒形に折り曲げたプレート15は、その両側縁16.17を着物の襟のごとく上下で重ね合せると共に、帯状フイルム18の進入口19には、該フイルムの抵抗を少なくするために傾斜縁20とV字形縁21とを形成する。このため該筒形プレート15に沿って引き出されるフイルム18の一側の縁22は内側の側縁16の下に潜り、他側縁23は外側縁17の下に潜る。ただこの場合プレートの内側縁一部を盗み欠き24しているので、フイルムの一側縁22はこの盗み欠き部分24から上に導き出される結果、両側縁22a.23aは前記の盗み欠き部分から出た位置で着物の襟重ねのように2枚重ねされる(図4をも参照のこと)。

また前記の筒形プレートにおける内側の側縁16の中央部に内面に短冊形のバネ片30を固定し、該バネ片他端の開放端に米粒形のハンマー台31を膨出すると共に、図4のごとく該ハンマー台31に超音波ハンマー32を対向して設置する。そこで前記ハンマー32の超音波振動をフイルムを通してハンマー台31に作用させると、かかる振動により発生する熱によってフイルムはチューブ状に溶着される。この場合前記バネ片30には撓みがあり、フイルム18に微妙な厚みの誤差があつても前記の撓みによつてフイルムに対する振動衝撃は平均に加わり、フイルムの溶着強度を平均化する。

なお図1ないし図4の実施例は、下方向から引き出した帯状フイルム18を筒形プレート15によつてチューブ化するごとく説明したが、筒形フイルムを180度回転してフイルムを上方向から導き入れることは可能であり、これは下記の実施例でも逆使用可能なことに当てはまる。
