物品を搬送する移動台車と同移動台車上の物品を搬送途中で移し替えて計量する計量機とで構成される計量装置であって、移動台車は、物品の載置面を複数のフリーローラで形成し、同フリーローラの周囲に物品の落下防止枠を設け、同落下防止枠の物品の出入側を開閉式にした構造とし、計量機は、物品の底幅より狭幅の間隔をおいた一対のフリーローラを前記移動台車のフリーローラと同じ高さに設け、同一対のフリーローラ間に昇降台を設け、同昇降台の上面に重量計を設け、一対のフリーローラの周囲に物品の出入側を開放した物品の落下防止枠を設け、計量時に重量計の計量面がフリーローラの上方となる高さまで昇降台を上昇させ且つ非計量時に重量計の計量面がフリーローラの下方となる高さまで昇降台を降下させる昇降台駆動手段を設けた構造とし、搬送途中の物品を移動台車の物品載置面から同じ高さの計量機のフリーローラへ水平移動させて持ち運びすることなく計量できるようにしたことを特徴とする計量装置。   A weighing device comprising a moving carriage for conveying an article and a weighing machine for transferring and weighing the article on the moving carriage during conveyance, wherein the movable carriage has a plurality of free rollers on the loading surface of the article.
