【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、携帯電話機等に取り付けられるストラップに関し、より詳細には、ストラップの取付紐に装着されるアクセサリーに関する。

【従来の技術】
例えば、携帯電話機に取り付けられるストラップとしては、ストラップ本体と、一端部がストラップ本体に連結されかつ他端部が携帯電話機のストラップ取付部に結び付けられる取付紐とを備えたものが広く用いられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のストラップのうち、ストラップ本体には様々な装飾が施されているものの、取付紐については、携帯電話機に結び付けられるという機能上の制約により、特別な装飾が施されていない単なる長い紐で構成されたものが大半である。

このように、ストラップの取付紐は、ストラップ全体の装飾性を損なう要因となっている。

この発明の主たる目的は、携帯電話機等に取り付けられたストラップの取付紐に対して、簡単に装飾性を付加できるようにすることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段および発明の効果】
上記の目的は、この発明、即ち、一端部がストラップ本体に連結され、他端部が携帯電話機等に取り付けられた取付紐に装着されて、該取付紐の少なくとも長さの一部を被覆することを特徴とする、ストラップの取付紐用アクセサリーによって達成される。

上記アクセサリーによれば、ストラップのうち装飾性に欠ける取付紐の少なくとも長さの一部を、アクセサリー自身で被覆することができるため、取付紐の露出部分が少なくなり、ストラップ全体としての装飾性を向上させることができる。また、上記アクセサリーは、ストラップの取付紐の他端部が携帯電話機等に取り付けられた状態で、該取付紐に装着されるものであるため、ストラップを携帯電話機等から一旦取り外す必要がなく、ストラップの所有者が利用しやすい。

この発明によるストラップの取付紐用アクセサリーの第１の実施形態としては、取付紐の少なくとも長さの一部を片側から被覆し得る大きさを有する基部と、基部の裏面に設けられかつ取付紐に引っ掛けられるフック部とを備えているものが挙げられる。

上記第１の実施形態によれば、ストラップの取付紐の他端部が携帯電話機等に取り付けられた状態でも、フック部を取付紐に引っ掛けるだけでアクセサリーを取付紐に装着することができるので、装着作業が極めて簡単であり、利用し易い。

上記の第１の実施形態にあっては、更に、基部の表面に基部と一体または別体に設けられた装飾部を備えているのが好ましい。

アクセサリーの基部の表面に上記のような装飾部が備えられていれば、基部によって取付紐を片側から被覆するだけに留まらず、装飾部によって装飾性が向上するので、ストラップ全体の装飾性がより一層向上する。

基部の表面に基部と一体に設けられる装飾部は、例えば、基部の表面に、刻印、印刷、塗装等を施すことによって形成し得る。また、上記手段と併せて、或いは上記手段とは別個に、基部の表面に立体的装飾を施すようにしても良い。基部の表面に基部と別体に設けられる装飾部は、例えば、表面に印刷が施されたシール等の装飾部材を、基部の表面に貼り付けることによって形成し得る。なお、装飾部材は、シールのような平面的なものに留まらず、立体的なものであっても良い。また、装飾部材は、必ずしも基部の表面と同一形状であることを要せず、基部の表面と異なる形状であっても良い。

また、この装飾部に商標、社名等を表示することによって、この発明によるアクセサリーに広告機能を持たせることも可能である。とりわけ、装飾部が基部とは別体の装飾部材によって構成されている場合には、基部を標準化して、装飾部材を交換可能とすることができるので、この発明によるアクセサリーを広告媒体として利用することも可能となる。

この発明の第１の実施形態において、フック部の先端と基部の裏面との間に隙間があけられているとともに、基部の裏面に、前記隙間を狭めるようにフック部の先端に向かって突出した取付紐外れ止め用凸部が設けられている場合がある。

上記の場合には、取付紐に引っ掛けられたフック部が、前記凸部の存在によってストラップの取付紐から外れ難くなるため、アクセサリーがストラップから不用意に落ちる心配がない。

また、この発明の第１の実施形態において、２つ以上のフック部が、交互に左右逆方向に開口するように上下方向に並んで設けられている場合がある。

上記の場合、フック部は、これらに引っ掛けられた取付紐から外れ難く、アクセサリーがストラップから不用意に落ちる心配がない。２つ以上のフック部は、これらの隣り合うものどうしの隙間が左右方向、即ち、フック部が引っ掛けられる取付紐の長さ方向と直交する方向に伸びるように形成されている場合がある他、前記隙間が左右方向に対して例えば±６０度以内の範囲で傾くように形成されている場合もある。隣り合うフック部どうしの隙間は、取付紐の太さ等にもよるが、通常は０．２〜２．５ｍｍ程度となされる。

また、上記の場合のアクセサリーのうち、２つのフック部が、互いに左右逆方向に開口するように上下方向に並んで設けられているものにあっては、両フック部どうしの間に取付紐を通しておいてから、アクセサリー全体を所要の方向に約９０度回転させることによって、両フック部を取付紐に引っ掛けることができる。したがって、取付紐へのアクセサリーの装着を極めて簡単に行い得る。

この発明の第１の実施形態において、基部の裏面に、取付紐巻き付け用芯部が突出状に設けられている場合がある。

上記の場合には、必要に応じ、取付紐を前記芯部に巻き付けることによって、取付紐の長さを短くすることができる。したがって、アクセサリーの基部をそれ程大きなものとしなくても、取付紐の露出部分を極力少なくすることができるので、ストラップ全体としての装飾性を更に向上させることができる。前記芯部は、基部の裏面にフック部を避けて設けられていればよい。もっとも、取付紐に連結されたストラップ本体が真っ直ぐに垂れ下がるようにするためには、例えば、基部の裏面に２つのフック部を上下にやや間隔をあけて設けるとともに、両フック部どうしの間に取付紐巻き取り用芯部を設けるようにしてもよい。なお、前記芯部の先端部に、巻き付けられた取付紐が外れないように、取付紐外れ止め部を設けてもよい。

この発明の第１の実施形態において、更に、取付紐に引っ掛けられたフック部の内側に挿入される位置ズレ防止用挿入部材を備えている場合がある。

例えば、基部が比較的小さいものであるアクセサリーを取付紐に装着する場合には、アクセサリーは、ストラップ本体や携帯電話機等に近づき過ぎない方が目立ちやすい。そこで、このような場合に前記挿入部材を使用すれば、アクセサリーを取付紐の所要の長さ位置で固定することが可能となり、アクセサリー自体の装飾性を十分に活かすことができる。

また、この発明の第１の実施形態において、フック部の内側に、ストラップ本体と取付紐の一端部とを連結している連結金具の少なくとも一部を収容し得る連結金具収容用凹部が設けられている場合がある。

ストラップは、一般に、上記のような連結金具を備えているが、該連結金具は装飾性に欠けるものも多い。そこで、連結金具収容用凹部をフック部の内側に設けておけば、アクセサリーの基部によって連結金具も被覆されるため、ストラップ全体としての装飾性をより高めることができる。なお、基部の裏面に複数のフック部が設けられている場合、上記凹部は、通常、連結金具に最も近い下端のフック部のみに設けられる。

次に、この発明によるストラップの取付紐用アクセサリーの第２の実施形態として、取付紐の少なくとも長さの一部を両側から挟むようにして互いに結合される第１アクセサリー部材および第２アクセサリー部材を備えているものが挙げられる。

上記の第２の実施形態によれば、ストラップの取付紐の他端部が携帯電話機等に取り付けられた状態でも、第１アクセサリー部材と第２アクセサリー部材とを取付紐を挟むようにして互いに結合させることにより、取付紐に装着することができるので、利用し易い。

上記の第２の実施形態において、第１アクセサリー部材および第２アクセサリー部材のうち少なくとも一方のアクセサリー部材の表面に、装飾部が、該アクセサリー部材と一体または別体に設けられているのが好ましい。

少なくとも一方のアクセサリー部材の表面に上記のような装飾部が備えられていれば、両アクセサリー部材によって取付紐を両側から被覆するだけに留まらず、装飾部によって装飾性が向上するので、ストラップ全体の装飾性もより一層向上する。

アクセサリー部材の表面に同部材と一体に設けられる装飾部は、例えば、アクセサリー部材の表面に、刻印、印刷、塗装等を施すことによって形成し得る。また、上記手段と併せて、或いは上記手段とは別個に、アクセサリー部材の表面に立体的装飾を施すようにしても良い。特に、第２の実施形態の場合、立体的に形成された２つのアクセサリー部材の結合によって、アクセサリー全体を、例えば球、半球、円柱等の立体形状とすることができるので、高度の装飾性が得られる。アクセサリー部材の表面に同部材と別体に設けられる装飾部は、例えば、表面に印刷が施されたシール等の装飾部材を、アクセサリー部材の表面に貼り付けることによって形成し得る。装飾部材は、シールのような平面的なものに留まらず、立体的なものであっても良い。装飾部材は、必ずしも基部の表面と同一形状であることを要せず、基部の表面と異なる形状であっても良い。

また、この装飾部に商標、社名等を表示することによって、この発明によるアクセサリーに広告機能を持たせることも可能である。とりわけ、装飾部がアクセサリー部材とは別体の装飾部材によって構成されている場合には、アクセサリー部材を標準化して、装飾部材を交換可能とすることができるので、この発明によるアクセサリーを広告媒体として利用することも可能となる。また、この第２の実施形態の場合、一方のアクセサリー部材をベースとして標準化し、他方のアクセサリー部材を交換可能とし、それによってアクセサリーを広告媒体とすることも可能である。加えて、第２の実施形態の場合、アクセサリーの形態を、広告対象にすべき商品のミニチュアモデルとすることも可能であるから、立体広告の媒体としても使用できる。

第２の実施形態において、第１アクセサリー部材および第２アクセサリー部材の裏面に、１対または複数対の互いに嵌め合わせられる嵌合用凸部および嵌合用凹部が形成され、これら凸部と凹部との嵌め合わせにより、両アクセサリー部材が取り外し可能に結合されるようになっている場合がある。

上記の場合には、凸部と凹部とを嵌め合わせて両アクセサリー部材を結合するといった極めて簡単な作業により、アクセサリーを取付紐に装着することができる。また、結合された両アクセサリー部材を引き離すように力を加えれば凸部と凹部とが外れるので、アクセサリーを取付紐から簡単に取り外すこともできる。もっとも、第１アクセサリー部材と第２アクセサリー部材との結合は、上記に限定される訳ではなく、他の様々な結合手段を採用し得る。なお、両アクセサリー部材は、取り外し可能に結合されるのが好ましいが、場合によっては、例えば嵌め殺しや接着等により取付不能に結合されても構わない。

この発明の第２の実施形態において、第１アクセサリー部材および第２アクセサリー部材のうち少なくとも一方のアクセサリー部材の裏面に、上下方向に伸びる取付紐収容用溝が設けられている場合がある。

上記の場合、両アクセサリー部材に挟まれた取付紐が前記溝に収容されることにより、取付紐に対する両アクセサリー部材の位置決めを簡単に行い得る。また、アクセサリーが取付紐に装着された状態でも、取付紐に連結されたストラップ本体が真っ直ぐに垂れ下がるようになる。

この発明の第２の実施形態において、第１アクセサリー部材の取付紐収容用溝の底と、第２アクセサリー部材の取付紐収容用溝の底とに、位置ズレ防止用凸部が、上下方向に近接して設けられている場合がある。
また、第１アクセサリー部材および第２アクセサリー部材のうちいずれか一方のアクセサリー部材の裏面に設けられた取付紐収容用溝と、同他方のアクセサリー部材の裏面における前記溝と対向する部分とに、位置ズレ防止用凸部が、上下方向に近接して設けられている場合もある。

上記２つの場合には、前記溝に収容された取付紐が、前記２つの凸部のところでＳ字状に屈曲するため、アクセサリーが取付紐に対してズレ難くなる。したがって、アクセサリーを取付紐の所要の長さ位置で固定することが可能となり、アクセサリー自体の装飾性を十分に活かすことができる。

この発明の第２の実施形態において、第１アクセサリー部材および第２アクセサリー部材のうち少なくとも一方のアクセサリー部材の裏面に、取付紐巻き付け用芯部が突出状に設けられている場合がある。

また、この発明の第２の実施形態において、第１アクセサリー部材および第２アクセサリー部材のうち少なくとも一方のアクセサリー部材に、ストラップ本体と取付紐とを連結している連結金具の少なくとも一部を収容し得る連結金具収容用切欠部が設けられている場合がある。

この発明の適用対象となるストラップの取付紐には、細長くて、ストラップの携帯電話機等への取付の目的で使用される全てのものが含まれ、その材質や形態等は特に限定されない。例えば、糸、革、合成樹脂などでつくられた狭義の紐、チェーン、ワイヤ等よりなる取付紐は、いずれもこの発明によるアクセサリーを適用し得る。

また、ストラップの取付紐の他端部が取り付けられる箇所としては、携帯電話機に予め設けられたストラップ取付部がその代表的なものであるが、勿論これに限定される訳ではない。例えば、携帯電話機のボディやアンテナ等に後付けされたストラップ取付部材、携帯電話機用カバー、携帯電話機用キャリングケース、携帯電話機以外の小物などに、ストラップの取付紐の他端部が取り付けられる場合もあり、このようなストラップの取付紐に、この発明によるアクセサリーを装着することも可能である。また、携帯電話機等に取り付けられたストラップに、これとは別のストラップの取付紐の他端部が取り付けられる場合もある。このような場合には、少なくともいずれかのストラップの取付紐に、この発明によるアクセサリーを装着することが可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、図面を参照して、この発明を更に詳しく説明する。

図１〜３は、この発明の第１の実施形態を示すものである。図１に示すように、携帯電話機(P)にストラップ(S)が取り付けられている。ストラップ(S)は、ストラップ本体(S1)と、一端部が連結金具(S3)を介してストラップ本体(S1)に連結された取付紐(S2)とを備えており、取付紐(S2)の他端部が携帯電話機(P)のストラップ取付部(P1)に結び付けられている。そして、取付紐(S2)に、この発明によるアクセサリー(10)が装着されて、該取付紐(S2)の長さ中間部が被覆されている。

図２に示すように、ストラップの取付紐用アクセサリー(10)は、取付紐(S2)の長さの一部を片側から被覆し得る大きさを有する基部(2)と、基部(2)の裏面に設けられかつ取付紐(S2)に引っ掛けられるフック部(3A)(3B)と、基部(2)の表面に基部(2)と一体に設けられた装飾部(4)とを備えている。基部(2)は、円板状のものとなされている。フック部(3A)(3B)は、全部で２つあって、基部(2)の裏面の中心付近に、互いに左右逆方向に開口するように上下に並んで設けられている。図２（ａ）に示すように、２つのフック部(3A)(3B)は、背面より見て、円錐台形を上下２つに分割したような形をしている。また、図２（ｄ）に示すように、両フック部(3A)(3B)は、基部(2)の裏面からの突出幅が上方に行くに連れて次第に小さくなるような形をしている。フック部(3A)(3B)の内側は、取付紐(S2)に対して上下方向にズレを生じ難いような大きさを有している。装飾部(4)は、基部(2)の表面に、図１に示すようなマークを印刷することにより形成されている。なお、装飾部は、表面に所定の表示が印刷されたシールを、基部(2)の表面に貼り付けることにより形成されていてもよい。

図３は、アクセサリー(10)を取付紐(S2)に取り付ける工程を示すものである。まず、図３（ａ）に示すように、アクセサリー(10)の２つのフック部(3A)(3B)どうしの隙間に取付紐(S2)を通す。そして、図３（ｂ）に示すように、アクセサリー(10)の基部(2)を時計回り方向に約９０度回転させると、取付紐(S2)が各フック部(3A)(3B)の内側に入り込む。こうして、図３（ｃ）に示すように、２つのフック部(3A)(3B)が取付紐(S2)に引っ掛けられ、アクセサリー(10)が取付紐(S2)に装着される。このように、上記アクセサリー(10)は、携帯電話機(P)に取り付けられた状態のストラップ(S)の取付紐(S2)に、簡単に装着することができる。そして、このようにしてアクセサリー(10)をストラップ(S)の取付紐(S2)に装着すれば、図１に示すように、装飾性に乏しい取付紐(S2)の露出部分が短くなる上、アクセサリー(10)自体にも装飾部(4)が備えられているので、ストラップ(S)全体の装飾性が向上する。また、アクセサリー(10)の装飾部(4)は、広告機能も発揮し得る。

図４は、第１の実施形態の変形例を示すものである。図４のアクセサリー(10A)にあっては、２つのフック部(3A)(3B)の先端と基部(2)の裏面との間に隙間があけられているとともに、基部(2)の裏面に、前記隙間を狭めるようにフック部(3A)(3B)の先端に向かって突出した取付紐外れ止め用凸部(31A)(31B)が設けられている。上側の凸部(31A)は下側のフック部(3B)と一体に設けられ、下側の凸部(31B)は上側のフック部(3A)と一体に設けられている。これらの凸部(31A)(31B)の存在により、取付紐(S2)に引っ掛けられたフック部(3A)(3B)が取付紐(S2)から外れ難くなるため、アクセサリー(10A)がストラップ(S)から不用意に落ちる心配がない。

図５は、第１の実施形態の別の変形例を示すものである。図５のアクセサリー(10B)にあっては、下側のフック部(3B)の内側に、ストラップ本体(S1)と取付紐(S2)の一端部とを連結している連結金具(S3)の一部を収容し得る連結金具収容用凹部(32)が設けられている。この凸部(32)に連結金具(S3)の一部が収容されることにより、装飾性に乏しい連結金具(S3)が、アクセサリー(10B)の基部(2)によって被覆されるため、ストラップ(S)全体としての装飾性がより高められる。

図６は、第１の実施形態の更に別の変形例を示すものである。図６のアクセサリー(10C)にあっては、基部(2)の裏面にフック部(3)が１つだけ設けられている。フック部(3)は、図６（ａ）に示すように、背面より見て、円錐台形形をしている。また、フック部(3)は、図６（ｄ）に示すように、基部(2)の裏面からの突出幅が上方に行くに連れて次第に小さくなるような形をしている。フック部(3)の先端と基部(2)の裏面との間に隙間があけられているとともに、基部(2)の裏面に、前記隙間を狭めるようにフック部(3)の先端に向かって突出した取付紐外れ止め用凸部(31)が設けられている。図６のアクセサリー(10C)は、更に、取付紐(S2)に引っ掛けられたフック部(3)の内側に挿入される位置ズレ防止用挿入部材(5)を備えている。挿入部材(5)は、くさび状のものであって、フック部(3)の下半部の内側に形成された凹部(33)に嵌め入れられるようになっている。この挿入部材(5)をフック部(3)の内側に挿入することにより、取付紐(S2)に対してアクセサリー(10C)がズレを生じ難くなるので、アクセサリー(10C)を取付紐(S2)の所要の長さ位置に固定することができる。このような挿入部材(5)を使用すれば、例えば、取付紐(S2)が透明な材料で構成されている場合に、アクセサリー(10C)をストラップ本体(S1)や携帯電話機(P)に近づき過ぎない中間位置で固定することによって、アクセサリー(10C)をあたかも空間に浮かんでいるように見せることができ、アクセサリー(10C)自体が持つ装飾性を十分に活かすことができる。

図７〜９は、この発明の第２の実施形態を示すものである。図７に示すように、携帯電話機(P)に取り付けられたストラップ(S)は、図１に示したものと同じである。そして、このストラップ(S)の取付紐(S2)にアクセサリー(11)が装着されて、該取付紐(S2)の長さ中間部が被覆されている。

図８および９に示すように、アクセサリー(11)は、取付紐(S2)の長さの一部を両側から挟むようにして互いに結合される第１アクセサリー部材(6A)および第２アクセサリー部材(6B)を備えている。第１アクセサリー部材(6A)は円板状である。一方、第２アクセサリー部材(6B)は半球状であって、その表面の立体形状そのものが装飾部(61)を構成している。

図９に示すように、第１アクセサリー部材(6A)の裏面に、２つの嵌合用凸部(62)が設けられ、第２アクセサリー部材(6B)の裏面に、前記凸部(62)がそれぞれ嵌め込まれる２つの嵌合用凹部(63)が設けられている。両アクセサリー部材(6A)(6B)は、これら凸部(62)と凹部(63)の嵌め合わせにより、取り外し可能に結合される。

図８および９に示すように、第１アクセサリー部材(6A)および第２アクセサリー部材(6B)の裏面に、上下方向に伸びる取付紐収容用溝(64)が設けられている。したがって、両アクセサリー部材(6A)(6B)どうしを連結してアクセサリー(11)を取付紐(S2)に装着する際、取付紐(S2)に対する両アクセサリー部材(6A)(6B)の位置決めを簡単に行い得る。また、アクセサリー(11)が装着された状態でも、取付紐(S2)に連結されたストラップ本体(S1)が真っ直ぐに垂れ下がるようになる。

また、図８および９に示すように、第１アクセサリー部材(6A)の取付紐収容用溝(64)の底と、第２アクセサリー部材(6B)の取付紐収容用溝(64)の底とに、位置ズレ防止用凸部(65)が、上下方向に近接して設けられている。これらの凸部(65)は、各溝(64)の長さ中央部に設けられている。図８（ｂ）に示すように、溝(64)に収容された取付紐(S2)が２つの凸部(65)のところでＳ字状に屈曲するため、アクセサリー(11)が取付紐(S2)に対してズレ難くなる。つまり、アクセサリー(11)は、取付紐(S2)の所望の長さ位置で固定可能であり、それによってアクセサリー(11)自体が持つ装飾性を活かすことができる。

上記アクセサリー(11)は、図９に示すように、取付紐(S2)が第１アクセサリー部材(6A)および第２アクセサリー部材(6B)の取付紐収容用溝(64)に収まるようにしながら、両部材(6A)(6B)の嵌合用凸部(62)と嵌合用凹部(63)とを嵌め合わせることによって、携帯電話機(P)に取り付けられた状態の取付紐(S2)に、簡単に装着することができる。そして、このようにしてアクセサリー(11)をストラップ(S)の取付紐(S2)に装着すれば、図７に示すように、装飾性に乏しい取付紐(S2)の露出部分が短くなる上、アクセサリー(11)自体にも装飾部(61)が備えられているので、ストラップ(S)全体の装飾性が向上する。
