本発明は、建造物、特にコンクリート建造物の壁面において呼樋と縦樋を接続するために使用する飾りますの取付け装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の取付け装置の一例として、実公平4−37142号公報に記載されているように、呼樋の排水口の付近で建造物の壁面に取付け板を固定し、この取付け板の両側部に飾りますの背部両側部に形成した溝を嵌合し、飾りますの取付け穴から蝶ボルトを取付け板のねじ穴に螺入することにより、飾りますを取付け板に固定状態に取り付けるようにした構成が知られている。

従来、この種の取付け装置の他の例として、実公平6−22026号公報に記載されているように、呼樋の排水口の付近で建造物の壁面に取付け板を固定し、この取付け板にねじを突設し、このねじに飾りますの背面板に形成した穴を嵌め、ねじにナットを螺合することにより、飾りますを取付け板に固定状態に取付けるようにした構成が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来例のうち、前者の構成では、飾りますの溝を取付け板の両側部に下方から嵌合するため、飾りますの背面の取付け穴を取付け板のねじ穴に位置合わせするには、一方の手で飾りますを下降しないように支えておく必要があり、しかも、支えた状態で他方の手で蝶ボルトの螺入作業を行う必要があり、作業性が悪く、作業に困難を伴う。そして、その作業を高所の不安定な足場上等で行うには危険を伴う。

一方、後者の構成では、飾りますの背面板の穴を取付け板から突設したねじに嵌めることにより、飾りますをねじにより落下しないように支持することができるため、ねじにナットを螺合する作業に際し、飾りますを一方の手で支える必要がなく、その作業は簡単となる。しかしながら、飾りますの背面板の穴を取付け板から突設したねじに位置合わせして嵌める作業は、これら穴とねじが複数組であるため、意外に困難を伴い、その作業を高所の不安定な足場上等で行うには危険を伴う。

本発明は、上記のような従来の問題を解決するものであり、取付け板に対する飾りますの位置合わせ作業を簡単に行うことができ、しかも、飾りますの取付け板への取付け作業を簡単に行うことができ、したがって、飾りますの取付け作業における危険を防止して安全性を向上させることができるようにした飾りますの取付け装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するための本発明の技術的手段は、建造物の壁面に呼樋の排水口付近で固定され、上部に受部を有する取付け板と、背方に上記排水口を挿入し得る開放部が形成され、底部に縦樋との接続口を有し、背部に上記取付け板の受部に載せた状態で係合し得る連結板を有する飾りますと、上記取付け板と連結板の一方に形成された雌ねじと、上記取付け板と連結板の他方に上記雌ねじと対応するように形成されたねじ挿通用の開放部と、この開放部から上記雌ねじに螺入され、上記連結板を上記取付け板に固定状態に連結するねじとを備えたものである。

上記目的を達成するための本発明の他の技術的手段は、上記技術的手段において、取付け板が、呼樋の排水口の外径に対応して壁面に対する取付け位置を決定するための切替ゲージを有するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を参照しながら説明する。
まず、本発明の第1の実施形態について説明する。図1および図2は本発明の第1の実施形態における飾りますの取付け装置を示し、図1は取付け状態の縦断面図、図2は分解斜視図である。

図1および図2に示すように、飾ります1はコンクリート製の建造物2の壁面3において、呼樋4のエルボから成る排水口5と縦樋6とを接続する。

飾ります1はステンレス等から成り、半円筒状の正面板7、両側の側板8、背面板9、頂板10、底板11が連設され、頂板10にはその開放穴12を閉塞し得るように蓋体13が離脱可能に取り付けられ、底板11には縦樋6との接続口14が形成され、背面板9には排水口5を挿入し得るとともに、後述する取付け板16に嵌め得るように開放部15が形成されている。

飾ります1を壁面3に取り付ける取付け板16はステンレス等から成り、壁面3に当接される本体部17の上部に壁面3と直角方向に突出する突出片18が連設され、突出片18に壁面3と離隔してほぼ平行に配置された受部となる立ち上がり片19が連設されている。本体部17の下部には排水口5を逃げるための切欠20が形成されている。本体部17の両側部には排水口5の上方で壁面3から一対突設されたアンカーボルト21を挿通するための穴22が形成され、挿通穴22に挿通されたアンカーボルト21にナット23が螺合されることにより、取付け板16が壁面3に取付けられるようになっている。立ち上がり片19の両側部に穴24が形成され、立ち上がり片19の外側面(壁面3側の面)には各穴24に対応するようにナット25が固定されて雌ねじが形成されている。本体部17の切欠20の中央部に位置して金属等から成る切替ゲージ26の上端部が取り付けられ、この切替ゲージ26により排水口5の異なる外径に対応して取付け板16、すなわち、飾ります1の壁面3に対する取付け位置が決定されるようになっている。

飾ります1の背面板9の上部には開放部15側の内縁に位置して内方へ突出する支持部27が連設され、両支持部27間に連結板28が連設されている。この連結板28は水平片29と、この水平片29における壁体3に対する離隔側から下垂された下垂片30とから成るアングル状で、取付け板16の立ち上がり片19よりやや幅広となるように形成され、水平片29が立ち上がり片19の上面に載せられるとともに、下垂片30が立ち上がり片19の外側(壁面3とは反対側)に配置され、この状態で立ち上がり片19に対して幅方向(左右方向)に少し移動して位置調整し得るように係合されるようになっている。下垂片30の両側部にはねじ挿通用の開放部であるねじ挿通穴31が上記穴24およびナット25に対応するように形成されている。そして、ねじ挿通穴31からねじ、例えば、ボルト32が取付け板16の穴24を通ってナット25に螺入されるようになっている。

以上の構成において、呼樋4の排水口5と縦樋6を飾ります1により接続する動作について説明する。
あらかじめ、接続対象となる排水口5の径に対応し、必要に応じて切替ゲージ26を切断するなどによりその取付け板16からの突出長さを決定する。次に、取付け板16の切欠20を排水口5の基部側の水平部の上方外方に配置し、切替ゲージ26の先端を排水口5の水平部上に当接する。この状態を保ち、壁面3から突設したアンカーボルト21に対応して、取付け板16に形成する挿通穴22の位置にマーキングを施す。次に、地上等で取付け板16にマーキング位置に挿通穴22を形成する。次に、切替ゲージ26の先端を排水口5の基部側の水平部上に当接した状態で取付け板16を壁面3側へ移動させる。このとき、上記のように挿通穴22は壁面3から突設されたアンカーボルト21に位置合わせされているので、上記のように取付け板16を壁面3側へ移動させるだけで挿通穴22をアンカーボルト21に簡単に挿通状態に嵌めることができる。次に、アンカーボルト21にナット23を螺合することにより、取付け板16の本体部17を排水口5の付近で壁面3に固定することができる。

次に、飾ります1の背面の開放部15に排水口5を挿入させ、背面板9を取付け板16の外方で壁面3に当接させた状態で、飾ります1の連結板28の水平片29を立ち上がり片19の上面に載せるとともに、下垂片30を立ち上がり片19の外側面(壁面3とは反対側の面)に沿うように配置する。次に、飾ります1を立ち上がり片19に載せて係合支持した状態で、幅方向(左右方向)に位置調整することにより、その下垂片30のねじ挿通穴31を立ち上がり片19の穴24およびナット25に容易に位置合わせすることができる。その後、ボルト32を頂板10の開放穴12を利用して下垂片30のねじ挿通穴31から立ち上がり片19の穴24を通ってナット25に螺入することにより、連結板28を取付け板16に連結することができ、飾ります1を排水口5の被覆状態で取付け板16により壁面3に取付けることができる。したがって、飾ります1により呼樋4の排水口5と飾ります1の接続口14に接続した縦樋6とを接続することができる。ボルト32の締着後、頂板10の開放穴12を蓋体13により閉塞する。

なお、上記各実施形態では、飾ります1の頂板10の開放穴12を利用して連結板28と取付け板16をボルト32により連結するようにしているが、飾ります1の壁面3側の上部を凹入させるなどにより、ボルト32を壁面3側から螺入して連結板28を取付け板16に連結することもできる。また、取付け板16、若しくは連結板28にナット25を固定することにより、取付け板16、若しくは連結板28を薄肉に形成して全体の軽量化を図ることができるが、これに替え、例えば、取付け板16、若しくは連結板28のバーリング加工部に直接雌ねじを形成することもできる。また、取付け板16の補強用リブは第4ないし第6の実施形態に限らず、第1ないし第3の実施形態においても形成することができ、これにより取付け板16を薄肉に形成することができる。更に、呼樋4の排出口5の先端は飾ります1の接続口14内、若しくは接続口14付近に配置するのが好ましいが、必ずしもこれに限定されるものではなく、接続口14の上方に配置してもよく、接続口14との距離が長くなる場合には、排出口5の先端と接続口14との間に漏斗状の排出口を設けることができる。このほか、本発明は、その基本的技術思想を逸脱しない範囲で種々設計変更することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明によれば、建造物の壁面に呼樋の排水口付近で固定した取付け板の受部に飾りますの背部の連結板を載せた状態に係合することにより、連結板と取付け板のねじ挿通用の開放部と雌ねじとの位置合わせを行うことができ、しかも、上記係合状態を保って開放部から雌ねじへのねじの螺入作業を行うことができ、位置合わせ作業および取付け作業の両方を簡単に行うことができる。したがって、飾りますの取付け作業における危険を防止して安全性を向上させることができる。
