Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a functional wood vinegar solution whose function can be stably exhibited.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The crude wood vinegar collected at the time of charcoal grilling is refined according to use and used in a wide range of fields. For example, it is used as a bactericide or insecticide, or as a liquid or deodorant.
On the other hand, upland farms are increasingly contaminated with pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers, etc., and there are an increasing number of farmers who are promoting organic farming in response to consumer demand for safe food. However, even if the use of pesticides is minimized as a measure against pests, pesticide-free cultivation is difficult to achieve with the cooperation of producers and consumers alone.
The use of charcoal and wood vinegar, which are products of carbonization, has been tried as one of the measures to improve these contaminated fields and prevent diseases and pests. Currently.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, many factors overlap that charcoal and vinegar have not been fully used. Even if it is used as a disinfectant, insecticide, liquid smoke, or deodorant, it immediately evaporates and the vinegar component stops and the effect is not exhibited.
In addition, there is a field where microorganisms in the contaminated soil are reduced to ½ or less than normal, and there is a question as to how to use the pyroligneous acid solution as a comprehensive measure. When wood vinegar is used for plant cultivation, the concentration and application amount suitable for the purpose are important. For example, when about 2,000 times solution is used for pest control of orchids, even if it produces great results, when it is used at 200 times, it may wither on the contrary. This is often the case when the standard of wood vinegar is insufficient and the ingredients, concentration, etc. are not adequately controlled by the producer.
[0004]
Therefore, the present invention provides a wood vinegar solution having a function added so that the wood vinegar solution can function stably by making the wood vinegar solution into a cationic polymer salt or coexisting with a metal salt. Therefore, the above problems are solved.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention will be specifically described below.
The crude wood vinegar, which is a dry-distilled liquid obtained by cooling and collecting the flue gas from the charcoal baking (carbonization furnace), is generally separated into three layers by leaving it in a container for 3 months to 1 year. The upper layer is a few percent, mainly methyl alcohol, formaldehyde, other oily substances, the lower layer is sedimentation tar, and the middle layer is reddish black liquor, which contains a large amount of resinous pitch. Contains about 1% tar. This wood vinegar has strong acidity and a pH of 2-3, and the concentration is 3-4% in the black coal furnace, 6-7% in the white coal furnace, and 10-21% in the whole organic compound. Its main component is acetic acid (CH 3 COOH). In addition, it contains about 200 kinds of compounds such as acids such as propionic acid, alcohols, phenols such as guaiacol and cresol, and neutral substances such as valerate. It is an aqueous solution. An aqueous solution in which chitosan (β-1.4′-poly-D-glucosamine) is dissolved in this wood vinegar is the functional wood vinegar of the present invention. The chemical formula of this chitosan is:
[0006]
[Chemical 1]
[0007]
Invention of Claim 1 is 0.01-15% of chitosan with respect to one or more in wood vinegar liquid, bamboo vinegar liquid, grass vinegar liquid, and the husk vinegar liquid, and hydroxyethylcellulose-2hydroxy A solution containing 0.01 to 8% of propyltrimethylammonium chloride ether (shown by the chemical formula in the next item) was provided, and this solution was used as a functional wood vinegar solution composed of an aqueous solution whose concentration was adjusted according to the intended use.
[0008]
[Chemical formula 2]
[0009]
Moreover, invention of Claim 2 is 0.01-15% of chitosan with respect to one or more in wood vinegar liquid, bamboo vinegar liquid, grass vinegar liquid, and husk vinegar liquid, hydroxyethylcellulose-2hydroxy A solution containing 0.01 to 8% of propyltrimethylammonium chloride ether and 0.01 to 5.0% of L-ascorbic acid (the chemical formula is shown in the next item) was provided, and the concentration of this solution was adjusted according to the application. It was set as the functional wood vinegar liquid comprised from the aqueous solution. The invention of claim 3 is the functional wood vinegar solution according to the invention of claim 1 or 2, wherein the solution contains 0.0001 to 15% of a metal salt.
[0010]
[Chemical 3]
[0012]
Example of embodiment
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The degree of purification of the wood vinegar varies depending on the use, but for pharmaceuticals and foods in particular, a distilled and purified non-colored one with transparency is used. First, adjust the concentration of the pyroligneous acid solution to make an aqueous solution containing 1% acetic acid. About 1 g of chitosan (β-1.4′-poly-D-glucosamine) is dissolved in 100 ml of this solution while stirring. At this time, chitosan forms acetic acid and a salt, and becomes a stable cationic polymer colloid and is stabilized.
[0013]
This chitosan is contained as a complex with invertebrate proteins such as crabs, shrimps and insects, and is a polymer compound obtained by deacetylating this chitin. This chitosan is a basic polysaccharide that is stable at high temperatures and strong alkalis. It is insoluble in water, but forms a viscous cationic polymer colloid by forming a salt with acetic acid. Further, when dried, it forms a strong film, and since it has coexistence with metal ions, it dissolves well in pyroligneous acid and can be stored for a long time as a stable solution. The concentration of chitosan used in the present invention is about 60 to 95%, and the remainder is chitin.
[0014]
This chitosan-containing wood vinegar solution has a buffer effect on the action of each component because the acetic acid content forms a cationic polymer colloid as a salt, and the effect is moderately effective. Therefore, even in the case of a high concentration, it is greatly different from the case of only the wood vinegar solution, and it does not damage the plant etc. (withering) and can maintain the effect for a long time (20 to 50 times as compared with the case of the wood vinegar solution alone). Is possible. This is so-called liquid solidification of wood vinegar and film formation of wood vinegar.
[0015]
Use this solution as a stock solution to adjust the concentration according to the intended use.
As an example, 500 times of liquid is applied to the surface of tea leaves, and 2 to 3 weeks before the tea leaves are picked on the trunk and roots, to prevent diseases caused by turtle insects and to improve the growth promotion effect and taste. In the case of vegetables, there are soil spraying and foliar spraying. Since this functional wood vinegar solution forms a flexible thin film after spraying, it maintains its effect for a long time. In addition, chitosan is antioxidant, so it protects cells and contributes to growth.
[0016]
The freshness of vegetables collected from the field decreases with time and halves the next day. Every time you put water, such as vitamins, you lose nutrients contrary to the apparent energy. After this collection, it is immersed in a 300 times solution of this functional wood vinegar, and after the liquid is sufficiently cut, it is packaged and shipped to the market. As a result, the deterioration rate of vitamins is small due to the antioxidant properties and each component of this liquid, and the freshness is maintained until the consumer obtains it. This is not only very beneficial for producers, markets, dealers and consumers, but also important for food safety.
[0017]
The ability to maintain this freshness is due to the amount of residual nitrate far exceeding the EU standard value (2500 mg / kg) (6,000 mg / kg to 15,000 mg / kg) due to the components fixed in the antioxidant membrane. The effect of this solution (1000 mg / kg) can be expected for kg). Nitrate changes into nitrite when it enters the stomach, and it is a known fact that it is a carcinogen, but recent medicine has been known to suppress insulin secretion and lead to diabetes. ing. Therefore, vegetables rich in nitrates can be very dangerous. However, to maintain the freshness, when these vegetables are immersed in the main liquid containing minerals (metal salts), the antioxidants and minerals maintain the freshness-keeping function and simultaneously decompose nitrates, Change to vitamins. Therefore, it can be maintained as a safe vegetable.
[0018]
When used as a freshness-preserving agent for cut flowers, the cut solution is immersed in a solution diluted 1000 times with water, and this solution is contained in a material with good water absorption (pulp fiber, etc.) to wrap this. Cover with PP film etc. and ship. Unlike the case of wrapping with water only, the cut end is protected by an antioxidant thin film, preventing invasion of germs, and the fixed wood vinegar keeps the bactericidal effect and replenishment of nutrients, so it can maintain freshness I can do it.
[0019]
A 100-fold to 1,000-fold aqueous solution of wood vinegar is used for the prevention and extermination of pests on the flower beds. In particular, in the case of oilworms and American whitebirds, even if a 10-fold solution is used, it can be exterminated without causing harm to plants. The reason why it does not harm plants even when using high-concentration liquid is because the strongly acidic pyroligneous acid salt is formed and fixed, so it is wrapped in a strong thin film that works slowly, and it is released in small quantities in the vegetation. The radical group is activated, and it is greatly different from the case of only the wood vinegar that works rapidly (long-term slow-acting bactericidal insecticide).
Even in rice cultivation, when water is applied, about 10 liters per 10a is sown to maintain the balance of microorganisms in the soil of the rice field by preventing pest damage and promoting nutrient supply and growth.
[0020]
If this solution is diluted 100 times, and fish is immersed in this solution for several minutes, the raw odor is reduced and the taste is reduced even when transported raw to prevent oxidation of fish oil (unsaturated oil). Increase. Even when the fish is opened and soaked in this liquid, and then dried in the sun, it prevents the oxidation of oil and does not have flies, so it is very hygienic and increases the taste of fat. This is because the oxidation of unsaturated oil is accompanied by hardening and discoloration, and when the oil is oxidized, a peculiar unpleasant odor is generated. In addition, when immersed in the stock solution of the present invention, there is a function as a sap, its fragrance and deodorization, freshness retention, anti-oxidation, antiseptic, sterilization, insect repellent effects such as fats and fats and vitamins A, D, The thin film formed on the surface lasts for a long time. This is effective not only for fish but also for storing meat, and prevents blackening of the fillet over time.
[0021]
There is also a method of using this liquid as a deodorizing and disinfecting liquid, and unlike conventional deodorants, it is a sustained release fixed in a stable coating, so the surface of the container is also considered as a protective wall, It can be used as a deodorizing and sterilizing solution that also prevents dirt on the ceiling and floor.
In addition, as a countermeasure against whiteness in wooden houses, the use of a functional wood vinegar solution made from crude wood vinegar keeps the long term ant prevention effect, the mold adhesion prevention effect and the wood surface protection. In this case, this liquid is applied to floors, walls, ceilings, etc., between under floor materials and boards, kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, etc.
[0022]
Further, a solution containing 0.01 to 15% of chitosan is provided for one or a plurality of wood vinegar, bamboo vinegar, grass vinegar, and cereal shell vinegar, and this solution is used. The following products can be considered by using a functional wood vinegar solution composed of an aqueous solution whose concentration is adjusted according to the above. Flame retardant wood with this functional wood vinegar liquid adsorbed and fixed to wood as a mixed liquid with flame retardant, functional charcoal with this functional wood vinegar liquid adsorbed and fixed to charcoal, bamboo charcoal, coconut husk charcoal, other charcoal materials, Washed rice with this functional wood vinegar and washed with dry finish, and diluted with 10 to 100 times thinner this functional wood vinegar for use in shoes, socks, slippers, hats, gloves, etc. Odor / bactericidal solution, cloth product with this functional wood vinegar solution adsorbed and fixed on fabric, clothing, chair, bedding, deodorant antibacterial antioxidant product with this functional wood vinegar solution adsorbed and fixed on paper, non-woven fabric, this There are surface-modified plastics products having a deodorizing antibacterial property and an antistatic effect obtained by applying a functional wood vinegar solution to plastics molded products (including films, sheets and plates).
[0023]
Moreover, 0.01-8% of hydroxyethylcellulose-2hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride ether can also be mixed in this functional wood vinegar liquid. In this case, the film-forming property of this functional wood vinegar improves, and it is easy to form as a film. Moreover, antioxidant property increases more by making this functional wood vinegar solution contain 0.01 to 5% of L-ascorbic acid. In this case, L-ascorbic acid can be used as a drink or food additive because it is stabilized by acetic acid. Furthermore, sodium alginate (polyuronic acid composed of β-D-mannuronic acid and α-L-guluronic acid) can be added to the functional wood vinegar. If the acid of the wood vinegar is strong, it will not become a jelly, but this functional wood vinegar can be made into a jelly. That is, the one obtained by adding chitosan to the wood vinegar and further adding the mineral content is neutralized and becomes weakly acidic, and therefore becomes a jelly by adding sodium alginate. And this can also be used as a health food, and can also be used as a jelly-like deodorant and a disinfectant.
[0024]
In addition to wood vinegar used as a raw material, bamboo vinegar made from bamboo, straw, straw, grass, nut shells (walnuts, coffee beans, rice husks, etc.), leaves, etc. Liquids, dry-distilled liquids (liquids mainly composed of organic acids) such as cereal shell vinegar can also be used in the present invention.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
The invention of claims 1 to 3 is a solution containing 0.01 to 15% chitosan with respect to one or more of wood vinegar, bamboo vinegar, grass vinegar, and cereal shell vinegar. Because it is a functional wood vinegar solution composed of an aqueous solution whose concentration is adjusted according to the application, the wood vinegar solution is maintained over a long period of time, and the effects of bactericides, insecticides, deodorants, liquid smoke, etc. are mild, It is demonstrated for a long time. Therefore, even if the concentration is high, the plant or the like is not damaged, and the effect can be maintained for a long period of 20 to 50 times as compared with the case of only the conventional wood vinegar solution. In addition, since these inventions are mixed with 0.01-8% of hydroxyethylcellulose-2hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride ether, the film forming property of this functional wood vinegar is improved, and it is easy to form as a film, such as a plant. When applied to a thin film is formed on the surface of the plant, the effect is more sustained. Moreover, invention of Claim 2 adds 0.01 to 5% of L-ascorbic acid to the solution of said Claim 1, and antioxidant property increases more, and freshness maintenance and a bactericidal effect are high. Furthermore, the one containing the metal salt of the invention of claim 3 has a high freshness retaining function together with an antioxidant, and at the same time, it can decompose nitrate and change it into proteins and vitamins.
