Description

【0001】
前針床の針と後針床の針からなる一対の針を空にした後、以下のステップを行うことを特徴とする;

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[Technical Field] The present invention relates to a method for increasing stitches in a rubber knitted fabric that is knitted using needles on the front and back of a flat knitting machine, and a rubber knitted fabric that is increased thereby.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in the process of knitting a knitted fabric with a flat knitting machine, forming knitting or the like is performed by increasing the number of wales of the knitted fabric, and therefore, additional stitches for newly forming a stitch loop are performed.
[0003]
The additional stitch includes a method of gradually increasing the knitting width while forming a new stitch loop on the empty needle located outside the knitted fabric end (hereinafter referred to as “external increase”), and an appropriate way including the outermost end wale of the knitted fabric end. There is a method in which a group of stitches having the number of wales is moved to the outside of the knitting width, and the knitting width is increased by forming stitches on empty needles in the knitting region generated in this process (hereinafter referred to as “inner increase”).
[0004]
In the outward increase, a new wale is formed at the edge of the knitted fabric due to the increased stitches, and the edge of the knitted fabric becomes uneven. On the other hand, when the inside is increased, a new wale is formed inside the knitted fabric, and a uniform wale appears at the edge portion, so that the edge of the knitted fabric is finished neatly. Therefore, after completion of knitting, the inner increase is superior to the outer increase in terms of the beauty of the finish after post-processing, such as sewing the edges of the knitted fabric, and work efficiency. It is done.
[0005]
The increase in the amount conventionally performed will be described with reference to FIG. 7 by taking a rubber knitted fabric as an example. Repeat the courses in steps 1 and 2 as many times as necessary to complete the knitting to the point where the extra stitch is to be made. Next, the stitches are transferred, and the stitch loop is sequentially moved by racking the needle bed. As shown in Step 3, the needle F of the front needle bed and the needle of the rear needle bed to be newly formed as shown in Step 3 Let f be an empty needle that does not lock the stitch.
[0006]
Next, in Step 4, the yarns are alternately and sequentially supplied to the needles A to P on the front needle bed and the needles a to p on the rear needle bed according to the traveling direction of the yarn feeder. Therefore, knitted stitches are formed on the needles other than the needles F and f which are empty needles, and the stitches of the previous course do not exist on the needles F and f. Therefore, the stitch loop is not formed, and the yarn is hooked on the needles.
[0007]
Next, in order to form new wales on the needle L on the front needle bed and the needle l on the back needle bed, stitch loops locked to the needles L to P on the front needle bed and the needles 1 to p on the back needle bed are used. As shown in Step 5, the needle F on the front needle bed and the needle f on the rear needle bed are set to empty needles that do not lock the stitches. In step 6, yarns are alternately supplied to the needles A to Q of the front needle bed and the needles a to q of the rear needle bed, which are the full width of the knitting width. At this increase, in order to increase the inside, the needles F and f that have become empty needles are sequentially fed in accordance with the traveling direction of the yarn feeder, and the yarn is hooked to the empty needles. However, since the needles F and f do not lock the stitches of the previous course, when the yarn hooked by the knitting of the next course becomes a stitch, the stitches of the needles F and f are pulled up, and a conspicuous hole is opened in the increased stitch portion. .
[0008]
In order to solve this problem, the applicant of the present application has proposed a new additional method in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-54245. In this method, the stitch loop is moved in either the left or right direction, and the pair of front and rear needles at the increased stitch location are used as empty needles. Then, after forming the stitch of the next course from one end of the knitting width to the position before the empty needle at the increased stitch position, the moving direction of the yarn feeder is reversed at the increased stitch position, and then the moving direction is reversed again. During this time, the yarn is hooked to a pair of empty needles, and then the yarn is supplied again to the original empty needle to which the yarn has been hooked first to form a stitch. Thereafter, a stitch of the next course is formed on the needle following the increased stitch portion. As a result, the yarn formed between the stitch formed at the additional stitch portion and the adjacent wale stitch can be shortened, and the course difference between the additional stitch portion and the other portion is reduced, and the stitch formed at the additional stitch portion. Is prevented from being pulled up by the stitches of other parts, making the hole inconspicuous. However, it has become necessary to make the holes less noticeable.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for increasing the number of stitches in a rubber knitted fabric and a rubber knitted fabric in which no holes are formed at the number of the increased stitches.
[0010]
Configuration and effects of the invention
The method of increasing the number of stitches of the rubber knitted fabric of the present invention is a method of increasing the number of stitches of the rubber knitted fabric using a flat knitting machine having at least a pair of front and rear needle beds that can move relatively to the left and right.
The following steps are performed after emptying a pair of needles consisting of a needle in the front needle bed and a needle in the back needle bed;
a By transferring a stitch loop locked to a needle adjacent to one needle of the pair of empty needles to the other needle of the pair of empty needles, two adjacent needles on the same needle bed Steps to empty the needle:
b While moving the yarn feeder over the two adjacent empty needles, the needles on both the front and rear needle beds are moved along the moving direction of the yarn feeder to the needle before the two adjacent empty needles. Supplying yarn and knitting rubber:
c. While the yarn feeder is reversed, the yarn is hooked to one of the two adjacent empty needles, and a stitch is formed on the needle of the other needle bed located between the two adjacent empty needles. And then hooking the thread to the other of the two adjacent empty needles:
d Supplying yarn to the needles on both the front and rear needle beds following the adjacent two empty needles while knitting the yarn feeder in reverse again, and knitting the rubber.
[0011]
The needle on the other needle bed located between the two adjacent empty needles mentioned in step c is the original empty needle that has undergone transfer of the stitch loop in step a, for example. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 6, this invention can be used besides expanding the knitting width of a rubber knitted fabric. However, preferably, steps a to d are repeated, for example, at least one of the left and right end portions of the rubber knitted fabric to widen the knitted width of the rubber knitted fabric. In this case, rubber knitting or the like over the entire knitting width may be added between the steps a to d and the next steps a to d.
[0012]
It is known that a cylindrical rubber knitted fabric is knitted using every other needle on the front and back needle beds as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-75656. Use the needle at the rate of the book. In this case, adjacent needles in the present invention are taken to include one inactive needle in between.
[0013]
The present invention is also an increased rubber knitted fabric in which a large number of stitches are arranged, and a row of stitches along the knitting direction forms a course, and a row of stitches in a direction perpendicular to the course forms a wale. Has a pair of additional wales on both sides of the central wal, and is adjacent to three wales comprising the central wal and the pair of additional wales at the starting point of the pair of additional wales, and one of them The stitches of the outer wales and the first loop of one of the additional wales are connected by a cross yarn that crosses the three wales and crosses the central wales, and the stitches of the central wales are connected to the first loops. The first loop of the other additional wal is connected to the knitting of the central wal, and the first loop of the other additional wal is adjacent to the three wales and the other outer wal. Stitches Lumpur are connected.
[0014]
Preferably, the augmented rubber knitted fabric has a course immediately before the start point of the pair of augmented wales, and the stitch of the one outer wales is a stitch of the same wales in the immediately preceding course And the other outer wale stitch is connected to the same wale stitch in the immediately preceding course.
[0015]
In the rubber knitted fabric that has been increased by the increased stitch method of the present invention, there are a pair of increased-weight wales on both sides of the central wal at the increased-width portion. The first stitch loop of one of the pair of additional wales is connected to the cross yarn over the center wal from the outside of these three wales, and the center wal stitch is connected to the first loop. The other end of the center wale stitch is connected to the first loop of the other additional stitch wale, and the other end of the loop is connected to the outer stitch of these three wales with a crossover yarn over the center wale. The first loop of a pair of additional wales is supported at one end by a stitch one course before the center wal. The other ends of the first loops of the pair of additional wales are supported by the stitches one course before the other wales, with the transition yarns exceeding these three wales. When a force is applied to pull up the first loop of the additional wales, these loops are supported by the center walet stitch and the other waled stitches. Moreover, the crossover yarn over the central wale closes the hole and makes it invisible even if these loops are pulled up.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
With respect to the method of increasing the number of stitches of the rubber knitted fabric of the present invention, an embodiment of increasing the number will be described in detail based on the drawings. In this example, a flat knitting machine that is arranged in at least a pair of front and rear, and either one or both of them can be racked to the left and right, and the front and back needle beds are relatively shifted by a half needle pitch, Yarn is supplied to the needles of the needle bed to knit the stitch course of the rubber knitted fabric. FIG. 1 generally shows a knitted fabric 1 made entirely of a rubber knitted structure, which has been increased by the method of the present invention, from the front side 10f of the knitted fabric. The front side of the knitted fabric here is determined by looking from the side where the stitch formed by the needles of the front needle bed is the front and the stitch formed by the needles of the rear needle bed is the back side. Each time the stitch group of the knitted fabric side end portions 5r, 5l located outside the additional stitch lines (increased stitch forming portions) 3r, 3l is moved outward with respect to the central portion 7, along the additional stitch line. Increased eyes are formed. In the rubber knitted fabric 1, since the front stitches fs and the back stitch bs are alternately arranged in the course direction, uneven wrinkles are formed on the surface of the knitted fabric.
[0017]
【Example】
FIG. 2 shows a knitting step of a rubber knitting course including the inner increased portion S in the knitted fabric 1 shown in FIG. The uppercase alphabets in the figure indicate the needles in the front needle bed, the lowercase alphabets indicate the needles in the rear needle bed, and the number of needles used for knitting is displayed less than the actual number for convenience of explanation. FIG. 3 shows an enlarged view of the loop structure at the additional point P in FIG.
[0018]
First, in Steps 1 and 2, the yarn feeder (not shown) is reciprocated once over the knitting width, and the yarn is supplied to the needles B to P on the front needle bed and the needles b to p on the rear needle bed in a zigzag manner, and rubber knitting Courses 20 and 21 are formed. Next, the stitch group locked to the needles B to E of the front needle bed and the needles b to e of the rear needle bed of the left knitted fabric side end 5l of the rubber knitted fabric 1 is moved to the left by one needle, The needles A to D on the front needle bed and the needles a to d on the rear needle bed are transferred. Similarly, the front needle bed is moved to the right by one stitch for the needles M to P on the front needle bed and the needles m to p on the rear needle bed at the right end portion 5r of the rubber knitted fabric 1. Needles N to Q and needles n to q on the rear needle bed. This transfer is performed by transfer and racking. For example, in the case of a two-bed flat knitting machine having a pair of front and back needle beds, the stitches are moved one by one from the outermost stitch of the knitting width. Further, in a flat knitting machine equipped with a transfer jack bed and the like in addition to a pair of front and rear needle beds, the stitch group can be deposited in the transfer jack at a time, so that the stitches can be transferred efficiently.
[0019]
By transferring the stitches, the pair of needles E and e on the front and back needle beds and the pair of needles M and m on the front and back needle beds are made empty needles (step 3).
Next, in this embodiment, in order to form a new stitch at the additional stitch portion where the needle is emptied, as shown in step 4, it is related to the needles f and l adjacent to the empty needles e and m on the rear needle bed. The stitches 31, 32 to be stopped are moved to the empty needles E, M on the front needle bed, respectively. In step 4, the back stitch bs is moved to the needles E and M on the front needle bed of the wale formed as the front fs on the front side 10f of the knitted fabric, and the stitches are replenished to the empty needles forming these front wales. .
[0020]
In order to knit the following rubber knitting course 22, in the next step 5, the yarn feeder is moved from the right side of the knitting area beyond the needle l of the rear needle bed, and the needles Q to N of the front needle bed and the rear needle bed are moved. The yarns are fed to the needles q to n and the right side end portion 5r of the additional stitch line 3r is knitted. In the subsequent step 6, the direction of movement of the yarn feeder is reversed, and the needles l and m on the rear needle bed and the needle M on the front needle bed located between these needles are fed to the empty needles l and m. At the same time that the thread is hooked, the front surface following the back stitch 32 formed by the needle l is formed on the needle M in step 2. In step 7, the yarn feeder is reversed again, the yarns L to G on the front needle bed and the needles k to g on the rear needle bed are fed, and the central portion 7 is knitted with rubber. In step 8, the yarn feeder is reversed and moved to the right to feed the needles e and f on the rear needle bed and the needle F on the front needle bed, hook the yarn to the empty needles e and f, and Eyes 35 are formed. Reference numeral 41 denotes a thread that passes between the needle G on the front needle bed and the needle e on the rear needle bed. In step 9, the yarn feeder is again reversed and fed to the needles E to A on the front needle bed and the needles d to a on the rear needle bed, and the left side end portion 5l of the additional line 3l is knitted with rubber. . Reference numeral 43 indicates a thread that passes between the needle f on the rear needle bed and the needle E on the front needle bed. The rubber knitting course 22 for one course is formed with respect to the whole knitting width of the knitted fabric 1 by these steps 5-9.
[0021]
As described above, four wales are added to the rubber knitted fabric 1, and the knitting width is expanded from the initial needles B to p of the front and rear needle beds to the needles A to q of the front and rear needle beds. In step 10, the knitting course 23 is formed for the entire width of the rubber knitted fabric 1 by feeding the needles A to Q on the front needle bed and the needles a to q on the rear needle bed.
[0022]
When the knitting shown in steps 1 to 10 is repeatedly applied, the knitted fabric 1 shown in FIG. 1 is formed. At this time, as can be seen from FIG. 1, the knitting width of the central portion 7 is sequentially increased, and according to this, the needles that are made empty in step 3 are changed from E · e, M · m to D · d, N · n. , C · c, O · o,. When steps 1 to 10 are increased as the basic cycle, the increase is made every four courses. In order to further increase the frequency of the increase with respect to the number of courses, for example, if steps 2 to 9 are set as the basic cycle, the increase is performed every two courses.
[0023]
In Step 4, the stitches locked to the needle f are moved to the needle E on the front needle bed as the needle adjacent to the empty needle e on the rear needle bed in the additional stitch line 3l. Then, the stitches locked to the needles d may be moved. Similarly, the stitches locked to the needle n may be moved to the needle M at the additional stitch line 3r.
[0024]
[Modification]
Next, a modified example will be described. FIG. 4 shows the knitting steps corresponding to FIG. 2 in the embodiment, and FIG. 5 corresponds to FIG. 3 and shows an enlarged loop structure at the additional point P in FIG.
[0025]
The difference between this modified example and the previous example is that the needles to be empty in Step 3 are the needles E · e and M · m in the previous example, whereas in this modified example, the needle d・ The stitches that are locked to the needles e and n adjacent to the empty needles d and m on the rear needle bed move to the empty needles E and N on the front needle bed, respectively, at the points designated E, m, and N. The others are basically the same.
[0026]
First, in steps 1 and 2, the knitting courses 120 and 121 are formed by alternately feeding the needles B to P on the front needle bed and the needles b to p on the rear needle bed alternately in a zigzag shape. Next, the group of stitches locked to the needles B to E on the front needle bed and the needles b to d on the rear needle bed at the left side knitted fabric side end 5l of the rubber knitted fabric 1 is leftward by one needle. The needles A to D on the front needle bed and the needles a to c on the rear needle bed are transferred. Similarly, at the right end portion 5r of the rubber knitted fabric 1, the group of stitches locked to the needles N to P of the front needle bed and the needles m to p of the rear needle bed is moved rightward by one needle, and the front Transfer to needles O to Q on the needle bed and needles n to q on the back needle bed. By the above transfer, the needles d and E on the front and rear needle beds and the needles m and M on the front and rear needle beds are made empty needles (step 3).
[0027]
Next, as shown in Step 4, the stitches 131 and 132 locked to the needles e and n adjacent to the empty needles d and m on the rear needle bed are transferred to the empty needles E and N on the front needle bed, respectively. To do. Thereby, the back stitch bs is moved to the needle of the front needle bed of the wale formed as the front fs on the front side 10f of the knitted fabric, and the stitch is replenished to the empty needle forming the front wale. In the case of this modification, the racking operation of the needle bed is common when transferring stitches from the needle e to the needle E and from the needle n to the needle N, and a small swing amount (needle 1/2 pitch in the left direction) ), The load on the stitches can be reduced and the knitting efficiency can be increased.
[0028]
Next, in Step 5, in order to knit the next rubber knitting course 122, a yarn feeder (not shown) is moved from the right side of the knitted fabric over the needle m of the rear needle bed, and the needles Q to O of the front needle bed and the rear The yarn is fed to the needles q to o of the needle bed, and the right side end portion 5r of the additional stitch line 3r is knitted.
[0029]
In the subsequent step 6, the direction of movement of the yarn feeder is reversed, the yarn is fed to the empty needles m and n on the rear needle bed and the needle N on the front needle bed, and the yarn is hooked on the empty needles m and n. 2, the front surface following the back stitch 132 formed on the needle n is formed on the needle N. In step 7, the yarn feeder is reversed again, and yarns are fed to the needles MF of the front needle bed and the needles l to f of the rear needle bed, and the central portion 7 is knitted with rubber. In step 8, the yarn feeder is reversed and moved to the right to feed the empty needles d and e on the rear needle bed and the needle E on the front needle bed, hook the yarn to the empty needles d and e, and in step 2. A front face 135 is formed on the needle E following the back face 131 formed on the needle e. Reference numeral 141 indicates a thread extending from the needle F on the front needle bed to the needle d on the rear needle bed. In step 9, the yarn feeder is reversed again to feed the needles D to A on the front needle bed and the needles c to a on the rear needle bed, and the left side end portion 5l of the additional line 3l is knitted with rubber. . Reference numeral 143 indicates a thread that passes from the needle e on the rear needle bed to the needle D on the front needle bed. By these steps 5 to 9, the rubber knitting course 122 for one course is formed for the entire knitting width of the knitted fabric 1.
[0030]
As a result of the above knitting, the rubber knitted fabric 1 is increased by 4 wales and expanded from the needles B to p of the front and back needle beds to the needles A to q of the front and back needle beds. In step 10, yarns A to Q on the front needle bed and needles a to q on the rear needle bed are fed to form a stitch course 123 over the entire width of the rubber knitted fabric 1. In the case of the present modification, an additional stitch portion having the same loop structure is formed along the additional stitch lines 3l and 3r.
[0031]
The loop structure of the increased portion formed along the increased line 3r in the previous embodiment is equal to the loop structure of the increased portion formed along the increased line 3r in this modification, which is the same as FIG. The loop structure shown in FIG. 4 coincides with the one moved symmetrically about the line XX.
[0032]
The rubber knitted fabric increased by the increasing method according to the above-described embodiment and the modified example has a pair of increasing wales on both sides of the central wal (FF in FIG. 3 and EE in FIG. 5) at the increasing crease. (E, f in FIG. 3, d, e in FIG. 5) exist. The first loop (33 or 37, 133 or 137) in one of the pair of additional wales is the three wales (e, FF, f in FIG. 3, d, e-E, e in FIG. 5). ) To the crossover yarn (41 or 43, 141 or 143) crossing the center wal from outside, and the center wal stitch (35, 136) is connected to this first loop. The other end of the central wale stitch (35, 136) is connected to the first loop (37 or 33, 137 or 133) of the other knitting wale, and the other end of this loop is the crossover yarn (41 , 43, 141, 143) to these three-wale external stitches (34 or 39, 134 or 138). The first loop (33, 37, 133, 137) of the pair of additional wales is supported at one end by the stitch (32, 135) one course before the center wal. The other ends of the first loops of the pair of additional wales are supported by stitches (31, 44, 143, and 144) one course before the other wales, with the transition yarns exceeding these three wales. Therefore, even if a force is applied to pull up the first loop of the additional wales, these loops are supported by the central walet stitch and the other waled stitches. Moreover, the crossover yarn over the central wale closes the hole and makes it invisible even if these loops are pulled up.
[0033]
In the embodiment and the modified example, the stitches are increased at the same ratio on both the left and right sides of the rubber knitted fabric. However, the present invention is not limited to this. A rubber knitted fabric having an arbitrary shape can be knitted by making the difference between the two.
[0034]
Further, in this specification, “internal increase” does not necessarily mean increasing the knitting width of the knitted fabric. The group of wale stitches moved to form the empty needle at the additional stitch portion does not necessarily have to be located at the side end portion of the knitted fabric. For example, the knitted fabric 50 in FIG. 6 is assumed to be knitted from the bottom to the top of the figure, and the bias pattern is formed by sequentially moving the stitch group 51c in the center of the figure to the right side and overlapping the stitch group 50r on the right side. However, if the additional stitch according to the present invention is formed at the boundary with the left portion 50l when the center stitch group 50c is moved, the formation of a hole in the additional stitch line 53 can be prevented. The present invention can also be applied to the knitting of such a knitted fabric.
