従来のホースクランプは金属製であり、その大きさが予め決まっているため、油圧ラインが変更になった場合はホースの増減に対応することができず、新たに別のホースクランプを用意しなければならなかった。また、ホースはホースクランプに押し付けられているため、アタッチメントの回動に伴う油圧ラインの湾曲形状の変化に対し、ホースに無理な力が作用する虞があった。

本発明は上記目的を達成するために提案されたものであり、機体とブームアタッチメントとの間に配管される油圧ラインを束ねるホースクランプであって、該ホースクランプ可撓性の帯状シートにて形成して該帯状シートに結束線の通し孔を適宜間隔に開穿、該帯状シートを長手方向に湾曲させて油圧ラインを囲繞する際に該帯状シートの端部同士を該油圧ラインの略中央部に重ねて位置させると共に、該油圧ラインを囲む帯状シートの一側から該油圧ラインの間隙を縫って帯状シートの他側へ結束線を貫通させて該油圧ラインの一部に帯状シートを固定する一方、該帯状シートに固定された油圧ライン以外の油圧ラインと帯状シートとの間に隙間ができるように前記結束線にて帯状シートを止着した建設機械のホースクランプを提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施の形態を図1乃至図4に従って詳述する。尚、説明の都合上、従来技術と同一の構成部分には同一符号を使用するものとする。図1は建設機械の一例として油圧ショベル1を示し、機体2とブームアタッチメント3との間に油圧ライン4が配管されており、該油圧ライン4をホースクランプ11によって束ねられている。

図2に示すように、前記ホースクランプ11は可撓性の帯状シート12からなり、例えば合成樹脂や合成ゴム等のシートにて形成されている。該帯状シート12の長手方向には適宜間隔にて孔13,13…が開穿されており、該帯状シート12を長手方向に湾曲させて前記油圧ライン4を囲繞するとともに、該帯状シート12の端部12a,12a同士を結束線14にて止着する。
