【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、クリーンルーム内を走行する無人搬送車の陽圧とする上部気密室内に収納するカセットとほぼ同一高さにフィルタ付ファンを設けて全収納品に対し、クリーン度を設定値以下に保持するようにした無人搬送車におけるダスト侵入防止装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来クリーンルーム内において走行する無人搬送車は、走行車輪が床面と接触して転動し走行する際、車輪と床面との接触にて床面からダストが発生する。このダストにて搬送物、その他クリーンルーム内が汚染されないようにするため、クリーンルーム内天井よりクリーンエアを床面に向かって噴射し、床面、特に走行路床面に設けた排気口より排気するダウンフローを形成している。然し、このダウンフローのみでは高クリーン度を保持することが困難であるため、ダウンフローと無人搬送車の搬送物収納室を走行車輪等を配設した搬送車下部室Bとを仕切りこの上部の搬送物収納室内を気密室とし、かつこの上部気密室Aの内部圧力を陽圧となるように高めて、搬送物収納室へダストの侵入を防止する対策を行っている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の無人搬送車におけるダスト侵入防止方法においては、上部気密室Aを陽圧に保持するためフィルタ付ファン4を車体上部に取り付けているため、上部気密室内に送り込まれるクリーンエアは図4に示すようにフィルタ付ファン4からの吹出方向は上方5から下方へ流れる。従って、上部気密室内に収納されたカセット内の物品に対してのクリーンエアの流入方向は水平面内に置かれた最上段の物品、例えば液晶ガラス基板により妨げられ、下方段の物品方向、特に隙間を空けて重ねた物品間へのクリーンエアの流れが妨げられ、クリーン度保持効果が減少してしまうという問題点があった。
本発明は、上記従来の無人搬送車のダスト侵入防止装置の有する問題点を解決し、無人搬送車の車体下部に排気ファンを設け、上部気密室内に設けるフィルタ付ファンを収納物とほぼ同じ高さにすることにより上部気密室内に収納する全収納物にクリーンエアを流通してクリーン度を保持できる無人搬送車におけるダスト侵入防止装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明の無人搬送車におけるダスト侵入防止装置は、無人搬送車を、陽圧とする上部気密室と陰圧とする下部気密室の上下に分割し、下部気密室に排気ファンを設けるとともに、上部気密室にフィルタ付ファンを設けた無人搬送車におけるダスト侵入防止装置において、上部気密室に設けるフィルタ付ファンを、上部気密室内に収納するカセットとほぼ同一高さとしたことを特徴とする。

上記の構成からなる本発明の無人搬送車におけるダスト侵入防止装置においては、下部気密室内にダストが発生しやすい駆動制御装置、車輪を備え、かつ該下部気密室を負圧としているので発生するダストもこの下部気密室内の負圧側に吸引されるため、上部気密室まで到達することがなく、上部気密室には侵入することがなく搬送物のクリーン度が保持される。

そして、上部気密室には、上部気密室に設けるフィルタ付ファンは、上部気密室内に収納するカセットとほぼ同一高さとすることにより、搬送物を収納するドアの開閉に関係なく常に上部気密室は正圧に保たれるので、発生ダストが上部気密室には侵入することがなく搬送物のクリーン度が保持される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の無人搬送車におけるダスト侵入防止装置の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。

図1は、本発明における搬送物移載中の無人搬送車を示す平面図で、図2はその正面図を示す。図において1は、無人搬送車の本体で、この無人搬送車の本体1を上部気密室Aと、下部気密室Bとに分ける。上部気密室Aは搬送物収納室となり、所定の容積を有し、内部にカセット2を収納するものとするとともに、側壁にフィルタ付ファン4を設ける。これによりこのフィルタ付ファン4の駆動にて床面から発生するダストが舞い上がらない位置からのクリーンエアを上部気密室内に供給して内部を陽圧に保つようにする。

フィルタ付ファン4は、上部気密室の側壁に取り付けるが、この取付位置は上部気密室内に収納するカセット2に対し側面よりフィルタ付ファンにて吸入したクリーンエアをカセット内に収納した全物品間に流通するような位置、すなわちカセットとほぼ同一高さの位置とする。これにより、カセット内に所定の隙間を空けて重積するようにした収納物、例えば液晶ガラス基板6の間隔内にクリーンエアが流通し、これにより全物品のクリーン度を保持することができる。

また、無人搬送車1の下部気密室B内には、走行車輪W及び駆動装置、制御装置等の発塵し易い駆動制御装置を収納し、この外周部をカバーにて囲み気密を保つようにするとともに、この下部気密室の上部には上部気密室Aからのエアを吸入する流入口3を開口し、下部気密室の床面に排気口を形成し、内部に排気ファン7を設けてなる。この排気ファン7は床面8の走行路の近傍に形成したダウンフロー用の排気口に向けて排気するようにする。これにより、車体下部の下部気密室内部は陰圧になり、このため上部気密室内へのダストの侵入を防止することが可能である。

従って上述の如く構成する無人搬送車におけるダスト侵入防止装置において、無人搬送車の上部気密室内にカセット2を収納し、フィルタ付ファンを駆動すると、クリーンエアはこのファンにて吸引され上部気密室内にて吹き出される。この上部気密室内に吹き出されるクリーンエアは収納物に対し、その側方よりほぼ平行に水平に流通し、隙間を空けて重ねた各物品の表面と裏面との隙間内を通り、全収納品のクリーン度を設定値に保つとともに、収納品間を流通したエアは反フィルタ付ファン側の内側面にあたって下向流となり、流入口3より下部気密室B内へ流出し、排気ファンを経て下部気密室外へ排出され、このようにして上部気密室は陽圧を保持し、かつクリーン度をも保つことができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明の無人搬送車におけるダスト侵入防止装置によれば、無人搬送車の上部気密室内を水平方向にフィルタ付ファンよりクリーンエアを流通するようにしているので、上部気密室内が陽圧を保持し、かつ該室内収納物全体のクリーン度を保つことができる。
また、上部気密室内の側方より吸入するため、クリーンルーム内は設定クリーン度を保持することができる。
