Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cosmetic sponge puff having an excellent feel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a sponge for foundation application,
A) by latex foam, by c) closed cell sponge, by urethane sponge, etc. In any case, since the base material is an elastomer, there is a “feel” and “nekki” feeling peculiar to the elastomer, and there is a problem such as pulling on the skin.
[0003]
Among them, as a sponge for applying a liquid foundation, a sponge using a closed cell sponge is widely used taking advantage of the fact that liquid is not sucked. As a material, silicone-modified EPDM is often used.
[0004]
The sponge puff 1c made of the base sponge 2 having the closed cells 2e shown in FIG. 3 has a surface friction coefficient unique to the closed cell sponge, so that the cosmetic 8 has the sponge puff 1c and the skin 9 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the cosmetic 8 is applied to the skin 9 and dried, and the slippage stops when the cosmetic 8 disappears between the sponge puff 1 c and the skin 9. There is a problem that it feels “smooth” and pulls the skin, making it feel painful. The arrow Z indicates the moving direction of the sponge puff 1c. In addition, there is a problem that there is a “nekki” feeling when held by hand, which is disadvantageous in the initial touch evaluation.
[0005]
In order to solve the problem of the above-mentioned closed cell sponge puff, as shown in FIG. 4, there is a sponge puff 1d in which spherical fine particle powder 3d is applied to the surface of the closed cell base sponge 2 to improve the sliding property. By applying the fine particle powder 3d, a feeling of “gutteriness” is generated, and another problem is that a sound is produced when touching the skin.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problems to be solved are that the above conventional cosmetic sponge puffs 1c and 1d have a “feel” and “neatness” feeling, etc., and when the skin is pulled or held by hand, the “neatness” feeling is felt. The present invention provides a cosmetic sponge puff with an excellent touch that solves the above-mentioned problems. To do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The cosmetic sponge puff 1b according to the first aspect of the present invention is obtained by applying particles 3b made of high molecular weight polyethylene or the like having a particle diameter of about several tens of microns to the surface of a base sponge, and heating and melting the particles 3b while maintaining the shape of the particles 3b. One of methylhydrogen silicone oil, silicone oil having amino-modified functional group or epoxy-modified functional group introduced on the surface of the base sponge 2 that has been applied, reactive silicone oil that is cured by a catalyst, or each of the above silicone oils One of these emulsions is applied or sufficiently penetrated into the interior and cured to form a silicone film 4.
[0009]
The invention of claim 2 is the invention of claim 1 , wherein the base sponge is a closed-cell sponge.
[0010]
The base sponge 2 may be made of latex foam, closed cell sponge or urethane sponge, such as acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR). Examples thereof include various sponge rubbers such as natural rubber (NR), silicone rubber (Si), and silicone modified EPDM, and synthetic resin foams such as polyethylene and vinyl acetate / ethylene copolymers.
[0011]
Examples of the material of the particles 3b to be attached to the surface of the base sponge 2 include acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), natural rubber (NR), silicone rubber (Si), Various rubber powders such as silicone modified EPDM, synthetic resin powders such as polyurethane, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl alcohol and vinyl acetate / ethylene copolymers, organic powders such as walnut powder, minerals, etc. Inorganic powders can be mentioned.
[0012]
In selecting the material of the particles 3b, it is necessary to examine compatibility with the base sponge 2 or compatibility with the intervening adhesive layer. These all need to take into account the hygienic safety for the skin. The base sponge 2 that has been subjected to the above-described treatment is subjected to a finishing process such as punching and polishing in order to obtain a final shape, but may be performed before the above-described process, if necessary.
[0013]

After the liquid is applied to the particles 3b and the base sponge 2, it is pulled out, dried in an oven at a temperature of 100 ° C. for 5 minutes, and further fixed at a temperature of 150 ° C. for 5 minutes to form a silicone film 4 on the surface. -The product shown in FIG. 8 was obtained.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and can provide a soft touch when held by hand, and can reduce the “neatness” feeling and the “smoothness” feeling of a normal sponge. Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the surface slip feeling is improved, and problems such as “smooth” feeling and tension on the skin that occur when the foundation is attached to the skin (applied and dried) are eliminated. The arrow Z indicates the moving direction of the sponge puff.
[0018]
The above-mentioned physical properties such as excellent feel and wear resistance can be used regardless of the type of base sponge, as long as it is conventionally used as a sponge puff. It can be reduced.
