【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、浴槽と風呂釜とを接続して湯水を強制循環させるのに使用する浴槽用給湯循環接続具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に風呂釜と浴槽とは、湯水を強制的に循環させる往路用通路と戻り路用通路を形成した接続具を介して接続されている。そして、風呂釜側に設けられた循環ポンプを作動させて浴槽内の湯水を接続具の戻り路用通路から循環ポンプによって吸引する。そして、循環ポンプの吐出側から熱交して送出された湯水は、接続具の往路用通路を介して浴槽内に吐出されている。

上記のような湯水を強制的に循環させるための接続具としては、例えば実開平5ー19859号公報に記載のような接続具など従来から種々のものが開発されている。上記公報に記載の接続具は、浴槽の湯水を抜いたときにサイフォン現象によって接続具の通路内の湯水が抜けて、新たに湯水を浴槽に満たして追い焚きをするに循環ポンプの作動によって空気が通路内に入り込み、循環ポンプの作動がスムーズに出来なくなる、といったことを防止するために、トラップ通路部を接続具内の二次元方向に形成し、浴槽から湯水を抜いたときでもサイフォン現象によって接続具内の通路から湯水が抜けることなくトラップ通路部に呼び水としての湯水が残るようにしてある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、最近は二階建てや三階建ての家屋が増えてきており、これらの家屋では浴室を階下に設け、風呂釜を上階に設置しているところが多い。そして、この上階の風呂釜側に設けた循環ポンプと、階下の浴室に設置した浴槽との間で湯水循環接続具を介して湯水を上下方向に循環させている。

このような場合、上記のような接続具内の二次元方向にトラップ通路部を形成した構成の接続具では、上階に設置した風呂釜側の循環ポンプと、階下に設置したの浴槽との間には大きな落差があり、浴槽の湯水を抜いたときにトラップ通路部の湯水も抜けてしまう。そのため新たに湯水を浴槽に満たして追い焚きをするために循環ポンプを作動させようとした時、循環ポンプの駆動がスムーズにできないといった問題があった。

本発明は上記のような問題点を解決するために開発されたものであり、その目的とするところは、二階や三階建て家屋等において、風呂釜と浴槽とが上・下階に分かれて設置されたような場合でも、湯水を浴槽から排水したときにサイフォン現象によって湯水通路内から湯水が抜けることなく、再度浴槽に湯水を満たした時にスムーズに湯水を循環させて追い焚きすることができるようにした浴槽用給湯循環接続具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本発明は上記目的を達成するために、次のような構成にしてある。すなわち、内部が中央通路と外周通路に分割形成され且つ上記中央通路に連通する接続管と上記外周通路に連通する接続管とを接続してなる浴槽取付金具と、この浴槽取付金具に連結でき且つ上記各通路に連通する通路を内部に形成してなる浴槽挟着具と、この浴槽挟着具の通路内に挿入して上記浴槽取付金具の中央通路に連通するように嵌合できる円筒体を形成すると共に、この円筒体の外側の浴槽挟着具の通路を介して上記浴槽取付金具の外周通路に連通する通路を形成し、且つ湯水吐出口と湯水戻り口を形成してなる給湯通路分割具と、この給湯通路分割具の前面に着脱自在に設けることができるフイルターキャップとからなる浴槽用給湯循環接続具において、上記給湯通路分割具は、通路分割本体、通路分割中間部材、および通路分割部材からなり、かつ通路分割本体と通路分割中間部材との対峙する所定箇所にそれぞれ湯水吐出口と湯水戻り口とが形成されていて、上記通路分割本体、通路分割中間部材、通路分割部材の順に互いに係合させて組み合わせることによって構成し、さらに、上記給湯通路分割具の湯水吐出口と上記浴槽取付金具の中央通路または外周通路とに連通する通路分割本体、通路分割中間部材、および通路分割部材の各通路内には共に通じる往路用トラップ通路部がそれぞれ形成されていて、
かつ上記給湯通路分割具の湯水戻り口と上記浴槽取付金具の外周通路または中央通路に連通する通路分割本体、通路分割中間部材、および通路分割部材の各通路内には共に通じる戻り路用トラップ通路部がそれぞれ形成されている構成にしてある。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を添付の図1〜図18に基づいて説明する。図1は本発明に係る一実施例の浴槽用給湯循環接続具の分解斜視図であって、この浴槽用給湯循環接続具1は、浴槽取付金具2およびパッキン2aと、浴槽挟着具3と、給湯通路分割具4と、フイルターキャップ5とによって構成されている。

浴槽取付金具2は、一端を開口してなる有底円筒状のものであって、内部に2つの通路(中央通路6a、外周通路6b)が分割形成されている。開口端7にはフランジ8が形成してある。

また、この開口端7寄りの内周面には、浴槽挟着具3と螺着できるようにネジ溝9が形成してある。この中空なる浴槽取付金具2の中央部には円筒体10が底部から一体的に形成してある。円筒体10の先端10aは、浴槽取付金具2の開口端7とほぼ面一となるように形成してある。上記の円筒体10によって浴槽取付金具2内は2つの内部空間に分割され、上記中央通路6aが円筒体10内に、また外周通路6bが円筒体10の外周にそれぞれ形成されている。

さらに、上記各通路6a、6bの位置する浴槽取付金具2の底部位置には、それぞれ穴(図示省略)が形成してある。この各穴を介して上記通路6a、6bに連通するようにして2つの接続管11、12が設けてある。接続管11は中央通路6aに連通し、接続管12は外周通路6bに連通するようにしてある。また各接続管11、12の端部には、ネジ溝13a、13bが形成してある。

また、上記浴槽挟着具3は、全体が合成樹脂によって形成され、上記浴槽取付金具2のネジ溝9と螺合できるように外周面にネジ溝14を形成した筒体部15と、この筒体部15の一端に形成したフランジ部16と、このフランジ部16の外周に一定間隔を以て突出形成した止めネジ受部17とからなる。上記筒体部15の通路18は、浴槽取付金具2の各通路6a、6bに臨み、給湯通路分割具4を浴槽挟着具3に取り付けたとき、この浴槽挟着具3の通路18は浴槽取付金具2の外周通路6bと連通する。

また、本発明の要部である上記給湯通路分割具4は、通路分割本体19と通路分割中間部材20と通路分割部材21とによって構成され、それぞれが合成樹脂によって形成されている。

図2〜図6に示すようにこの通路分割本体19は全体が円形状であって、外周に壁部23が形成され、この壁部23の2箇所に開口24、25が形成してある。この壁部23で囲繞された通路分割本体19の内面側22(図3参照)には、往路用トラップ通路部26(1)を有する通路27(1)と、戻り路用トラップ通路部28(1)を有する通路29(1)とが後述する各々仕切り壁によって分割形成されている。

【発明の効果】
このように本発明の浴槽用給湯循環接続具では、給湯通路分割具の湯水吐出口と上記浴槽取付金具の中央通路または外周通路とに連通する通路内に往路用トラップ通路部と、湯水戻り口と上記浴槽取付金具の外周通路または中央通路に連通する通路内に戻り路用トラップ通路部とを、上記給湯通路分割具の内部の三次元方向に巡るようにそれぞれ形成してあるので、1階建ての家屋はもとより、2階建てや3階建てなどの家屋において、浴槽と風呂釜を上下階に別けて設置した場合でも、浴槽内の湯水を排水したときに往路用トラップ通路部および戻り路用トラップ通路部に存在する湯水はサイフォン現象によっても抜けることがなく、浴槽内に再び湯を満たして追い焚きの為に風呂釜の循環ポンプを作動させた場合にも、浴槽用給湯循環接続具の各通路に空気が入り込むこともなく、スムーズに循環ポンプを作動と共に追い焚きを行うことができる。
