Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a suppository sheet holder for holding a suppository sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, suppositories such as antiepileptics and antipyretic agents are designed to melt at body temperature, and are formed by pre-molding two wrapping materials into the shape of a suppository and heat-sealing the periphery. It is manufactured by filling a space with a melted suppository and allowing it to cool and solidify. That is, the adhesive is laminated on the back surface side of each packaging material, and substantially bullet-shaped convex portions protruding toward the front surface side are formed at set intervals, and the back surface of each packaging material The side adhesive is made to face each other, the two packaging materials facing each other are heat sealed except for the injection part, and the space formed by the convex parts of the two packaging materials is filled with the suppository through the injection part, and then the injection part As shown in FIG. 8, it is cut to have a set number of suppository portions s to form a suppository sheet S (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-32734).
[0003]
The suppository enclosed by the packaging material of such a suppository sheet S has a volume slightly smaller than the volume of the convex part formed of two packaging materials on manufacture. Therefore, when the suppository is melted due to body temperature or the like, a depression is formed in the suppository due to the difference between the volume of the convex portion of the packaging material and the volume of the suppository. In this case, if a depression is formed on the tip or body of the suppository, the product value will be lost, so when boxing for manufacturing and selling to pharmaceutical dealers, hospitals, pharmacies, etc., or in the distribution process In this case, even if the suppository is melted, the suppository sheet S is in a state in which the insertion side tip of the suppository is directed downward by the operator so that no depression is formed at the insertion side tip or the like. Is packed in a packaging box C (see FIG. 9).
[0004]
Here, in the two adjacent suppository sheets S, when the suppository sheets S are arranged so that each suppository part s is located between the adjacent suppository parts s, s, the loading efficiency is increased. And more suppository sheets S can be accommodated in the packaging box C having a constant volume.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, as described above, it is efficient for the worker to pack the suppository sheet S one by one so that each suppository part s is positioned between the adjacent suppository parts s, s. In addition, there is a drawback that the suppository sheet S falls down and the loading operation becomes complicated. Further, when packing the suppository sheet S with the insertion side tip of the suppository facing downward, if the lower edge of the suppository sheet S collides with the bottom surface of the packaging box C, the packaging material may support the impact. In addition, the lower edge of the suppository sheet S is bent and the openability during use is impaired, and in some cases, the suppository may be broken. Such bending of the lower edge of the suppository sheet S and breakage of the suppository may occur in the distribution process of the suppository sheet S even when an impact or vibration is applied from the outside.
[0006]
In addition, after forming a plastic sheet having a shape corresponding to the shape of the front and back surfaces of the suppository sheet S and stacking a plurality of suppository sheets S, the plurality of suppository sheets S are sandwiched and covered by the two plastic sheets. Packaging is also possible, but there is a problem in that plastic waste is generated and its disposal becomes difficult.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and when packaging a suppository sheet, while holding a plurality of suppository sheets without reducing the loading efficiency, It is an object of the present invention to provide a suppository sheet holder that reliably prevents bending of the lower edge of the suppository sheet and breakage of the suppository in the distribution process and does not cause a problem of waste disposal.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a suppository sheet holder that integrally holds a plurality of suppository sheets when boxing a suppository sheet provided with a set number of suppository parts with the tip of the suppository insertion side facing downward. The connection portion and the other side surface portion are sequentially connected to the lower end edge of the one side surface portion in which the locking piece is continuously provided through the fold at the upper end portion, and the one side surface portion and the other side surface portion. Are formed with a plurality of fitting holes into which the suppository part of the suppository sheet can be fitted, respectively, and the suppository part of the suppository sheet is folded along the crease so that the suppository part has a fitting hole on one side part and When fitted into the fitting hole in the other side surface portion, the fold or connecting portion of the locking piece is formed at a position spaced below the lower end edge of the suppository sheet.
[0009]
According to the present invention, a plurality of suppository sheets are arranged in order so that the suppository part of one suppository sheet is located between adjacent suppository parts of other adjacent suppository sheets, and the suppository sheet holder Fit the suppository part of the suppository sheet placed at both the front and rear ends into the fitting hole on one side part and the fitting hole on the other side part, and fold the locking piece to suspend multiple suppository sheets Can be held together in a state.
[0010]
Therefore, the suppository sheet holder that holds a plurality of suppository sheets integrally can be grasped, and the suppository insertion side tip can be easily directed downward. At this time, since the suppository part of one suppository sheet is located between adjacent suppository parts of other adjacent suppository sheets, the loading efficiency is not lowered. In addition, the lower end of the suppository sheet holder that holds the suppository sheet in a suspended state is in contact with the bottom of the packaging box, so it is possible to reliably prevent bending of the lower edge of the suppository sheet and breakage of the suppository. can do. Furthermore, since the suppository sheet holder is formed from a mount, it can be safely processed without generating harmful gases even when incinerated as waste, and the suppository dosage unit can be separated and used. It is also useful when printing and displaying legal and storage precautions.
[0011]
In the present invention, when the fitting holes on one side and the fitting holes on the other side are displaced from each other by a half of the gap between the fitting holes, the suppository sheets at the front and rear ends of the even number of suppository sheets The suppository part of the suppository sheet holder can be fitted into the fitting hole on one side face part and the fitting hole on the other side face part, respectively, and held together in a suspended state.
[0012]
In the present invention, an engagement recess is formed at the lower end portion of the other side surface portion that can be engaged with the engaging piece continuously provided on one side surface portion, and the bottom of the engagement recess and the fold of the other side surface portion with respect to the connection portion are formed. If the distance between the crease of the locking piece and the crease of the one side surface with respect to the connecting portion is substantially the same, the other side surface portion and one side surface portion of the suppository sheet holder are positioned, and the lateral displacement in the left-right direction is restricted. Therefore, the lateral movement of the suppository sheets at the front and rear ends of the plurality of suppository sheets can be prevented and held. In addition, since the rigidity of the edge of the suppository sheet holder becomes larger, buckling of one side surface portion and the other side surface portion can be prevented during packaging or against an unintended load from above. Bending of the lower edge of the sheet and breakage of the suppository can be prevented more reliably.
[0013]

This suppository sheet holder 1 has two suppository sheets arranged so that the suppository part s of one suppository sheet S is positioned between adjacent suppository parts s, s of another suppository sheet S. S and S are held together and packed in a box with the suppository insertion-side tip facing downward, and the mount is punched out according to the development of FIG. After the agent sheets S, S are held together, a predetermined portion is attached and assembled.
[0016]
The suppository sheet holder 1 is formed with a plurality of fitting holes 21 into which the suppository portion s of the suppository sheet S can be fitted with the tip of the suppository inserted side down in the developed view of FIG. The side surface 2, the connection portion 3 connected to the lower end edge of the side surface portion 2 via the fold line a, and the connection portion 3 connected to the lower end edge of the connection portion 3 via the fold line b. The other side surface portion 4 in which a plurality of fitting holes 41 capable of fitting the suppository portion s of the suppository sheet S with the tip facing down are formed, and a crease c at the substantially center of the upper end portion of the one side surface portion 2 And the engagement hole 21 formed in the one side surface portion 2 and the engagement hole 41 formed in the other side surface portion 4 are the seats of the suppository sheet S. It is displaced by half the interval P of the agent part s. And the left-right both ends of the other side part 4 of the suppository sheet holder 1 are formed with a half-shaped notch 41x in the vertical direction of the fitting hole 41 in accordance with the suppository part s of the suppository sheet S. In addition, an engaging recess 42 is formed at the lower end portion of the other side surface portion 4 so as to be engageable with the locking piece 5 provided continuously to the one side surface portion 2.
[0017]
Here, the interval between the fold line b and the bottom 421 of the engagement recess 42 is set to be approximately equal to the interval between the fold line a and the fold line c and larger than the height of the suppository sheet S. The crease c of the locking piece 5 is a suppository sheet with the suppository insertion side tip facing downward when the suppository part s of the suppository sheet S is fitted into the fitting hole 21 of the one side part 2. In addition to being set so as to be spaced below the lower end edge of S, when the crease c of the locking piece 5 is engaged with the bottom 421 of the engagement recess 42 of the other side surface portion 4, the other side surface The size of the locking piece 5 is set so as not to interfere with the suppository part s of the suppository sheet S fitted in the fitting hole 41 of the part 4.
[0018]
The total width of the one side surface portion 2 and the other side surface portion 4 and the number of fitting holes 21 and 41 formed in the one side surface portion 2 and the other side surface portion 4 in the suppository sheet holder 1 are as follows. It is set appropriately according to the number of agent parts s. Specifically, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, three fitting holes 21 are formed in one side surface portion 2 with respect to a suppository sheet S provided with seven suppository portions s. Although the suppository sheet holder 1 in which two fitting holes 21 are formed in the side surface portion 4 is illustrated, the suppository sheet S provided with six or five suppository portions s by the suppository sheet holder 1 is also described. Can respond. For the suppository sheet S provided with eight or more suppository portions s, the entire width of the one side surface portion 2 and the other side surface portion 4 is made larger, and four or more fitting holes 21 are formed in the one side surface portion 2. What is necessary is just to form the 3 or more fitting holes 41 in the other side part 4 while forming.
[0019]
Next, the case where the two suppository sheets S and S are hold | maintained integrally using such a suppository sheet holder 1 is demonstrated.
[0020]
First, the one side surface portion 2 and the other side surface portion 4 are mountain-folded along the fold lines a and b with respect to the connection portion 3, and are lightly raised. Further, after the two suppository sheets S are overlapped so that the suppository part s of one suppository sheet S is positioned between a pair of adjacent suppository parts s, s of the other suppository sheet S. Of the two suppository sheets S, S, the suppository part s of the lower suppository sheet S is fitted into the fitting hole 21 of the one side part 2 of the suppository sheet holder 1. Next, the other side surface part 4 is folded along the crease b, and the fitting hole 41 is fitted into the suppository part s of the upper suppository sheet S, and the two suppository sheets S are attached to one side of the suppository sheet holder 1. It is sandwiched between the part 2 and the other side part 4. Thereafter, the locking piece 5 is bent along the crease c to the front surface side of the other side surface portion 4, and the fold c is engaged with the bottom 421 of the engaging recess 42 of the other side surface portion 4. An adhesive is applied and adhered to the surface of the other side surface portion 4. At this time, when the locking piece 5 engages with the engaging recess 42 of the other side surface portion 4, the one side surface portion 2 and the other side surface portion 4 are positioned, and the one side surface portion 2 and the other side surface portion 4 are relative to each other. Since the lateral displacement is restricted, the lateral movement of the two suppository sheets S is prevented.
[0021]
As a result, the two suppository sheets S can be held together in a suspended state by the suppository sheet holder 1, and the suppository sheet holder 1 is gripped and the suppository insertion side tip is directed downward 2. One suppository sheet S can be easily packed in the packaging box C (see FIG. 5). At this time, the two suppository sheets S are disposed such that the suppository part s is positioned between the suppository parts s, s adjacent to each other's suppository sheet S, and thus the loading efficiency is lowered. There is nothing.
[0022]
Even when the suppository sheet S is packed or when vibrations or the like are applied in the distribution process, the lower end edge of the one side surface portion 2 and the lower end edge of the other side surface portion 4 in the suppository sheet holder 1 are the bottom surface of the packaging box C. Therefore, the collision with the bottom surface of the packaging box C can be supported by the suppository sheet holder 1, and no impact is applied to the suppository sheet S. That is, since the locking piece 5 is engaged with the engaging recess 42 of the other side surface portion 4 in the suppository sheet holder 1 and the locking piece 5 is adhered to the other side surface portion 4, the suppository sheet holder 1 The rigidity of the edge is further increased, and the buckling between the one side surface portion 2 and the other side surface portion 4 is reliably prevented. For this reason, the collision with the bottom surface of the packaging box C can be supported by the rigid suppository sheet holder 1, and the lower end edge of the suppository sheet S is more reliably prevented from being bent or broken. be able to.
[0023]
On the other hand, when dosing in hospitals or pharmacies, etc., in addition to being able to prescribe in units held by the suppository sheet holder 1, in order to dispense suppositories in divided doses, when taking out the suppository sheet S Then, the locking piece 5 of the suppository sheet holder 1 is peeled off, and the two suppository sheets S integrated by the suppository sheet holder 1 may be taken out. At this time, since the suppository sheet holder 1 is formed from a mount, even if it is a normal waste treatment, for example, incineration treatment, it does not generate harmful gas like plastic and can be treated safely. Can do.
[0024]
In the above-described embodiment, the suppository sheet holder 1 that integrally holds the two suppository sheets S, S is illustrated, but the number is not limited to two, and an even number of four or more suppositories is provided. The agent sheet S can also be held. In this case, what is necessary is just to adjust the width | variety of the connection part 3, and the height of the one side part 2 and the other side part 4 according to the number of sheets of the suppository sheet S to pile up.
[0025]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the engagement recess 42 is formed in the other side surface portion 4, and the locking piece 5 provided continuously to the one side surface portion 2 is engaged with the engagement recess 42 and pasted on the other side surface portion 4. Although the case where it adheres was demonstrated, it is not limited to adhesion | attachment, For example, you may stick an adhesive tape over the latching piece 5 and the other side part 4, or you may fasten with a rubber band. Further, the engaging recess 42 is formed in a tapered shape that is tapered from both ends of the bottom 421 toward the tip edge, while the locking piece 5 is formed in a dovetail shape corresponding to the engaging recess 42. Alternatively, the engaging piece 5 may be engaged with the engaging recess 42 to prevent the detachment of the two and to be integrated.
[0026]
Further, it is not always necessary to form the engaging recess 42 in the other side surface portion 4, and the locking piece 5 may be bent at a position corresponding to the lower end edge of the other side surface portion 4 and adhered to the other side surface portion 4. Good.
[0027]
In the above-described embodiment, the suppository sheet holder 1 that integrally holds an even number of suppository sheets S has been described. However, a suppository sheet that integrally holds three or more odd number of suppository sheets S is integrally described. It can also be formed on the holder 1. That is, the suppository sheet holder 1 that holds three or more odd-numbered suppository sheets S has the above-described fitting hole 41 in the other side surface portion 4 and the fitting hole 21 in the one side surface portion 2 with respect to the connecting portion 3. What is necessary is just to form in a symmetrical position. Also in this case, three or more odd-numbered suppository sheets S are arranged such that each suppository part s is positioned between adjacent suppository parts s, s of adjacent suppository sheet S.
[0028]
Furthermore, although the embodiment has been described in which the locking piece 5 is continuously provided on the one side surface portion 2 and the engaging concave portion 42 is formed on the other side surface portion 4, the engaging concave portion is formed on one side surface portion, and the other side surface is illustrated. A locking piece may be provided continuously on the portion.
[0029]
By the way, in embodiment mentioned above, the connection part which was continuously provided via the crease a in the one side part 2 with which the latching piece 5 was provided continuously by the upper end part via the crease c, and the lower end edge of the one side part 2 3 and the other side surface portion formed at the lower end portion with an engaging recess 42 that is connected to the lower end edge of the connecting portion 3 via a crease b and that can be engaged with the locking piece 5 that is connected to the one side surface portion 2. The suppository sheet holder 1 is composed of a suppository sheet holder 1 and is folded so that the end edge of the one side surface portion 2 and the end edge of the other side surface portion 4 are located downward and viewed from the side. Although the holder 1 is illustrated, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the suppository sheet in which the fitting hole 21 of the one side surface portion 2 and the fitting hole 41 of the other side surface portion 4 are formed upside down with respect to the embodiment described above. The holder 1 may be used.
[0030]
Also in the suppository sheet holder 1 in this case, the interval between the fold line b and the bottom side 421 of the engagement recess 42 is set to be substantially equal to the interval between the fold line a and the fold line c and larger than the height of the suppository sheet S. Has been. The folds a and b of the connecting portion 3 are formed when the suppository portion s of the suppository sheet S is fitted into the fitting hole 21 of the one side surface portion 2 and the fitting hole 41 of the other side surface portion 4. In addition to being set to be positioned below and below the lower end edge of the suppository sheet S with the insertion-side tip facing downward, the crease c of the locking piece 5 It is set so as not to interfere with the suppository portion s of the suppository sheet S fitted in the fitting hole 41 of the other side surface portion 4 when engaged with the recess 42.
[0031]
The suppository sheet holder 1 according to this embodiment is folded so that the connection portion 3 is positioned downward and becomes a substantially upright triangle when viewed from the side, and then the connection portion 3 is formed on the bottom surface of the packaging box C. Boxed to touch.
[0032]
Therefore, even when the suppository sheet S is packed or even when vibration or the like is applied in the distribution process, the connection portion 3 of the suppository sheet holder 1 is in contact with the bottom surface of the packaging box C. The suppository sheet holder 1 can support the collision with the suppository sheet S, and no impact is applied to the suppository sheet S. That is, the collision with the bottom surface of the packaging box C can be supported by the suppository sheet holder 1, and the suppository sheet S can be reliably prevented from being bent or broken. Further, since the connecting portion 3 having a large area comes into contact with the bottom surface of the packaging box C, the stability of the suppository sheet holder 1 holding the plurality of suppository sheets S integrally in a suspended manner is improved, and the seat The agent sheet holder 1 can be prevented from falling down and packed in a box.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of suppository sheets are arranged so that the suppository part of one suppository sheet is located between adjacent suppository parts of other suppository sheets. Multiple suppositories by fitting the suppository part of the suppository sheet placed at both the front and rear ends into the fitting hole on one side of the suppository sheet holder and the fitting hole on the other side, respectively, and folding the locking piece Since the seat can be held together in a suspended state, it is easy to hold a suppository sheet holder that holds multiple suppository sheets together, with the tip of the suppository insertion side facing down. And can be packed without reducing the loading efficiency. At this time, since the lower end of the suppository sheet holder holding the suppository sheet in a suspended state is in contact with the bottom surface of the packaging box, the lower edge of the suppository sheet is bent or the suppository breaks. Can be reliably prevented. Also, since the suppository sheet holder is formed from a mount, it can be safely processed without injuring harmful gas even if it is incinerated as waste, and the suppository dosage units can be classified and used. It is also useful when printing and displaying legal and storage precautions.
