本発明は、シナリオサービス提供方法及びシナリオサービスサーバ及びシナリオサービス提供プログラムを格納した記憶媒体に係り、特に、WWWシステムにおいて、ページの提示順序を制御するためのシナリオ情報に従って利用者に提示するページを選択するシナリオサービスサーバを経由して、利用者が利用者端末からWWWサーバに公開されているページを取得するシナリオサービス提供方法及びシナリオサービスサーバ及びシナリオサービス提供プログラムを格納した記憶媒体に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のシナリオサービス提供方法について説明する。従来のシナリオサービス提供方法では、シナリオサービスサーバが、ＷＷＷ上に公開されているページを利用者の目的や状況に従って個人に適応させて提供するもので、特に、教育分野での利用に有効な技術であり、特願平７−３１３０５３「情報提供方法及びシステム」、特願平９−１２４３０９「情報提供方法及びシステム及び情報提供プログラムを格納した記憶媒体」に開示されている。

従来のシナリオサービス提供方法の処理の流れを説明する。最初に利用者は、利用者端末から、シナリオサービスサーバに対して情報をＵＲＬを指定することで要求する。シナリオサービスサーバは、利用者が効率的に知識を獲得するのに適したと考えられる、情報の提示順序を制御するシナリオ情報と、利用者が過去利用した情報や、テストの結果などを記憶した学習者モデル情報に従って、利用者が要求した情報のＵＲＬを、必要によっては変更し、変更後のＵＲＬに従って情報をＷＷＷサーバに要求し、取得する。次に、シナリオ情報と学習者モデル情報を利用して、取得したページに対して情報を付加あるいは、削除処理を行うことで、利用者に適した形に整形し、利用者に送信する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来のシナリオサービス提供方法では、利用者には情報を付加、あるいは、削除処理を行うことでページの内容を改変して提供するが、ページの内容を変更することに関して、ページ提供者に対する許諾処理を行っていなかったため、著作権を侵害する恐れがある。

また、シナリオサービスを利用してページ提供した提供者に対する利用料金の請求及び利用者への請求方法が確立していないため、適正な課金処理を行えないという問題がある。

本発明は、上記の点に鑑みなされたもので、ページ提供者の許諾を得たページのみをシナリオサービスの対象とすることが可能なシナリオサービス提供方法及びシナリオサービスサーバ及びシナリオサービス提供プログラムを格納した記憶媒体を提供することを目的とする。

本発明（請求項１）は、ページの提示順序を制御するためのシナリオ情報に従って、 WWW サーバに公開されているページを取得して選択し、利用者端末にページを提示するシナリオサービスサーバにおけるシナリオサービス提供方法であって、

端末要求受付手段が、利用者端末からの WWW サーバ上のページの要求を受け付け（ステップ１）、
シナリオサービス提供時に WWW サーバ上のページを利用する前に、ページがシナリオサービスサーバを経由して利用されていることを許可するか、あるいは、不許可とするかを記載した使用許可ファイルを該 WWW サーバから情報要求手段を介して取得し（ステップ２）、

図３は、本発明のシナリオサービス提供システムの構成を示す。

同図に示すシステムは、シナリオサービスサーバ１００、利用者端末２００、ＷＷＷサーバ３００、及び銀行等金融機関のサーバ４００から構成される。

ＷＷＷサーバ３００は、要求受信部３１０、情報送信部３２０、ＷＷＷコンテンツ３３１及び使用許可ファイル３３２を格納する情報蓄積部３３０からなり、情報蓄積部３３０には公開しているページと、使用許可ファイル３３２がある。上記の構成において、シナリオサービスサーバ１００の使用許可確認部１１０において、ＷＷＷサーバ３００に情報要求部１０４を介してページの利用が許可されているか否かの情報を要求し、ＷＷＷサーバ３００の使用許可ファイル３３２の内容を情報受信部１０５を介して取得し、当該使用許可ファイル３３２の内容を解析した結果、利用者が許可されている場合には、当該ページを取得して、当該利用者の利用者端末２００に提供する。また、解析した結果が利用不許可の場合には、使用不許可説明画面作成部１２０において、当該ページの利用不許可である旨の説明を生成して利用者端末２００に送信する。

また、シナリオサービスサーバ１００では、ページを提供した者への給付料金に関する契約情報をページ提供者契約情報記憶部１１１に格納しておき、ページを利用した者への請求料金に関する契約情報を、ページ利用者契約情報記憶部１１２に格納しておき、シナリオサービスが実施される際に、請求・給付計算部１５０において、ページ提供者契約情報記憶部１１の給付契約情報及び、ページ利用者契約情報記憶部１１２の請求契約情報及び履歴情報記憶部１０９の履歴情報に従って給付金額並びに、請求金額を計算し、請求処理部１６０で利用者に料金の請求を行い、給付処理部１７０において、ページ提供者にページ提供に対する給付を行う。

以下、図面と共に本発明の実施例を説明する。

本実施例では、ページ提供者契約情報記憶部１１１をページ提供者データベース、ページ利用者契約情報記憶部１１２をページ利用者データベースとして構成する。なお、契約情報記憶部はデータベースではなく、プレインテキスト等の単なるファイル構成にすることも可能である。

まず、シナリオサービスの利用に先駆け、利用者及びページ提供者との契約を行い、契約内容をページ提供者データベース１１１、ページ利用者契約データベース１１２に格納する。

ページ提供者データベース１１１は、給付契約データベースと給付方法データベースで構成され、給付契約データベースは、コンテンツ提供者を識別するためのＩＤ、契約するコンテンツのリスト、価格設定情報などからなる。この例では、コンテンツのリストとして、ｕｒｌ１，ｕｒｌ２の２つが登録され、それぞれの価格設定として、ｕｒｌ１は、毎回提示する度に１０円請求し、ｕｒｌ２には、利用者１人に対して１週間の回数にかかわりなく１００円であることなどが格納されている。給付方法データベースには、ページ提供者に対しての給付方法として、給付方法（銀行振り込みだった場合は、口座番号、カードの場合はカード番号）、インターネット決済を行う場合は処理プロトコル（httpかmailかなど）、給付スケジュールなどが格納されている。

また、ページ利用者データベース１１２は、請求契約データベースと請求方法報データベースで構成され、請求契約データベースは、利用者を識別する利用者ＩＤ、利用可能なシナリオＩＤ、利用可能なコンテンツ、利用上限価格情報がある。また、請求方法データベースには、請求項方法、銀行振り込みだった場合は口座番号、インターネット決済を行う場合の処理プロトコル、請求スケジュールなどが格納されている。

利用者は予め用意されたホームページを取得し、シナリオとして「理科１」を選択してサービスを開始する。利用者は、表示されたページ内のリンクを選択するか、あるいは直接ＵＲＬを入力することで、シナリオサービスサーバ１００に情報ＵＲＬ（Ａ）を要求する（ステップ１０１）。シナリオサービスサーバ１００の要求受信部１０１は、利用者端末２００から要求を受け付け（ステップ１０２）、シナリオ提供部１０２に対して利用者が要求してきたＵＲＬ（Ａ）を通知する。シナリオ提供部１２０は、シナリオ情報と利用者の履歴情報から、利用者により適した情報としてＵＲＬ（Ｂ）を選択する。

ＵＲＬ変換部１０３は、利用者の要求をＵＲＬ（Ａ）からＵＲＬ（Ｂ）に変換し（ステップ１０３）、ＵＲＬ（Ｂ）を公開しているＷＷＷサーバ３００に対して使用許可があるかの確認を使用許可確認部１１０において行う（ステップ１０４）。使用許可ファイル名は、access.txt等、予め決まった名前のものを利用する。ＷＷＷサーバ３００の要求受信部３１０は、当該要求を受け付ける（ステップ１０５）。

と算出される。請求処理部１６０は、この金額を、ページ利用者データベース１１２の請求方法データベースに格納された情報に従って要求する（ステップ２０３）。インターネット決済である場合は、格納された処理プロトコルに従って請求する。請求処理部１６０は、支払処理が終了したことを確認すると（ステップ２０４）、給付処理に移行する。給付処理部１７０は、契約者ＩＤ毎に、利用されたコンテンツとその回数の情報を用いて給付額を算出する（ステップ２０５）。ページ提供者データベース１１１の給付方法データベースに格納された情報に従って給付処理を行い（ステップ２０６）、給付が確認できたところで処理を終了する（ステップ２０７）。
