【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ランドセルの前段と称されている、副収納部の膨出量を変更可能に緊締する、ランドセルの前段緊締ベルトに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、図10に示すごとく、ランドセルの主収納部10aの仕切り板14の前面側に、可曲性生地で構成した前段両マチ面部16,16を有した前段と称する副収納部10bを取り付け、該主収納部10aの左右のマチ面部12a,12bに夫々一端側を固定した緊締ベルト体20,30を設け、この両緊締ベルト体20,30の自由端側は、前段両マチ面部16,16の外方を通って前記副収納部10bの前板15の外面側で、相互にその連結位置を調整可能に連結できるようになしたランドセルの前段緊締ベルトが使用されている。

そして、この両緊締ベルト体20,30の自由端側を、その連結位置を調整可能に連結するには、図10に示すごときバックル金具3が使用されているので、係合位置が多段的で無段調整できないと言う問題点を有しているが。この問題点は無視できる程度のものとされている。しかし、この従来の前段緊締ベルトは、前記バックル金具3がランドセルの被せ蓋19の内面を傷つけるという問題点と、平面状の前板15に密着したバックル金具3の操作は小学生低学年の使用者には難しいとの指摘がなされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、本発明は、上記の問題点に鑑みなされたもので、被せ蓋の内面を損傷するおそれのある従来のバックル金具3を使用することなく、操作性良く、両緊締ベルト体20,30の自由端側を連結位置を調整可能に連結できるランドセルの前段緊締ベルトを提供することを課題としたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題を達成するため、ランドセルの主収納部10aの仕切り板14の前面側に、可曲性生地で構成した前段両マチ面部16,16を有した前段と称する副収納部10bを取り付け、該主収納部10aの左右のマチ面部12a,12bに夫々一端側を固定した緊締ベルト体20,30を設け、この両緊締ベルト体20,30の自由端側は、前段両マチ面部16,16の外方を通って前記前段10bの前板15の外面側で、相互にその連結位置を調整可能に連結できるようになしたランドセルの前段緊締ベルトにおいて、上記両緊締ベルト体20,30の自由端先端近くには、順次その幅を狭める縮幅部20a,30aを設け、さらに、上記両緊締ベルト体20,30の自由端側先端には、いずれか他方の緊締ベルト体20,30を抱き込む可曲生地材で形成したループ部21,31と、このループ部21,31より突出した指掛け舌片部22,32からなる係止具体20b,30bを取り付け、上記ループ部21,31は、その大きさを、緊締ベルト体20,30を圧入ぎみに挿通し、縮幅部20a,30aを介して縮幅した該緊締ベルト体20,30の先端側は抜き差し自由に挿通するようになしたことを特徴とした技術的手段を講じたものである。

それ故、本発明ランドセルの前段緊締ベルトは、両指掛け舌片部22,32に指をかけて、係止具体20b,30bを左右外側に摺動するように引くと、該係止具体20b,30bが、中央側にあるとループ部21,31が縮幅部20a,30a部位ないし、この縮幅部20a,30aを介して幅を狭めた部位にあって、移動(摺動)自在状態にあるが、やがて、縮幅部20a,30aないしこの縮幅部20a,30aで縮幅する以前の、緊締ベルト体20,30幅の広い部位が、ループ部21,31内に圧入される状態となり、適宜に該係止具体20b,30bを摺動させて手を離しても、通常の使用状態では該係止具体20b,30bが移動しないように緊締ベルト体20,30に係止され、緊締状態を維持する作用を呈する。

そして、本発明ランドセルの前段緊締ベルトは、バックル等の係止金具を使用していないので、その上に被せ蓋19等が圧接したり、擦れ合っても、該被せ蓋19の内面を損傷する原因にはならない作用を呈するものである。

それ故、本発明ランドセルの前段緊締ベルトは、前記請求項2の作用にさらに加えて、両緊締ベルト体20,30を所定幅のベルト体1に、反射紐体2aを埋入した屈曲及び縫合可能な透明合成樹脂製の丸棒部2bと、この丸棒部2bから遠心方向に突設した縫い代部2cとからなる反射テープ体2を、該丸棒部2bをベルト体1の短手方向に突出して縫着して構成し、該緊締ベルト体20,30の自由端側先端には、上記反射テープ体2の丸棒部2bを順次ベルト体1の内側に重なるようになして、ベルト体1と反射テープ体2との合計幅を順次狭める縮幅部20a,30aを設けて構成したので、反射テープ体2がランドセルのマチ面部12a,12bに露出し、交通安全に寄与する作用を呈する。

【実施例】
次に、本発明の実施例を、添付図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図中、10が従来公知なランドセルである。このランドセル10は、背板11に両側面12a12bと底面13と仕切板14とを連結して主収容部10aを形成し、この主収容部10aの前面側には、前板15と前段マチ面部16,16と、前段底面部17とで構成する前段と称する副収納部10bが連設されてなる。なお、この副収納部10bは、本実施例では、該副収納部10b,10bを複数重ねて設けてあるが、無論、図10に示すように、該副収納部10bは一つでもよい。

そして、上記背板11の上部中央には、一対の背負帯18,18(図10参照)の上端側が連結され、この背負帯18,18の下端は、ランドセルの底面13に固定・連結してある。さらに、該背板11の上端には被せ蓋19の基端部が連結され、この被せ蓋19の、図1では切欠して省略した自由端側は、主収容部10aと副収納部10b,10bとの上方を通って、前板15の前方に被さり、その先端をランドセル本体の底面13に着脱可能に係止できるようになしてある。そして、上記前板15の外面側には、通常前ポケット10cが設けられるのが通常で、これらは従来公知なものである。

さらに、上記主収納部10aの左右のマチ面部12a,12bに夫々一端側を固定した緊締ベルト体20,30を設け、この両緊締ベルト体20,30の自由端側は、前段両マチ面部16,16の外方を通って前記副収納部10bの前板15の外面側で、相互にその連結位置を調整可能に連結できるようになしてあるのも従来と同じである。なお、この緊締ベルト体20,30は、夫々一端をマチ面部12a,12b乃至該マチ面部12a,12bと背板11との接合部等に固定され、前板15においては一対の平行立て溝15a,15bを通して、自由端側部位が左右方向には移動可能であるが、垂れ下がったり、前板15より大きく離れることを防止してある。

上記緊締ベルト体20の先端には係止具体20bが固定され、緊締ベルト体30の先端には係止具体30bが固定される。そして、係止具体20bのループ部21内を緊締ベルト体30が挿通し、係止具体30bのループ部31内を緊締ベルト体20が挿通するようになしてある。従って、緊締ベルト体20,30は前板15の中央部部位で一部が重なり、該係止具体20b,30bは図2及び図3に示すように、指掛け舌片部22,32が互いに外側を向くように対設されることになる。この緊締ベルト体20,30と係止具体20b,30bとの、連結・配置状態は、図5及び図6に最も明らかに示されるもので、一方の緊締ベルト体20(図5の右端が固定側であるもの。)の先端と係止具体20bの長方形の生地部21aの中央部とが鋲23aで固定(図5左側部位)され、該長方形の生地部21aはループ部21を形成しその重合部を別の鋲23で固定してなる。

そして、他方の係止ベルト30(図5の左端が固定側であるもの。)はその先端を前記ループ部21内を通して緊締ベルト体20の下方に重なるようになす。そして、係止具体30bはそのループ部31が両係止ベルト20,30をその内側に挿通するようになし、係止具体30bのループ部31を鋲33で鋲着する際に、この鋲33で係止ベルト30の先端部を共に鋲着(図5右側)してなる。

すなわち、本発明では、緊締ベルト体20,30を、ベルト体1と反射テープ体2とで構成したもので、ベルト体1は従来と同じものを使用すればよい。但し、本実施例では、該ベルト体1に二枚重ねのものを縫合したベルトを使用した。そして、反射テープ体2は、反射紐体2aを埋入した屈曲及び縫合可能な透明合成樹脂製の丸棒部2bと、この丸棒部2bから遠心方向に突設した縫い代部2cとで構成している。紐にガラス粉末等を付着させたものが反射紐体2aとして開発されており、この反射紐体2aは透明合成樹脂内に埋入してもその効果が低下しないものである。なお、図9の実施例は、反射紐体2aと蓄光材を含有した蓄光紐体2dとを撚ったものを使用している。

【発明の効果】
請求項1乃至請求項3の発明によると、従来の係止金具を使用することなく緊締位置が変更でき、被せ蓋を傷つけないランドセルの前段緊締ベルトを提供できるものである。また、緊締するには、指掛け舌片部22,32を指でつまんで両側に引くことで行えるので、小学校低学年の児童でも容易に行えるランドセルの前段緊締ベルトを提供できるものである。
