【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ランドセルの前段と称されている、副収納部の膨出量を変更可能に緊締する、ランドセルの前段緊締ベルトに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、図１０に示すごとく、ランドセルの主収納部１０ａの仕切り板１４の前面側に、可曲性生地で構成した前段両マチ面部１６，１６を有した前段と称する副収納部1０ｂを取り付け、該主収納部１０ａの左右のマチ面部１２ａ，１２ｂに夫々一端側を固定した緊締ベルト体２０，３０を設け、この両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側は、前段両マチ面部１６，１６の外方を通って前記副収納部１０ｂの前板１５の外面側で、相互にその連結位置を調整可能に連結できるようになしたランドセルの前段緊締ベルトが使用されている。

そして、この両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側を、その連結位置を調整可能に連結するには、図１０に示すごときバックル金具３が使用されているので、係合位置が多段的で無段調整できないと言う問題点を有しているが。この問題点は無視できる程度のものとされている。しかし、この従来の前段緊締ベルトは、前記バックル金具３がランドセルの被せ蓋１９の内面を傷つけるという問題点と、平面状の前板１５に密着したバックル金具３の操作は小学生低学年の使用者には難しいとの指摘がなされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、本発明は、上記の問題点に鑑みなされたもので、被せ蓋の内面を損傷するおそれのある従来のバックル金具３を使用することなく、操作性良く、両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側を連結位置を調整可能に連結できるランドセルの前段緊締ベルトを提供することを課題としたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題を達成するため、ランドセルの主収納部１０ａの仕切り板１４の前面側に、可曲性生地で構成した前段両マチ面部１６，１６を有した前段と称する副収納部１０ｂを取り付け、該主収納部１０ａの左右のマチ面部１２ａ，１２ｂに夫々一端側を固定した緊締ベルト体２０，３０を設け、この両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側は、前段両マチ面部１６，１６の外方を通って前記前段１０ｂの前板１５の外面側で、相互にその連結位置を調整可能に連結できるようになしたランドセルの前段緊締ベルトにおいて、上記両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端先端近くには、順次その幅を狭める縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを設け、さらに、上記両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側先端には、いずれか他方の緊締ベルト体２０，３０を抱き込む可曲生地材で形成したループ部２１，３１と、このループ部２１，３１より突出した指掛け舌片部２２，３２からなる係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂを取り付け、上記ループ部２１，３１は、その大きさを、緊締ベルト体２０，３０を圧入ぎみに挿通し、縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを介して縮幅した該緊締ベルト体２０，３０の先端側は抜き差し自由に挿通するようになしたことを特徴とした技術的手段を講じたものである。

それ故、本発明ランドセルの前段緊締ベルトは、両指掛け舌片部２２，３２に指をかけて、係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂを左右外側に摺動するように引くと、該係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂが、中央側にあるとループ部２１，３１が縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａ部位ないし、この縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを介して幅を狭めた部位にあって、移動（摺動）自在状態にあるが、やがて、縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａないしこの縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａで縮幅する以前の、緊締ベルト体２０，３０幅の広い部位が、ループ部２１，３１内に圧入される状態となり、適宜に該係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂを摺動させて手を離しても、通常の使用状態では該係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂが移動しないように緊締ベルト体２０，３０に係止され、緊締状態を維持する作用を呈する。

そして、本発明ランドセルの前段緊締ベルトは、バックル等の係止金具を使用していないので、その上に被せ蓋１９等が圧接したり、擦れ合っても、該被せ蓋１９の内面を損傷する原因にはならない作用を呈するものである。

次に、請求項２の発明は、ランドセルの主収納部１０ａの仕切り板１４の前面側に、可曲性生地で構成した前段両マチ面部１６，１６を有した前段と称する副収納部１０ｂを取り付け、該主収納部１０ａの左右のマチ面部１２ａ，１２ｂに夫々一端側を固定した緊締ベルト体２０，３０を設け、この両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側は、前段両マチ面部１６，１６の外方を通って前記前段１０ｂの前板１５の外面側で、相互にその連結位置を調整可能に連結できるようになしたランドセルの前段緊締ベルトにおいて、上記両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端先端近くには、順次その幅を狭める縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを設け、さらに、上記両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側先端には、いずれか他方の緊締ベルト体２０，３０を上下両側からそれぞれ抱き込みループ状に重なった部位を一本の鋲２３，３３で止着した可曲生地材で形成したループ部２１，３１と、このループ部２１，３１より突出した指掛け舌片部２２，３２とからなる係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂを取り付け、上記ループ部２１，３１は、その大きさを、緊締ベルト体２０，３０を圧入ぎみに挿通し、縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを介して縮幅した該緊締ベルト体２０，３０の先端側は抜き差し自由に挿通するようになしたことを特徴とした技術的手段を講じたものである。

それ故、本発明ランドセルの前段緊締ベルトは、前記請求項１の作用に加え、係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂのループ部２１，３１が、いずれか他方の緊締ベルト体２０，３０を上下両側からそれぞれ抱き込みループ状に重なった部位を一本の鋲２３，３３で止着してなるので、この鋲２３，３３を枢止軸として、ループ部２１，３１の一部が回動可能となり、このループ部２１，３１が順次幅が広くなる緊締ベルト体２０，３０を圧入する際に、ループ部２１，３１の圧入入り口側が広がり、圧入しやすく、さらには、縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａの幅が順次異なる緊締ベルト体２０，３０の部位でも圧接面を広げ係止をより確実にする作用を呈するものである。

次に、請求項３の発明は、ランドセルの主収納部１０ａの仕切り板１４の前面側に、可曲性生地で構成した前段両マチ面部１６，１６を有した前段と称する副収納部１０ｂを取り付け、該主収納部１０ａの左右のマチ面部１２ａ，１２ｂに夫々一端側を固定した緊締ベルト体２０，３０を設け、この両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側は、前段両マチ面部１６，１６の外方を通って前記前段１０ｂの前板１５の外面側で、相互にその連結位置を調整可能に連結できるようになしたランドセルの前段緊締ベルトにおいて、上記両緊締ベルト体２０，３０は所定幅のベルト体１に、反射紐体２ａを埋入した屈曲及び縫合可能な透明合成樹脂製の丸棒部２ｂと、この丸棒部２ｂから遠心方向に突設した縫い代部２ｃとからなる反射テープ体２を、該丸棒部２ｂをベルト体１の短手方向に突出して縫着して構成し、該緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側近くには、上記反射テープ体２の丸棒部２ｂを順次ベルト体１の内側に重なるようになして、ベルト体１と反射テープ体２との合計幅を順次狭める縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを設け、さらに、上記両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側先端には、いずれか他方の緊締ベルト体２０，３０を上下両側からそれぞれ抱き込みループ状に重なった部位を一本の鋲２３，３３で止着した可曲生地材製のループ部２１，３１と、このループ部２１，３１より突出した指掛け舌片部２２，３２からなる係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂを取り付け、上記ループ部２１，３１は、その大きさを、緊締ベルト体２０，３０を圧入ぎみに挿通し、縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを介して縮幅した該緊締ベルト体２０，３０の先端側は抜き差し自由に挿通するようになしたことを特徴とした技術的手段を講じたものである。

それ故、本発明ランドセルの前段緊締ベルトは、前記請求項２の作用にさらに加えて、両緊締ベルト体２０，３０を所定幅のベルト体１に、反射紐体２ａを埋入した屈曲及び縫合可能な透明合成樹脂製の丸棒部２ｂと、この丸棒部２ｂから遠心方向に突設した縫い代部２ｃとからなる反射テープ体２を、該丸棒部２ｂをベルト体１の短手方向に突出して縫着して構成し、該緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側先端には、上記反射テープ体２の丸棒部２ｂを順次ベルト体１の内側に重なるようになして、ベルト体１と反射テープ体２との合計幅を順次狭める縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを設けて構成したので、反射テープ体２がランドセルのマチ面部１２ａ，１２ｂに露出し、交通安全に寄与する作用を呈する。

そして、上記反射テープ体２は、合成樹脂製で摩擦抵抗力が大きく、係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂをその摩擦力で、大きな抗力を有して係止する作用を呈するものである。

【実施例】
次に、本発明の実施例を、添付図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図中、１０が従来公知なランドセルである。このランドセル１０は、背板１１に両側面１２ａ１２ｂと底面１３と仕切板１４とを連結して主収容部１０ａを形成し、この主収容部１０ａの前面側には、前板１５と前段マチ面部１６，１６と、前段底面部１７とで構成する前段と称する副収納部１０ｂが連設されてなる。なお、この副収納部１０ｂは、本実施例では、該副収納部１０ｂ，１０ｂを複数重ねて設けてあるが、無論、図１０に示すように、該副収納部１０ｂは一つでもよい。

そして、上記背板１１の上部中央には、一対の背負帯１８，１８（図１０参照）の上端側が連結され、この背負帯１８，１８の下端は、ランドセルの底面１３に固定・連結してある。さらに、該背板１１の上端には被せ蓋１９の基端部が連結され、この被せ蓋１９の、図１では切欠して省略した自由端側は、主収容部１０ａと副収納部１０ｂ，１０ｂとの上方を通って、前板１５の前方に被さり、その先端をランドセル本体の底面１３に着脱可能に係止できるようになしてある。そして、上記前板１５の外面側には、通常前ポケット１０ｃが設けられるのが通常で、これらは従来公知なものである。

さらに、上記主収納部１０ａの左右のマチ面部１２ａ，１２ｂに夫々一端側を固定した緊締ベルト体２０，３０を設け、この両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側は、前段両マチ面部１６，１６の外方を通って前記副収納部１０ｂの前板１５の外面側で、相互にその連結位置を調整可能に連結できるようになしてあるのも従来と同じである。なお、この緊締ベルト体２０，３０は、夫々一端をマチ面部１２ａ，１２ｂ乃至該マチ面部１２ａ，１２ｂと背板１１との接合部等に固定され、前板１５においては一対の平行立て溝１５ａ，１５ｂを通して、自由端側部位が左右方向には移動可能であるが、垂れ下がったり、前板１５より大きく離れることを防止してある。

そして、本発明は、上記両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端先端近くには、順次その幅を狭める縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを設けてある。すなわち、緊締ベルト体２０，３０は通常所定幅の帯体が使用されるが、本発明は自由端先端近くに、順次その幅（図２及び図３の上下方向の幅）を狭める縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを設けてなる。

そして、上記両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側先端には、いずれか他方の緊締ベルト体２０，３０を抱き込む可曲生地材で形成したループ部２１，３１と、このループ部２１，３１より突出した指掛け舌片部２２，３２とからなる係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂを取り付けてある。この係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂは、展開すると、図４に示すような形状をしており、横長の長方形の生地部２１ａ，３１ａと、略円形の生地部２２ａ，３２ａとからなり、長方形の生地部２１ａ，３１ａの両端を重ねて固定することでループ部２１，３１が形成され、このループ部２１，３１から円形の生地部２２ａ，３２ａが突出し、該円形の生地部２２ａ，３２ａがそのまま指掛け舌片部２２，３２として利用できるようになしてある。

上記緊締ベルト体２０の先端には係止具体２０ｂが固定され、緊締ベルト体３０の先端には係止具体３０ｂが固定される。そして、係止具体２０ｂのループ部２１内を緊締ベルト体３０が挿通し、係止具体３０ｂのループ部３１内を緊締ベルト体２０が挿通するようになしてある。従って、緊締ベルト体２０，３０は前板１５の中央部部位で一部が重なり、該係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂは図２及び図３に示すように、指掛け舌片部２２，３２が互いに外側を向くように対設されることになる。この緊締ベルト体２０，３０と係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂとの、連結・配置状態は、図５及び図６に最も明らかに示されるもので、一方の緊締ベルト体２０（図５の右端が固定側であるもの。）の先端と係止具体２０ｂの長方形の生地部２１ａの中央部とが鋲２３ａで固定（図５左側部位）され、該長方形の生地部２１ａはループ部２１を形成しその重合部を別の鋲２３で固定してなる。

そして、他方の係止ベルト３０（図５の左端が固定側であるもの。）はその先端を前記ループ部２１内を通して緊締ベルト体２０の下方に重なるようになす。そして、係止具体３０ｂはそのループ部３１が両係止ベルト２０，３０をその内側に挿通するようになし、係止具体３０ｂのループ部３１を鋲３３で鋲着する際に、この鋲３３で係止ベルト３０の先端部を共に鋲着（図５右側）してなる。

そして、上記ループ部２１，３１は、その大きさを、緊締ベルト体２０，３０を圧入ぎみに挿通し、縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを介して縮幅した該緊締ベルト体２０，３０の先端側は抜き差し自由に挿通するようになしてある。すなわち、本発明は緊締ベルト体２０，３０をループ部２１，３１内に圧入してその摩擦抵抗で相互の連結係止位置を調整するようになしてある。従って、副収納部１０ｂ内の収納物が多い場合は、係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂを近接させることで緊締を緩め、副収納部１０ｂ内の収納物が少ない場合は、係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂを互いに外側に移動させその距離を大きくすることで副収納部１０ｂを扁平に押しつぶして緊締できるものである。

次に請求項２の発明は、ランドセルの主収納部１０ａの仕切り板１４の前面側に、可曲性生地で構成した前段両マチ面部１６，１６を有した前段と称する副収納部１０ｂを取り付け、該主収納部１０ａの左右のマチ面部１２ａ，１２ｂに夫々一端側を固定した緊締ベルト体２０，３０を設け、この両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側は、前段両マチ面部１６，１６の外方を通って前記前段１０ｂの前板１５の外面側で、相互にその連結位置を調整可能に連結できるようになしたランドセルの前段緊締ベルトにおいて、上記両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端先端近くには、順次その幅を狭める縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを設けてあるのは、前記請求項１と同じ構成である。

そして、本発明は、上記両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側先端には、いずれか他方の緊締ベルト体２０，３０を上下両側からそれぞれ抱き込みループ状に重なった部位を一本の鋲２３，３３で止着した可曲生地材で形成したループ部２１，３１と、このループ部２１，３１より突出した指掛け舌片部２２，３２からなる係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂを取り付けてなる。すなわち、ループ部２１，３１を形成する際、重なる部位相互を連結固定すれば良くその連結固定法は従来公知な技術で行えばよいが、本発明で、特に、ループ状に二枚重ねとなった部位を一本の鋲２３，３３で止着するようになしている。

ループ状に重なった部位を一本の鋲２３，３３で止着すると、この止着部、すなわち、長方形の生地部２１ａ，３１ａの両端が重なった部位は、互いにその位置関係を変更不能に止着することは困難で、図３に矢印Ｐ１，Ｐ２で示すように生地部２１ａ，３１ａの端部が鋲２３，３３を中心として回動可能となる。そして、本発明は、この矢印Ｐ１，Ｐ２方向への回動を積極的に利用したもので、係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂが縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａがそのループ部２１，３１内に圧入される際、該ループ部２１，３１の開口が多少開いて円滑な圧入が可能となるもので、さらには、ループ部２１，３１の内径が図２及び図３の左右部位で差ができることで、縮巾部２０ａ，３０ａに適合して、この縮巾部２０ａ，３０ａの途中にも係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂを、移動しづらいように係止できるものである。

そして、上記ループ部２１，３１は、その大きさを、緊締ベルト体２０，３０を圧入ぎみに挿通し、縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを介して縮幅した該緊締ベルト体２０，３０の先端側は抜き差し自由に挿通するようになしてあるのは、上記請求項１と同じ構成である。

次に、請求項３の発明は、ランドセルの主収納部１０ａの仕切り板１４の前面側に、可曲性生地で構成した前段両マチ面部１６，１６を有した前段と称する副収納部１０ｂを取り付け、該主収納部１０ａの左右のマチ面部１２ａ，１２ｂに夫々一端側を固定した緊締ベルト体２０，３０を設け、この両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側は、前段両マチ面部１６，１６の外方を通って前記前段１０ｂの前板１５の外面側で、相互にその連結位置を調整可能に連結できるようになしたランドセルの前段緊締ベルトにおいて、上記両緊締ベルト体２０，３０は所定幅のベルト体１に、反射紐体２ａを埋入した屈曲及び縫合可能な透明合成樹脂製の丸棒部２ｂと、この丸棒部２ｂから遠心方向に突設した縫い代部２ｃとからなる反射テープ体２を、該丸棒部２ｂをベルト体１の短手方向に突出して縫着して構成し、該緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側近くには、上記反射テープ体２の丸棒部２ｂを順次ベルト体１の内側に重なるようになして、ベルト体１と反射テープ体２との合計幅を順次狭める縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを設けてある。

すなわち、本発明では、緊締ベルト体２０，３０を、ベルト体１と反射テープ体２とで構成したもので、ベルト体１は従来と同じものを使用すればよい。但し、本実施例では、該ベルト体１に二枚重ねのものを縫合したベルトを使用した。そして、反射テープ体２は、反射紐体２ａを埋入した屈曲及び縫合可能な透明合成樹脂製の丸棒部２ｂと、この丸棒部２ｂから遠心方向に突設した縫い代部２ｃとで構成している。紐にガラス粉末等を付着させたものが反射紐体２ａとして開発されており、この反射紐体２ａは透明合成樹脂内に埋入してもその効果が低下しないものである。なお、図９の実施例は、反射紐体２ａと蓄光材を含有した蓄光紐体２ｄとを撚ったものを使用している。

そして、上記反射テープ体２を、その丸棒部２ｂをベルト体１の短手方向に突出して縫着し、該緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側近くには、上記反射テープ体２の丸棒部２ｂを順次ベルト体１の内側に重なるようになして、ベルト体１と反射テープ体２との合計幅を順次狭める縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを形成している。この反射テープ体２は図２例ではベルト体１の上端側に設けてなるが、該ベルト体１の上下両側に縫合しても良く、縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａ部位では、丸棒部２ｂが順次より多くベルト体１に重なるようになせばよい。なお、図からは必ずしも明らかではないが、反射テープ体２の先端は、その縫い代部２ｃを略三角形状に切り落として、ベルト体１が局所的にあまり太くならないようにしている。

そして、上記両緊締ベルト体２０，３０の自由端側先端には、いずれか他方の緊締ベルト体２０，３０を上下両側からそれぞれ抱き込みループ状に重なった部位を一本の鋲２３，３３で止着した可曲生地材製のループ部２１，３１と、このループ部２１，３１より突出した指掛け舌片部２２，３２からなる係止具体２０ｂ，３０ｂを取り付け、上記ループ部２１，３１は、その大きさを、緊締ベルト体２０，３０を圧入ぎみに挿通し、縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａを介して縮幅した該緊締ベルト体２０，３０の先端側は抜き差し自由に挿通するようになしてあるのは請求項２と同じである。

【発明の効果】
請求項１乃至請求項３の発明によると、従来の係止金具を使用することなく緊締位置が変更でき、被せ蓋を傷つけないランドセルの前段緊締ベルトを提供できるものである。また、緊締するには、指掛け舌片部２２，３２を指でつまんで両側に引くことで行えるので、小学校低学年の児童でも容易に行えるランドセルの前段緊締ベルトを提供できるものである。

そして、特に請求項２の発明では、ループ部２１，３１が重なった部位を一本の鋲２３，３３で止着してなるので、この鋲２３，３３を枢止軸として、ループ部２１，３１の一部が回動可能となり、該ループ部２１，３１に緊締ベルト体２０，３０を圧入する際に、ループ部２１，３１の圧入入り口側が広がり、圧入しやすくなり、さらには、ループ部２１，３１の内径が順次変化することで、縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａの幅が順次異なる緊締ベルト体２０，３０の部位でも圧接面積が大きく係止をより確実にするランドセルの前段緊締ベルトを提供できるものである。

そして、特に請求項３の発明では、反射テープ体２を使用して、緊締ベルト体２０，３０と縮幅部２０ａ，３０ａとを形成しているので、反射テープ体２が交通安全に役立つと共に、摩擦抵抗の大きい合成樹脂製の反射テープ体２がループ部２１，３１内に圧入することで、より信頼できる係止ができるランドセルの前段緊締ベルトを提供できるものである。
