【発明が解決しようとする課題】

また、フォロアープレートが降下しなくなるのを防止するために、ポリエチレン板4の周囲にワセリン等を塗布してシールすることも考えられるが、高温時にワセリンが流れてしまいシール不良となる問題があり、更にシーリング材Wと同材質のものでシールした場合には、シーリング材Wの強度が高く、しかも硬度が一般的にJIS A40 〜50と高いために、シーリング材Wの抽出時にフォロアープレートが降下しなくなってしまうと言う問題があった。

この発明は、かかる従来の課題に着目して案出されたもので、樹脂円板の周縁部に塗布するシール部材を、低強度で、かつ低硬度の物性のシール剤を使用することにより、圧送ポンプによりシーリング材を抽出する際にもフォロアープレートが降下しなくなると言うことはなく、容器本体の内部に充填した湿気硬化型シーリング材を効率良く取り出すことを可能とした湿気硬化型シーリング材の包装容器を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、上記目的を達成するため、容器本体の内部に収容した湿気硬化型のシーリング材の上面に、周縁部にシール部材を塗布した樹脂円板を載置し、フォロアープレートを介して圧送ポンプにより容器本体内のシーリング材を取り出す際、前記樹脂円板を容器本体の内壁面に沿って下降させるように構成して成る湿気硬化型シーリング材の包装容器において、樹脂円板の周縁部に塗布するシール部材を、一液湿気硬化型のシーリング剤で、硬化物性値が、引張強度2メガパスカル(MPa) 以下で、かつ、硬さが、硬度JIS A20 以下のものを使用したことを要旨とするものである。

図1は、この発明の実施形態を示す容器本体1Aの断面図であって、容器本体1Aの内部に湿気硬化型のシーリング材Wを充填し、このシーリング材Wの上面には、周縁部に低強度で、かつ低硬度の物性のシール部材11を塗布した中空円板状の樹脂円板12(ポリエチレン板)が載置してある。
