Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ventilator for ventilating, for example, a bathroom or other room, and more particularly to a ventilator in which a ventilating fan is provided in a fan casing in which an intake opening and an exhaust opening are formed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Such a ventilation device is often installed in a limited space such as the back of the ceiling, and after the device is installed, maintenance work such as inspection and repair is performed for dirt or failure of the ventilation fan. In this case, for example, it is necessary to work by lifting the upper body from the inspection hole provided in the ceiling, and if the mounting structure of the ventilation fan in the ventilation device is complicated, it may be difficult to perform such maintenance work. For this reason, the member to which the ventilation fan is attached is provided so as to be detachable.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-63607, a frame body to which a ventilation fan is attached is inserted and removed along the inside of a substantially rectangular cylindrical outer cylinder body constituting a fan casing. There was something that could be stored freely. That is, a pair of slidable contact portions that are slidably contacted with the left and right side wall portions of the outer cylindrical body on the plate member to which the ventilation fan is attached, and an engagement formed on the ceiling portion of the outer cylindrical body An engaging portion for inserting and removing while engaging with the guide portion, and the engaging guide portion formed on the ceiling portion of the outer cylindrical body regulates the movement of the plate member in the vertical direction and The engaging portion is engaged and guided in a state that allows sliding movement in the insertion / removal direction.
The sliding contact portion and the engaging portion may be formed by bending the plate member into a U shape, or by attaching a separate member to the plate member so as to have a substantially U shape when viewed in the insertion / removal direction. Was supposed to compose.
Then, when storing the frame body while sliding along the inside of the outer cylindrical body, the frame body is slid until it comes into contact with the end surface on the back side, and the opening on the inlet side of the outer cylindrical body is covered with the lid body. The lid was closed with screws and the lid and the frame were fixed with screws.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional configuration, in the maintenance work, when the frame body is mounted again after the frame body is removed, the frame body can be positioned at an appropriate attachment position by sliding the frame body until the contact is regulated. Although it is easy to insert and remove the body, the conventional configuration has the following disadvantages and there is room for improvement.
[0005]
That is, in the above-described conventional configuration, a member (frame body) to which a ventilation fan is attached is inserted and removed along the inside of a substantially rectangular tube-shaped outer cylinder constituting the fan casing. A configuration for sliding and guiding the frame body on the inner side is required, and the external dimensions of the apparatus are increased. Then, for example, when installing the entire apparatus in a limited narrow space such as the back of the ceiling, or when performing work such as connecting a ventilation duct for intake and exhaust to the fan casing, the space on the outer peripheral side of the apparatus is narrow, There is a disadvantage that such work is difficult to perform.
[0006]
The present invention has been made paying attention to such a point, and its purpose is to facilitate the insertion / removal operation of the member supporting the ventilation fan by adopting a rational configuration in the ventilator having the above-described configuration. While being able to be performed, the external dimensions of the apparatus can be made compact.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the characteristic configuration of claim 1, the fan casing includes a ceiling wall to which the ventilation fan is attached and is detachable in a horizontal direction, and a substantially U-shaped case main body in the insertion / removal direction view. The ceiling wall is configured to be configured to be opposed to the pair of side walls of the case body as viewed in the insertion / removal direction, and supports the load and allows sliding guidance in the insertion / removal direction while restricting movement in the lateral width direction. As the sliding guide portion is provided and the ceiling wall is slid and moved to an appropriate mounting position, the engaged portion provided on the ceiling wall is in contact with the engaging portion provided on the case body. It is configured to restrict the movement of the ceiling wall in the insertion / removal direction by fitting and engaging downward, and on the upper surface of the ceiling wall in a state where the movement in the insertion / removal direction is restricted. Regulates upward movement by contact action A working state that the mobile switching to the release state for releasing the restriction operation freely switching operating member is provided that.
[0008]
Accordingly, since the ventilation fan is configured to be attached to the ceiling wall of the fan casing, for example, the member attached with the ventilation fan is inserted into and removed from the inner side of the casing configured in advance in a cylindrical shape as in the conventional configuration. Compared to the configuration, the entire inside of the fan casing can be used as a ventilation space for ventilation, and no extra space is required to provide a support structure for removably supporting the member to which the ventilation fan is attached. Thus, the external dimensions of the device can be reduced.
[0009]
When the ceiling wall to which the ventilation fan is attached is inserted / removed in the horizontal direction with respect to the case body, the load is supported on the ceiling wall by the sliding guide portions provided on the pair of side walls of the case body. At the same time, the sliding movement is guided in the insertion / removal direction in a state where the movement in the lateral width direction is restricted. Then, as the ceiling wall slides and moves to the proper mounting position, the engaged portion fits downward and engages with the engaging portion provided in the case main body, so that the insertion / removal direction of the ceiling wall is achieved. Movement in the city will be restricted. When the movement is restricted in this way, the switching operation tool is switched from the release state to the action state, so that the upper wall of the ceiling wall is contacted and the upward movement is restricted. The position is held in a state where movement in the insertion / removal direction and the vertical direction is restricted at the attachment position.
[0010]
Therefore, when the ceiling wall is inserted / removed for maintenance work, etc., if the ceiling wall is moved to the proper mounting position while being slidably guided by the sliding guide portion, the positioning engagement state is established due to its own weight in the vertical direction. After that, it is easy to perform the alignment, and after that, it is possible to hold the switch at the proper attachment position by simply switching the switching operation tool, and the insertion / removal operation is facilitated.
[0011]
As a result, it has become possible to provide a ventilator that can reduce the external dimensions of the apparatus while making it easy to insert and remove the ceiling wall as described above.
[0012]
Further, according to the characterizing feature of claim 1, prior Symbol engaged portion is, the collar portion provided so as to face the sliding guide part on the ceiling wall, below the lower end edge of the collar portion When the ceiling wall is inserted and removed, the flange portion is slidably guided by the sliding guide portion in a state in which movement in the lateral width direction is restricted, and the engaged portion The projecting lower end part of the part is configured to be slidably guided in a state where a load is supported by the sliding guide part.
[0013]
Therefore, when the ceiling wall is inserted / removed, the collar portion is slidably guided by the sliding guide portion, so that the movement in the lateral width direction can be reliably inserted and removed, and the projecting lower end of the engaged portion Since only the sliding part is slid and guided while the load is supported by the sliding guide part, for example, it slides while contacting with a small contact area as compared with the case where sliding is performed with the entire collar part in contact. Accordingly, the sliding contact resistance is small, and the sliding operation can be performed easily.
[0014]
According to the characteristic configuration of the second aspect, the switching operation tool is switched to an operation position in which the contact operation portion is positioned on the upper surface side of the ceiling wall, and thus the contact operation portion. Is configured to be rotatable so as to be in the released state by switching to a non-operation position retracted from the upper surface side of the ceiling wall, and the switching is performed within a predetermined rotation range extending between the operation position and the non-operation position. A rotation restricting tool for restricting the rotation operation range of the operation tool is provided.
[0015]
The switching operation tool can be switched between the action state and the release state by rotating the contact action part between the action position and the non-action position. Since it is restricted to a predetermined rotation range, for example, even when working in a narrow and dim place such as the back of a ceiling, the switching state can be easily confirmed with a sense of manual work by restricting the rotation. .
[0016]
According to the characteristic configuration of the third aspect, in the second aspect , the switching operation tool is provided so as to be rotatable around a longitudinal axis and is formed when operated in the action state. The engaged portion is configured to be held in the operating state by engaging with an engaging portion formed on the upper surface of the ceiling wall.
[0017]
When the switching operation tool is turned to the operating state, the engaged portion formed on the switching operation tool engages with the engaging portion formed on the upper surface of the ceiling wall. Even in the case of working, it can be easily confirmed with a sense of manual work that the working state has been reached.
[0018]
According to the characteristic configuration of claim 4 , the air in the bathroom is sucked through the air intake passage for the bathroom and the air intake opening, and the air in the other room other than the bathroom is sucked through the air intake passage for the other room, The air sucked in from the exhaust opening is exhausted to the outside through the exhaust passage, and the air in the bathroom and other rooms other than the bathroom is simultaneously sucked in, and the air sucked from each room is passed through the exhaust passage. Since it is exhausted to the outside, multiple rooms can be ventilated simultaneously.
[0019]

In the casing 1, a circulation air passage 6 that connects the suction portion 3 as the bathroom intake passage and the blowout portion 4 is defined, and the exhaust communication port 2 is a route from the suction portion 3 to the blowout portion 4. It is formed so as to communicate with the circulation air passage 6 in the middle, and it acts as an air intake to the suction portion 3 and to send the intake air to the blowout portion 4 and the exhaust communication port 2 inside the circulation air passage 6. A circulation fan 7 and a heat exchanger 8 for heating the air flowing through the circulation air path 6 are provided. The heat exchanger 8 is connected with a hot water circulation path 9 for circulating and supplying hot water from an external heat source device (not shown), and the hot water circulation path 9 is supplied with hot water supplied to the heat exchanger 8. An intermittently operated thermal valve 10 is provided.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 1, the ventilation unit M1 includes a bathroom inlet 23 on a surface connected to the bathroom heating unit M2, and two intakes for other rooms on one side surface that is orthogonal to the connection surface. A ventilating fan casing 17 having an outlet 19, 19 and an exhaust port 21 is provided on a surface opposite to the vent 19, and a ventilation fan 24 is provided in the three inlets 19, 23 in the ventilation fan casing 17. In addition to acting as an intake air, the intake air is provided to be ventilated so as to send the intake air to the exhaust port 21. The ventilation fan casing is cantilevered on the side of the casing 1 for the bathroom heating unit M2 in a state where the exhaust communication port 2 of the casing 1 for the bathroom heating unit M2 and the bathroom inlet 23 of the ventilation fan casing 17 overlap. As a result, the ventilation unit M1 and the bathroom heating unit M2 are integrally assembled in a state in which the ventilation fan 24 is sucked into the circulation air passage 6 through the bathroom intake port and the exhaust communication port 2. .
[0023]
The exhaust communication port 2 can be freely switched between an open state in which an intake action by the ventilation fan 24 is applied to the circulation air passage 6 and a closed state in which the intake action by the ventilation fan 24 is stopped to the circulation air passage 6. A shutter device S is provided.
And the apparatus main body M comprised as mentioned above is installed with the bottom face opening part of the casing 1 for bathroom heating units facing the opening part for ventilation formed in the ceiling part of bathroom BR, and the ceiling part of bathroom BR The grill plate 5 is attached from below. Further, the intake ports 19 and 19 for the other rooms of the ventilation unit M1 and the suction grilles 18 of the dressing room DR and the toilet TR are connected by an intake duct 20 as an intake passage for the other rooms, and the exhaust port of the ventilation unit M1. 21 and the exhaust grille are connected by an exhaust duct 22.
[0024]
Next, the configuration of the ventilation unit M1 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 5, and 6, the ventilation fan casing 17 includes a pair of side wall portions 13 a and 13 a on both the left and right sides, and a bottom surface portion 13 b that connects lower ends of the pair of side wall portions 13 a and 13 a. A ventilation fan comprising a case main body 13 which is formed in a substantially U shape with an upper portion opened and a fan operating portion 24b in which a driving motor 24a and a rotary blade driven by the motor 24a are internally provided. And a front plate 15 having a bathroom air inlet 23 formed on the surface connected to the bathroom heating unit M2 is connected to the connection surface. The opening on the opposite side surface is closed by the back body 16. The fan support 14 is configured to function as a ceiling wall of a fan casing that covers the upper-side opening portion of the case body 13 in a properly attached state.
Sealing materials are interposed at the connection points of the case main body 13, the fan support 14, the front plate 15, and the back body 16 so that airflow does not leak as much as possible during ventilation operation.
[0025]
The fan support 14 (ceiling wall) is inserted in the horizontal direction with respect to the case main body 13 fixed to the bathroom heating unit M2 when, for example, maintenance work such as repair or cleaning of the ventilation fan 24 is performed. It is configured to be removable.
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the fan support 14 is formed of a square plate made of a metal material, and the left and right side edge portions corresponding to the pair of side wall portions 13a and 13a of the case body 13 are shown in FIG. The collar portion 30 is formed by bending downward along the entire length. In this flange portion 30, a positioning rib 31 (an example of an engaged portion) is formed so as to extend and project in a part of the flange portion 30 toward the plate surface direction of the flange portion 30, that is, the lower side. Has been. The positioning rib 31 is formed with two positioning ribs 31 at appropriate intervals on the flange 30 corresponding to the surface to which the exhaust duct 22 is connected, and the two intake ducts 20 are connected. One positioning rib 31 is formed in the center part in the insertion / removal direction in the collar part 30 located on the opposite side.
On the other hand, the case body 13 is integrally formed of a synthetic resin material, and as shown in FIGS. 6, 7, and 8, along the upper side portions of the pair of side wall portions 13 a and 13 a on both the left and right sides, The longitudinal guide surface 32a capable of sliding and guiding the inner side surface of each flange 30 and the tip surface portion of the positioning rib 31 in each flange 30 are in contact with each other to support the load while sliding. A sliding guide portion 32 having a free horizontal guide surface 32b is provided.
Therefore, when the fan support 14 is slid in the horizontal direction along the sliding guide portion 32, the inner side surface of each flange 30 is slidably guided by the vertical guide surface 32a, so that the fan support 14 is provided. Displacement in the lateral width direction is restricted, and only the front end surface portion of the positioning rib 31 comes into contact with and slides on the horizontal guide surface 32b while supporting a load (see FIG. 8 (a)). .
It should be noted that a space between the upper end edge of the vertical guide surface 32a and the upper end edge of the vertical guide surface 32a in an appropriately mounted state as will be described later is airtight at a position facing the upper end edge of the vertical guide surface 32a in the fan support body 14. However, when the fan support 14 slides, only the front end surface portion of the positioning rib 31 contacts and slides against the horizontal guide surface 32b. The sealing material E is not slidably contacted with the upper edge of the vertical guide surface 32a, and the sealing material is not worn during the insertion / removal operation of the fan support 14, thereby improving the durability.
[0026]
On the horizontal guide surface 32b of the sliding guide portion 32, the positioning ribs 31 are fitted into the lower side and engaged with each other in a state where the fan support 14 is in an appropriate mounting position with respect to the case body 13. A slit 33 (an example of an engaging portion) is formed. Therefore, when the fan support 14 is slid and guided along the sliding guide portion 32 and moved to the proper mounting position, the positioning ribs 31 are moved into the positioning slits 33 by the weight of the fan support 14. The fan support 14 is configured to engage and engage with the lower side to automatically restrict the movement of the fan support 14 in the sliding direction (insertion / removal direction). At this time, the sealing material E comes into contact with the upper end edge of the vertical guide surface 32a, and an effective sealing effect can be exhibited (see FIG. 8B).
[0027]
In addition, the case main body 13 abuts on the upper surface of the fan support 14 in a state where the movement of the fan support 14 in the sliding direction (insertion / removal direction) is restricted, thereby restricting the upward movement. There are provided a plurality of switching operation tools 34 that can be switched between an operating state for releasing and a released state for releasing the movement restriction. Two switching operation tools 34 are provided at a location corresponding to the surface to which the exhaust duct 22 is connected at an appropriate interval, and the opposite side location where the two intake ducts 20 are connected is in the insertion / removal direction. It is provided at three locations, one at each end and one at the middle.
[0028]
More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, each switching operation tool 34 is formed by bending a plate material, and an insertion hole 34a is formed in an intermediate portion thereof, and passes through the insertion hole 34a. The boss portion 35 formed on the case body 13 is supported by a screw 36 screwed from the upper side so that the boss portion 35 is prevented from coming off and is rotatable about the longitudinal axis Y.
The contact operation portion 34b of the switching operation tool 34 is switched to the operation position positioned on the upper surface side of the fan support body 14, and the operation state is established. It is configured to be supported so as to be rotatable around the vertical axis Y so as to be in the release state by switching to a non-operation position retracted from the upper surface side. On both the left and right sides of the contact acting portion 34b, inclined guide surfaces 34c are formed so as to smoothly rotate when the fan support 14 is rotated to the upper surface side as described above.
Further, a grip operating part 34d is provided which is positioned on the opposite side of the contact hole 34b with respect to the insertion hole 34a and has a pair of left and right vertical surfaces formed by bending the left and right tongue pieces downward. The operator can hold the grip operation part 34d by hand and rotate it.
[0029]
The contact acting part 34b is formed with an engaging recess 37 as an engaged part. When the contact acting part 34b is switched to the working position on the upper surface side of the fan support 14, the engagement is performed. An engaging projection 38 is formed as an engaging portion with which the concave portion 37 is engaged. In other words, when the contact action portion 34b is rotated from the non-action position to the action position, when the end edge portion of the contact action portion 34b hits the engagement protrusion 38, the engagement is elastically caused by the inclined guide surface 34c. The engagement protrusion 37 is elastically fitted to and engaged with the engagement protrusion 38 by climbing on the joint protrusion 38, and the engagement state, that is, the action state is maintained.
[0030]
Further, a protrusion 35a is formed on the inner side in the width direction of the boss portion 35 formed on the case body 13, and the contact acting portion 34b is rotated so as to switch from the acting position to the non-acting position. At this time, when the actuator is rotated by a predetermined amount from the operating position in the right direction or the left direction, as shown in FIGS. 10 (a) and 10 (b), the grip operating portion 34d contacts the ridge 35a. Further rotation is prevented. Therefore, the protrusion 35a constitutes a rotation restricting tool that restricts the rotation operation range of the switching operation tool 34 within a predetermined rotation range between the operating position and the non-operating position. As described above, when the switching operation tool 34 is rotated, the operator is informed that the contact operating portion 34b has reached the operating position and has reached the predetermined rotating position of the non-operating position. It can be easily confirmed with the sense of
Note that flanges 39 are formed on the edges of the both ends of the fan support 14 in the insertion / removal direction by bending upwards, so that the side faces of the front plate 15 and the back plate 16 are laterally directed. It is configured to be fixed with screws. As shown in FIG. 6, the back plate 16 can be inserted and removed while being screwed to the fan support 14. After the fan support 14 is positioned at an appropriate mounting position, a screw is separately attached. Can also be fixed.
[0031]
With the above-described configuration, when the fan support 14 is inserted and removed for maintenance work or the like, even when the work is performed in a narrow dim space such as the back of the ceiling, the insertion and removal work is performed by sliding the case body 13. In addition to being able to be easily performed while being slidably guided by the guide portion 32, positioning by engagement is automatically performed in proper attachment, and a position holding operation by the switching operation tool 34 can be easily performed.
[0032]
It should be noted that maintenance work such as repair inspection as described above and installation work for connecting each duct to the ventilation fan casing 17 is performed at a location on the side of the device installation location on the unit bath Ub constituting the peripheral wall of the bathroom. An inspection port TK is provided for enabling the operation from the inside. The inspection port TK is closed by a plate body t that can be freely opened and closed as shown in FIG.
The inspection port TK is formed at a location close to the back plate 16 of the ventilation fan casing 17. Since no duct connection port is provided at this location, the inspection port TK can be arranged as close as possible, and the duct is less likely to interfere with the operator. Therefore, duct connection work can be easily performed. In addition, when checking the inside of the bathroom heating unit M2, it can be performed by removing the grill plate 9.
[0033]
[Another embodiment]
(1) In the above embodiment, the flange 30 is formed over the entire length of the ceiling wall (fan support 14) at a location facing the sliding guide portion of the case main body 13, and from the lower edge of the flange 30. The positioning rib 31 (engaged portion) is formed so as to protrude downward, but instead of such a configuration, the ceiling wall (fan support body 14) is formed without forming the flange portion 30. The positioning rib 31 (engaged part) is formed so as to protrude downward directly from the edge of (), and the movement restriction and sliding guide in the lateral width direction are formed only by the positioning rib 31 (engaged part). You may comprise so that.
[0034]
(2) In the above-described embodiment, the switching operation tool 34 is exemplified in a configuration in which the position is held by the engagement protrusion and the engagement recess being engaged in the operation state. It is good also as a structure hold | maintained only by the elastic restoring force of the switching operation tool 34, without providing a structure.
[0035]
(3) In the above-described embodiment, the switching operation tool 34 is configured to be freely rotatable between the action state and the release state. However, instead of such a configuration, as the switching operation tool 34, for example, It may be configured to slide in the horizontal direction to switch between the action state and the release state, or may be configured to switch between the action state and the release state by rotating around the horizontal axis.
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although it was set as the structure by which the rotation control tool which controls the rotation operation range of the switching operation tool 34 in a predetermined rotation range was provided, it is good also as a structure which does not provide the said rotation control tool.
[0036]
(4) In the above embodiment, the configuration in which the bathroom and the other two rooms (the dressing room and the toilet) are ventilated at the same time has been exemplified. However, for example, the configuration in which only the bathroom and the dressing room are ventilated, the bathroom and the toilet It is good also as a structure which ventilates with various forms, such as the structure which ventilates and the structure which ventilates only one of each room.
