Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof pan used as a floor pan such as a bath unit, a shower unit, or a toilet unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in this type of bus unit, etc., it was easy for elderly people to get in and out of the bus unit without craving, and water from the waterproof pan in the bus unit did not easily get over the entrance / exit As shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the drainage groove provided with the grating 13 as a groove cover is provided in the vicinity of the entrance / exit of the waterproof pan 11 to reduce the step at the entrance / exit. Are known (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-90486)
[0003]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the drainage provided with the grating 3 on the entire periphery of the waterproof pan 11 so as to be able to cope with various door mounting positions with one type of waterproof pan 11. There is also known a bus unit in which a groove 11e is provided, and a floor 11b of the waterproof pan 11 is provided with a downwardly inclined drainage gradient 12 from one side to the opposite side where a door or door frame 5 can be erected (see FIG. For example, see Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-30267).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the structure shown in FIG. 6 of the former technique described in the prior art, the drainage groove is provided only on the side where the doorway is provided, that is, the side where the door is erected. In order to correspond to the position, it is necessary to prepare several types of waterproof pans dedicated to each door mounting position, and thus several types of waterproof pan forming molds are required, resulting in an expensive problem.
[0005]
On the other hand, in the latter bus unit shown in FIG. 7, although it can correspond to various door mounting positions, the outer grating mounting surface which is formed facing both ends of the upper edge of the drainage groove 11e and becomes the grating mounting surface. 11c and the inner grating mounting surface 11d are formed on the floor surface 11b of the waterproof pan 11 as shown in FIG. 7 (a) because both surfaces of the inner grating mounting surface 11d are downwardly inclined to match the drainage gradient 12 of the floor surface 11b. When the door frame 5 for erecting the door to enter and exit is attached to the side in the direction orthogonal to the slope of the drainage gradient 12, the start side of the drainage gradient 12 as shown in FIG. The step between the door frame 5 and the top surface of the grating 3 is small at the highest position, that is, one corner of the entrance, and the lowest position, that is, the other end of the drainage gradient 12, that is, the door frame 5 and the grating at the other corner. Step between the top surface is increased.
Therefore, the wider the door opening width that is advantageous for entering and exiting the bathroom, the greater the difference in level between the lowest part and the highest part in the door frame 5 and the upper surface of the grating 3.
Therefore, even in the structure shown in FIG. 7, depending on the position where the door is erected, there is not necessarily a small step that is easy for an elderly person to go in and out, and a small step that is substantially constant even at various door mounting positions. Therefore, as in the former case, it is necessary to prepare several types of waterproof pans dedicated to each door mounting position, and accordingly, several types of waterproof pan forming molds must be prepared, resulting in an increase in cost. It was.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the prior art, and makes it easier for people to enter and exit by entering the entrance to the bathroom, etc. Even when a door is mounted on the side perpendicular to the drainage gradient, the entrance and exit steps can be made small and substantially constant, and a variety of waterproof pans can be used with various types of door mounting positions. Is what you want to offer.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is a horizontal wall mounting formed by standing a drainage slope on a floor surface having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view and standing on the outer periphery of the floor surface. A door and a wall are attached to the surface, and a drainage groove connected to a drainage port is formed on the periphery of the floor surface including at least three sides including the side where the door is erected, and a grating is placed on the drainage groove. The outer side grating formed at a position lower than the floor surface of the waterproof pan at the upper edge both ends of the drainage groove on the side perpendicular to the drainage gradient provided on the floor surface. A grating mounting surface composed of a mounting surface and an inner grating mounting surface is formed, and the outer grating mounting surface which is the outer side of the waterproof pan is substantially parallel to the horizontal wall mounting surface, The inner grating mounting surface, which is the inside of the waterproof pan, is drained. The grating is provided so as to be substantially parallel to the floor surface, and the upper surface of the portion of the grating located on the floor surface side of the waterproof pan is disposed on the grating mounting surface facing the drainage groove. It is placed so as to be substantially flush with the floor surface, and the upper surface of the drainage groove is detachably covered.
[0008]
The invention according to claim 2 is a waterproof pan in which both the outer grating mounting surface on which the grating is mounted and the inner grating mounting surface are formed in a downward slope according to the drainage gradient of the floor surface, A drainage gradient is provided on the floor surface that is substantially square in plan view so that the entrance / exit step can be easily made small and substantially constant by post-processing only on the side where the door is attached, and is erected on the outer periphery of the floor surface. A drain and a drainage groove connected to a drain outlet are formed on the periphery of the floor surface of at least three sides including a side where the door is erected, A waterproof pan in which a grating is placed in the groove, and the thickness of the grating from the floor surface of the waterproof pan to both ends of the drain groove on the side perpendicular to the drain gradient provided on the floor surface. Outer grating mounting surface formed at a low position A grating mounting surface composed of an inner grating mounting surface is formed, and the outer grating mounting surface which is the outer side of the waterproof pan and the inner grating mounting surface which is the inner side of the waterproof pan are provided with a drainage gradient. wherein the inclined so as to be substantially parallel to the floor, part of the outer grating mounting surface, or so that the spacer attached to the lower surface of the grating the upper surface of the spacer becomes substantially parallel to the horizontal Kabeno surface The grating is placed on the facing grating placement surface of the drainage groove so that the entire upper surface of the portion of the grating located on the floor side of the waterproof pan is substantially flush with the floor surface. The upper surface of the drainage groove is detachably covered .
[0009]
The invention according to claim 3 can be mounted flexibly following a twisted grating mounting surface in which one is formed substantially horizontally and the other is inclined. In order to make it possible to use a more used grating, in the invention according to claim 1 or 2, the grating has a plurality of box structures formed in a rectangular tube shape, and the box structure is perforated. A connecting rod that is inserted through the hole and connects a plurality of box structures, and a piece member that is inserted into the connecting rod between the box structures, and the box structure rotates with respect to the connecting rod. It is characterized by being freely mounted.
[0010]
In the present invention, the outer side in the longitudinal direction of the upper surface of the grating positioned on the entrance / exit side is substantially parallel to the lower part of the door, so that the step can be made a small and substantially constant step. Since the door is continuously provided on at least three sides including the side where the door is erected, there is no difference in the waterproof pan itself depending on the door mounting position of the waterproof pan, and one type of waterproof pan can be used.
[0011]

FIG. 6 is a plan view showing an embodiment in which a door frame 5 for the above is installed, and a ceiling (not shown) or the like is attached to the upper part, and a bathtub 7 or the like is incorporated therein to be used as a bus unit. Sliding doors, folding doors, and sliding doors are used, but it is preferable to use a sliding door having a wide effective opening.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 1 (a) and FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the grating 3 serving as a drain groove cover that covers and covers the upper surface opening of the drain groove 1e of the waterproof pan 1 is shown in FIG. As shown in a) and (b), a box structure 3a formed into a rectangular tube shape by extrusion molding or the like using a vinyl chloride resin or the like is made of polypropylene resin or the like for keeping a space between the box structures 3a. It is preferable that a plurality of piece members 3c are arranged and connected by a plurality of flexible connecting rods 3b made of polyethylene resin or the like.
As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the grating 3 has two sides of the grating 3 even when a door is erected on a side perpendicular to the slope of the drainage gradient 2 of the floor surface 1b of the waterproof pan 1. One side in the longitudinal direction is parallel to the lower part of the door frame 5, that is, horizontally, and the other side can be inclined parallel to the drainage gradient 2 of the floor surface 1b with respect to the horizontal direction.
[0016]
Accordingly, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the floor of the washroom 6 and the door frame 5 are formed substantially flush with each other, and the upper surface of the grating 3 and the floor 1b of the waterproof pan 1 are substantially flush with each other. Since the step between the door frame 5 and the grating 3 can be made small and substantially constant, the entrance and exit of the chamber can be facilitated.
[0017]
In the above embodiment, the shape of the waterproof pan 1, that is, the inclination of the outer and inner grating mounting surfaces 1 c, 1 d is changed so that one side in the longitudinal direction of the grating 3 is horizontal with the lower part of the door frame 5. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and the outer side shown as a conventional example in FIG. 7 is configured to form a slope substantially parallel to the drainage gradient 2 of the floor surface 1b with respect to the horizontal direction. Even if the waterproofing pan 11 has a shape in which the grating mounting surface 11c and the inner grating mounting surface 11d have the same inclination, the same configuration as that of the above embodiment can be adopted.
That is, as shown in FIG. 4A, the outer grating mounting surface 1c is provided on the lower surface side of the grating 3 in the portion located outside the waterproof pan 1 when the drainage groove 1e is covered with the grating 3. As shown in FIG. 4 (b), the spacer 9 corresponding to the difference in inclination is attached in advance, or the spacer 9 corresponding to the difference in inclination is attached in advance to the outer grating mounting surface 1c. The upper surface of the spacer 9 is parallel to the horizontal wall mounting surface 1 a so that the upper surface of the spacer 9 is the mounting surface on one side of the grating 3.
[0018]
Although FIG. 5 is not an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the figure, the shape of the grating 3 itself is formed so that one side in the longitudinal direction of the grating 3 is parallel to the lower part of the door frame 5, that is, horizontally. The same effect as that of the configuration of the present invention can be obtained by forming the waterproof pan 1 in a shape parallel to the floor surface 1b provided with the drainage gradient 2 of the waterproof pan 1.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a drainage gradient is provided on a floor surface having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, and a door and a wall are provided on a horizontal wall mounting surface formed by standing on the outer peripheral edge of the floor surface. A waterproof pan in which a body is attached and drainage grooves connected to a drainage port are formed at the periphery of the floor surface including at least three sides including the side where the door is erected, and grating is placed in the drainage groove. An outer grating mounting surface and an inner side formed at positions lower than the floor surface of the waterproof pan at the upper edge both ends of the drainage groove on the side perpendicular to the drainage gradient provided on the floor surface. A grating mounting surface comprising a grating mounting surface is formed, and an outer grating mounting surface which is an outer side of the waterproof pan is substantially parallel to the horizontal wall mounting surface, and an inner side of the waterproof pan. The inner grating mounting surface is provided with a drainage gradient. The grating is provided so as to be substantially parallel to the surface of the drainage groove, and the upper surface of the portion of the grating located on the floor surface side of the waterproof pan is substantially flush with the floor surface. Since the top surface of the drainage groove is placed so as to be detachable so as to be detachable, water from the floor surface portion of the waterproof pan does not flow out of the door over the doorway of the door, Since the steps at the entrance and exit can be reduced, the entrance stride becomes shallower when entering and leaving the bathroom, making it easier for people to enter and exit, and a door is attached to the side of the waterproof pan perpendicular to the drainage gradient of the floor. The entrance and exit steps can be made small and substantially constant, allowing elderly people and people with physical disabilities to enter and exit without having to crawl. There is an effect that it is possible to provide an inexpensive waterproof bread with.
[0020]
Further, as defined in claim 2, the outer grating mounting surface of the grating mounting surface is inclined in accordance with the drainage gradient of the floor surface of the waterproof pan and is formed integrally with the waterproof pan. Alternatively, the spacer mounted on the lower surface of the grating is post-processed only on the side where the conventionally used waterproof pan door is attached by adopting a configuration in which the upper surface of the spacer is substantially parallel to the horizontal wall mounting surface. By doing so, the entrance / exit step can be made small and substantially constant.
[0021]
Furthermore, as described in claim 3, the grating is inserted into a plurality of box structures formed in a rectangular tube shape and holes formed in the box structures to connect the plurality of box structures together. And a piece member inserted into the connecting rod between the box structures, and the box structure is mounted on the connecting rod so as to be rotatable. Can be used.
