本発明は、道路や駐車場等の路面に埋設する消雪用散水ノズル付き配管ブロック装置に関し、詳しくは本管に対する立上り管の連結手段および立上り管に対する散水ノズルの連結手段に主に改良を施した消雪用散水ノズル付き配管ブロック装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、消雪用散水ノズル付き配管ブロック装置の構成に鋼管が使用されていたが、この鋼管使用のものは塩害による腐食により短期間のうちに閉塞を起し、十分な機能を発揮しない事態を発生し易かった。

このような背景から、近年、鋼管に代わるものとして塩化ビニル管(以下、塩ビ管と称する。)が用いられてきている。

そして、消雪用散水ノズル付き配管ブロック装置も立上げ管に塩ビ管を用いられ、本管に穿設した孔に溶接により連結され、溶接部に応力が集中しやすい構造となっていた。このため、車両荷重等の繰返し荷重が作用した場合、立上げ管と本管の溶接部が疲労劣化し易く、また塩ビ管の線膨張係数がコンクリートと比べ約7倍もあることから、コンクリートの蒸気養生や水和熱による温度変化によって塩ビ管に好ましくない拘束力が作用する。

そこで、本発明者は、立上げ管構造の改良を目的として、種々の改良案タイプについて、温度変化および疲労の点からそれぞれ検討を行った結果、載荷重よりも温度変化によるひずみの方が付け根部に大きな応力が生じていること、立上り管に作用する応力は本管に作用する応力よりも比較的大きいこと、養生時のコンクリート打設時の温度変化による影響も大きいこと等を確認し、そして上記改良案の中から本発明構造タイプを見出したものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、立上り管の付け根部にかかる載荷重や温度変化による応力の吸収、立上り管に作用する応力の吸収、養生時のコンクリート打設時の温度変化による影響の吸収を顕著に果たして好結果を出す容易に工夫した新規の構造の消雪用散水ノズル付き配管ブロック装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、合成樹脂製本管の適宜個所に合成樹脂製立上げ管を立設して当該立上げ管の上端に散水ノズルを連結した状態でコンクリートに埋め込むことにより構成した消雪用散水ノズル付き配管ブロック装置に関し、合成樹脂製本管における合成樹脂製立上げ管の立設個所の壁に内外に連通する雌ネジを穿設し、この雌ネジに当該雌ネジに螺合する管状雄ネジを下端に設けた短管状ソケットを本管の内外に連通する状態で螺着し、このソケットの上端管状部の内周面に環状溝を設けてこれにOリングを嵌着し、この上端管状部内に合成樹脂製立上げ管の下端を押込み入れ操作により連結して成るものである。

消雪用散水ノズル付き配管ブロック装置は、本管、立上り管、ソケットが塩ビ製等の合成樹脂である。

【実施例】
図に示す実施例は、塩ビ管製本管1の適宜個所に塩ビ製ソケット2を介して塩ビ管製立上げ管3を立設し、この立上げ管3の上端に散水ノズル4を取付けた状態でこれ等をコンクリート5に埋め込んだ長尺構成の消雪用散水ノズル付き配管ブロック装置である。

上記の塩ビ管製本管1は、管径が大きくなっている受口6をその両端部に一体に形成し、これ等各受口6の内周面に環状溝を設けて当該環状溝にシールパッキン(図示せず)を装着したものであって、適宜個所に上向きに開口する雌ネジ7を穿設してある。

ソケット2は、上側半分を径大な短管部とし下半分を径小な短管としてこれ等大径短管部8、径小短管部9の連続個所に段部10を形成すると共に大径短管部8の内周面に上下2段の環状溝11を設け、これ等各環状溝11にスチレンブタジエンゴム製のOリング12を嵌着し、また径小短管部9の外周面に上記雌ネジ7に螺着する雄ネジ13を刻設してあり、そして大径短管部8の上方部の外周にスパナ掛け用切欠(図示せず)を設けてある。

立上げ管3は、ゴム系材料の入っている耐衝撃性塩ビ管(ハイパー塩ビ管)であって、上下両端部外周がテーパ14,15となっているものである。

散水ノズル4は、頂面に散水口(図示せず)を、下端に下方に向って開口する連結口17を有し、内部にはここでは詳述しないが、散水の開始・停止および散水量の調節機能をなす調節機構(図示せず)を蔵しているものであり、また連結口17はその内端に突当り段部18を、内周面に上下2段の環状溝19をそれぞれ設けてあり、各環状溝19にはスチレンブタジエンゴム製のOリング20を嵌着してある。

すなわち、上記の実施例は、例えば本管1に設けた雌ネジ7にソケット2の雄ネジ13を螺着し、この螺着後に当該ソケット2の大径短管部8に立上げ管3の下端を押込み操作により連結すると共に当該立上げ管3の上端に散水ノズル4の連結口17を押込み操作により連結し、よって本管1に散水ノズル4を取付けた状態でこれ等をコンクリート5に埋め込んだものである。

ソケット2の大径短管部8および散水ノズル4の連結口17の内径よりも立上げ管3の外径を僅かに細くして当該立上り管3を僅かに動ける状態とし、これにより押込み操作をし易くする等してある。また、図中21はパッキンであり、本発明はこのパッキンを無くしてソケット2を直に本管1に溶接すること、雌ネジ7と雄ネジ13の螺合部を接着剤の流し込みで接着固定してシールすること、等でソケットの取付を行うことができ、また上記耐衝撃性塩ビ管(ハイパー塩ビ管)の代りに普通塩ビ管を使用することができる。

【作用】
本発明は、上記のような構成であるので、塩ビ管製立上り管とコンクリートとの間の付着力が鋼管とコンクリートのそれよりも顕著に大きく、コンクリートと塩ビ管製立上り管がOリングの弾性により許容されてほぼ一体の状態で挙動し、載荷時の応力、温度変化による応力や振動がOリングのところで抑えられ吸収される。

【発明の効果】
本発明に係る消雪用散水ノズル付き配管ブロック装置は、上記の通り塩ビ管製立上り管に対して外部から許容範囲内(限界内)の応力や振動を受けるもこれをOリング及び短管状ソケットと本管の螺着部が吸収するもので塩ビ管製本管や散水ノズルには伝わりにくいものであって、塩ビ管製本管における立上り管の付け根部(すなわちソケットの付け根部)に対する載荷重や温度変化による応力の吸収機能、立上り管に作用する応力の吸収機能、養生時のコンクリート打設時の温度変化による影響の吸収機能を備えたものであり、好結果を出す新規の構造の消雪用散水ノズル付き配管ブロック装置を提供するという所期の目的を完全に達成する著効を奏するものであり、しかも例えば塩ビ管製立上り管を交換する必要が生じた場合には比較的簡単且つ楽に行うことができる利点があり、また多少の芯ズレも吸収できるものである。
