本発明は、樋を支持すべく建造物の壁面等に取付けられる樋支持具の改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種樋支持具としては、例えば図4に示すようなものが存在する。

即ち、この従来のものは、一端部に支持具本体(図示せず)を有する取付杆9aの他端部を、固定部材12aの背面に設けた凹所13aに嵌入してリベット17bで固定したものであり、図4(ロ) のように固定部材12aの脚片14aを介して壁面等の取付面B' に複数の樋支持具が固定される。

そして、樋は各樋支持具の支持具本体に掛け渡すようにして装着されるが、取付面B' の状態、樋支持具の取付誤差、樋の変形等により樋の装着が困難となる場合があり、この場合は支持具本体に樋を装着できるように、施工業者が取付杆9aに外力を加えてこれを曲げ、支持具本体の位置調整を行っていたのである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このようにして取付杆9aに外力が加えられると、リベット17bに引張力が集中して作用するため、リベット17bが伸長することになり、その結果固定部材12aと取付杆9aとの良好な固定状態を維持できず、取付杆9aにがたつきを生ぜしめるという大なる問題点を有していたのである。

それ故に、本発明は上記従来の問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、取付杆と固定部材との良好な固定状態を長期に亘って維持できるようにすることを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
即ち、上記課題を解決するために本発明が採った手段は、一端部に支持具本体1を有する取付杆9の他端部を壁面等の取付面Bに取付けるべく該他端部が固定部材12の背面に形成した凹所13に嵌入されて固定手段により固定される樋支持具に於いて、取付杆9の他端部側背面に前記取付面Bに当接する凸状部11が少なくとも上下に所定間隔を有して突設され且つ該凸状部11間には前記固定手段が配されてなる点にある。

従って、上記発明特定事項を特徴とする樋支持具に於いては、固定部材12を取付面Bに取付けると、該取付面Bに取付杆9の凸状部11が当接することになる。

そして、所定間隔を有して取付面Bに取付けた樋支持具の支持具本体1間に樋を掛け渡すようにして装着する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態ついて図面に従って説明する。

図1に於いて、1は両側縁に上向きの折曲側片2,2を対面形成した支持具本体を示し、その一端には支持すべき樋3の凹状部3aに係入可能な係入片4が上向きに形成されると共に、他端には樋3の耳部3bに嵌合可能な耳保持部5が略コの字状に折曲形成されてなり、該耳保持部5の先端には延設片6が斜め下方に設けられている。7は前記係入片4の内側部に対向して設けられた折曲片を示す。8は支持具本体1の他端側裏面に前記耳保持部5に対向して設けられたバネ板からなる弾性片であり、その先端は上向きに折曲されてなる。

9は一端部が支持具本体1にスライド自在に取付けられた取付杆で、垂下した他端部には図2(イ) のように挿通孔10が穿設されると共に、その上下には所定間隔を有して一対の凸状部11が背面側に突設されている。

12は図2(ハ) のように背面側に取付杆9の他端部を嵌入可能な凹所13を形成すべく中央部分を前方に突出させた固定部材で、その両側に設けた脚片14には複数の取付孔15が上下方向に所定間隔を有して穿設されており、また凹所13に穿設した挿通孔16と前記取付杆9の挿通孔10に挿通したリベット17により取付杆9の他端部は固定部材12に固定されている。尚、本実施形態ではリベット17の頭部17aの高さは前記凸状部11の高さと一致させている。

本実施形態は以上のような構成からなり、かかる樋支持具Aは壁面等の取付面Bに所定間隔を有して複数取付けられる。即ち、図1のように釘18等を固定部材12の取付孔15を介して壁面等の取付面Bに打ち込むのであるが、取付杆9の凸状部11及びリベット17の頭部17aが取付面Bに当接した状態で該取付面に樋支持具Aが取付けられることになる。

ところで、樋支持具Aの取付誤差、取付面Bの凹凸、樋3の変形等により樋3の装着が困難となる場合があるが、この場合は例えば図3の如く矢印方向に施工業者が取付杆9に外力を加え、取付杆9の位置を調整を行って樋3を装着する。

このように、外力が取付杆9に加えられても、その背面には取付面Bに当接する凸状部11がリベット17の上下に設けられてなるため、リベット17自体に大きな引張力が加わることはなく、よってリベット17による取付杆9と固定部材12との固定状態は長期に亘って確実に維持されるのである。従って、取付杆9、支持具本体1及び樋3にがたつきを生ぜしめるようなこともない。

また、本実施形態に係る樋支持具は全体の構成が非常に簡易であり、その製作も安価に行えるという利点もある。

尚、上記実施形態に於いては、取付杆9と固定部材12との固定手段としてリベット17を使用したが、この両者を例えばスポット溶接により固定した場合にも本発明は適用可能であり、この場合は溶接した部位の少なくとも上下位置に凸状部11を設ければよい。これにより、不用意な溶接部の破損を防止することができることになる。

また、取付杆9の背面に設ける凸状部11は少なくとも固定手段の上下位置に配されればよいが、例えば固定手段の周囲に環状に設けることも可能である。

さらに、凸状部11の先端を尖鋭状に形成すれば、取付面Bに取付けた際には該取付面Bに前記凸状部11の先端が食込むので、固定手段が外力から受ける影響をさらに低減することができる。

叙上のように、本発明に於いては、取付面に固定部材を取付けた際には該取付面に取付杆の凸状部が当接するため、取付杆に外力が加わっても凸状部により固定手段が保護されることとなる。

従って、固定手段による取付杆と固定部材との固定状態を長期に亘って確実に維持することが可能になり、取付杆、支持具本体及び樋にがたつきを生ぜしめることもなくなるという格別の効果を得るに至った。

また、本発明に係る樋支持具は全体の構成が非常に簡易であり、その製作も容易に且つ安価に行えるという効果を奏する。
