Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an induction heating cooker used in general households.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The prior art will be described by taking a built-in induction heating cooker as an example.
[0003]
Conventionally, this kind of built-in induction heating cooker has a structure as shown in FIGS. That is, 1 is an outer body of the built-in induction heating cooker that is dropped into the upper surface opening 3 of the sink 2. Inside, there is a heating coil 4, a temperature detection sensor 5 attached to the central portion thereof, and an oscillation. Circuit board 6 having a transistor for operation and many electronic components, a fan motor 7 for cooling them, a roaster case 9 having a heater 8 and the like, and the upper surface is covered with a ceramic plate 10. Reference numeral 11 denotes an intake hole for sucking the cooling air. The sucked air passes through the intake path 12 and convects in a U-shape to reach the fan motor 7. Reference numeral 13 denotes a back grill placed on a roaster exhaust hole (not shown) for discharging the smoke exhausted from the intake hole 11 and the roaster into the atmosphere.
[0004]
The back grille 13 is formed of metal, and a plurality of opening holes for intake and smoke exhaust are provided on the upper surface.
[0005]
Reference numeral 14 denotes a kangaroo pocket type operation unit which is rotatably accommodated in the main body.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above configuration, the back grille 13 is usually made of metal because the smoke emission temperature from the roaster exhaust hole is very high, and the shape of the opening hole becomes rough due to the mold structure (to ensure a certain opening ratio). Therefore, it is necessary to secure a large number of openings as the hole shape is reduced, which increases the mold cost.) During cooking, the user accidentally breaks the food pieces smaller than the opening hole in the back grille part. When it is blown out, it falls down from the intake path, making it extremely difficult to eliminate, and there is a problem that it becomes very unsanitary such as decay (note that the food dropped into the roaster exhaust hole) Can be taken out of the roaster case.)
[0007]
In addition, if measures such as attaching a net-like member to the opening hole are taken, spot welding and screwing will be required at that time, which will lead to a large cost increase and cooking with the mistake of removing it when cleaning the back grill etc. In such a case, there is a problem that the problem described above is likely to occur more greatly.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides an air inlet hole of a cooling means provided in a main body, a back grille covering an opening hole of the air inlet hole, and a grid-like shape detachably disposed in the air inlet hole. The induction heating cooker is provided with a box portion formed at the lower end of the holding member and detachably installed substantially vertically in the intake passage.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to the first aspect of the present invention, an intake hole of the cooling means provided in the main body, a back grille covering the opening hole of the intake hole, and a grid-like holding removably disposed in the intake hole And an induction heating cooker that is detachably installed substantially vertically in the intake passage by forming a box portion at the lower end of the holding member, so that not only debris but also spilled food etc. Even this liquid can be caught by the box portion at the lower end, and further improvement in hygiene can be achieved.
[0010]
【Example】
(Example 1)
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
1 to 3, reference numeral 21 denotes an external body of an embedded induction heating cooker that is dropped into the upper surface opening 23 of the sink 22, and inside the heating coil 24 and a temperature detection attached to the central portion thereof. Sensor 25, circuit board 26 provided with oscillation transistors and many electronic components, fan motor 27 for cooling them, roaster case 29 provided with heater 28, etc., and upper surface covered with ceramic plate 30 . Reference numeral 31 denotes an intake hole for sucking in the cooling air. The sucked air passes through the intake passage 32 and is convected in a U shape to reach the fan motor 27. Reference numeral 33 denotes a back grill placed on a roaster exhaust hole (not shown) for discharging the smoke exhausted from the intake hole 31 and the roaster into the atmosphere. The back grille 33 is formed of metal, and a plurality of opening holes for intake and smoke exhaust are provided on the upper surface. A lattice-shaped holding member 34 is detachably mounted below the back grill 33 and on the upper surface of the intake hole 31, and the area of one lattice is set smaller than the opening hole of the back grill 33. Reference numeral 35 denotes a kangaroo pocket type operation unit which is rotatably accommodated in the main body.
[0012]
Next, the operation of the configuration of this embodiment will be described. Even if the user accidentally skips a piece of food that is smaller than the opening hole of the back grille 33 during cooking, it can be prevented from dropping by the lattice-like holding member 34 provided below the piece. This is a significant improvement in hygiene. Even when cooking with the back grille 33 removed when cleaning the back grille 33, the lattice-shaped holding member 34 can prevent the food pieces from falling off because they are double guarded. Furthermore, since the lattice-shaped holding member 34 itself is also detachable, it is possible to easily handle the cooked pieces and clean themselves.
[0013]
(Example 2)
Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the lattice-like holding member 41 is detachably mounted while being supported at one end by the stopper 43 with an angle in the intake passage 42.
[0015]
Next, the operation of the configuration of this embodiment will be described. Since the grid holding member 41 is provided with an angle, the intake area is not reduced even if the grid area is smaller than the opening hole of the back grille 44 in order to improve the catch rate of the cooked food (horizontal at 45 ° set). About 1.4 times that at the time of setting), the catch rate can be improved while maintaining the cooling performance.
[0016]
(Example 3)
Hereinafter, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0017]
In the embodiment of FIG. 3, the lower end of the grid-like holding member 51 is U-shaped to form a box portion 52, which is detachably installed in the intake passage 53 substantially vertically. Reference numeral 54 denotes a knob portion that is pinched when attaching or removing the grid-like holding member.
[0018]
Next, the operation of the configuration of this embodiment will be described.
[0019]
By forming the box portion 52 at the lower end of the lattice-shaped holding member 51, even if the user accidentally drops a liquid such as boiled juice into the intake hole 55, it can be caught. Can be improved.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, not only debris, but also liquid such as spilled food can be caught by the box portion at the lower end, and further hygiene can be improved. Is.
