Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gas meter connecting riser pipe for connecting a underground underground plastic pipe to a ground gas meter.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the underground plastic pipe and the ground gas meter are connected by connecting a metal pipe to the underground plastic pipe and setting up the metal pipe on the ground to connect to the ground gas meter.
As a metal pipe for this purpose, there is a pipe joint connecting a plastic pipe and a metal bellows pipe disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-20987, which was devised by the present applicant. In this case, a metal bellows tube and a plastic tube are mounted on the inner surface of the end of the joint, a metal stiffener is inserted over the inner surfaces of both of the mounted tubes, and the diameter of the metal stiffener is expanded from the inner peripheral side. The bellows tube and the plastic tube are compressed and connected to the inner peripheral surface of the joint.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When connecting from the ground to a gas meter on the ground, the metal pipe has a problem of corrosion caused by being buried in the ground, such as macrocell corrosion generated between soil and concrete.
For this reason, various anticorrosion measures such as providing a resin film on the surface of the metal tube or providing an insulating joint have to be taken, and due to this problem, it has been necessary to periodically conduct security inspections.
[0004]
Further, in the above pipe joint designed by the present applicant, the plastic pipe and the metal bellows pipe are compressed together by expanding the stiffener on the joint inner peripheral surface. The bellows tube was thin and wavy, so the compressive strength was greatly different. Both the plastic tube and the bellows tube could not be compressed and fixed uniformly unless the diameter of the stiffener was increased separately. In addition, it was difficult to confirm whether both pipes were securely fixed and connected because both pipes were fixed with one stiffener. Further, since the wavy shape of the bellows tube becomes a straight tube shape and is compressed, there is a problem in that the compression performance of the bellows tube is impaired due to the inherent flexibility performance of the bellows tube. The present invention eliminates the above problems, eliminates the problem of corrosion, maintains the original flexible performance of the bellows tube, connects the metal bellows tube and the plastic tube, and converts the underground plastic tube to the ground gas meter. A riser pipe for connecting a gas meter that can be easily connected is provided.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the present invention is that the lower end is connected to an underground plastic pipe, and the upper end is a plastic pipe raised to the ground,
A metal bellows tube whose upper end is connected to a ground supply gas meter and whose lower end is inserted into the plastic tube;
The outer surface of the plastic tube raised on the ground covers the outer surface of the plastic tube, and has an internal thread on the inner surface of the upper end, and is screwed into and locked with an external screw provided on the upper end of the plastic tube. A protective tube buried in the ground covering the outer surface of the tube;
In the packing for sealing between the plastic tube and the bellows tube,
The packing is attached to a corrugated uneven portion of a metal bellows tube and compressed between the inner surface of the protective tube and the upper end portion of the plastic tube which are screwed into the plastic tube, and the metal bellows tube and the upper end portion of the plastic tube It is a riser pipe for connecting a gas meter, which is compressed between and sealed between a metal bellows pipe and a plastic pipe .
[0006]
2. The gas meter connecting riser pipe according to claim 1, wherein the packing is attached to a wavy concavo-convex portion of a metal bellows pipe, and is compressed and sealed with an inner surface of a plastic pipe.
Further, the metal bellows pipe inserted into the plastic pipe is inserted at the lower end to the underground buried portion of the plastic pipe, and the space between the plastic pipe and the plastic pipe is sealed by the packing at the underground buried position. A riser pipe for connecting a gas meter according to claim 1 or 2.
The protective tube can be embedded in the ground with its lower end sealed with the outer peripheral surface of the plastic tube.
Further, as the protective tube covering the outer surface of the plastic tube, a protective tube made of a material resistant to ultraviolet rays such as made of vinyl chloride, metal, or cement can be used.
[0007]
[Action]
The present invention is configured as described above, and the lower end portion of the plastic pipe is connected to the buried plastic in the ground, and is piped up from the ground to the ground. Therefore, since the metal bellows pipe portion connected to the gas meter is piped without being in contact with the soil in the ground, various corrosion problems due to the metal pipe being in contact with the soil do not occur.
In addition, since the plastic pipe that is set up on the ground is covered with a protective pipe, it is protected and protected from the external environment, and there are no problems such as scratches on the rising part of the plastic pipe or UV degradation.
Therefore, it is not necessary to perform conventional anti-corrosion treatment such as providing a conventional insulating joint or coating the underground buried metal pipe with a resin, and it can be easily connected to a gas meter with a flexible metal bellows pipe. Enforcement can be performed.
[0008]
Further, the metal bellows tube is connected to the plastic tube while maintaining the corrugated shape of the bellows tube, and the flexible performance of the bellows tube is not impaired. In addition, there is no extra part or work such as connecting a conventional stiffener with an enlarged diameter, or providing another cap nut and tightening with a wrench, and can be connected easily.
In addition, a metal bellows pipe is inserted in the portion of the plastic pipe that rises on the ground, and it is possible to seal between the metal bellows pipe at both the upper end of the plastic pipe that stands on the ground and the underground position. . In this case, even if the ground packing or plastic pipe disappears due to a fire, etc., it will not be affected by the seal packing of the underground buried part. And a gas leak can be prevented.
Furthermore, the outer surface of the plastic tube is protected by a protective tube, and the protective tube can be formed of a metal tube, a cement tube, or the like having fire resistance.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a state in which a gas meter connecting riser pipe 10 according to this embodiment is piped. The riser pipe 10 is formed by connecting a lower plastic pipe 30 and an upper metal bellows pipe 40. Is connected to the underground plastic pipe 5 and the plastic joint 6 and is started up on the ground. The portion of the plastic tube 30 that stands on the ground of the plastic tube 30 is covered with a protective tube 50 so that the outer surface is not exposed.
The upper end of the metal bellows tube 40 is connected to the gas meter 8 via a gas meter unit 7 fixed to a building or the like. The outlet side of the gas meter 8 is piped into the building by a metal flexible pipe 9 or the like and supplied to each supply gas appliance or the like in the building.
[0010]
FIG. 2 is a half sectional view of the gas meter connecting riser pipe 10 showing an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, a metal bellows tube 40 on the upper side is inserted in a plastic tube 30 rising from the ground, and a resin film 41 made of vinyl chloride is covered on the outer surface.
The lower end of the plastic tube 30 is connected to the underground plastic tube, and a male screw 31 is provided on the outer surface of the upper end.
The protective tube 50 is made of a weather-resistant material that is resistant to ultraviolet rays such as metal or vinyl chloride, and covers the outer surface of the plastic tube 30 that rises on the ground to protect the plastic tube 30 from scratches and UV deterioration.
[0011]
An internal thread 54 is provided on the upper inner surface of the protective tube 50 to be screwed into the male screw 31 of the plastic tube, and the packing 20 attached to the corrugated uneven portion of the metal bellows tube 40 is compressed by screwing with the plastic tube. The space between the plastic tube 30 and the metal bellows tube 40 is sealed. A lip packing 21 is attached to the inner surface of the upper end to seal the space between the outer surface of the metal bellows tube 40 and the vinyl chloride film 41 covered. The lower portion of the protective tube 50 is a cylindrical portion that covers the outer surface of the plastic tube 30 and has a lower end buried in the ground.
The length of the bellows tube 40 is about 1M and 2M, the length from the protective tube 50 to the top is about 1M, and the upper end is connected to a gas meter fixed to a building or the like. The length of the plastic tube 30 is about 300 mm, and the length of the portion standing on the ground is about 100 mm. Accordingly, the double tube portion where the bellows tube 40 and the plastic tube 30 overlap is 200 mm, the lower end of the bellows tube 40 is in the position where the plastic tube is buried, and the packing 22 is attached to the outer surface so that the bellows tube 40 and the plastic tube 30 are sealed. ing.
[0012]
For this reason, the protective tube 50 and the metal bellows tube 40 are not in contact with each other, and even if the protective tube 50 is made of metal, the ground and the metal bellows tube 40 are insulated, and the problem of macrocell corrosion does not occur. .
Further, the gap between the metal bellows tube 40 and the protective tube 50 is sealed with the lip packing 21, and the gap between the metal bellows tube 40, the plastic tube 30 and the protective tube is sealed with the packing 20, so that the metal bellows tube is It is shielded from rainwater, etc., and there is no problem of corrosion due to water contact.
Further, even if the above-described packing 20 disappears due to a fire or the like, the effect of the fire is not exerted on the packing 22 in the underground portion, so that the sealing performance of the metal bellows tube 40 and the plastic tube 30 is ensured, and gas leakage There is no safety.
[0013]
In the above embodiment, the packing 20 is provided so as to be compressed by the inner surface of the protective tube 50 screwed into the upper end portion of the plastic tube 30, but at the upper end position of the plastic tube 30, the corrugated tube of the bellows tube inserted into the plastic tube. The packing 20 is attached to the concavo-convex portion and compressed and sealed with the inner surface of the plastic tube 30, and the lower end of the metal bellows tube 40 is also attached with the packing 22 on the outer peripheral surface and sealed with the plastic tube 30. May be provided.
[0014]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the protective tube 50 is provided by an outer surface resin-coated steel tube, and a resin cap nut 52 is screwed to the lower end portion to compress the packings 52 and 53, thereby sealing the outer surface of the embedded portion of the plastic tube 30. Then, it may be provided so as to be buried in the ground together with the plastic pipe 30. According to this embodiment, even if the gas in the plastic tube 30 leaks due to some influence at the rising portion of the plastic tube 30, it does not leak out of the protective tube 50. In addition, electrical insulation between the buried portion of the protective tube 50 and the joint 20 and the metal bellows tube 40 is performed by using a resin cap nut 51 at the end portion of the protective tube 50, even if the protective tube 50 is an outer surface resin-coated steel tube. Insulation is achieved because it is sealed.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention eliminates various corrosion problems caused by the metal pipes coming into contact with the soil, and the plastic pipes set up on the ground are protected from the external environment so that there are no problems such as ultraviolet degradation. . Accordingly, it is not necessary to perform an anticorrosion treatment such as providing an insulating joint or coating a metal pipe with a resin, and the piping with a gas meter can be easily carried out together with a flexible metal bellows pipe.
In addition, a metal bellows pipe is inserted in the ground start-up part of the plastic pipe, and the plastic pipe and the bellows pipe are sealed at the underground position, so even if a fire or the like is encountered, the internal fluid does not spout .
In addition, since the metal bellows tube is connected to the inner surface of the plastic tube while maintaining the corrugated shape of the bellows tube, the flexible performance of the metal bellows tube is connected without loss.
