【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a composition for injection suitable for cosmetics and external medicine for skin.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Propellant external preparations for skin, so-called aerosol preparations, have the advantage of being easily and uniformly applied to a wide range of skin surfaces, and thus have been widely used in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Conventional propylene gas has been used as a propellant for such an external skin preparation in the form of a propellant, but due to the problem of ozone holes, it is being replaced by LPG, which is a mixture of normal butane, isobutane and propane. However, when chlorofluorocarbon gas is replaced with LPG, the most serious problem is that the skin irritation of the external preparation for the skin becomes strong, and therefore, the dosage form is often changed. However, nothing has been elucidated about this cause. That is, despite the demand for a propellant that is less likely to cause irritation of the external preparation for skin, it has not been obtained yet.
[0003]
On the other hand, it has not been possible to use a propellant composition composed of one or more selected from hydrocarbons having a boiling point of less than −5 ° C. at 1 atm. By using a spray composition composed of one or more selected from hydrocarbons having a boiling point at atmospheric pressure of less than −5 ° C., the occurrence of skin irritation of a skin external preparation is suppressed. It was not known at all.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made under such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a propellant that hardly causes irritation of an external preparation for skin.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of such circumstances, the present inventors have sought for a propellant that is less likely to cause irritation of a topical skin preparation and, as a result of intensive research, have found that the boiling point or volatilization point of the irritation of a propellant-type external preparation for skin It has been found that a high content component is involved, and has found the cause of such a phenomenon. Therefore, the spray composition composed of one or more selected from hydrocarbons having a boiling point of less than −5 ° C. at 1 atm has the property of hardly causing irritation to the skin. It was found that the stimulation as a skin external preparation was hardly expressed by containing this, and the present invention was completed. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(1) Injection composition of the present invention The injection composition of the present invention is characterized in that it is composed of one or more selected from hydrocarbons having a boiling point of less than −5 ° C. at 1 atm. To do. Examples of such hydrocarbons include isobutane, propane, tertiary butane, cyclobutane, and cyclopropane. Of these, isobutane and propane are preferable in terms of availability and economy. These hydrocarbons can be used alone or in combination of two or more. In the present invention, it is preferable to combine two or more kinds, and as this combination, isobutane and propane are preferably used in a ratio of 20:80 to 80:20, more preferably in a ratio of 30:70 to 70:30. More preferably, it is used in a ratio of 40:60 to 70:30.
[0007]
(2) External preparation for skin of the present invention The external preparation for skin of the present invention comprises the above-mentioned composition for spraying. Examples of skin external preparations include facial cleansing foams, foam packs, hair sprays, hair mousses, shaving foams, cosmetics such as refresh sprays, disinfecting foams, disinfecting sprays, antifungal sprays, anti-inflammatory sprays, and analgesics. A pharmaceutical such as a spray is preferably exemplified. The most preferable of these is a foam pack in which the skin irritation change by the propellant is large. The preferable content of the composition for injection in the external preparation for skin of the present invention is 0.1 to 5% by weight, more preferably 0.5 to 4% by weight, still more preferably 1 to 3% by weight. is there. Such an injection composition and other components are preferably sealed in a pressure-resistant container such as an aerosol can and adjusted so that the pressure is 2.0 to 4.7 atm at 20 ° C.
[0008]
The skin external preparation of the present invention can contain optional components that are usually used in skin external preparations in addition to the propellant composition. Examples of such optional components include hydrocarbons such as petrolatum and microcrystalline wax, esters such as jojoba oil and geiwa, triglycerides such as beef tallow and olive oil, higher alcohols such as cetanol and oleyl alcohol, Fatty acids such as stearic acid and oleic acid, polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin and 1,3-butanediol, nonionic surfactants, anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, ethanol, carbopol, etc. Thickeners, preservatives, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, pigments, powders and the like. Of course, the pharmaceutical composition for external use on the skin can contain medicinal components such as antibiotics, antifungal agents, anti-inflammatory agents, analgesics and the like.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. However, the present invention is not limited to these examples.
[0010]
Examples 1-5
A skin external composition (foamed pack) base is prepared according to the formulation shown below, filled in an aerosol can, filled with 3 parts by weight of the spray composition of the present invention having the composition shown in Table 1 and hermetically sealed. A foam-like pack as an agent composition was obtained. When the pressure was measured, it was 4.5 atm. Also, for these packs, which one feels more irritation than when 3 parts by weight of the conventional injection composition (comparative example) of normal butane: isobutane: propane = 36: 18: 46 is used? Were compared by five specialized panelists. Table 1 shows the number of people who answered that they feel stimulation from the comparative example. From this, it turns out that the expression of irritation | stimulation is suppressed by the skin external preparation of this invention using the composition for injection of this invention. When isobutane and propane are used in combination, it is preferably used in a ratio of 20:80 to 80:20, more preferably in a ratio of 30:70 to 70:30, and still more preferably. It is understood that the ratio is 40:60 to 70:30.
