BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has a function of discriminating a copy when it is copied by a copying machine in a printed matter that needs to prevent forgery or alteration of securities such as banknotes, stock certificates, bonds, etc., various certificates and important documents. The present invention relates to a method for creating an anti-copying pattern to be applied and a printed product thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Countermeasures against counterfeiting and alteration are important factors in banknotes, stock certificates, securities such as bonds, printed materials such as various certificates and important documents. These measures to prevent counterfeiting and tampering of printed materials are mainly methods that use designs with diversified geometric patterns in the design, and if some means and action are applied to the printed materials, latent images that could not be visually recognized appear. There are methods. Typical examples of the former include tint blocks, chromatic patterns, and relief patterns that are widely used in the design of securities prints, etc., while the latter are typical examples of latent image intaglios and color reproduction with copiers. There are functional inks and copy prevention image lines that are not used. However, with the recent widespread use of color copiers, there is a risk that crimes due to counterfeiting and alteration will increase, and the development of technology has been desired as a more effective counterfeiting and alteration prevention measure.
[0003]
Examples of counterfeiting and alteration prevention using the geometric pattern include a background pattern, a chromatic pattern, a relief pattern, etc., and the pattern is basically constituted by a set of curved lines with a fixed line width. . These patterns take into account the design of printed matter, etc., and can take measures to prevent forgery and alteration, making it difficult to create the same pattern in counterfeit by making the pattern complicated. The role of anti-counterfeiting is enhanced by extracting with a plate-making device, using colors that are difficult to reproduce on a copying machine, or generating moiré for scanning input / output of copying machines and scanners by creating complex curved lines. ing. The patterns are widely used worldwide in the design of securities prints, etc., and at the same time have been used for a long time as patterns of printed matter having monetary value such as banknotes, stock certificates, bonds, etc. It has become an important design as a design that gives an impression of luxury. Therefore, in the printed matter such as banknotes, stock certificates, securities such as bonds, various certificates and important documents, the background pattern, the color pattern, the relief pattern, etc. are indispensable in design. However, recently, there is a drawback in that the effect of preventing forgery and alteration is not sufficiently brought about by the advent of sophisticated photoengraving apparatuses or copying machines.
[0004]
In addition, as a representative technique of a method for displaying a latent image that could not be visually recognized by applying any means and action to the printed matter, a series of generally referred to as copy prevention image lines is used. There is technology. That is, by copying with a copying machine, the latent image applied in the printed matter appears. In such a printed material suitable for counterfeiting by a copying machine, a latent image displaying characters composed of fine constituent elements, for example, 85 lines and 30% halftone dots, is printed on the base paper surface using silver ink, and then Printing is performed on a blank area other than the latent image with a halftone dot that is coarser or denser (for example, 150 lines 30%) than the latent image, and a printed pattern such as a colored pattern or a background pattern is applied to the upper surface of the latent image. There is a latent image-containing print suitable for forgery prevention by copying (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 57-20395), and the latent image is printed on the surface of the paper with halftone dots, and the background of the same density as the latent image is simultaneously printed on the lines. By printing and overprinting the decorative pattern on the upper surface of the latent image, including the background, with a light-colored transparency ink that cannot be reproduced by copying, the surface of the printed material is finished nicely. Is reproduced and the latent image is not reproduced There is a printed material suitable for copy prevention (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-79991) that can be seen at a glance that the density difference between the background and the latent image is a copied material. A latent image plate having a background consisting of 10 to 10% lines of 50 to 60 lines on a white ground around the latent image is printed with dark color on the surface of the paper, Using the overprint plate with a corrugated pattern consisting of parallel lines that form moire patterns when interfering with the lines, the surface of the printed material is exposed to the naked eye by applying a light overprint that cannot be reproduced by a copier on the paper surface. Since a dazzling moire pattern is formed, it is difficult to identify the presence of a latent image. When it is applied to a copier, the latent image and waveform pattern are not reproduced, but only the background is reproduced. In printed materials Copy prevention latent image Kamufuraji method (JP 60-87380 JP) and the like have been disclosed.
[0005]
In the printed matter according to the above publication, a latent image is formed by the density of an image line group (hereinafter referred to as a screen pattern) in which dots and lines such as halftone dots or lines are continuously arranged at a constant period. As shown in (1), the pattern (2) on the entire printed surface is a screen pattern having a uniform density. When the printed matter (1) on which the latent image has been applied is copied by a copying machine, the densely structured screen pattern (3) which is not reproduced and the reproduced coarsely structured screen pattern (4) are shown in FIG. As shown in the pattern (2 ′) of (1 ′), a latent image of a dense screen pattern (3 ′) that is not reproduced with respect to the reproduced coarse screen pattern (4 ′) due to a density difference. The part appears and it is made clear that it is a copy, but the entire printed surface has a uniform screen density, so it is visible on the same printed surface even with the naked eye. Disadvantage that the presence of the latent image can be identified by the different screen pattern due to the difference between the screen shapes and the interference part (5) with the boundary line of the latent image caused by the screen pattern. A.
[0006]
Therefore, as a method for solving the above-mentioned drawbacks, each of the above publications and the like uses a different pattern, light-colored transparent ink, and light-color overprint to camouflag the latent image, but the method identifies the latent image. Although effective in making it difficult to perform, there is a disadvantage that the number of steps increases and it is not economical.
[0007]
In addition, since all of the above-described prior art methods must be screen patterns composed of dots and lines such as halftone dots or lines, banknotes, stock certificates, bonds etc. There is a drawback that it is not suitable for use in existing products such as securities.
[0008]
In addition, the applicant of the present application is a printed matter in which a latent image composed of a pattern such as a halftone dot or a line on the surface of a sheet and a background composed of a pattern different in density from the latent image around the latent image are simultaneously printed in one color. As a printed matter suitable for copy prevention (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-170569), the latent image pattern on which the latent image is applied cannot be identified with the naked eye. We have already filed a method for camouflaging with transparent ink, and even with light-colored overprinting, with a white circular pattern or a concentric circle pattern with an increased percentage of halftone dots of the partial screen pattern relative to the entire screen pattern. However, as described above, since all of the above-described conventional techniques provide a latent image with a screen pattern, it is easy to visually recognize the latent image. Since the information such as the characters to be played must play the role of camouflage, it can be used only for the background pattern of the characters and other backgrounds, and the monochrome printed line pattern with the latent image can be freely used as if it were a colored pattern. However, it has been disadvantageous in that it cannot be made into a designed pattern or an artistic print with a decorative effect. Furthermore, since all of the above prior art methods must be screen patterns consisting of dots and lines such as halftone dots or lines, etc., such as banknotes, stock certificates, bonds, etc. that have a variety of background patterns and colored patterns. There was a disadvantage that it was not suitable for use in existing products of securities.
[0009]
Therefore, in order to solve these drawbacks, the applicant of the present application expresses a set of curved lines with a single line where a latent image is not applied and a portion where a latent image is applied with two or more lines. Branches from one line where no latent image is applied so that the total line width of the two or more lines where the part has been subjected to is equal to the line width of the single line where the latent image is not applied The boundary line on the image line between the part where the latent image is not applied and the part where the latent image is applied is a straight line which intersects at a substantially right angle with the straight line which contacts the intersection of the basic line constituting the pattern and the contour line of the latent image. Yes, in the image line that is a set of two or more lines of the portion where the latent image is applied, the image lines for each set intersect, and the image lines for each set are both A method for creating an anti-copying pattern, characterized in that it has been deleted within the area between the lines of each set of lines, and its Surimono a (JP-A-9-136480) has already filed.
[0010]
Further, the applicant of the present application further improved the printed matter having the anti-copying pattern to make it more effective for the copying machine. A periodic aggregate pattern consisting of a curved line pattern consisting of a continuous line of the image line where the latent image is not applied, and an image line of the shape where the image line of the latent image is arranged at regular intervals in the basic line direction The sum of the image area of the part corresponding to one cycle consisting of one non-image part and one non-image part, which is composed of a line and has a continuous line in the direction of the basic line, of the part where the latent image is applied. , Among the continuous lines of the portion where the latent image is not applied, equal to the image area of the portion corresponding to the same length as the one cycle in the basic line direction, and further, the periodic interruption of the portion where the latent image is applied In the line that is a line, at the part where the lines of the periodic break line intersect each other, delete one of the lines within the line width of the other line Filed an anti-copying pattern creation method and printed matter (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-240135) To have. However, along with recent technological advances in the resolution of color copiers, there has been a problem that it is difficult to clearly develop a latent image when the printed matter of the above publication is copied with a copier.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention seeks to solve the aforementioned problems. As a method for enhancing the invisibility of the latent image in the copy protection pattern, from the viewpoint of human eye characteristics and psychological viewpoint, the human eye is sensitive to the low frequency of the image and insensitive to the high frequency. In other words, because it has the characteristics of a low-frequency pass filter, for example, when a lot of small dots are lined up, the image is blurred from the low-frequency filter characteristics, psychologist (Westheimer) find out about the mechanism of the human brain There is a law of proximity in which adjacent lines and points become one unit. When these occur at the same time, for example, when small points are arranged on a line, the set of points is recognized as a single line because the density is equal. In view of these issues, we have developed an image line design to further increase the invisibility of latent images. In other words, in order to further enhance the effect of appearance of a latent image on a copying machine, and to enhance the impression of change, the copying that can enhance the appearance of the latent image by the copying machine by subdividing the latent image portion. A method for creating a prevention pattern and a printed matter thereof are provided.

[0020]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the printed matter suitable for counterfeiting by a conventional copying machine, a latent image is given by the density of the screen pattern such as halftone dots or lines, whereas the entire printed surface is a screen pattern with a uniform density, The present invention relates to a pattern composed of one or a plurality of straight lines or curved lines, with the solid lines representing the image lines where the latent image is not applied and the basic lines as the reference lines representing the image lines where the latent image is applied. The non-visibility is increased and the latent image portion is formed by a constant periodic disconnection line composed of image lines that are branched into a plurality of equal distances and the lines branched into a plurality are arranged at regular intervals. Therefore, when copying with a copying machine, the latent image appears more clearly with the naked eye.
[0021]
Also, for a pattern consisting of one or more lines of straight or curved lines, the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied is a solid line, and the image line of the portion where the latent image is applied is the same distance from the basic line direction. The line is divided into a plurality of lines, and the lines divided into a plurality of lines are composed of fixed line break lines each having a shape arranged at regular intervals. Consists of an image area and a non-image area branched in the basic directionPredetermined lengthThe sum of the image area of the portion corresponding to is the solid line portion of the portion where the latent image is not applied, in the basic line direction.Predetermined lengthThe copy-preventing pattern (hereinafter referred to as the first non-visible copy-preventing pattern image line) composed of a constant periodic break line equal to the image line area of the portion corresponding to the same length as When the printed matter on which the prevention pattern is printed is observed, the image line of the first invisible printed matter is recognized as if it is an extension of the solid line of the portion where the latent image is not applied. Cannot be identified at all.
[0022]
Also, for a pattern consisting of one or more lines of straight or curved lines, the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied is a solid line, and the image line of the portion where the latent image is applied is the same distance from the basic line direction. The line is divided into a plurality of lines, and the lines divided into a plurality of lines are composed of fixed line break lines each having a shape arranged at regular intervals. Consists of an image area and a non-image area branched in the basic directionPredetermined lengthThe sum of the image area of the portion corresponding to is the solid line portion of the portion where the latent image is not applied, in the basic line direction.Predetermined lengthThe copy prevention pattern (hereinafter referred to as the first visibility copy prevention pattern image line) composed of a constant periodic break line larger than the image line area of the portion corresponding to the same length as the above is prevented. When the printed matter on which the pattern is printed is observed, the image line of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern can be identified with the naked eye.
[0023]
That is, in the image line of the first invisibility anti-copying pattern, the image line in the portion where no latent image is applied and the image line of the first invisibility anti-copying pattern in the basic line directionPredetermined lengthWhen the entire printed matter is printed with the same line area in the part corresponding to the same length and the expansion line is taken into account, the first non-visibility copy prevention is given to the observer. The first non-visibility copy prevention by the naked eye by recognizing the pattern image line as an extension of the image line area where the latent image is not applied even though the pattern image line is a periodic cut-off line This makes it possible to make the line of the pattern completely indistinguishable.
In addition, when a printed matter having a first non-visible copy prevention pattern image line is copied by a copying machine, the first non-visible copy prevention pattern image line is subjected to a latent image due to the resolving power of the copying machine. The image line of the unrecognized portion is reproduced as it is, and the image line of the first non-visible copy protection pattern is not reproduced or cannot be reproduced. Are recognized as one continuous line in the direction of the basic line, and the first non-visible copy-proof pattern is subdivided and becomes unrecognizable, and the first non-visible copy. The density difference occurs between the image line of the prevention pattern and the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied, and the image line of the first non-visible copy protection pattern is almost the same color as the background color to the naked eye, and the first non-visibility The anti-copying pattern appears.
[0024]
Further, in the image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern, the image line in the portion where the latent image is not applied and the image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern are in the basic line direction.Predetermined lengthIn the portion corresponding to the same length as the above, the latent image is applied.Predetermined lengthThe total of the image area is the larger image area, and the large image area amount is copied in consideration of the reproducibility of the solid line where the latent image is not applied by the copying machine and the periodic break line. Later in the baseline directionPredetermined lengthIn the direction of the basic line so that the area corresponding to the same length is equal to the line areaPredetermined lengthIn the image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern in a portion corresponding to the same length asPredetermined lengthThe total of the image area of thePredetermined lengthWhen the whole printed matter is observed with an image line that takes into consideration the expansion value, etc., by adding a difference in the image area amount (density) in the portion corresponding to the same length as the image, the observer will not be given a latent image Since the image area of the first visibility anti-copying pattern is darker than the image of the portion, the image area of the first visibility anti-copying pattern should be visually observed before copying. Can be identified. Further, when a printed matter having a first visibility copy-prevention pattern image line is copied by a copying machine, the first visibility copy-prevention pattern image line is a part where a latent image is not applied because it is a periodic break line. The ratio of shrinkage between the solid line of the image line where the latent image is not applied in the reproduction of the image of the copier and the fixed-cycle breakage line is larger by the difference than the image line ofPredetermined lengthIn the portion corresponding to the same length, the image density of the first visibility copy-prevention pattern is assimilated with the image line of the portion not subjected to the latent image, and the first visibility copy-protection pattern Although the image line is not accurately reproduced, it is recognized as an extension of the solid line of the portion where the latent image is not applied. The stroke cannot be identified.
[0025]
Also, for a pattern consisting of one or more lines of straight or curved lines, the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied is a solid line, and the image line of the portion where the latent image is applied is the same distance from the basic line direction. Branching into a plurality of lines, and at least one of the plurality of branching lines is separated from the other branching lines.Shapes arranged at different periodsConsists of a fixed-cycle break line consisting of the image line, and consists of a non-image line portion and a non-image line portion that branches in the basic line direction among the fixed-cycle break lines of the portion where the latent image is appliedPredetermined lengthThe sum of the image area of the portion corresponding to is the solid line portion of the portion where the latent image is not applied, in the basic line direction.Predetermined lengthThe copy-preventing pattern (hereinafter referred to as the second non-visible copy-preventing pattern image line) composed of a constant periodic break line equal to the image line area of the portion corresponding to the same length as When observing the printed matter with the prevention pattern printed, the image line of the non-visible printed matter is recognized as if it is an extension of the solid line where the latent image is not applied. It is possible to make it impossible. In addition, the image line of the portion where the latent image is applied is branched into a plurality of equal distances with reference to the basic line direction, and at least one of the image lines branched into the plurality is branched into other image lines. WhenShapes arranged at different periodsWhen the printed matter having the image line of the second non-visible copy prevention pattern is copied by a copying machine, the second non-visible copy prevention pattern is formed. Since the image line of the second non-visible copy prevention pattern is not reproduced or cannot be reproduced due to the characteristics of the scanning line of the copying machine, the image of the second non-visible copy prevention pattern is displayed. The lines are more subdivided and become unrecognizable, and there is a difference in density between the image line of the second non-visible copy-preventing pattern and the image line of the portion where no latent image is applied, and the second non-visible copy with the naked eye The image line of the prevention pattern is almost the same color as the background color, and the second non-visible copy prevention pattern appears more clearly.
[0026]
Also, for a pattern consisting of one or more lines of straight or curved lines, the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied is a solid line, and the image line of the portion where the latent image is applied is the same distance from the basic line direction. Branching into a plurality of lines, and at least one of the plurality of branching lines is separated from the other branching lines.Shapes arranged at different periodsConsists of a fixed-cycle break line consisting of the image line, and consists of a non-image line portion and a non-image line portion that branches in the basic line direction among the fixed-cycle break lines of the portion where the latent image is appliedPredetermined lengthThe sum of the image area of the portion corresponding to is the solid line portion of the portion where the latent image is not applied, in the basic line direction.Predetermined lengthThe copy prevention pattern (hereinafter referred to as the second visibility copy prevention pattern image line) composed of a constant periodic break line larger than the image line area of the portion corresponding to the same length as the image copy prevention. When the printed matter on which the pattern is printed is observed, the image line of the second visibility anti-copying pattern can be identified with the naked eye. In addition, the image line of the portion where the latent image is applied is branched into a plurality of equal distances with reference to the basic line direction, and at least one of the image lines branched into the plurality is branched into other image lines. WhenShapes arranged at different periodsTherefore, if a printed matter having a second visibility copy prevention pattern image line is copied by a copying machine, the second visibility copy prevention pattern image is formed. The line is in the basic line direction from the characteristics of the scanning line of the copying machine.Predetermined lengthIn the portion corresponding to the same length, the image density of the second visibility anti-copying pattern becomes more assimilated with the image quality of the portion not subjected to the latent image, and the second visibility. Although the image line of the anti-copying pattern is not accurately reproduced, it is recognized as if it is an extension of the solid line of the portion where the latent image is not applied. The line of the anti-copying pattern cannot be identified more.
[0027]
Further, in the first visibility anti-copy pattern image line, the first visibility anti-copy pattern image area intersects, and the first non-visibility anti-copy pattern image line intersects. In the region where the image lines of the second visibility-preventing anti-copying pattern intersect, and the image line of the second non-visible anti-copying pattern, where the image lines overlap each other By deleting the line, when the anti-copying pattern is viewed as a whole, the lines of the first visibility anti-copying pattern in the pattern, the lines of the first invisibility anti-copying pattern, In an area where the lines of the second visibility anti-copying pattern and the lines of the second non-visible anti-copying pattern intersect, In the image line of the portion where the latent image has been applied, either one of the image lines is deleted in the intersecting area. , The intersection of each other streaked (overlapping) does not exist. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an increase in the density of the image line that occurs in a region where the image lines intersect. As a result, when a printed matter having the image line configuration of the present invention is copied by a copying machine, the first visibility copy prevention pattern image lines intersect (overlap) due to the resolving power of the copying machine, the first The non-visible copy prevention pattern image lines intersect (overlap), the second visibility copy prevention pattern image lines intersect (overlap), the second non-visible copy In the region where the image lines of the prevention pattern intersect (overlap), either one of the image lines is deleted in the region where the image line intersects, so that there is no increase in density and the first and second non-visibility The image line of the copy protection pattern is not reproduced or cannot be reproduced, and the image lines of the first and second invisible copy protection pattern are substantially the same color as the background color, and the first and second non-copy patterns Visibility of the anti-copying pattern of visibility appears and the first and second visibility Streaked prevention pattern is not to inhibit to merge with streaking of the portion not subjected to latent image with the naked eye. Therefore, the image lines of the first and second invisibility anti-copying patterns are more clearly expressed in the latent image, and the image lines of the first and second visibility anti-copying patterns in the portion where the latent image is not applied. Assimilation with the stroke becomes more prominent with the naked eye. Similarly, the first visibility anti-copy pattern image line, the first non-visibility anti-copy pattern image line, the second visibility anti-copy pattern image line, or the second non-visual copy. When there are at least two copy prevention patterns among the lines of the prevention pattern, in the image lines of the copy prevention pattern, any one of the lines is drawn at a portion where the lines intersect. By deleting the areas where the lines intersect, the areas where the lines of the anti-copying pattern intersect (overlap) are not increased in density, and the same effect can be obtained.
[0028]
Further, the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied and the boundary line on the image line of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern, the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied and the image of the first non-visible copy protection pattern Boundary line on line, image line of part not subjected to latent image and image line of second visibility copy prevention pattern, image line of part not subjected to latent image and second non-visibility copy prevention The boundary line on the image line of the pattern is a straight line that intersects the basic line at a substantially right angle at the intersection of the basic line and the outline of the latent image, and at the same time, on the image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern. On the border between the image area and the non-image area, on the image line on the image line of the first non-visible copy prevention pattern, on the boundary line between the image area and the non-image area, and on the image line of the second visibility anti-copy pattern At the intersection of the border line between the image line part and the non-image line part and the border line between the image line part and the non-image line part on the image line of the second non-visible copy protection pattern. Substantially by a straight line intersecting at right angles, according to the linear shape of the base line, the different angles to each boundary can be imparted. Further, the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied and the boundary line on the image line of the first visibility copy prevention pattern, the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied and the image of the first non-visibility copy prevention pattern Boundary line on line, image line of part not subjected to latent image, and boundary line on image line of second visibility copy prevention pattern, image line of part not subjected to latent image, and second non-visibility copy prevention Boundary line on the image line of the pattern, Boundary line between the image line part and the non-image line part on the image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern, and an image line part on the image line of the first non-visual copy protection pattern And the non-image portion, the boundary line between the image line of the second visibility anti-copying pattern and the non-image line portion, and the image line portion on the image line of the second non-visibility anti-copying pattern Since the borders of the image area are not necessarily in the same direction, the interference between the outline of the latent image and the anti-copying pattern can be prevented, and the latent image is visually and visually invisible by the naked eye. It is. Similarly, the first visibility anti-copy pattern image line, the first non-visibility anti-copy pattern image line, the second visibility anti-copy pattern image line, or the second non-visual copy. In the case of having at least two copy prevention patterns among the lines of the prevention pattern, the boundary line on the image line of the copy prevention pattern is set to the basic line at the intersection of the basic line and the outline of the latent image. On the other hand, by forming a straight line that intersects at a substantially right angle, interference between the contour line of the latent image and the copy-preventing pattern can be prevented, and the latent image can be visually and visually invisible with the naked eye.

【Example】
The image line structure of the anti-copying pattern of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the copy-preventing pattern according to the image line structure of the present invention originally has an image line (6) where no latent image is applied and an image line (7) of the first non-visible copy-protection pattern. And a line (8) of the first visibility anti-copying pattern. The image line configuration of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view (design drawing) showing the shape of the image line (6) where the latent image is not applied and the image line (7) of the first invisible copy protection pattern. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view (design drawing) showing the shape of the image line (6) where the latent image is not applied and the image line (8) of the first visibility anti-copying pattern.
[0030]
In this embodiment, the image line of the portion where the latent image is applied, that is, the image line (7) of the first non-visible copy protection pattern and the image line of the first visibility copy prevention pattern ( 8) has been described with reference to a copy-preventing pattern having a structure of three branches at equal distances with respect to the basic line direction, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment.
[0031]
In FIG. 2, the image line width in the direction perpendicular to the basic line (10) of the solid line (11) where the latent image is not applied is A, and the image line (7) of the first non-visible copy protection pattern. The line width in the direction perpendicular to the basic line (10) of the line segment of the periodic break line is a, and the center line (H2) of the periodic break line separated by an equal distance H up and down with respect to the basic line (10) ), The line width in the direction perpendicular to b, c, the length in the basic line direction with respect to the line width a, a2, the length in the basic line direction with respect to the line width b, b2, The length in the basic line direction with respect to the line width c is c2, the length in the basic line direction of the non-line portion of the fixed line break line with the line width a is a3, and the fixed line break line with the line width b. Let b3 be the length in the basic line direction of the non-image line portion, and c3 be the length in the basic line direction of the non-image line portion of the periodic break line having the image line width c. The first non-visible copy-preventing pattern image line is composed of one continuous image line part and a non-image line part of a continuous periodic break line.Predetermined length in the basic line directionAnd B, g is an expansion value (or contraction value) generated around the image area when printed. Here, when printing the anti-copying pattern according to the image line structure of the present invention, in order to achieve the effects of the present invention as described above, the solid line (11) of the portion where the latent image is not applied and the first invisibility. Since the image area of the periodic cut line of the image line (7) of the anti-copying pattern is an important factor, the image line width and the basic direction in the direction perpendicular to the basic line (10) in the image area at the time of printing It is preferable to consider changes in the line length in the line direction. On the printed matter, the image line width in the direction perpendicular to the basic line (10) of the solid line (11) where the latent image is not applied is A + g + g, that is, A + 2g. The line widths in the direction perpendicular to the basic line (10) of the line portion of the periodic break line of line (7) are a + 2g, b + 2g, c + 2g, respectively, and the length in the basic line direction with respect to the line width The lengths are a2 + 2g, b2 + 2g, and c2 + 2g.
[0032]
In order to produce the operation and effect of the present invention,Predetermined lengthA region area X of a solid line (11) where a latent image is not applied and a line portion Y1 of a periodic cut-off line of a first non-visible copy-preventing pattern image (7); The relationship between the area area Z1 of Y2 and Y3 is important, and X must be equal to Z1 which is the sum of the areas of Y1, Y2 and Y3. Specifically, it is preferable that the sum of the image area of Y1, Y2, and Y3 is within an allowable range of 95% to 110% from X. This allowable range is a concentration that prevents the first invisible copy-preventing pattern image line from being recognized by the naked eye during printing, and the first non-visible copy-preventing pattern image after copying. The line is in a range that is almost the same color as the background color with the naked eye, and the area of the area needs to be 95% to 110%, depending on the hue of the ink. Since the printed material created with the area of the periodic break line being 95% or less has a smaller area than the image line of the portion where no latent image is applied, the image line of the first non-visible copy protection pattern is visually observed. It is not enough to make it unrecognizable with the naked eye.
[0033]
In addition, the upper limit of the area of the area is set not to exceed 110%, and when the area of the area exceeds 110%, a printed matter having an image line of a portion where no latent image is applied and an image line of a first invisible copy protection pattern When copied by a copying machine, the density of the first non-visible copy-preventing pattern image line does not decrease, there is no density difference from the image line of the portion where no latent image is applied, and the first non-visible copy. The image of the prevention pattern becomes unrecognizable with the naked eye. This is an allowable range for ensuring invisibility during printing. That is, in the image line configuration that achieves the effects of the present invention, at the stage of image line design,
[Expression 1]
It is preferable that the relationship is satisfied.
[0034]
In FIG. 3, the image line width in the direction perpendicular to the basic line (10) of the solid line (11) where the latent image is not applied is A, and the image line (8) of the first visibility anti-copying pattern is defined. The center line (H2) of the periodic break line that is separated by an equal distance H up and down with respect to the basic line (10) as the vertical line width passing through the basic line (10) of the line part of the periodic break line (d) The line width in the direction perpendicular to the line width is e, f, the length in the basic line direction with respect to the line width d is d2, the length in the basic line direction with respect to the line width e is e2, and the line The length in the basic line direction with respect to the width f is set to f2, the length in the basic line direction of the non-image line portion of the fixed line break line of the image line width d is d3, and the fixed line break line of the image line width e is Let e3 be the length in the basic line direction of the non-image portion, and let f3 be the length in the basic line direction of the non-image portion of the fixed line break line of the image width f. Consists of a single line segment and a non-line segment having a continuous periodic break line of the first visibility copy-prevention patternPredetermined length in the basic line directionAnd B, g is an expansion value (or contraction value) generated around the image area when printed. Here, when printing the anti-copying pattern according to the image line configuration of the present invention, in order to achieve the effects of the present invention as described above, the solid line (11) of the portion where the latent image is not applied and the first visibility. Since the line area of the periodic break line of the image line (8) of the anti-copying pattern is an important factor, the line width and the basic line in the direction perpendicular to the basic line (10) in the image line area at the time of printing It is preferable to consider changes in the direction line length. On the printed matter, the line width in the direction perpendicular to the basic line (10) of the solid line (11) where the latent image is not applied is A + g + g, that is, A + 2g, and the image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern The line widths in the direction perpendicular to the basic line (10) of the line portion of the periodic cut line in (8) are d + 2g, e + 2g, and f + 2g, respectively, and the length in the basic line direction with respect to the line width. Becomes d2 + 2g, e2 + 2g, and f2 + 2g.
[0035]
In order to produce the operation and effect of the present invention,Predetermined lengthThe area area X of the solid line (11) where the latent image is not applied and the line portion Y4, Y5 of the periodic cut-off line of the image line (8) of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern in the length B of , Y6 and the area Z2 are important, and Z2 which is the sum of the areas Y4, Y5 and Y6 must be larger than X. Specifically, it is preferable that the sum of the image area of Y4, Y5, and Y6 is within an allowable range of 120% to 140% from X. This allowable range is a density difference that allows the visual line of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern to be clearly recognized by the naked eye at the time of printing. The image line is a range that is assimilated with the naked eye to the solid line (11) where the latent image is not applied, and the area of the area needs to be 120% or more, depending on the hue of the ink. The printed matter created with the area area of the periodic break line being 110% to 120% has a larger area area than the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied, but the image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern is displayed. It is not enough to recognize with the naked eye.
[0036]
In addition, in the printed matter copied by the copying machine, the image line of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern appears more positive than the image line of the portion where no latent image is applied, but becomes negative after copying, and the reversal phenomenon occurs. For this reason, the upper limit of the area of the area should not exceed 140%, and if the area of the area exceeds 140%, the printed matter having the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied and the image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern is generated. When copied by a copying machine, the density of the image line of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern is not lowered, and there is a density difference from the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied. Can be recognized with the naked eye. As a result of taking these into consideration, in the image line configuration that exhibits the effects of the present invention, at the stage of image line design,
[Expression 2]
It is preferable that the relationship is satisfied.
[0037]
Furthermore, the image line structure of the anti-copying pattern according to the present invention includes an image line forming a pattern composed of one or a plurality of linear or curved lines, a solid line representing an image line of a portion where no latent image is applied, The image line of the first non-visible copy protection pattern is composed of fixed line breaks made of image lines arranged in the basic line direction at regular intervals. Out of the fixed line breaks of the line consisting of one line part and non-line part continuous in the basic line directionPredetermined lengthThe image area of the portion corresponding to the above in the basic line direction among the solid lines where the latent image is not applied.Predetermined lengthIt is characterized by being equal to the image area of the portion corresponding to the same length. In addition, an image line that forms a pattern composed of one or a plurality of image lines in a straight line or a curved line, an image line of a portion where no latent image is applied, a solid line, and an image line of a first visibility anti-copy pattern Consists of fixed-cycle breaks consisting of lines with shapes arranged at regular intervals in the line direction, and is continuous in the basic line direction among the fixed-cycle breaks of the first visibility copy prevention pattern Consists of a single image area and a non-image areaPredetermined lengthThe image area of the portion corresponding to the above in the basic line direction among the solid lines where the latent image is not applied.Predetermined lengthIt is characterized by being larger than the image area of the portion corresponding to the same length. When the lengths in the basic line direction of the non-image portion of the fixed line break line of the image line of the first non-visible copy prevention pattern on the printed material are a3, b3, and c3, respectively, a3 shown in FIG. , B3, and c3 may be set in a range of 25 μm to 60 μm that is not resolved by the copying machine. Similarly, on the printed matter, when the lengths in the basic line direction of the non-image line portion of the fixed line break line of the image line of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern are d3, e3, and f3, respectively, FIG. D3, e3, and f3 shown may be set in a range of 25 μm to 60 μm that is not resolved by the copying machine.

FIG. 4A is an image line configuration diagram made up of the second non-visible copy protection pattern. Compared to the image line configuration of the image line (7) of the first non-visual copy protection pattern in FIG. In the image line of the second invisibility anti-copying pattern, one image line (7a) has a deviation (S) from the other two image lines (7b) and (7c) branched. As the value of the deviation (S) of the one image line (7a) becomes closer to the value of the length (b2) or (c2) of the other two branched basic lines, When a printed matter having a non-visibility copy prevention
[0039]
FIG. 4B is an image line configuration diagram composed of the second visibility copy-preventing pattern. Compared to the image line configuration of the image line (8) of the first visibility copy-protection pattern in FIG. In the image line of the second visibility anti-copying pattern, one image line (8d) has a deviation (S) from the other two branched image lines (8e) and (8f). Regarding the value of the deviation (S) of the one image line (8d), the length (e2) or (f2) of the other two branched basic lines in consideration of the area of the region. The closer the approximation, the more the printed line having the image line of the second visibility anti-copying pattern is copied. An effect that makes reading with lines difficult is born. As a result, the image line (6) of the portion where the latent image is not applied is faithfully reproduced, but the image line of the second visibility copy-preventing pattern has a reduced density and the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied. The density becomes more equal to that of (6), and the assimilation of the image line (6) of the portion where no latent image is made with the naked eye and the image line of the second visibility anti-copying pattern becomes more prominent.
[0040]
Further, FIG. 4A is an image line configuration diagram made up of the second non-visible copy protection pattern, and the image line configuration of the image line (7) of the first non-visual copy protection pattern in FIG. On the other hand, the image line of the second non-visible copy prevention pattern is composed of an image line part and a non-image line part of one image line (7a).Predetermined length in the basic line directionT, and the other two branched lines (7b) and (7c) are composed of the image area and non-image area.Predetermined length in the basic line directionIs B. In this case, it consists of the image line part and the non-image line part.Predetermined length in the basic line directionConsists of the image area and non-image area from BPredetermined length in the basic line directionT is set with a long period. Consists of the image area and non-image areaPredetermined length in the basic line directionAs for the value of T, the latent image effect is improved as it is set with the longest possible period within the range where the area of the region can be taken into consideration. When a printed matter having a second invisible anti-copying pattern image line is copied, the second non-visible anti-copying pattern image line is complicated, so that the scanning line of the copier reads. The effect that makes it difficult is born. As a result, the image line (6) of the portion where the latent image is not applied is faithfully reproduced, but the image line of the second non-visible copy protection pattern is almost the same color as the background color, and the second non-visible image The latent image can be recognized with the naked eye even more clearly. The second non-visible copy protection pattern appears more clearly, and the latent image can be recognized.
[0041]
FIG. 4B is an image line configuration diagram composed of the second visibility anti-copying pattern. The image line configuration of the image line (8) of the first visibility anti-copying pattern shown in FIG. On the other hand, the image line of the second visibility copy-preventing pattern is composed of an image line portion and a non-image line portion of one image line (8d).Predetermined length in the basic line directionT, and the other two branched image lines (8e) and (8f) are composed of the image area portion and the non-image area portion.Predetermined length in the basic line directionIs B. In this case, it consists of the image line part and the non-image line part.Predetermined length in the basic line directionConsists of the image area and non-image area from BPredetermined length in the basic line directionT is set with a long period. Consists of the image area and non-image areaPredetermined length in the basic line directionAs the value of T is set to the maximum possible period within the range where the area of the area can be taken into consideration, the second visual recognition is made when a printed matter having a second visibility copy-preventing pattern is copied. Since the image line of the anti-copying pattern is complicated, the effect of making it difficult to read with the scanning line of the copying machine is produced.
[0042]
In this embodiment, in the second non-visible copy-protection pattern image line and the second visible copy-protection pattern image line, one image line deviates from the other two branched image lines. However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and a plurality of image lines having different lengths composed of an image line portion and a non-image line portion of one image line are described. At least one of the drawn lines is separated from other branched lines. If it is a different cycleA similar latent image effect appears.
[0043]
As shown in FIG. 5, any one of the image line portions of the image line (7) in a region where the image lines of the image line portion (7) of the first invisible copy protection pattern intersect. One image line (7) is deleted. Further, in the region where the image lines of the image line portion (8) of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern intersect, any one of the image lines (8) of the image line portion (8) ( 8) is deleted. Further, in the region where the image lines of the first non-visibility copy prevention pattern (7) and the image lines of the image line portion of the first visibility copy prevention pattern (8) intersect, Either the image line (7) or (8) is deleted. Therefore, when the anti-copying pattern of the present invention is viewed as a whole, even if it appears that there is a region where the curved lines in the pattern intersect, the first non-invisible copying prevention The image lines of the pattern image line (7), the image lines of the first visibility copy-protection pattern image line (8), the image lines of the image line portion of the first visibility image, No intersection (overlap) exists between the image line part of the image line (7) and the image line part of the image line part (8) of the first visibility anti-copying pattern. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the image density from being increased at the intersecting portion. That is, when the pattern is usually created, as shown in FIG. 6, the first periodic non-copying pattern image line (7) of the periodic cut-off line image line, the first visibility anti-copying pattern image pattern is formed. The lines of the periodic cut line of the image line (8), the image line part of the fixed line break line of the first non-visibility copy prevention pattern (7) and the first visibility copy prevention pattern The line of the fixed line break line of the line (8) is completely intersected, but one of the lines is deleted in the region where the lines intersect as shown in FIG. As a result, when a printed matter having the image line configuration of the present invention is copied by a copying machine, the image line of a portion where no latent image is applied is faithfully reproduced due to the resolving power of the copying machine. The image line of the anti-copying pattern is not reproduced, or becomes the same color as the background color due to poor reproduction, and there is a difference in density between the image line of the first non-visible anti-copying pattern and the solid line where the latent image is not applied. In addition, the image line of the first non-visible copy protection pattern appears more clearly without hindering the appearance of the latent image with the naked eye. In addition, although the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied is faithfully reproduced, the image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern has a reduced density, and therefore the image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern. Becomes a density equal to the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied, and the assimilation of the image line of the portion where the latent image is not subjected to the naked eye and the image line of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern becomes more remarkable.
[0044]
The present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and the first visibility anti-copy pattern image line, the first non-visibility anti-copy pattern image line, and the second visibility anti-copy pattern. Or at least two copy-prevention pattern image lines of the second non-visible copy-prevention pattern image line, where the image lines intersect with each other. The same effect can be obtained by deleting one of the image lines in a region where the image lines intersect.
[0045]
In addition, since the conventionally disclosed copy-preventing printed matter has a latent image formed by the density of the screen pattern at halftone dots or lines, the latent image is applied to each image line forming the copy-preventing pattern. The direction of the border line on the image line of the part where the image is not applied and the part where the latent image is applied has regularity in the same direction at the boundary between the part where the latent image is not applied and the part where the latent image is applied. However, the image line configuration according to the present invention is a non-copying pattern in the non-copying pattern, because the latent image is visually recognized and thus the camouflage pattern must be used. As a method for improving the visibility, as shown in FIG. 7, the boundary between the solid line (6) of the portion where no latent image is applied and the first non-visible copy-prevention pattern image line (7) between the periodic breaks. The line (9a) is replaced with the basic line (10) and the contour line (12) of the latent image. At the intersection (13a), the basic line to (10), a straight line (9a) intersecting substantially at right angles. In addition, the solid line (6) of the portion where no latent image is applied and the boundary line (9b) of the periodic cut-off line of the image line (8) of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern are connected to the basic line (10) and the latent line. At the intersection (13b) with the contour line (12) of the image, the straight line (9b) intersects with the basic line (10) at a substantially right angle. In addition, the boundary line (9c) between the image line portion and the non-image line portion on the fixed line break line (7) of the image line of the first invisibility copy prevention pattern (7) is changed to the basic line (10) and the first line. At the intersection (13c) of the border line (9c) between the image line portion on the fixed line break of the image line (7) of the non-visible copy prevention pattern (7) and the basic line (10), A straight line (9c) intersecting at a substantially right angle is used. Further, the boundary line (9d) between the image line portion and the non-image line portion on the fixed line break line of the image line (8) of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern, the basic line (10) and the first non-visual image. At the intersection (13d) of the border line (9d) between the image line portion and the non-image line boundary line (9d) on the periodic cut-off line of the anti-copying image line (8) The intersecting straight line (9d) is used. Since it is a straight line that intersects at a substantially right angle as shown above, the boundary line between the solid line (6) where the latent image is not applied and the image line (7) of the first invisible copy protection pattern (7) (9a), the outline of the latent image (12), and the solid line (6) where the latent image is not applied, and the line of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern (8). (9b) and the contour line (12) of the latent image can have no regularity in the same direction. Therefore, when the anti-copying pattern using the image line configuration according to the present invention is printed, the solid line (6) where the latent image is not applied and the image line (7) of the first non-visible anti-copying pattern Image line portion of break line, line portion of fixed period break line of first visibility copy-prevention pattern (8), contour line of latent image (12), first non-visibility copy prevention The image on the fixed line break line of the image line (7) on the fixed line break line and the boundary line (9c) between the non-image line part and the image line (8) of the first visibility copy prevention pattern. Interference between the boundary line (9d) between the line part and the non-image part can be prevented.
[0046]
Further, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and the present invention is not limited to the first invisibility image line (7) and the first visibility anticopy pattern image ( The same effect can be obtained by making the contour line 8) a straight line that intersects the basic line (10) at a substantially right angle at the intersection of the basic line (10) and the latent image contour line (12). In addition, the image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern (8), the image line of the first non-visibility anti-copying pattern (8), the image line of the second visibility anti-copying pattern, or the second line. If there are at least two copy-prevention pattern image lines, the boundary line on the image line is defined as the basic line (10) and the latent image contour line (12). The intersection of the latent image with the contour line (12) and the copy-preventing pattern can be prevented by forming a straight line that intersects the basic line (10) at a substantially right angle.
[0047]
Examples of the present invention will be described in more detail. In general, a chromatic pattern is a pattern drawn on a mathematical function according to a design. Therefore, as a device for creating the pattern, a device that draws by a mechanical operation such as a gear or a cam, and a computer is used. Although there is an apparatus for drawing by a function on coordinates, in this embodiment, an example using a commercially available computer graphic design apparatus (hereinafter referred to as CGS) will be described.

In the present invention, as described above, the expansion value (or contraction value) of the image line at the time of printing is taken into consideration and the image line design at the time of plate making is performed, so the expansion value (or contraction value) is previously set to the test image line. investigated. As a test image line, the image line width on the original plate for plate making is set to 100 μm, a commercially available high-quality paper is used for the paper, and the ink is also offset printed with a commercially available offset ink (pink). As a result, the expansion value of the image line in the line width direction is 6 μm as a whole, and the expansion value (or contraction value) g generated around the image line when printing is 3 μm. I found out.
[0049]
Using the value of the expansion value of 3 μm generated around the image line obtained by the test image line, according to the image line structure of the present invention, a print image line in a direction perpendicular to the solid basic line of the portion where no latent image is applied. A printing plate was prepared for obtaining a printed pattern consisting of one or more image lines having a width of 106 μm. First, using a commercially available CGS, a basic line (18) consisting of a spline curve that forms the basis of a pattern consisting of one or a plurality of image lines as shown in FIG. 8 is a gentle wavy line. The basic line (18) is set on a two-dimensional coordinate and sent in parallel at an interval of 300 μm, and the first non-visible copy-preventing pattern figure (14) and the first visible copy-proof pattern The figure (15) was placed on the basic line (18) consisting of a spline curve. Note that the first non-visible copy prevention pattern figure (14) is a figure for applying a first non-visible copy prevention pattern image line that cannot be recognized by the naked eye. The copy-preventing pattern graphic (15), which can be recognized by the naked eye, is a figure for applying a first visibility copy-protection pattern image line that is assimilated with the surrounding pattern when applied to a copying machine. When the printed matter of the present invention is copied by a copying machine by an unskilled person, any letter, number, figure, etc. can be used as long as it can be clearly identified visually.
[0050]
As shown in FIG. 8, the boundary between the image line (6) where the latent image is not applied and the image line (7) of the first non-visible copy protection pattern is the first non-visible copy protection pattern. The basic line (18) made of a spline curve is cut at the outline (16) of the image line, and the image line surrounded by the first non-visible copy-preventing pattern figure (14) is collected, and the spline curve is drawn. An image line is provided at an equal distance of 80 μm in the vertical direction with respect to the center line of the basic line (18). Similarly, the boundary between the image line (6) of the portion where the latent image is not applied and the image line (8) of the first visibility copy prevention pattern is the first visibility copy prevention pattern as shown in FIG. The basic line (18) consisting of a spline curve is cut at the outline (17) of the image line, and the image line surrounded by the first visibility copy-preventing pattern figure (15) is collected in the same manner, and the spline curve is collected. An image line is provided at an equal distance of 80 μm in the vertical direction with respect to the center line of the basic line (18). These spline curves are used to substitute the line width and the value of the periodic break line. The reason why the lines are provided at a distance of 80 μm up and down at equal distances with respect to the center line is that the basic line (18) made of a spline curve is set to 300 μm, so that the lines of the periodic break lines do not overlap each other Since the interval is set to a certain degree, the value also changes depending on the interval of the basic line (18) formed of the spline curve.
[0051]
First, in the anti-copying pattern to be created in the embodiment, the print image line width in the direction perpendicular to the basic line (10) of the solid line (11) where the latent image is not applied in FIGS. 2 and 3 is 106 μm. The image line width A in the image line design was set to 100 μm by subtracting the expansion value (3 + 3) μm of the image line in the image line width direction grasped by the test image line.
[0052]
Next, the image line of the first non-visible copy protection pattern is set, that is, the line portion of the periodic cut-off line of the image line (7) of the first non-visible copy protection pattern in FIG. The line widths a, b, c in the direction perpendicular to the basic line (10) and the length of the line portion of the fixed line break line of the first invisible anti-copying pattern line in the basic line direction. It is necessary to set the lengths a3, b3, and c3 in the basic line direction of the non-image line portion of the fixed line break line of the image line of the first non-visible copy-prevention pattern, a2, b2, and c2. . First, regarding the lengths a2 + 2g, b2 + 2g, and c2 + 2g in the basic line direction of the fixed line break line of the first invisible copy-preventing pattern image line on the printed matter, the latent image is not visually recognized by the naked eye. In addition, since it is necessary that the image is not resolved by a copying machine, if the output resolution of a general copying machine is 400 dpi, one pixel is 64 μm. In this embodiment, the first non-visible copy-preventing pattern image line is defined as a + 2g is 56 μm, b + 2g is 56 μm, c + 2g is 56 μm, and H is set to be equidistant from the basic line (10). In order to prevent overlapping of the lines of the periodic disconnection line, it is set to 80 μm, a2 + 2g is 56 μm, b2 + 2g is 56 μm, c2 + 2g is 56 μm, and then the length of the non-image portion in the basic line direction is determined by the naked eye. Not recognized, and, 25Myuemu~60myuemu range not resolved by a copying machine is a possible, a3 in the present embodiment is 31 .mu.m, b3 is 31 .mu.m, c3 was 31 .mu.m. Therefore, by subtracting the expansion value (3 + 3) μm of the image line in the basic line direction grasped by the test image line, a is 50 μm, b is 50 μm, c is 50 μm, a2 is 50 μm, b2 is 50 μm, and c2 is 50 μm. Become. The length of B is the value obtained by subtracting the expansion value (3 + 3) μm from the non-image area 31 μm and the image area length 56, that is, (31−6) + 56 = 81. Substituting this into the equation (1),
0.95 × 81 × 106 ≦ 56 × 56 + 56 × 56 + 56 × 56 ≦ 1.1 × 81 × 106, and calculation shows that 8156.7 ≦ 9408 ≦ 9444.6 satisfies the relational range. .
[0053]
In the present embodiment, the image line of the first non-visible copy protection pattern is described in the same periodicity and the same period for the three periodic break lines, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. The image line of the first invisibility anti-copying pattern is not limited to the above, and the image line of the latent imaged portion is branched into a plurality of equal distances with respect to the basic line direction, and is branched into the plurality. The line segments are composed of fixed line breaks made up of lines with shapes arranged at regular intervals. Of the fixed line break lines where latent images are applied, Consists of non-drawing partsPredetermined lengthThe sum of the image area of the portion corresponding to is the solid line portion of the portion where the latent image is not applied, in the basic line direction.Predetermined lengthAs long as it is equal to the image area of the portion corresponding to the same length, the respective areas branched into a plurality may be different. In addition, a similar latent image effect appears even at a two-branch periodic break line. In addition, the image line of the portion where the latent image is applied is branched into a plurality of equal distances with reference to the basic line direction, and at least one of the image lines branched into the plurality is branched into other image lines. WhenShapes arranged at different periodsIf the second invisible copy-preventing pattern of the image line is used, the latent image effect is further improved.
[0054]
Next, the setting of the first visibility copy-prevention pattern image line, that is, the basic line of the line portion of the first periodic cut-off line image line (8) of the first visibility copy-prevention pattern in FIG. The line widths d, e, f in the direction perpendicular to (10) and the length d2, e2 in the basic line direction of the line portion of the fixed line break line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern line. , F2 and the lengths d3, e3, and f3 in the basic line direction of the non-image line portion of the fixed line break line of the image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern. First, with respect to the lengths d2 + g + g, e2 + g + g, f2 + g + g in the basic line direction of the fixed line break line of the image line of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern on the printed matter, the latent image can be visually recognized with the naked eye, and Since it is necessary that the image is not resolved by a copying machine, if the output resolution of a general copying machine is 400 dpi, one pixel is 64 μm. In this embodiment, the image lines of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern have d + g + g of 76 μm, e + g + g of 76 μm, and f + g + g of 76 μm, and H that is equidistant up and down with respect to the basic line (10). 80 μm, d2 + g + g is 51 μm, e2 + g + g is 51 μm, f2 + g + g is 51 μm, and then the length of the non-image portion in the basic line direction is set to 80 μm. The latent image is not recognized by the naked eye, and, 25Myuemu~60myuemu range not resolved by a copying machine is a possible, d3 in this embodiment 36 .mu.m, e3 is 36 .mu.m, f3 was 36 .mu.m. Therefore, by subtracting the expansion value (3 + 3) μm of the image line in the basic line direction grasped by the test image line, d is 70 μm, e is 70 μm, f is 70 μm, d2 is 45 μm, e2 is 45 μm, and f2 is 45 μm. Become. The length of B is the value obtained by subtracting the expansion value (3 + 3) μm from the non-image portion 36 μm and the length 51 of the image portion, that is, (36−6) + 51 = 81. Substituting this into the equation (2),
1.2 × 81 × 106 ≦ 76 × 51 + 76 × 51 + 76 × 51 ≦ 1.4 × 81 × 106, and when calculated, it can be seen that 10303.2 ≦ 11628 ≦ 12020.4 and the relational range is satisfied. .
[0055]
The numerical values used in the present embodiment are not limited to this, and can be changed as necessary.
[0056]
The image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern is the same area as the image line of the three non-copies of the first non-copying anti-copying pattern. However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and the image line of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern is based on the image line of the portion where the latent image is applied as a reference line direction. Divided into a plurality of equidistant lines, each of the plurality of branched lines is composed of a fixed period break line composed of lines arranged at regular intervals. Of which, it consists of a line part and a non-line part branched in the basic line direction.Predetermined lengthThe sum of the image area of the portion corresponding to is the solid line portion of the portion where the latent image is not applied, in the basic line direction.Predetermined lengthAs long as it is larger than the image area of the portion corresponding to the same length, the respective areas branched into a plurality may be different. In addition, the same effect appears even when the first non-visible copy-prevention pattern image line and the first visibility copy-protection pattern image line are bifurcated constant-periodic break lines. Further, the image line of the portion where the latent image is applied is branched into a plurality of equal distances with the basic line direction as a reference, and at least one of the image lines branched into the plurality is branched into other image lines. WhenShapes arranged at different periodsIf the second non-visible copy prevention pattern or the second visibility copy prevention pattern of the image line is used, the latent image effect is further improved.
[0057]
The anti-copying pattern designed by CGS uses a commercially available laser plotter to create a film master for plate making, and then makes a printing plate using a commercially available positive type PS plate. On the paper, commercially available offset ink (pink), the adjustment of the printing device is equivalent to general lithographic offset printing, and offset printing is performed without any special adjustment to obtain the printed matter shown in FIG.
[0058]
When the printed matter in FIG. 9 is visually observed, the observer sees that the image line (7) of the first non-visible copy protection pattern, which is the image line of the portion where the latent image has been applied, is a periodic break line. Nevertheless, by recognizing the image as if it were one continuous line in the direction of the basic line, the image line of the first non-visible copy protection pattern could not be identified at all by the naked eye. It is possible. Further, since the image line (8) of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern is darker than the image line (6) of the portion where no latent image is applied, the image line of the first visibility copy-protection pattern is displayed. The line is recognizable. Accordingly, in the first non-visible copy prevention pattern image line (7), unless the observer tries to enlarge the printed image line, the first non-visible image line (7) of the anti-copying pattern. The image line (8) of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern is a constant periodic break line, but unless it attempts to enlarge, it is a single thick line. At first glance, it appears as a printed matter of the first visibility of the image line (8) of the anti-copying pattern and the image line (6) of the portion where no latent image is applied.
[0059]
FIG. 10 shows a reproduction of the printed product of FIG. 9 reproduced by a color copying machine (for example, Canon CLC900 type, Ricoh PATER 750 type, Minolta CF900). The first non-visible copy-preventing pattern image (7 ') shown in FIG. 10 that faces the first non-visible copy-proof pattern image (7) shown in FIG. The reproduction becomes impossible, and there is a difference in density between the image line (7 ') of the first non-visible copy prevention pattern and the image line (6') of the portion where no latent image is applied, and the first non-visible copy prevention The image line (7 ′) of the pattern is almost the same color as the background color, and can be recognized with the naked eye as if the image line (7 ′) of the first invisible copy protection pattern is developed. In addition, the copied first visibility anti-copy pattern image line (8 ′) of FIG. 10 that faces the image line (8) of the first visibility anti-copy pattern shown in FIG. The density difference is the same as the image line (6 ′) of the portion not subjected to the image, and the image line (8 ′) of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern is the image line of the image line (6 ′) of the portion not subjected to the latent image. Thus, the image line (8 ') of the first visibility copy-preventing pattern is completely indistinguishable with the naked eye. Therefore, it is obvious at a glance that it is a duplicate using a copying machine, and authenticity determination is possible.
[0060]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, as described above, since the first non-visibility copy prevention pattern and the first visibility copy prevention pattern subdivide the image line portion, the image line of the portion where no latent image is applied and When the printed matter formed by the image line of the first invisibility anti-copying pattern and the image line of the first visibility anti-copying pattern is copied by a copying machine, the latent image is expressed and the image of the portion where the latent image is not applied Assimilation with lines can be made clearer.
[0061]
Further, at least one period of the segmented image lines of the first invisibility anti-copying pattern and the first visibility anti-copying pattern is at least one.By having a different periodThe expression of the latent image and the assimilation with the image line of the portion where the latent image is not applied can be further clarified.
[0062]
In addition, the non-visible anti-copying pattern and the visible anti-copying pattern are incorporated into a single printed material at the same time, so that the lines of the non-visible anti-copying pattern cannot be identified with the naked eye. When copied on a machine, the non-visible copy-prevention pattern line is not reproduced faithfully, a latent image appears, and the visible copy-prevention pattern line can be identified before copying. When copying, the image is assimilated with the image line of the portion where no latent image is applied. In this way, when copying with a copying machine, the visual impression changes due to the difference in the visual state of the copy of the non-visible copy-preventing pattern line and the visible copy-preventing pattern line. It is easy to discriminate the product, and it has the effect of preventing forgery and alteration by the copying machine.
[0063]
Furthermore, since printing can be easily performed by monochromatic printing, the cost can be reduced, and it is not necessary to overprint the camouflage pattern. It is easy to adjust the density management and image line thickness at the time of printing, and has an effect of preventing copying even if the allowable range for printing is wide.
[0064]
In addition, printed matter in which other types of anti-counterfeiting measures such as moire patterns are used on the same image line for the background pattern and the chromatic pattern can be used, and even if embossing (irregularity) is given after printing, the effect of preventing copying may be reduced. Absent. As a result, the present invention can be applied to securities such as banknotes, stock certificates, bonds, etc., various certificates, important documents, and the like that are subject to counterfeiting and alteration by a copying machine.
