本発明はボトルなどの立体成型容器に掛けて吊り下げるようにセットできる液体用包装容器に関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来から商品に関するキャンペーン事項などの広告を消費者側に目に付き易いようにする場合、商品を並べている陳列棚に広告を掲載したり、広告が記載された紙片などをその商品に一体的に取り付けるようにしており、特に、液体洗剤やシャンプー、リンスなどの立体成型容器に収めた商品においては、広告を記載した紙片やシートに孔を開けてその立体成型容器の頭部に掛け止めるようにすることで、簡易に一体化できる手法が採られている。また、近年においては、前記液体洗剤やシャンプー、リンスなどをボトルである立体成型容器に収めた商品とは別に、詰め替え用としてシートの周辺をヒートシールしてなる簡易な構造の液体用包装容器に収めたものも商品として販売されるようになってきている。このような現状から、前記立体成型容器の商品と同時にシートよりなる前記液体用包装容器を用いた詰め替え商品を組み合わせる販売方法も行われるようになってきている。

しかしながら、立体成型容器にシートよりなる上記液体用包装容器とを簡単にセットして一体的なものとする場合、立体成型容器の商品の背部に液体用包装容器が位置する形で透明なフィルムによりシュリンクしたり、その液体用包装容器を立体成型容器に掛け止めるなどの方法にとどまっており、この状態で陳列棚に商品が並べられたとしてもセットされた商品であることが消費者側には目に付き難く、また、前記液体用包装容器のシートに対して印刷にて、例えばサービスキャンペーンやその他の広告を設けたとしても、その広告部分が前記掛け止め部分と同一平面に形成されて立体成型容器の背部に隠れてしまうため、やはりその広告自体は目立ち難いものとなっており、このようなことから、立体成型容器それぞれに対して簡単に、かつ、消費者側の目に付き易い状態で広告が設けられるようにすることが求められていた。
そこで本発明は上記事情に鑑み、立体成型容器に掛け止める液体用包装容器に対して前記立体成型容器に隠れ難く起きた状態での広告部分が得られるようにすることを課題とし、その液体用包装容器にて目に付き易い広告が行えるようにすることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を考慮してなされたもので、相対する正面シートと背面シートとの間の収納空間に内容物が充填されている液体容器であって、容器上部に、見開き可能に相対する広告表示板とボトルなどの立体成型容器の頭部が差し入れできる透孔を備えた係止板とが設けられている液体用包装容器を提供して、上記課題を解消するものである。
そして本発明において、上記容器上部における正面シートと背面シートとの間に二つ折りされた折り込みシートが介在して、上記広告表示板は前記折り込みシートと背面シートとがヒートシールしてなるものであり、上記係止板は前記折り込みシートと正面シートとがヒートシールしてなるものとすることが可能であり、前記広告表示板は、背面シートと折り込みシートとの間に形成された充填口をヒートシールにて閉鎖形成してなるものとすることが可能なものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに本発明を図１から図８に示す実施の形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図１と図２は使用状態にて本発明の液体用包装容器１を示していて、該液体用包装容器１は正面シート２と背面シート３とが相対し、その間に形成した収納空間に内容物が充填されて封止した液体容器であり、その容器上部４には広告表示板５とボトルなどの立体成型容器Ａの頭部Ｂが差し入れできる透孔６を備えた係止板７との二枚の板状物が設けられている。この広告表示板５と係止板７とのそれぞれは、容器上部４における正面シート２と背面シート３との間に二つ折りされた折り込みシート８を介在させ、その折り込みシート８の後面板部分を背面シート３にヒートシールして所定形状に切り整えることで前記広告表示板５が形成され、また、折り込みシート８の前面板部分を正面シート２にヒートシールして所定形状に切り整えるとともに透孔６を打ち抜くことで係止板７が形成されており、この広告表示板５と係止板７とは見開き可能にして相対している。そして、前記広告表示板５の係止板７に対する面が表示面９として構成されており、この表示面９に各種の情報が設けられる。

上述のように容器上部４に広告表示板５と係止板７とを備えた液体用包装容器１の収納空間は正面シート２と背面シート３との四周辺がヒートシールされたものであり、内容物が充填されているこの液体用包装容器１は図１と図２に示すように係止板７の透孔６に立体成型容器Ａの頭部Ｂを通すようにして掛けることで立体成型容器Ａに取り付けられる。そして、前記立体成型容器Ａの頭部Ｂを透孔６に通すために係止板７を前方へと倒し込むことで係止板７と広告表示板５との間が開き、その広告表示板５が起立状態となって表示面９が前方に臨むように設けられているものである。このように広告表示板５が起立状態となって表示面９が前方に臨むようにして表れるため、その表示面９自体が目立ち易くなり、例えば陳列棚に並べられた立体成型容器の商品の前に立つ購買者などに対して前記表示面９に記載されている広告文などが目に付くものとなる。

上記構造の液体用包装容器１は図３に示されているように、正面シート２と背面シート３との容器上部４となる部分に二つ折りされた折り込みシート８を配置した状態で所要部分がヒートシールされ（広告表示板と係止板となる部分はそれぞれ分離した状態でヒートシールされる）、容器下部１０にあっては充填口１１として開放されている。そして、容器上部４の上辺を所定形状に切り落とすとともに透孔６を打ち抜き形成することで広告表示板５と係止板７とが形成できる。こののち、前記充填口１１から内容物を充填して容器下部１０をヒートシールして、内容物を収容した液体用包装容器１が得られる。

上記液体用包装容器１は容器上部４に折り込みシート８を介在させている以外は正面シート２と背面シート３との三周辺をヒートシールしたものであるが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、スタンディングパウチタイプと称される容器であってもよい。図５から図８は第二の例を示していて、容器下部１０において正面シート２と背面シート３との間に底シート１２を介在させ、正面シート２と底シート１２との相対する辺部相互を、そして背面シート３と底シート１２との相対する辺部相互をヒートシールし、さらには容器下部１０側の両側辺部を底シート１２が介在した状態で一体的にヒートシールして、底シート１２の中央部分を広げるように正面シート２の下辺と背面シート３の下辺との間が離れるようにしたものである。
この第二の例の液体用包装容器１を得るにあたっては、図７に示すように容器上部４における広告表示板となる部分では折り込みシート８と背面シート３との間が開放されて充填口１１とされるとともに、折り込みシート８と正面シート２とはヒートシールされたスタンディングパウチタイプのものとし、前記充填口１１から内容物を充填した後にヒートシールを行い、容器上部４の上辺を所定形状に切り落とすとともに透孔６を打ち抜いて正面シート２と背面シート３とを形成している。勿論、前記背面シート３には表示面９があって広告などの情報が設けられているものである。
なお、上記広告表示板５と係止板７との形状は何ら限定されるものではない。

上記液体用包装容器１を構成するシート、即ち、正面シート２、背面シート３、折り込みシート４、底シート１２はヒートシール性を備え、内容物に対する保護性などの必要機能を有する素材からなるものであればよく、特に限定されるものではない。例示すれば、ＰＥＴ／Ａｌ／Ｎｙ／ＰＥ、ＰＥＴ／Ａｌ／ＰＥ、ＰＥＴ／ＰＥ、ＰＥＴ／ＶＭ−Ｎｙ／ＰＥ、Ｎｙ／Ａｌ／ＰＥ、Ｎｙ／ＰＥ、Ｎｙ／ＶＭ−ＰＥＴ／ＰＥ、ＧＬ／Ｎｙ／ＰＥ、ＧＬ／ＰＥ、ＰＥＴ／紙／Ａｌ／ＰＥ、紙／Ａｌ／ＰＥ、紙／ＰＥなどの積層シートが採用できる。なお、ＰＥＴはポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム、Ａｌはアルミニウム箔、Ｎｙはナイロンフィルム、ＰＥはポリエチレンフィルム、ＶＭ−Ｎｙはアルミニウム蒸着ナイロンフィルム、ＶＭ−ＰＥＴはアルミニウム蒸着ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム、ＧＬはセラミック蒸着ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを示している。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明の液体用包装容器によれば、相対する正面シートと背面シートとの間の収納空間に内容物が充填されている液体容器であって、容器上部に、見開き可能に相対する広告表示板とボトルなどの立体成型容器の頭部が差し入れできる透孔を備えた係止板とが設けられていることを特徴とするものであり、容器上部の係止板の透孔に立体成型容器の頭部を差し入れるようにすることで液体用包装容器をその立体成型容器に取り付けることができ、立体成型容器と液体用包装容器との一体化が極めて容易になる。そして、広告表示板が立体成型容器の頭部近傍の位置で起きた状態となってその前面が前方に面し、広告表示板の前面側に広告文などを設けておくことでその広告文などが目に付き易くなって、別部材を用いることなく広告などが行なえるようになる。
また、上記容器上部における正面シートと背面シートとの間に二つ折りされた折り込みシートを介在させ、広告表示板を前記折り込みシートと背面シートとがヒートシールしてなるものとし、係止板を前記折り込みシートと正面シートとがヒートシールしてなるものとすることで、その係止板と広告表示板との間を開き易くすることが可能であり、立体成型容器に液体用包装容器を取り付けるという操作だけで広告表示板が起き易くなる。さらに、広告表示板を、背面シートと折り込みシートとの間に形成された充填口をヒートシールにて閉鎖形成してなるものとすることで、充填口を確実に閉鎖するために嵩高のあるヒートシールを行なっても広い広告スペースとして利用でき、広告スペースが確保し易くなるなど、実用性に優れた効果を奏するものである。
