本発明はエレベーターの制御装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
エレベーター昇降路内のピットから手の届かない範囲の機器を点検する場合は点検作業者の足場確保のため点検作業台が必要である。しかし、昇降路内は乗りかごが昇降するものであり前記作業台を固定的に設置しておくと乗りかごと衝突し機器破損となるため点検作業台は固定的に設置せず折り畳み式とし、エレベーター運転中は折り畳んで収納し、点検作業時のみ組立て設置する構成としている。

このような構成で、点検作業台を組立て設置している状態で万が一エレベーターが走行すると乗りかごと点検作台が衝突し、機器破損につながる。また、作業台上で点検中であれば作業者の負傷につながる。

このような機器破損や作業者の負傷を防止するためには作業台が設置されている状態ではエレベーターを停止状態にする必要がある。従来においては作業台の設置又は収納状態を検出するスイッチを設けこのスイッチの接点信号により、エレベーターを停止、または運転に切り替えていた。

また、作業台でなくかご上の転落防止用手すりを固定的に取付けられず折り畳み式にしたものもある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、機器破損を防止することの出来る制御装置点検用点検台を備えたエレベーター装置を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題を解決するために、昇降路内にエレベーターの制御装置、及び制御装置点検用で折り畳み式の点検作業台を配置し、前記制御装置が、乗りかごの移動経路と昇降路壁の間に位置しており、前記制御装置を点検しないときは、点検作業台の踏み台を下方へ回転させて、前記制御装置の下方であって前記制御装置の厚さ方向の鉛直投影内に前記点検作業台を折り畳み収納し、昇降路内の他機器と干渉しない構成とした。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態を図1を用いて説明する。

図1において1はエレベーターの昇降路、2は制御盤、3は点検作業台であり3aの踏み台、3bの踏み台支え、3cのベースからなる。4はケーブルであり、D部で3cのベースに固定され、先端には5のコネクタ(プラグ)が接続される。他端は2の制御盤に接続される。6は踏み台に固定されたコネクタ(キャップ)であり本図1の如く作業台が設置状態であれば5と6のコネクタは接続が不可能である。7は乗りかごであり、作業台設置のまま昇降すれば乗りかごと作業台とが干渉することを示している。8はバッファである。

作業台を収納する際は3aの踏み台を一旦持ち上げ、3bの踏み台支えを3cのベースから外す。これで3aの踏み台が支点Aを中心に回転可能となり、3bの踏み台支えが支点Bを中心に回転可能となり図2の如く収納できる。またこの状態ではじめて踏み台側のコネクタとベース側のコネクタがの位置関係が最短となりコネクタの接続が可能となる。

図3において21はエレベーターの運転、停止を切り替えるリレーであり、点検作業台のコネクタ5,6を接続している場合はリレーがONし、エレベーター走行可能、コネクタが外れている場合はリレーがOFFし、エレベーター停止となる。

上記の構成のエレベーターにおいて、制御盤の保守点検時は作業台を設置、組立てるが、前記の如くコネクタを外さなけれ作業台を組立てられない構成となっているため、コネクタの取外しを忘れることはなく、エレベーターが運転することはない。また、収納の際も作業台を折りたたみ収納し、コネクタを接続するまで運転リレーはONしないので収納を忘れてもエレベーターが運転することはない。以上により、作業台設置時のコネクタの取外しによってエレベーターが停止状態となり、機器破損や作業者の負傷を防止することが出来る。
このように、制御盤点検時に設置する点検台に収納時のみ接続可能なコネクタを設け、点検台設置時はコネクタを外すことにより作業台の設置又は収納状態を検出するスイッチを不要とし、制御装置の低コスト化と点検作業者の安全、機器破損防止を図ることが出来る。

本発明によれば、機器破損を防止することの出来る制御装置点検用点検台を備えたエレベーター装置を提供することが可能となる。
