【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、煙突の筒身を支持する煙突用支持塔及びその支持ユニット枠体及び分割ユニット枠体に関する。

【従来の技術】
煙突の形式は多種多様であり、自立形煙突のように自立形式の煙突の他に、例えば、筒身を鉄塔で支持した構造の鉄塔支持形煙突のように、煙突用支持塔により煙突の筒身が支持されている形式のものがあり、後者の場合、煙突用支持塔により煙突の筒身の揺動が防止される。
そして、従来、この種の煙突の筒身を支持する煙突用支持塔は、鉄骨等を下側から上側に組み立てて形成されるもので、煙突のまわりに煙突用支持塔を設けるにあたり、煙突用支持塔の設置予定箇所のまわりに、鉄骨等を組み立てるための施工用作業床を設け、施工用作業床を足場等に利用し煙突用支持塔が建設され、そして、煙突用支持塔建設後に施工用作業床の撤去作業を行い、煙突用支持塔の施工が完了する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように上述した従来の煙突用支持塔によれば、施工用作業床を設ける必要やその設けた施工用作業床を撤去する必要があるため、煙突用支持塔の施工が完了するまでに長期間を要し、また、施工コストが高くつくという問題がある。

本発明は、上記実情に鑑みてなされたものであって、その目的は、施工期間を短縮化すると共に経済性を向上させるところにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の発明の特徴構成は、煙突の筒身を支持する煙突用支持塔であって、
上下に連結自在で且つ前記筒身を挿通可能であると共に、組立用足場取り付け部及び階段を備える支持ユニット枠体を複数設け、
前記複数の支持ユニット枠体が、上下に連結して組み立てられるとともに、それら複数の支持ユニット枠体の少なくとも一つが、前記筒身を支持可能な支持部を備えてなり、前記組立用足場取り付け部は、組立用足場を支持ユニット枠体内の上下中間部に取り付けられるように形成してあるところにある。

〔作用及び効果〕
本特徴構成を備える煙突用支持塔であれば、任意に鉄筋や鉄骨等を組み立ててなる支持ユニット枠体の複数を、煙突の筒身を挿通させ、それらを互いに上下に連結して組み立てれば、形成することができる。しかも、前記支持ユニット枠体に備えられる組立用足場取り付け部に、前記複数の支持ユニット枠体を上下に連結して組み立て施工するための組立用足場を取り付け、かかる組立用足場及び階段を利用することで、支持ユニット枠体自体を利用しながらかかる組み立て施工を行うことができ、当該組み立て施工を行うための施工用作業床をわざわざ設ける必要を無くすことが可能となる。そして、複数の支持ユニット枠体の少なくとも一つに備えられる支持部により、前記筒身が支持され、その揺動が防止される。
従って、施工期間を短縮化すると共に経済性を向上させることが可能となる。また、支持ユニット枠体を予め工場等により製造しておくことで、施工現場での作業手間の省力化を図ることが可能となる。しかも、従来のように組み立て施工を行うためにわざわざ施工用作業床を設けたり、解体する作業を行う必要がないので、作業安全性を向上させることもできる。
また、組立用足場取り付け部が、組立用足場を支持ユニット枠体内の上下中間部に取り付けられるように形成してあるから、上下に支持ユニット枠体どうしを配置して組み立てる際に、組立用足場取り付け部に組立用足場を取り付けることが可能となり、更には、取り付けた組立用足場の上に作業者が載って組立作業を実施する際に、組立用足場の周囲には、支持ユニット枠体の一部(上下中間部より上の、例えば、柱フレームや上部フレームや周フレーム等)が位置しているからこれらが安全枠となり、かかる組立作業の高い安全性を十分に確保することが可能となる

支持ユニット枠体が点検用歩廊を備えているので、点検用歩廊を設けるにあたっても施工の短縮化及び省力化を図ることができ、そして、その支持ユニット枠体に備えられる点検用歩廊を利用して、煙突の筒身を点検することができ利便である。因みに、この点検用歩廊を、複数の支持ユニット枠体を組み立て施工する際の足場として利用してもよく、そして、組立用足場と兼用化させてあると、部材点数の削減を図り、一層、施工期間を短縮化すると共に経済性を向上させることが可能となる。

このような請求項3又は4の発明の特徴構成を備える支持ユニット枠体であれば、それらを任意の数組み合わせることで、請求項1記載の煙突用支持塔を設けて、施工期間を短縮化すると共に経済性を向上させることが可能となり、また、支持ユニット枠体を予め工場等により製造しておくことで、施工現場での作業手間の省力化を図ることが可能となり、しかも、従来のように組み立て施工を行うための施工用作業床をわざわざ設けたり、解体する作業を行う必要がないので、作業安全性を向上させることもできる。
つまり、前記組立用足場取り付け部に、複数の支持ユニット枠体を上下に連結して組み立て施工するための組立用足場を取り付け、かかる組立用足場及び階段を利用することで、支持ユニット枠体自体を利用しながら、挿通口に煙突の筒身を挿通させ、ユニット連結部によりそれら複数の支持ユニット枠体どうしを上下に連結し、組み立て施工を行うことができ、当該組み立て施工を行うために施工用作業床をわざわざ設ける必要がなく、そして、支持部を設けてある支持ユニット枠体により、前記筒身が支持されその揺動は防止されるのである。
また、組立用足場取り付け部が、組立用足場を支持ユニット枠体内の上下中間部に取り付けられるように形成してあるから、上下に支持ユニット枠体どうしを配置して組み立てる際に、組立用足場取り付け部に組立用足場を取り付けることが可能となり、更には、取り付けた組立用足場の上に作業者が載って組立作業を実施する際に、組立用足場の周囲には、支持ユニット枠体の一部(上下中間部より上の、例えば、柱フレームや上部フレームや周フレーム等)が位置しているからこれらが安全枠となり、かかる組立作業の高い安全性を十分に確保することが可能となる。

本特徴構成を備える支持ユニット枠体であれば、一つの支持ユニット枠体が複数の分割ユニット枠体からなり、その煙突の筒身を挿通させる挿通口が、それら複数の分割ユニット枠体を前記筒身の周方向に組み立てて形成できるので、わざわざレッカー等により支持ユニット枠体を吊り上げるなどし上下に移動させて、煙突の筒身を挿通させる作業を行う必要をなくすことができ、煙突用支持塔の組み立てにあたっての省力化及び短縮化を一層図ることが可能となる。また、煙突用支持塔の解体や取替の際にも、同様の理由から省力化及び短縮化を図ることができ、利便である。
その上、大型の煙突に対しても、共に大型化する支持ユニット枠体を、複数の分割ユニット枠体から構成できるために、運搬作業も容易にできる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
本発明に係る煙突用支持塔の一実施形態の概略斜視図を図1(イ),その切り欠き側面図を図1(ロ)に、その煙突用支持塔を形成する支持ユニット枠体の一部切り欠き斜視図を図2に、その支持ユニット枠体の平面図を図3(イ),一部切り欠き側面図を図3(ロ)に、その煙突用支持塔の組み立て状況の分解斜視図を図4に示す。

図1に示すように、この煙突用支持塔Aは、多数の支持ユニット枠体1を上下に連結して組み立ててなるもので、図では、一例として2つの煙突の筒身Cが前記煙突用支持塔Aにて支持されている。

前記支持ユニット枠体1はブロック状に形成してあり、各支持ユニット枠体1どうしを、鉛直方向に上下に積み重ねて連結固定することで、煙突用支持塔Aを形成することができるように構成してある。
この支持ユニット枠体1は、図2,3に示すように、例えば鉄骨や鉄筋等の長尺状の鋼材からそのフレーム本体10を組み立て形成すれば、軽量でありながらも十分な剛性を備えさえることができ好適であり、本実施形態では一例として、長尺状のL形断面のアングル鋼材2多数からフレーム本体10を組み立てて構成してある。
図2,3に示すように、フレーム本体10は、その四隅に立設される4つの柱フレーム10aと、その4つの柱フレーム10aの上端側どうし及び下端側どうし夫々をアングル鋼材2多数により連結接続して形成される上部フレーム10b及び下部フレーム10cと、上部フレーム10b及び下部フレーム10cどうしをアングル鋼材2により上下に連結固定する周フレーム10dとから外形が直方体のブロック状に構成してある。尚、柱フレーム10a、上部フレーム10b、下部フレーム10c、周フレーム10dを構成する多数のアングル鋼材2どうしは、図に示すように溶接により接続固定してあるものに限らず、例えば、ボルトやナット等の締結部材により接続固定してあってもよく、それら多数のアングル鋼材2どうしの接続固定方法については任意に選択すればよい。

そして、図2,3,5に示すように、このように構成されるフレーム本体10どうしを上下に連結可能なユニット連結部11を、フレーム本体10に設け、支持ユニット枠体1を上下に連結できるようにしてある。
前記ユニット連結部11としては、例えば、図2,3,5に示すように、各フレーム本体10の上端側及び下端側にボルト挿通孔12を設けておけばよい。具体的には、例えば、図に示すように、柱フレーム10aの上端側及び上部フレーム10bの上端側に設けられるボルト挿通孔12各々と、柱フレーム10aの下端側及び下部フレーム10cの下端側に設けられるボルト挿通孔12各々とが、フレーム本体10どうしを所定の位置にて上下に積み重ねたとき、夫々連通するように構成しておき、それら連通する、上側に位置するフレーム本体10の下端側に設けられるボルト挿通孔12と、下側に位置するフレーム本体10の上端側に設けられるボルト挿通孔12とを介して、ボルトやナット等の締結部材13により、フレーム本体10どうしを連結固定できるようにすればよい。

また、図2,3に示すように、各フレーム本体10には、上述のようにフレーム本体10を連結固定する組立作業を、各フレーム本体10自体を利用して行えるように、組立用足場16を取り付け可能な組立用足場取り付け部17を各フレーム本体10に設けてある。
本実施形態では、一例として、各柱フレーム10a及び周フレーム10dのうち、各々の上端側と下端側との中間部に、組立用足場16をほぼ水平姿勢にてフレーム本体10の内周側に取り付け可能となるように、前記組立用足場取り付け部17を形成してある。尚、組立用足場取り付け部17に組立用足場16を取り付けるにあたっては、本実施形態のように、溶接等によりフレーム本体10に組立用足場16を一体に取り付けてあるものに限らず、図示しないが、締結部材等によりフレーム本体10に対して組立用足場16を着脱自在に取り付けてあってもよい。
前記組立用足場16としては、図3に示すように、煙突を挿通可能となる挿通口18を形成してあるメッシュ状の金属製板部材Pを取り付けて組立用足場としてある。また、煙突の筒身を支持すべく、任意の支持ユニット枠体1について、前記金属製板部材Pの挿通口18側に、図6に示すように、煙突の筒身Cを支持可能な支持部21を設けておけばよい。この支持部21の構造は、筒身Cの熱膨張などによる高さ方向の伸びを許容し、且つ、地震力や風荷重等の筒身に作用する水平力が支持部21を介して、支持ユニット枠体(つまり煙突用支持塔)に伝達される構造であればよく、例えば、図6に示すように、挿通口18側へ突出し、筒身Cに設けられる支持部受け部材22に所定の隙間を介して嵌り込むような構造にしてあればよい。

さらに、この組立用足場16には、図2,3,4に示すように、その上側及び下側夫々に階段19a,19bを取り付けてあり、各支持ユニット枠体1を上下に連結すると、それらの階段19a,19bどうしを連結接続し、階段19a,19bを利用して、下側に位置する支持ユニット枠体1の組立用足場16から、上側に位置する支持ユニット枠体1の組立用足場16に移動できるように構成してある。

因みに、本実施形態では、この金属製板部材Pからなる組立用足場16が、煙突用支持塔の点検用歩廊26を兼ねており、煙突用支持塔Aを組み立て後には、組立用足場16を利用して挿通口18に挿通される煙突の筒身の点検をすることができ、好適である。尚、この場合、組立用足場取り付け部17が点検用歩廊の取り付け部27に相当する。

尚、本実施形態では、図2,3,4に示すように、フレーム本体10の外周側に表面側が化粧仕上げされた化粧板材30を設けてあり、多数の支持ユニット枠体1どうしを連結固定し組み立てれば、自ずと外観を向上させることができ好適である。この化粧板材30は、例えば鋼鉄材やステンレス材やFRP材やその他各種外装材から形成すればよい。

次に、これら支持ユニット枠体1の組立状況を簡単に説明すると、図4に例示するように、支持ユニット枠体1をクレーン等(図外)により煙突の筒身Cよりも上方に吊り上げて、その内部に煙突の筒身Cを挿通させながら、組み立てる。この組立の際に、支持ユニット枠体1の内部側に設けられる組立用足場16の上に作業者が載って、各支持ユニット枠体1どうしを上下にユニット連結部11を利用しながら組立作業を行える。すると、本実施形態の場合、支持ユニット枠体1の内部側に組立用足場16が設けてあり、その外周側には、柱フレーム10aや上部フレームや周フレーム10dが配設されているため、フレーム本体10が安全枠となり、かかる組立作業の高い安全性を十分に確保することも可能となる。また、本実施形態では、図1(イ),4に示すように、各支持ユニット枠体1を上下に積み重ねる際に、上側に積み重ねる支持ユニット枠体1の向きを、下側に位置する支持ユニット枠体1の向きとは180°かえることで、各支持ユニット枠体1に備えられる組立用足場16の上下に設けてある階段19a,19bどうしが、連結されるように構成してある。
そして、煙突の長さに応じた数の支持ユニット枠体1どうしを上下に積み重ねて組み立てることで、図1に例示するように、煙突用支持塔Aの施工が完了する。尚、煙突の長さに応じて、所定高さ分の支持ユニット枠体1どうしを上下に積み重ねて組み立てた後、その内部に煙突の筒身を組み立てる作業を繰り返すことで、煙突用支持塔Aを施工するようにしても勿論よい。尚、本発明に係る煙突用支持塔は、鉄鋼やステンレス等の金属製又はFRP製の筒身に適用することができる。

このように、本発明によれば、予め工場あるいは地上等で多数の支持ユニット枠体1を製造したりあるいは組み立てておけば、それら支持ユニット枠体1どうしを多数上下に積み重ねて組み立てれば煙突用支持塔Aを施工できるので、施工期間を短縮化することができると共に経済性を向上させることが可能となる。また、このように煙突用支持塔Aを組み立てる場合のみならず、煙突用支持塔Aを解体や取替る場合にも、支持ユニット枠体1どうしの連結を解除する作業を行い、支持ユニット枠体1ごと取り外していけばよいので、同様に、その施工期間を短縮化することができると共に経済性を向上させることが可能となる。

〔別実施形態〕
以下に他の実施形態を説明する。
〈1〉 先の実施形態では、大きさ及び形状が何れも同じである支持ユニット枠体1を多数上下に組み立ててなる煙突用支持塔Aの構成例を示したが、図7に例示するように、大きさや形状が異なる支持ユニット枠体1どうしを上下に組み立ててなる煙突用支持塔であっても勿論よい。
また、図7に示す煙突用支持塔Aは、支持ユニット枠体1が、その筒身Cの周方向に複数の分割ユニット枠体31を組み立てて構成されており、例えば、図8,9に示すように、4つの直方体形状の分割ユニット枠体31どうしを、環状に連結して組み立ててあり、それら分割ユニット枠体31で囲まれる空間によって煙突の筒身を挿通させる挿通口18が形成される。尚、この場合、図示しないが、前記支持部を支持ユニット枠体に備えさせるには、各分割ユニット枠体自体に挿通口に向けて突出するように支持部を備えさせておけばよい。尚、図8には、一例として、4つの分割ユニット枠体31同士を組み立てて、1つの支持ユニット枠体を形成するものを例示してあるに過ぎず、図示しないが、支持ユニット枠体は、その筒身の周方向に2以上の分割ユニット枠体どうしを組み立ててあればよい。

〈2〉 また、先の実施形態では、周フレーム10dをフレーム本体10の上下全長にわたるように設ける例を説明したが、そのような構成例に限らず、例えば、組立用足場取り付け部17を設けてあるフレーム本体10の上端側と下端側との中間部からフレーム本体の上端側までわたるように設けてあっても、前述のように組立用足場を用いて組立作業を行う際に、柱フレーム10aや上部フレームや周フレーム10dが安全枠としても機能し、高い安全性を確保しながら組み立て作業を行うことができ、好適である。
