衣類や日用品を収容するための引出し式の中ケースを備えたプラスチック製の収納ケースが公知である。この種の収納ケースは箱状や枠体状のケース本体に上面を開口した引き出し式の中ケースを収容し、この中ケースをケース本体正面に設けた開口から引き出し自在とした構成からなり、多段式に積み重ねられて使用されるのが一般的な使用法であった(公知例としては例えば特開平10−113235、特開平9−103328等)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の収納ケースはプラスチックにより成形されることにより、木やスチールを切り出して組み立てたものに比し低コストで提供することが可能なので、押し入れやクローゼット内の収納用として人気があった。ところで、この場合、中ケースをケース本体内に収容した状態においては中ケースの上面の開口は密閉されることが望ましく、特に埃が充満しやすい押し入れやクローゼット内における使用に際してはこの点が十分配慮されなければならなかった。

そこで、中ケースの上端部をケース本体内側の天板に接触させることにより上面の開口を密閉させることが必要となるが、その場合には中ケースがケース本体に対して進退する際に中ケースがケース本体内側にきつく嵌め合わされて滑りが悪くなるおそれがあった。それを防止するためには寸法精度を高くとることが必要となるが、その場合にはプラスチックにより成形される手軽なこの種の収納ケースの製造コストを上昇させてしまう問題を生じた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は以上の従来技術の問題点に鑑みて創作されたものであり、中ケースの滑りを損なわないで密閉性を実現する収納ケースを簡易な構成により提供することを目的とする。

即ち、この発明の収納ケースは上面を開口した引き出し式の中ケースをケース本体の正面に設けた開口から引き出し自在とした収納ケースにおいて、中ケースの高さを前端に向かって漸次低くなるように設定し、一方、中ケースが進退するケース本体の内側の高さを中ケースに対応して前端に向かって漸次低くなるように設定すると共に、中ケースがケース本体内に収容された状態において中ケースの上端部がケース本体内側の天板に接触するように設定し、更にケース本体内側の底板の開口付近に、中ケースが転動自在に載置されるべき車輪を回転自在に設けたことを特徴とする。

図1乃至図4はこの発明の作用を模式的に示した図である。図において中ケース5は底板6が前端に向かってせり上がるテーパー状とされることにより、後端A1より前端B1に向かって高さが漸次低くなるように設定される。一方、ケース本体1は中ケース5に対応して内側の底板3が前端に向かってせり上がるテーパー状とされることにより、後端A2より前端B2に向かって高さが漸次低くなるように設定される(図1参照)。そして両者は中ケース5がケース本体1内に収容された状態において、中ケースの上端部がケース本体内側の天板2に接触するように設定される(図4参照)。

上記の場合、中ケース5が引き出されている状態では高さが低いその前端付近は、ケース本体2の内側の高さが高い部分に位置しているので、中ケースの上下がケース本体の内側の底板3と天井部2間に挟み込まれることはない。即ち、この状態において中ケース5の後方が重く後傾している場合は、中ケースとケース本体2が接触するのは車輪4部分と、中ケース後端の上方角部とケース本体の天井のX部分であり(図2参照)、中ケース5の前方が重く前傾している場合は、同じく中ケース後端の下方角部とケース本体の底板のY部分である(図3参照)。よって、この発明によれば中ケース5は前後の2点のみがケース本体2と接触して進退し、しかもこのうちの一点は車輪による転動なので、極めてスムーズに進退する作用が得られる。

次に、この発明の具体的実施例を添付図面に基づいて説明する。図3乃至図8はこの発明を多段式に積み重ね可能な収納ケースに実施した例を示す図であり、ここではプラスチックにより構成されることを想定している。図中符合10はケース本体であり、ここでは後端を閉塞し、前方を開口13とした断面矩形の鞘の両側の壁面の中央及び底板11の中央を大きく切り欠いた枠体状としている(両側の壁面の切り欠きについては図7、底板の切り欠きについては図8参照)。

以上の構成よりなるこの発明は次の特有の効果を奏する。

▲3▼中ケースは前後の2点のみがケース本体と接触して引き出され、しかもこのうちの一点は車輪による転動なので、極めてスムーズに引き出されることが可能となる。
▲4▼上記の車輪はケース本体の底板上面に設けられるので、実施例のように、車輪の両端に突設した軸をケース本体内側の底板に設けた車輪回転スペースの両端に設けた溝部に落とし込むだけで車輪を回転自在に設ける構成を採用した場合は、極めて簡易な構造で車輪を採用することが可能となり、車輪の採用によるコストアップが避けられる。
