Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a sliding door temporary stopper for temporarily fixing a wooden sliding door such as furniture during transportation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional sliding door temporary stopper for conveyance, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-21234, “thin sliding door thickness is thin” such as a glass sliding door, and “sliding door thickness (especially furniture) There is a sliding door temporary fastener for a sliding door whose thickness is constant as a whole).
[0003]
As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 6, the sliding door temporary fastener includes a first member A having a pulling knob 6 at one end of a bendable strip-like long body 1, and a wedge extending horizontally at the upper end. It consists of the substantially angle-shaped 2nd member B which has the part 2, and these both members A and B are formed of synthetic resin materials, such as a vinyl chloride.
[0004]
The strip-shaped elongated body 1 of the first member A has a plurality of latitudinal teeth 4 with an appropriate interval in the length direction on one side surface thereof, and a stopper extending upward from a set on one side surface of the tip portion. 7, and a wedge 8 extending in the direction of the knob 6 in parallel with the strip-shaped elongated body 1 is provided at the upper end of the stopper 7. Further, one end portion of the strip-shaped elongated body 1 on the side of the knob 6 is thinned over an appropriate length and is formed in the insertion portion 9.
[0005]
On the other hand, the second member B has a C-shaped channel groove 5 for merging the strip-shaped elongated body 1, and a latte tooth 10 that meshes with the latitud tooth 4 is formed on the bottom surface of the channel groove 5. The width of the opening 11 of the C-shaped channel groove 5 is set to be approximately equal to or greater than the width of the narrow insertion portion 9 of the strip-shaped elongated body 1.
[0006]
When using the sliding door temporary stopper constructed as described above, it is used by setting it to the joint of the left and right glass sliding doors. As shown in FIGS. 6 (A) and 6 (B), the first member A is first used. The wedge 8 is inserted between the upper end of the left glass sliding door 12 and the rear rail of the upper rail 13 and is pushed in until the stopper 7 of the first member A comes into contact with the end surface of the left glass sliding door 12. In this case, it is set so that the strip-shaped elongated body 1 is positioned on the front side of the left glass sliding door 12. Then, the wedge part 2 of the second member B is inserted into the gap between the upper end of the right sliding door 14 and the rail on the near side of the upper rail 13 and fixed.
[0007]
Thereafter, the free end portion of the strip-shaped elongated body 1 of the first member A is folded back and the insertion portion 9 is inserted from the opening 11 of the C-shaped channel groove 5 of the second member B. The knob 6 is shown in FIG. Pull strongly to the right. In this case, the ratchet teeth 4 and 10 which are in contact with each other can slide the belt-like elongated body 1 without meshing with respect to the pulling direction to the right, and in the opposite direction, that is, in the left direction in the figure. The directionality is set so that the ratchet teeth mesh with each other to prevent the strip-shaped long body 1 from moving leftward.
[0008]
Therefore, by pulling the strip-shaped elongated body 1 strongly in the right direction with the knob 6, the left and right movements of the sliding doors 12 and 14 are completely locked by the first and second members A and B, and the sliding doors 12 and 14 The gaps between the sliding doors 12 and 14 and the upper rail 13 are filled by the wedge portions 2 and 8 inserted into the upper end portion, so that there is no backlash in the upper and lower sides, so that the glass sliding doors 12 and 14 can be temporarily fixed securely.
[0009]
When releasing the lock, the belt-like elongated body 1 can be forcibly pulled from the opening of the C-shaped channel groove 5 to the front surface and removed, whereby the coupling between the members A and B can be released.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, for thin sliding doors such as glass sliding doors, it is possible to simultaneously stop the left and right movements of the sliding doors and the upper and lower rattling during furniture transport. The use of cushioning materials such as sponge for preventing vertical rattling that was necessary) can be omitted. This improves workability and simplifies the structure with synthetic resin. A sliding door temporary fastener that has been devised because it can be integrally molded.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the above-mentioned sliding door temporary fasteners cannot be used for temporary locking of thick sliding doors, a cushioning material such as a sponge is attached to the overlapping part of the left and right sliding doors, and the sliding door is loose or detached during transportation. The old-fashioned measures to prevent this were still taken.
[0012]
Therefore, even if the sliding door is thick, the purpose of the present invention is to move the sliding door to the left and right and move up and down during furniture transport, as in the case of the conventionally devised “sliding door temporary fastener for thin sliding door”. It is possible to stop rattling at the same time, and it is possible to omit the use of cushioning materials such as sponge for preventing upper and lower rattling, which improves workability and simplifies the structure and enables integral molding with synthetic resin. Another object of the present invention is to provide a sliding door temporary fastener that can be made inexpensively.
Furthermore, the present invention provides a sliding door temporary fastener that can be used in the same manner as described above in a case where the thickness of the furniture with a sliding door is “a case where the number of sliding doors is three or more”. Objective.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the temporary sliding door fastener according to the present invention is as follows.
In other words, it consists of a male fastener that holds the inner corners of the rear sliding door and a female fastener that holds the inner corners of the front sliding door. In the sliding door temporary stopper to be stopped, the male stopper includes a male stopper portion for holding an inner corner portion of the rear sliding door, and a bendable elongated body extending from a substantially center of the male stopper portion; A male wedge that is connected to the upper end of the male stopper substantially parallel to the elongated body, and a male ratchet tooth provided on either the front or back of the elongated body or on the front or back. have.
[0014]
On the other hand, the female stopper includes a female stopper portion that holds the inner corner of the front sliding door, an insertion portion that extends in a direction substantially orthogonal to the female stopper portion and is inserted between the sliding doors, A female wedge extending from either one of the upper and lower ends or one of the upper and lower ends of the female stopper via a flexible connecting portion; and a surface provided on the surface of the female stopper. A channel groove for holding the scale member and a female ratchet tooth formed at the bottom of the channel groove are provided.
[0015]
Using such male fasteners and female fasteners, the male stoppers hold the inner corners of the rear sliding doors, and the male wedges are located above the rear and rear sliding doors. While holding the inner corner of the front sliding door with the female stopper, the long body of the male fastener press-fitted between the components is positioned on the upper side of the front sliding door and the front sliding door. The two fasteners are engaged by being held in the channel groove of the female fastener press-fitted between the furniture components and engaging both ratchet teeth.
[0016]
At this time, it is preferable that a ratchet tooth is formed on the outer surface of any or all of the male side wedge body and the female side wedge body.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, one embodiment of the sliding door temporary stopper of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 (A) is a perspective view showing one embodiment of the male fastener of the present invention, and FIG. 1 (B) is a perspective view showing one embodiment of the female fastener of the present invention. 2A is a rear view of the male fastener in the embodiment, FIG. 2B is a bottom view thereof, and FIG. 3A is a front view of the female fastener in the embodiment. 3B is a bottom view thereof, and FIG. 3C is a sectional view taken along the line II.
[0018]
First, the sliding door temporary stopper of the present invention includes a male stopper 100 having a pulling knob 120 at one end of a bendable belt-like long body 110, and a female stopper 200 having a structure engageable with the male stopper. It consists of.
[0019]
The male fastener 100 has a plurality of male side ratchet teeth 130 and 131 at appropriate intervals in the length direction on both front and back surfaces of the long body 110, and at the other end opposite to the knob 120. There are male-side stopper portions 140, 141 formed symmetrically in a direction perpendicular to the long body 110, and a gap is provided between the long-side body 110 and the upper end portions of the male-side stopper portions 140, 141. A male wedge body 150 extending in the direction of the knob 120 in parallel is continuously provided.
[0020]
In addition, ratchet teeth 160 are provided on the upper surface of the male wedge body 150 of the male fastener 100. It should be noted that the upper surface of the male wedge body 150 on which the ratchet teeth 160 are formed is inclined downward toward the distal end side of the long body 100 as shown in FIG. Therefore, the Lattiet teeth 160 are also formed on the inclined surface downward toward the distal end side of the long body 100. Further, meat steals 180 and 181 are provided on the back portions of the male stopper portions 140 and 141, respectively.
[0021]
In addition, an insertion portion 170 that is thinner than the proximal end side is formed on the distal end side of the long body 110. The width of the insertion portion 170 is set to be substantially equal to or less than the width of the narrowest opening 211 of a substantially C-shaped channel groove 210 described later. The knob 120 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and the upper and lower portions thereof are dome-shaped convex portions.
[0022]
On the other hand, the female fastener 200 includes a substantially L-shaped base portion 201 as shown in FIG. 3C, a channel groove 210 provided on one surface of the outer surface, and the base groove on both sides of the channel groove 210. Female-side wedge bodies 260 and 261 connected to the portion 201 via connecting portions 250 and 251 that can be bent.
The channel groove 210 is substantially C-shaped for conjugating the elongated body 110, and a female side ratchet tooth 220 that meshes with one of the male side ratchet teeth 130 and 131 is provided on the bottom surface thereof. Yes.
[0023]
The surface of the base portion 201 opposite to the channel groove 210 is a female side stopper portion 230. In addition, the insertion portion 235 is a portion orthogonal to the female-side stopper portion 230. The outer surface of the insertion portion 235 forms a recessed portion 240 that is at least deeper than the thickness of the elongated body 110, and the depth of the recessed portion 240 is the deepest on the channel groove 210 side, and gradually decreases toward the opposite side. It is set as follows.
[0024]
Further, ratchet teeth 270 and 271 are formed on the outer surfaces of the female wedge bodies 260 and 261 of the female stopper 200, respectively. Note that the upper surfaces of the female wedge bodies 260 and 261 on which the ratchet teeth 270 and 271 are formed are formed so as to incline downward toward the ends as shown in FIG. Accordingly, the ratchet teeth 270 and 271 are also formed on the downward inclined surface toward the end portion. Further, meat steals 280 and 281 are provided on the back portions of the female wedge bodies 260 and 261, respectively.
[0025]
In addition, cut portions 212 and 213 are provided on the opening surface of the substantially C-shaped channel groove 210. The cut portions 212 and 213 are formed by cutting the eaves-like convex portions of the substantially C-shaped channel groove 210 provided on the opening surface by half in the groove direction of the channel groove 210. As shown in FIG. 3A, the cut is made so that the opposite side of the cut portion 212 is not cut. Therefore, the opposite side of the cut portion 213 is not cut. In other words, they are staggered. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3C, inclined portions 214 and 215 are provided on the inner side surfaces of the eaves portions 216 and 217 that are not cut.
[0026]
The sliding door temporary fastener having the above structure is made of synthetic resin.
[0027]
A method of using the sliding door temporary stopper of the present invention configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS.
4A is a cross-sectional view showing a situation in which the male fastener and the female fastener are installed in a furniture sliding door. A female stopper is installed at the upper right corner of the front sliding door, and the rear sliding door is installed. Shows the case where a male fastener is installed at the upper left front corner of the case, and its cross-sectional position is equivalent to the sectional view taken along the line III-III in FIG. 4 (B) when the female fastener installed on the front sliding door is viewed from the right side. 4B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II of FIG. 4A, and FIG. 5 shows the location of FIG. 4 when the sliding door temporary fastener of the present invention is used for three sliding doors It is a perspective view which shows the engagement state of the other sliding door temporary fixing tool which comes out of the figure of this figure, and is a perspective view which shows the engagement state only about a sliding door upper part and a sliding door temporary fixing tool.
[0028]
In FIG. 4, the furniture portion includes a top plate 600, an upper rail plate 500 provided thereunder, a front rail groove 510 and a rear rail groove 511 provided in the upper rail plate 500, The front sliding door 300 and the rear sliding door 400 supported by the two rail grooves 510 and 511, and the projection 310 provided on the upper back of each of the two sliding doors, and a portion 310 that fits into the rail grooves 510 and 511. , 410. Reference numeral 700 denotes a gap between the front sliding door 300 and the rear sliding door 400 (hereinafter abbreviated as “front / rear gap”), and reference numeral 710 denotes a gap between the upper surface of each sliding door and the lowermost end of the upper rail plate 500. (Hereinafter abbreviated as “upper gap”).
[0029]
The state before setting the sliding door temporary stopper to the furniture is a state in which the two sliding doors 300 and 400 are supported by the front rail groove 510 and the rear rail groove 511, respectively, and the sliding door is closed, that is, the front sliding door 300 is illustrated in FIG. 4 (A) is moved to the inner surface of the left side plate of the furniture (not shown), while the rear sliding door 400 is moved to the inner side of the right side plate of the furniture (not shown) in FIG. 4 (A). It is in a state.
[0030]
First, the front sliding door 300 is opened. That is, it is brought to a position overlapping in front of the rear sliding door 400. In this state, the male stopper 100 is set at the upper left front corner 420 of the rear sliding door 400. That is, the long body 110 is press-fitted into the front-rear gap 700 until the male stopper portion 140 of the male stopper 100 contacts the upper left front corner 420. As a result, the male stopper 100 is firmly fixed to the vertical gap 710 by the male wedge body 150 and the ratchet teeth 160 provided thereon, and the rear sliding door 400 is fixed in the vertical direction.
[0031]
Next, the front sliding door 300 is closed. In other words, it is moved to the inner surface of the left side plate of the furniture (not shown) on the back side of FIG. 4A. Then, the long body 110 of the male stopper 100 that has already been set and the knob 120 at the tip thereof are moved to the front sliding door. Appears on the back right hand side of 300. In this state, the female stopper 200 is set at the corner 320 on the upper right back side of the front sliding door 300. That is, the knob 120 of the male stopper 100 is held with the right hand and pulled to the front side in FIG. While doing so, with the left hand, the female wedge body 261 of the female stopper 200 is bent approximately 90 degrees inward at the connecting portion 251 (the state bent in the direction of arrow B in FIG. 1B), and the female wedge The body 261 is press-fitted into the upper gap 710 until one surface 231 of the stopper portion comes into contact with the right side surface of the front sliding door 300. At the same time, the long body 110 is inserted into the recessed portion 240 of the female stopper 200.
As a result, the female stopper 200 is firmly fixed to the upper gap 710 by the female wedge body 261 and the female ratchet teeth 271 provided thereon, and the front sliding door 300 is fixed in the vertical direction.
[0032]
Note that the ratchet teeth 160, 270, 271 can be fixed vertically even if there is a manufacturing error in the vertical direction of the sliding door, that is, an error in the vertical gap, and each wedge body 160 by vibration during furniture transport. , 260, 261 work to make it difficult to come off.
[0033]
Next, while grasping the knob 120 at the tip of the male stopper 100, the narrowed insertion portion 170 of the elongated body 110 is inserted from the narrowest opening 211 of the substantially C-shaped channel groove 210 to approximately C. Inserted into the channel groove 210 of the mold, the knob 120 is pulled strongly in the left direction in FIG. That is, the knob 120 is strongly pulled to the near side where a person standing in front of the sliding door can easily perform the pulling operation.
In this case, the male ratchet teeth 131 and the female ratchet teeth 220 that are in contact with each other can slide the elongated body 110 without meshing with each other in the pulling direction, and in the opposite direction, that is, in the right direction in the figure. The directionality is set so that the ratchet teeth 131 and 220 mesh with each other and the long body 110 is prevented from moving in the right direction.
[0034]
Therefore, when the elongated body 110 is strongly pulled leftward in FIG. 4A by the knob 120, the left and right movements of the front sliding door 300 and the rear sliding door 400 are completely performed by the male fastener 100 and the female fastener 200. The front sliding door 300 is fixed up and down by a female wedge body 261 and a ratchet tooth 271 provided thereon, and the rear sliding door 400 is also provided by a male wedge 150 and a ratchet tooth 160 provided thereon. It is fixed up and down. Therefore, both the front sliding door 300 and the rear sliding door 400 can be temporarily fixed securely without any vertical and horizontal rattling.
[0035]
When releasing the temporary fixing, the long body 110 is forcibly pulled from the opening of the substantially C-shaped channel groove 210 to the front to remove it, thereby releasing the coupling between the male stopper 100 and the female stopper 200. be able to. Moreover, the coupling | bonding of the male fastener 100 and the female fastener 200 can also be released by cutting the elongate body 110 with cutters, such as a cutter.
[0036]
In the above description, the case in which the convex portion at the top of the sliding door is on the rear surface side of the sliding door has been described, but there may be a convex portion on the front side of the sliding door. In this case, the male stopper 100 cannot be installed on the rear sliding door 400 with the sliding doors arranged as described above.
Therefore, in this case, the two sliding doors are fitted in the rail so that the two sliding doors are reversed in the front-rear direction, so that all the arrangements correspond to the above-described FIG. 4, and thus the sliding door temporary fastener according to the present invention can be used.
[0037]
In the case of three sliding doors, for example, a state that is symmetrical to the state of FIG. 4B occurs on the left side of FIG. 4B as shown in FIG. However, the male stopper 100 and the female stopper 200 of the present invention are also made substantially symmetrical (only the substantially C-shaped channel groove 210 of the female stopper 200 is basically not symmetrical). Since the channel groove 210 of the mold also has the same function as that of the symmetrical structure, the sliding door can be fixed in the same manner as described above by using the male stopper 100 and the female stopper 200 symmetrically. it can. That is, the male stopper 100 uses the male stopper 140 side as a stopper, and the long body 110 is bent in the direction of arrow A in FIG. The female stopper 200 bends the female wedge body 260 in the direction of arrow C in FIG. However, in this example, the sliding door in the middle is first fixed up and down using the two male fasteners 100, and then one female stopper 200 is attached to each of the left and right sliding doors, that is, two sets of sliding door temporary. You will use fasteners.
[0038]
Similarly, four or more sliding doors can be fixed by using the sliding door temporary stoppers (male stopper 100 and female stopper 200) of the present invention.
[0039]
By the way, in the above-described structure, if the male wedge body 150 of the male fastener 100 and the two female wedge bodies 260 and 261 of the female fastener 200 can be securely temporarily fixed, the ratchet teeth 160 can be used. The ratchet teeth 270 and 271 may not be provided. Moreover, about the male side ratchet teeth 130 and 131 provided on both surfaces of the long body 110, when the left side for the right side of the sliding door temporary fastener is made separately, one side of the ratchet teeth may be installed. Further, regarding the female side wedge bodies 260 and 261 of the female stopper 200, when the left side for the sliding door temporary stopper is made separately, only one of the female side wedge bodies 260 and 261 may be provided.
[0040]
Further, when it is desired to further strengthen the coupling between the male fastener and the female fastener or to change the coupling force, the notches 212 and 213 of the substantially C-shaped channel groove 210 have the following (1), (2), and (2) You may make it like 3 ▼ (4).
{Circle around (1)} The cut length is not half, but, for example, one cut length may be 1/3 of the channel groove length and the other may be 2/3 of the channel groove length.
(2) The cut length may be shortened. For example, one cut length may be 1/3 of the channel groove length and the other may be 1/4 of the channel groove length.
(3) It is not necessary to provide one of the cut portions 212 and 213.
(4) The notches 212 and 213 may not be provided.
[0041]
As another effective means for further strengthening the coupling between the male fastener and the female fastener or changing the coupling force, the protruding lengths of the eaves 216 and 217 of the substantially C-shaped channel groove 210 are used. You may adjust. However, in this case, since the width of the narrowest opening 211 of the channel groove 210 is changed, the width of the insertion portion of the male fastener 100 is also substantially equal to or less than the width after the change. Set.
[0042]
Further, as another effective means when it is desired to further strengthen the coupling between the male fastener and the female fastener or to change the coupling force, each of the eaves portions 216 and 217 of the substantially C-shaped channel groove 210 is provided. You may adjust the inclination | tilt angle of the inclination parts 214 and 215 provided in the inner surface. In an extreme case, the inclined portions 214 and 215 may not be provided.
[0043]
Further, the recessed portion 240 of the insertion portion 235 may be a substantially L-shaped cut. Also, the shape of the recessed portion 240 and the elongated body 110 fitted thereto is exactly the same (if the sliding door is closed, the common sliding door temporary is also used for furniture having a wide overlapping surface of the sliding doors. In the case of using a fastener, the portion of the male side ratchet teeth 130, 131 may reach the portion of the recessed portion 240 (this is not the case), but the male side ratchet teeth of the long body 110 are installed on one side. If this is the case, pulling the long body 110 with the knob 120 does not cause an unfavorable situation in which a biased force is applied to the male wedge body 150. Therefore, a gap between the male wedge body 150 and the long body 110 is provided. It does not have to be.
[0044]
Further, if the long body 110 is pulled, the knob 120 may not be provided. In this case, a hole through which the elongated body 110 and the male side ratchet teeth 130 and 131 on both sides thereof can pass may be provided in the insertion portion 235 instead of the recessed portion 240.
[0045]
Further, the male stopper 100 and the female stopper 200 do not have to be symmetrical. Thereby, for example, if the widths of the male side stopper portions 140 and 141 are made different from each other, it is possible to deal with two types of furniture with different front and rear clearances with one type of sliding door temporary fasteners. Moreover, it is good also as the setting which shifted | deviated each position of the male side ratchet teeth 130 and 131 in the horizontal direction on the front and back.
[0046]
In addition, the material of the sliding door temporary fastener may be other than synthetic resin. However, in this case, the hardness of the portion of the sliding door temporary fastener that makes contact with the furniture and the sliding door temporary fastener is such that the furniture is not scratched, and the portion of the elongated body 110 and the connecting portions 250 and 251 Any material can be used as long as it can be configured to have at least flexibility and can be inexpensive.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the temporary sliding door stopper of the present invention comprises a male fastener that holds the inner corner of the rear sliding door and a female fastener that holds the inner corner of the front sliding door. In the sliding door temporary stopper that is temporarily engaged with both sliding doors closed by engaging, the male stopper includes a male stopper portion that holds an inner corner portion of the rear sliding door, and an abbreviation of the male stopper portion. A bendable elongate body extending from the center; a male-side wedge body arranged substantially parallel to the elongate body at the upper end of the male-side stopper; and both front and back surfaces or front and back surfaces of the elongate body The male side ratchet tooth provided in either one of these.
[0048]
On the other hand, the female stopper includes a female stopper portion that holds the inner corner of the front sliding door, an insertion portion that extends in a direction substantially orthogonal to the female stopper portion and is inserted between the sliding doors, A female wedge extending from either one of the upper and lower ends or one of the upper and lower ends of the female stopper via a flexible connecting portion; and a surface provided on the surface of the female stopper. It has a channel groove for holding the scale and a female ratchet tooth formed at the bottom of the channel groove.
[0049]
Using such male fasteners and female fasteners, the male stoppers hold the inner corners of the rear sliding doors, and the male wedges are located above the rear and rear sliding doors. While holding the inner corner of the front sliding door with the female stopper, the long body of the male fastener press-fitted between the components is positioned on the upper side of the front sliding door and the front sliding door. The two fasteners can be engaged by being held in a channel groove of a female fastener press-fitted between the furniture components and engaging both ratchet teeth.
[0050]
Therefore, the sliding door temporary fastener (male fastener and female fastener) of the present invention vertically fixes the upper gap of the sliding door by the wedge of the sliding door temporary fastener, and the long body between the male fastener and the female fastener. The left and right of the sliding door can be locked by fixing with the ratchet teeth and the channel groove. As a result, even if it is a “thick sliding door”, it is possible to simultaneously stop the left and right movements of the sliding door and the upper and lower rattling during furniture transport, and use a cushioning material such as a sponge to prevent vertical rattling This can improve the workability, and can provide a sliding door temporary fastener that has a simple structure, can be integrally formed with a synthetic resin, and can be made very inexpensive.
Moreover, the installation method of the sliding door temporary fastener is as simple as what was demonstrated by the prior art.
[0051]
In addition, since both the male fastener and the female fastener are substantially symmetrical in shape and functionally symmetrical, when installing the sliding door temporary stopper on the sliding door, the gap between the overlapping part of the front sliding door and the rear sliding door Even if it is right or left, it can be installed with one type of sliding door temporary fastener without worrying about the directionality of the temporary sliding door fastener.
Furthermore, a sliding door temporary fastener having a great feature that it can be applied in the same manner as described above even in the case where the number of sliding doors is three or more.
Moreover, since it is not necessary to make a sliding door temporary fastener symmetrically, the kind of the sliding door temporary fastener prepared can be reduced with respect to the difference in the specification for every furniture in that case.
