Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a wiring attached to a high place or the like, a wiring for supporting a piping material, a receiving member for the piping material, and a stacked structure thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, ladder-like or bowl-like receivers are known. As shown in FIG. 25, the receiver 1 of the first conventional example is constructed by raising vertical beams 3 and 3 from both ends of a horizontal beam 2. The vertical beams 3 and 3 are attached to the facility place, and the wiring and piping materials are placed on the horizontal beam 2. Further, when the receiver 1 is transported, the two receivers 1 face each other, and the top ends of the vertical beams 3 are brought into contact with the horizontal beam 2 to overlap each other.
However, the above-described receiver 1 has a problem in that a useless space 4 is formed in the facing portion, and thus the volume during transportation increases.
[0003]
In order to reduce the volume during transportation, a second conventional example shown in FIG. 26 has been developed.
This receiving tool 5 is provided with side walls 7 inclined from both ends of a mounting portion 6 on which wiring and piping materials are mounted. The receiver 5 is stacked so that the inner surface of the lower receiver 5 is aligned with the outer surface of the upper receiver 5. When the receiver 5 is stacked, the upper receiver 5 enters the lower receiver 5, so that the volume during transportation can be reduced as compared with the first conventional example.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the first conventional example described above, there is a problem that the volume when the receiver 1 is transported becomes large. Further, in the second conventional example, the upper and lower receptacles 5 are stacked, so that the volume during transportation can be reduced as compared with the first conventional example. However, even in the second conventional example, an extra space 8 is formed between the upper and lower placement parts 6 due to the thickness of the side wall 7, and the purpose of reducing the volume during transportation is sufficiently achieved. There is no problem. Furthermore, since the upper receiving member 5 enters the inclined side wall 7 of the lower receiving member 5, the coupling force between the side walls 7 of the upper and lower receiving members 5 increases, and the upper receiving member 5 is difficult to remove. A new problem has occurred.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the volume when stacking the receivers, and to easily remove the stacked receivers. It is in providing material receivers and stacking structures.

[0007]
The invention of claim 3 is a receptacle for laying wiring and piping materials,
It consists of a mounting part on which wiring and piping materials are placed, a rising part where both ends of the wiring part are bent, and a protruding part which protrudes toward the side with the upper end part of the rising part being arranged at intervals. A plurality of support members;
The support member is attached only to the upper end of the coexistence rising portion of the support member, and includes a connecting member that connects the plurality of support members,
The support member of one receiver is formed so that it can be inserted between the connecting members of the other receivers while being shifted in the longitudinal direction by at least the width dimension of the rising portion with respect to the support members of the other receivers. Has been
In the state where one receiving member and another receiving member are stacked, the connecting member has a rising portion of the support member so that the connecting member of the one receiving member and the protruding portion of the other receiving member come into contact with each other. It is characterized by being located at the upper end.
[0008]
[Action]
According to the wiring and piping material receiver of the present invention, the supporting member of one receiving member, for example, the upper receiving member, is shifted in the longitudinal direction with respect to the supporting member of the other receiving member, for example, the lower receiving member. For example, the support member of the upper receiving member is arranged in parallel to the support member of the lower receiving member. Therefore, when the upper receiving member is lowered, the rising portion of the upper or lower supporting member is inserted between the connecting members of the lower or upper receiving member, and both supporting members are arranged in parallel. The two receivers are stacked in a state where the support members of the upper and lower receivers are displaced in the longitudinal direction, and the connecting members are stacked in a vertical position so that the receivers are in contact with each other. It does not occur and the volume when stacked can be reduced. Further, there is no biting between the receivers, and the individual receivers can be easily removed.
[0009]
According to the stacking structure of the receivers of the present invention, the rising parts of the support members of the upper and lower receivers are displaced in the longitudinal direction, and the rising parts of the support members of the upper or lower receivers are positioned on the lower or upper stage. It is inserted between the connecting members of the receiver, and both are in contact with each other. Accordingly, since the connecting members are positioned and stacked, the upper and lower receiving members are stacked in contact with each other, no useless space is generated between them, and the volume during transportation and storage can be reduced.

A first reference example according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, the receiver 11 includes a plurality of support members 12 arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval, and two connection members that connect these support members 12 on the outer surface of the upper end portion. 13. Among these, the support member 12 is formed of a wire material, and includes a mounting portion 14 on which wiring and piping materials are placed, and a rising portion 15 in which both ends of the mounting portion 14 are bent, and a connecting member 13 is connected to the upper end portion. Has been. Further, the outer space A dimension between the rising portions 15 and 15 is set smaller than the inner space B dimension between the connecting members 13 and 13 at a position below the connecting member 13.
[0011]
The stacking of the receptacles 11 is performed according to the following procedure.
1. Place the lower receiving piece 11 on the floor.
2. The stacking receptacle 11 is held upward and slightly shifted in the longitudinal direction (width dimension of the rising portion 15) with respect to the lower receptacle 11. Then, the support member 12 is inserted between the connecting members 13 and 13 of the lower receiving tool 11 (see FIGS. 3 and 4). Since the distance A between the rising portions 15 and 15 of the support member 12 is set to be smaller than the distance B between the connection members 13 and 13, the support member 12 passes between the connection members 13 and 13. The upper and lower support members 12 are overlapped with their positions shifted in the longitudinal direction, and both connecting members 13 come into contact with each other and stop.
3. Therefore, if the stacked receivers 11 are moved in the longitudinal direction, the distance between the support members 12 is filled and the side surfaces of both are brought into contact with each other, the total length of the plurality of receivers 11 is increased. Can be shortened.
[0012]
