Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a slatboard support structure for a bed, and more particularly to a slatboard support structure that is particularly preferable when applied to a simple bed such as a bunk bed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a bed slat support structure in which a plurality of slats are mounted on a step provided on the inner surface of a frame of a bed and the outer periphery of the slats is held by the frame. For example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-86164, when two divided slats are mounted on a frame composed of a front and rear frame and a side frame, an edge plate is attached to the inner surface of the side frame. In addition to forming a step portion for supporting and supporting the slats, a crosspiece member is laid across the frame body so as to cross or cross the joints of the respective slats. A structure has been proposed in which the joints of the slats are mounted to reduce downward deflection.
[0003]
The bunk bed described in the above publication is assumed to be used by an adult or a child with a large physique, and may be configured to have a sturdy structure as a whole. Can be reliably controlled. However, providing the crosspiece member increases the weight and inevitably increases the cost.
[0004]
On the other hand, in the bunk bed used mainly by children, if the structure using the above-mentioned crosspiece member is adopted, the weight becomes heavy and inconvenient to handle, and the cost per step is significantly increased as a whole. Cost increases. In addition, the crosspiece member provided on the upper bed becomes an obstacle that narrows the upper space in the lower bed, and also has a disadvantage that it directly enters the eyes when sleeping on its back, resulting in a feeling of pressure. Furthermore, although the downward deflection of the snowboard can be restricted by the crosspiece member, the upward jumping cannot be prevented.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional support structure of the slats, the strength of the joints of the slats is weak because the slats are separated. When the slats are attached to the frame, the strength is increased. The present invention has been reached based on the idea of increasing.
[0006]
That is, in view of the above-described situation, the present invention intends to solve the problem of bending and jumping the joints of a plurality of slats installed in the frame of a bed in a simple bed such as a bunk bed. The present invention is to provide a bed support structure for a bed that can be simultaneously regulated by a simple structure in which the respective snowboards are substantially connected when mounted on the bed.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides a bed support structure for a bed, in which a plurality of slats are mounted on a step provided on the inner surface of a bed frame, and the periphery of the slats is held by the frame. In order to regulate the vertical displacement of the slats at the joints of the respective slats, a single projecting piece projecting from the lower surface to the lower surface of the other slat at a position closer to one side than the center line of one slat. The bed support structure for the bed, which is provided in a plurality and set so that the protruding pieces of both the saw blades are close to each other, is configured.
[0008]
Here, it is preferable that the two pieces of the same shape of the slats are provided, and the projecting pieces projecting at the joints of the slats are provided at positions where they do not overlap when rotated 180 degrees.
[0009]
Further, a long reinforcing member arranged in a direction perpendicular to the joint is provided on the lower surface at a position nearer to the center line of each of the slats, and the protruding piece is formed by extending the reinforcing member. Is a more preferred embodiment.
[0010]
In this case, it is free to adopt a structure in which the protrusions and recesses are fitted to the side surfaces of the adjacent protrusions, or a structure in which the protrusions and the bottom surface of the snowboard are engaged.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 to 3 show a wooden bunk bed adopting the stool support structure of a bed according to the present invention, and FIGS. 4 to 8 show the main part thereof, in which A is a lower bed and B is an upper bed. Reference numeral 1 denotes a frame, 2 denotes a snowboard, 3 denotes a stepped portion, and 4 denotes a protruding piece.
[0012]
In the bed support structure for a bed according to the present invention, a plurality of snowboards 2 and 2 are mounted on a step 3 provided on the inner surface of the bed frame 1, and the outer periphery of the snowboards 2 and 2 is held by the frame body 1. The bed has a support structure for the slats, and is provided with a fitting portion that regulates the vertical displacement of the slats 2 and 2 at the joint 5 of each of the slats 2 and 2. The number of the snowboards 2 is usually two, but in principle may be three or more. In the present embodiment, an example is shown in which there are two snowboards 2 and 2 and the joint 5 exists only at one location.
[0013]
More specifically, one or a plurality of projecting pieces 4 projecting from the lower surface at a position close to one side of the center line of one of the slats 2 to the lower surface of the other slat 2 at the joint 5 of each of the slats 2 and 2 are provided. The fitting portion is used. Here, each of the slats 2 and 2 is composed of two slats of the same shape, and is overlapped when the positions of the projecting pieces 4 projecting from the joint 5 of the slats 2 and 2 are rotated 180 degrees. It is provided in a position that does not become necessary. In addition, a long reinforcing member 6 disposed in a direction perpendicular to the joint 5 is provided on the lower surface of each of the slats 2, and the protruding piece 4 is formed by extending the reinforcing member 6.
[0014]
Next, the specific structure of each part will be described. The beds A and B basically have the same structure and will be described without distinction. The bed has columns 7 at four corners, and a frame 1 is formed by connecting a front frame 8, a rear frame 9, and both side frames 10, 10 between the columns 7, 7. And the receiving plates 11 and 11 are fixed along the inner surface side of the both side frames 10 and 10, and the said step part 3 is formed, and the block-shaped receiving piece 12 is formed in the inner-surface center part of the said front frame 8 and the rear frame 9. FIG. Are fixed to form the stepped portion 3.
[0015]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the snowboard 2 has edge members 13, 13 disposed along both side edges, and a large number of face plate members 14,... The two reinforcing members 6, 6 are fixed so as to be orthogonal to the lower surfaces of the face plate members 14,..., And one end of the reinforcing member 6 protrudes laterally from the seam 5. The protruding piece 4 constituting the fitting portion is provided. Here, the reinforcing members 6, 6 are provided at a position closer to one side than the center line, and when the two slats 2, 2 are joined at the joint 5, the projecting pieces 4 of both slats 2, 2 are provided. , 4 are not overlapped with each other, and the projecting pieces 4, 4 are set close to each other.
[0016]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a cushion material 15 is attached to the upper surface of the projecting piece 4, and the projecting piece 4 of one of the snowboards 2 is attached to the lower surface of the other snowboard 2, that is, the lower surface of the face plate member 14. When inserted, the cushioning material 15 comes into contact with each other to prevent generation of sound and rattling.
[0017]
In order to attach both the slats 2 and 2 to the frame 1, first, the slats 2 are in an inclined state with the joint 5 facing downward so that the slats 2 and 2 are V-shaped in a side view. None, it is dropped into the frame 1 in that state, and the end portions of both edge members 13 and 13 corresponding to the joint 5 are placed on the step portions 3 and 3 of the receiving plates 11 and 11, The face plate member 14 is placed on the stepped portion 3 of each receiving piece 12 by dropping the side end portion of the two. At this time, each of the slats 2 moves slightly toward the center while sliding on the inner surfaces of the front frame 8 and the rear frame 9, so that each projecting piece 4,... In a state where the snowboards 2 and 2 are mounted on the stepped portions 3,..., The projecting pieces 4 are in contact with the lower surface of the facing snowboard 2. Therefore, the bending of the joint 5 of one of the slats 2 is supported by the protruding piece 4 of the other scallop 2, and the rising of one of the scallops 2 is caused by the protruding piece 4 protruding from the scallop 2 being the lower surface of the other slatted board 2. It is regulated by being in contact with.
[0018]
In this way, it is possible to regulate the bending and jumping of each of the snowboards 2 at the joint 5 by the fitting portion formed of the projecting pieces 4... Provided on each of the snowboards 2. The jumping up cannot be regulated. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the edge member 13 is fixed to the receiving plate 11 from below with the fixing bracket 16 in a state in which the slats 2 and 2 are supported on the stepped portions 3. The fixing bracket 16 includes a fixing plate 16A that is screwed to the lower surface of the edge member 13, and includes a connecting plate 16B that extends downward in an L shape from the fixing plate 16A, and a lower edge of the connecting plate 16B. In addition, it has a locking plate 16C bent in an L shape in the opposite direction to the fixed plate 16A. Then, the fixing plate 16A is screwed to the lower surface of the edge member 13, the connecting plate 16B is placed along the side surface of the receiving plate 11, and the lower surface of the receiving plate 11 is locked by the locking plate 16C. The upward movement is reliably regulated. FIG. 8A shows the fixture 16 used in relation to the receiving plate 11 on both sides, and FIG. 8B shows the fixture 16 used in relation to the receiving piece 12 in the front and rear. ing.
[0019]
It is also practical to form chamfered portions 17 and 17 on both sides of the tip end of the projecting piece 4 as shown in FIG. 9 in order to make the projecting piece 4 easily enter the lower surface of the opposing snowboard 2.
[0020]
Other modifications will be briefly described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 10 is a plan view showing a structure in which a pin 18 is provided on the opposite surface side of each adjacent projecting piece 4 provided on each of the snowboards 2 and 2 and a concave groove 19 capable of receiving the pin 18 is formed. A structure for fitting is provided.
[0021]
FIG. 11 shows the side of the adjacent projecting piece 4 provided on each of the snowboards 2 and 2 on the opposite surface side. The latch 20 is provided on one projecting piece 4 and the latch 20 is placed on the other projecting piece 4. The concave portion 21 for receiving the concave portion is formed, and a structure for fitting the concave and convex portions is provided.
[0022]
FIG. 12 is an opposite surface side of each adjacent projecting piece 4 provided on each of the snowboards 2 and 2, and protrudes from the joint 5 to form a protrusion 22 at a portion thereof. When mounted on 1, both protrusions 22 and 22 are engaged in the front-rear direction. In order to allow the protrusion 22 of one protrusion 4 to pass through the protrusion 22 of the other protrusion 4, a slight clearance is required between the snowboard 2 and the side frames 10, 10. The clearance provided during the design is sufficient.
[0023]
FIG. 13 shows a dowel 23 protruding on the upper surface of each adjacent projecting piece 4 provided on each of the slats 2, 2, and the dowel 23 on the lower surface of the face plate member 14 of the other slat 2 corresponding to the dowel 23. Is formed with a fitting hole 24 for receiving the.
[0024]
In FIG. 14, instead of the projecting piece 4, a pin 25 is provided on the end surface of the reinforcing member 6 that is flush with the joint 5, and the pin 25 is provided on the end surface of the reinforcing member 6 of the other snowboard 2. A fitting hole 26 to be fitted is formed. That is, in this case, the reinforcing members 6 and 6 of each of the slats 2 and 2 are provided at positions where they are in contact with each other.
[0025]
In FIG. 15, the movable member 27 having the projecting pieces 4 is provided so as to be slidable along the reinforcing member 6 so that the projecting pieces 4 can be projected and retracted from the joints 5 of the respective snowboards 2. In this example, the movable member 27 is slidably attached by the guide metal fitting 28 so that the movable member 27 can be fixed to the guide metal fitting 28 with the adjusting screw 29 in a state where the protruding piece 4 protrudes. Commercial kanuki may be used.
[0026]
As described above, the concave-convex fitting structure shown in FIGS. 10 to 13 has a clearance provided between each of the snowboards 2 and the front frame 8 or the rear frame 9, so that each of the snowboards 2 moves away from the joint 5. It is restricted from moving. Moreover, what was shown in FIG. 14 further reinforces the restriction | limiting of the vertical displacement by the protrusion 4. FIG.
[0027]
In addition, center wires 30 and 30 are provided between the both side frames 11 and 11 in the same manner as in the past so that the gap is widened so that the snowboard 2 does not fall from the stepped portion 3.
[0028]
The present invention is not limited to a bed having the above-described structure, but can be applied to a bunk bed, and is not limited to portions other than the snowboard 2.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
The bed support structure for the bed of the invention according to claim 1 as described above is configured such that a plurality of snowboards are supported on the step provided on the inner surface of the frame body of the bed, and the outer periphery of the snowboard is held by the frame body. The bed has a slatboard support structure, and protrudes from the lower surface to the lower surface of the other slat in a position close to one side of the center line of the slats so as to restrict the vertical displacement of the slats at the joints of the slats. In addition to providing one or a plurality of protruding pieces and setting so that the protruding pieces of both slats are close to each other, it is possible to reliably regulate bending and jumping at the joints of the slats. With a structure in which only one or a plurality of projecting pieces projecting from the lower surface of one of the slats to the lower surface of the other slat is provided, it is possible to reliably regulate the bending and jumping at the joint of the slats. Further, since the projecting piece is formed at a position closer to the center line of the slatted joint, it is possible to effectively regulate the bending and jumping of the center part of the slatted joint. Since it is set so that the projecting pieces of the slats come close to each other, the movement in the direction in which both projecting pieces come into contact can be restricted.
[0030]
According to the second aspect, since two identical slats can be used, an increase in manufacturing cost can be minimized.
[0031]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since a slightly longer reinforcing member is used and only a part of the reinforcing member protrudes from the joint, it can be configured extremely simply and inexpensively.
