Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a self-supporting packaging bag, and more particularly to a self-supporting packaging bag that can be made self-supporting in a state where the bottom of the bag is widened.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A self-supporting packaging bag made of a plastic film filled with food or other articles is formed so as to be self-supporting in a state where the bottom surface of the bag is widened. When the article filled in the packaging bag is a light article such as fried confectionery or a cookie, the bottom of the bag does not surely spread due to the load of the article filled in the bag, and lacks in self-supporting stability. There is a problem that the bag shape after packaging is different due to variations in the spread state of the bottom surface of the bag, which adversely affects the appearance of the display in the store when sold. As one solution in such a case, conventionally, for example, as proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-115948, a hard shape-holding material such as a paper holder is separately inserted into the bottom side of the packaging bag. As a result, the expanded state of the bottom surface of the bag was maintained.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the self-supporting packaging bag having the above-described configuration, a process of inserting a shape-retaining material from the upper opening of the packaging bag is necessary after bag making. In addition, since the packaging bag has a shape retaining material made of a material (made of paper) different from the bag material (plastic film), when the consumer discards the packaging bag after using the article, a material of a different material is used. Problems that require cumbersome sorting work are also pointed out.
[0004]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
In view of the above-mentioned problems inherent in the prior art described above, the present invention has been proposed to suitably solve this problem, and without using a shape-retaining material or the like that is different from the bag material. It aims at providing the self-supporting packaging bag which can be hold | maintained in the state which extended the bottom face.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the intended purpose suitably, the self-supporting packaging bag according to the present invention is:
A lateral seal portion for ribs is formed over the entire periphery of the bottom surface of the bag that forms a rectangular shape of a bag formed in a rectangular tube shape from a single film sheet, and the bag body corresponding to each corner portion on the bottom surface of the bag A self-supporting packaging bag in which a vertical seal portion for ribs extending in the bag height direction is formed in each portion, a gusset folding portion is formed on each side of the bag, and an upper lateral seal portion is formed There,
The bag bottom, situated on the edge of the rib transverse seal portion, the fold line as a retainable beam portion in a state in which spread the bag bottom surface linearly extends over the one diagonal formed As
A substantially triangular inclined portion that inclines toward the inner side of the bag with the beam portion as a top portion , and a corner that is connected to each side portion different from the beam portion constituting one side portion in the inclined portion . A first fold overlapping portion formed so as to be polymerized along the inner side of one side surface in the cylindrical bag body portion, and a second fold formed so as to be polymerized along the inner side of the other side surface intersecting with the one side surface. Folded parts consisting of overlapping parts are formed on both sides sandwiching the beam part ,
The folding top on the bag inner side of each folding part is set to match each of the diagonals different from the diagonal from which the beam part extends,
Each of the folded overlapping portions is characterized in that the overlapping ridge portion with the corresponding side surface or the entire surface thereof is welded to the inside of the side surface .
[0006]
[Action]
A beam part formed on the bottom surface of the bag, and a folding part composed of an inclined part inclined toward the inner side of the bag with the beam part as a top part and a folded overlapping part formed to be polymerized along the inner side surface of the bag The bag bottom surface can be held in an expanded state, and stable independence can be ensured without lowering the independence stability or causing a difference in the bag shape depending on the properties of the articles to be filled. The bottom of the bag can be held in an expanded state without using a shape retaining material that is different from the bag material, eliminating the need for sorting and disposal. In addition, the folded overlapping portion of the folded portion is welded to the inner surface of the bag on the entire surface of the overlapping ridge line with the inner surface of the bag or on the entire surface thereof, thereby improving the shape retention and self-supporting properties of the bag. Further, the bag is held by a vertical seal portion formed in the bag body portion corresponding to a plurality of corners on the bag bottom surface and extending in the bag height direction or a horizontal seal portion formed over the entire periphery of the bag bottom surface. Formability is ensured.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the self-supporting packaging bag according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings by giving a preferred embodiment.
[0008]
FIG. 1 shows a self-supporting packaging bag according to the embodiment in a perspective state, and FIG. 2 shows a perspective view from the bottom side with the top of the self-supporting packaging bag opened. The self-supporting packaging bag 10 of the embodiment is composed of a single-side weldable film sheet, and the bag body 12 is formed in a rectangular tube shape with a bottom portion being a quadrangle. The bag body 12 has a rib vertical seal portion extending in the bag height direction from the bottom to the top at a position corresponding to the four corners of the bag bottom 16 that has the rectangular shape of the self-supporting packaging bag 10. (Vertical seal portions) 14 are respectively formed. Further, a rib horizontal seal portion (lateral seal portion) 18 is formed on the entire periphery of the bag bottom surface 16, and the self-supporting packaging bag 10 is held by the rib horizontal seal portion 18 and the rib vertical seal portion 14. Formability is secured. In addition, the bag trunk | drum 12 is comprised from a pair of wide side surface 12a, 12a which opposes back and forth in FIG. 1, and the narrow side surface 12b, 12b which opposes right and left, Each wide side surface 12a and narrow side surface 12b The rib vertical seal portion 14 is located therebetween. Each rib vertical seal portion 14 is set so as to be directed outward at a right angle with respect to the corresponding left and right narrow side surfaces 12b, 12b.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 2, the film (bag material) constituting the bag bottom surface 16 of the self-supporting packaging bag 10 is linear across one diagonal which is a direction in which the bag bottom surface 16 can be held in an expanded state. A fold line 20 as a beam portion is formed so as to extend in the vertical direction. Further, on both sides of the fold line 20, a substantially triangular inclined portion 21 in which the film is inclined toward the inner side of the bag with the fold line 20 as a top, and each side different from the fold line 20 of the inclined portion 21 Folded portions 22 each formed of first and second folded overlapping portions 52 and 54 are formed so as to be continuous with each other and overlapped along the inner side surface of the bag. The folding top portion 24 on the bag inner side of each folding portion 22 is set so as to coincide with each of the diagonals different from the diagonal from which the folding line 20 extends. The folding line 20 extending diagonally on the bag bottom surface 16 acts as a beam that maintains the state in which the bag bottom surface 16 is expanded in a square shape, and the folding portions 22, 22 located on both sides sandwiching the folding line 20 are also included. It functions to hold the bag bottom 16 in an expanded state. The folding line 20 of the embodiment is located on the inner side of the bag from the lower end (outer side of the bag) of the rib side seal portion 18 so as not to impair the stability when the self-supporting packaging bag 10 is made to stand. Citea Ru.
[0010]
FIG. 3 shows the self-supporting packaging bag 10 in a developed state. In one rectangular film sheet constituting the packaging bag 10, a film sandwiching the bottom film constituting the bag bottom surface 16. A side film in which the wide side surface 12a and the narrow side surface 12b constituting the bag body 12 are arranged in parallel to the short direction of the film sheet on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the sheet extends in the short direction of the film sheet. The bottom first mountain fold line 26 is connected to each other as a boundary. In addition, the position of the wide side surface 12a and the narrow side surface 12b in one side film and the position of the wide side surface 12a and the narrow side surface 12b in the other side film are reversed. In addition, on the both sides in the longitudinal direction of the film sheet in the bottom film, a bottom first seal margin 28 is set with a predetermined width parallel to each bottom first crest fold line 26, and the bottom film and each side film are connected to the bottom first crest. In the state of being folded at the folding line 26, the overlapping portions of the bottom first seal margins 28, 28 and the both side films are welded to form the rib lateral seal portion 18.
[0011]
In each of the side films, the wide side surface 12a and the narrow side surface 12b are separated from each other by a predetermined distance in the short direction of the film sheet and a side fold line 30 extending in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the film sheet and the first side valley A side surface that is positioned between the fold lines 32 and faces between the fold lines 30 and 32 in a state in which the side film is fold-folded at the side fold lines 30 and at the first side valley fold lines 32. The overlapping portion of the first seal margin 34 and the wide side surface 12a is welded to form the rib vertical seal portion 14. Further, in each side film, side second valley fold lines 36 are formed in parallel with a predetermined distance from the open end in the short direction of the film sheet on the narrow side surface side, and the film sheet on the wide side side is formed. A side second seal margin 38 is set with a predetermined width inward from the open end in the short direction. Then, the overlapping portion of the side surface second seal margin 38 in one side film and the side surface third seal margin 40 folded at the side surface second valley fold line 36 of the other side film is welded, and the rib A vertical seal portion 14 is formed.
[0012]
In the bottom film, the bottom second valley fold line 41 is linearly formed by the length of the bottom first seal margin 28 from the position where the side surface fold line 30 and the bottom first mountain fold line 26 of the both side films intersect. It is formed. The fold line 20 extends obliquely between the bottom bottom second fold lines 41 and 41. Further, at both ends in the short direction of the film sheet in the bottom film, the bottom second fold line 44 is linear from the side face second valley fold line 36 in each side film to the center part in the longitudinal direction of the film sheet in the bottom film. The bottom surface second seal margin 46 is formed by the fold line 44. Further, on the opposite side of the bottom surface second seal margin 46 across the center of the film sheet in the longitudinal direction of the bottom film, a bottom surface third seal margin 48 extending to the side surface second seal margin 38 with the same width is provided. It is formed. Furthermore, the folding top portions 24 of the folding portions 22 respectively face the intersections between the center of the film sheet in the longitudinal direction of the bottom film and the respective second bottom fold lines 44, and the folding lines 20 of the folding lines 20 with the respective folding top portions 24 as base points. Two bottom first valley fold lines 42 are formed respectively toward both ends. Then, the bottom film is folded at the fold line 20 and at the four bottom first valley fold lines 42, so that the folded portions 22, 22 that incline toward the inner side of the bag with the fold line 20 as a top portion. It is formed. The bottom film is formed with a bottom third mountain fold line 45 that linearly extends from the side surface first valley fold line 32 in each side film to a position intersecting with the corresponding bottom surface first valley fold line 42.
[0013]
A bottom surface third valley fold line 43 parallel to the bottom surface first mountain fold line 26 is formed between the bottom surface second seal margin 46 and the bottom surface third seal margin 48 in the bottom film, and the bottom surface third When the bottom film is valley-folded at the valley fold line 43, the bottom second seal margin 46 and the bottom third seal margin 48 are polymerized on the film non-welded surface side (outer surface side). That is, the bottom film is valley-folded at each bottom first valley fold line 42, and the side film is folded at each bottom first mountain fold line 26. Polymerization is performed in a state where a bottom second seal margin 46 and a bottom third seal margin 48 in which the non-welded surfaces are overlapped are sandwiched between the three seal margins 40. The bottom surface second seal margin 46 and the bottom surface third seal margin 48 are formed with a plurality of notches 50 for exposing the film welding surfaces (inner surfaces) of the side surface second and third seal margins 38, 40, The side surface second seal margin 38 and the side surface third seal margin 40 at the lower portion of the bag are welded through the notch portions 50 and 50 of the bottom surface second and third seal margins 46 and 48.
[0014]
On both sides of the fold line 20 of the bottom film, the first fold overlapping portion having a substantially triangular shape constituting the fold portion 22 by the bottom face first seal margin 28, the bottom face first valley fold line 42 and the bottom face second mountain fold line 44. (Folding polymerization portion) 52 is defined, and the first folding polymerization portion 52 is polymerized from the bag lower end side toward the bag inner side along the narrow side surface 12b (bag inner surface) of the side film. It is inserted. The bottom first seal margin 28, the bottom first valley fold line 42 and the bottom third seal margin 48 define a substantially triangular second folding overlapping portion (folding overlapping portion) 54 constituting the folding portion 22. The second folding overlapping portion 54 is folded so as to be polymerized from the bag lower end side toward the bag inner side along the wide side surface 12a (bag inner side surface) of the side film. In addition, in an Example, the 1st folding superposition | polymerization part 52 and the 2nd folding superposition part 54 are welded in each bottom face 1st valley fold line 42 which is a superposition | polymerization ridgeline part with the corresponding side surfaces 12a and 12b (bag inner side surface). However , you may make it weld the whole surface of both the superposition | polymerization parts 52 and 54. FIG. Further, when both the overlapping portions 52 and 54 are welded over the entire surface, the rib horizontal seal portion 18 is also integrally formed, and therefore a step of separately applying only the horizontal seal portion 18 is not necessary.
[0015]
In the upper part of the self-supporting packaging bag 10, a gusset folding portion 56 is formed by folding each narrow side surface 12 b into the inner side of the bag at the center in the width direction on the opposing narrow side surfaces 12 b, 12 b in the bag body 12. Are formed, and a pair of wide side surfaces 12a, 12a are overlapped in the shape of a palm, and an upper lateral seal portion 58 is formed by heat welding.
[0016]
That is, in the self-supporting packaging bag 10 of the embodiment, the bag bottom surface 16 is held in a square shape by the folding line 20 formed on the bag bottom surface 16 and the pair of folding portions 22 and 22, thereby providing stable self-supporting properties. It can be secured.
[0017]
[Example of change]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the self-supporting packaging bag according to the present onset bright, the bag bottom, so to form a beam portion extending in a direction capable of holding the bottom shape, holds the bag bottom is always expanded state be able to. Therefore, when the bag is filled with the article, the bottom of the bag is held in a predetermined shape, so that the article can be satisfactorily filled. In addition, since there is no difference in the shape of the bottom of the bag due to differences in the state of filling or properties of the articles, the appearance at the time of display at the store can be improved. Furthermore, since the beam part and the folding part which hold | maintain the state which expanded the bag bottom face are formed in bag material itself, it is not necessary to use a shape-retaining material etc. of a different material, and the effort of separation disposal can be saved. Furthermore, since a beam part and a folding part can be formed by folding a film in the bag making process, there is no need to insert a shape-retaining material or the like. In addition, since a folding part is equipped with the 1st and 2nd folding superposition | polymerization part superposed | polymerized along the inner side of the two side surfaces which comprise a bag trunk | drum and cross | intersect, shape retention property in a bag bottom face is improved, and self-supporting property Can be made better.
[0026]
Since welded along the inner side surface of the corresponding respective fold overlapping portions of the folded portion, Ru can be improved even more shape retention, autonomy.
