Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a binding tool, and more particularly, to a simple binding tool capable of binding a plurality of paper sheets having binding holes.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, binders, files, and the like have been widely used when binding a plurality of documents having binding holes. A binding tool used for such a binder or the like includes a plurality of binding members that normally form a closed loop, and an operation unit that is provided so as to be operable to form and release the closed loop of these binding members. . The binding operation of the sheets in the binding tool is performed by operating the operation unit to release the closed loop of the binding member, inserting the binding member into the binding hole, and then forming the closed loop again.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a binding tool, the binding member often has a structure in which a closed loop is maintained by a separate member such as a spring, or a structure in which a plurality of binding members operate simultaneously. It cannot be bound. In addition, there is a strong tendency to increase the number of parts of the binding tool as a whole, resulting in a complicated structure, which in turn increases the manufacturing cost.
[0004]
Incidentally, as a binding tool having a simple structure for binding a plurality of documents, a binding tool used for a ring notebook is known. This binding tool is composed of a single metal wire that is inserted into a plurality of binding holes and extends spirally. However, such a binding tool is not manufactured with the intention of being removed from the document, resulting in inconvenience that the bound document cannot be added or removed. Even if the binding tool is removed and the document is added or removed, the operation becomes extremely difficult and the operation time becomes long.
[0005]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been devised by paying attention to such inconveniences, and an object of the present invention is to make it easy to bind and release a document provided with a binding hole while having a simple structure. It is to provide a binding tool that can be performed.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a binding tool for binding paper sheets in which binding holes are formed,
It is provided so as to be insertable into the binding hole, and includes at least one binding member that forms a closed loop in an unloaded state,
The binding member is provided with a guide portion that can receive the end region of the paper sheet, and the guide portion is formed by providing a guide cutout portion along the axis of the closed loop.
A configuration is adopted in which the closed loop is forcibly released and the binding member is inserted into the binding hole by forcibly pushing the end of the paper sheet along the axis into the guide notch. ing. According to such a configuration, when binding paper sheets, the paper is inserted into the guide portion without performing the formation and release of a closed loop as in the conventional binding tool and the operation of inserting the binding member into the binding hole. The binding operation can be performed very easily and quickly by simply pushing the leaves. In addition, the end portion of the paper sheet can be easily received by the guide portion, and the closed loop can be smoothly released when binding is performed.
[0007]
Further, the present invention is a binding tool for binding paper sheets in which a plurality of binding holes are formed,
A strip-shaped base along the direction in which the binding holes are arranged, and a plurality of binding members formed at predetermined intervals along the direction in which the pieces of the base extend, and forming a closed loop in an unloaded state;
The binding member is provided with a guide portion that can receive the end region of the paper sheet, and the guide portion is formed by providing a guide cutout portion along the axis of the closed loop.
A configuration is also adopted in which the closed loop is forcibly released and the binding member is inserted into the binding hole by forcibly pushing the end of the paper sheet along the axis into the guide notch. The By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to easily bind a paper sheet in which a plurality of binding holes are formed, such as a notebook paper used for a commercially available loose leaf or ring notebook. That is, an arbitrary number of sheets can be appropriately added or removed.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The binding member according to the present invention may be formed in a split mold having regions where the leading ends overlap each other, and the guide portion may be provided on the leading end. According to this, after the paper sheet having passed through the guide portion is forcibly released from the overlapping state by the pushing, the binding member is inserted into the binding hole to form a closed loop again, which is shown in the conventional example. The closed loop can be formed and released with an extremely simple structure without providing an operation unit or the like. Further, even when the diameter of the closed loop is expanded unintentionally, it is possible to reliably prevent the sheets from falling off.
[0009]
Further, the binding member is also formed in a split type in which at least a part of the front end edge substantially abuts, and the guide portion is provided on the front end side. Even with such a configuration, by pushing in the paper sheets, the abutting state of each leading edge is released, and the binding member is inserted into the binding hole, thereby easily and quickly forming the closed loop and releasing it. It can be carried out.
[0011]
In addition, the binding member may be formed of a plate material or a wire material that can be elastically deformed by the pushing, thereby forming and releasing a closed loop of the binding member without using another member such as a spring, The cost of the binding tool can be reduced by making it possible to obtain a single molded product.
[0012]
Moreover, each center of each said guide part can take the structure that it is set to the position used as a zigzag with respect to the virtual centerline along the extending direction of a base. According to such a configuration, when the paper sheets are pushed in and the closed loop of each binding member is forcibly released, the reaction force applied to the paper sheets can be reduced, and the binding operation is performed smoothly. It becomes possible. In addition, it is possible not only to effectively avoid the possibility of the binding hole being caught by the guide portion during the page turning operation of the paper sheet, but also when the diameter of the closed loop is expanded carelessly. Can be reliably prevented.
[0013]
In this specification, “paper sheets” is a concept including a clear pocket, an album board, and the like in addition to paper and a resin sheet.
[0014]
Further, in this specification, positional terms and directional terms are used based on FIG. 3 unless otherwise specified.
[0015]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
[First embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of the binding tool according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view showing a usage state of the binding tool. In these drawings, the binding tool 10 is not particularly limited, but in the present embodiment, the binding tool 10 is formed of a resin plate that can be elastically deformed by pressing a document to be described later. As shown in FIG. 2, the binding tool 10 is provided so as to be capable of binding a plurality of paper sheets P, and a binding hole P1 formed at predetermined intervals is formed on one end side of the paper P. Is formed. The binding tool 10 is formed in a long shape along the direction in which the binding holes P1 are arranged and has a curved side surface, and is formed along the direction in which the base 11 extends. And a plurality of binding members 12 provided so as to be insertable.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the binding member 12 is connected to both upper and lower (short width direction) ends of the base 11 to form a closed loop in an unloaded state, and is substantially the same as the interval between the binding holes P1. A plurality are arranged at intervals. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, each binding member 12 is provided in a split type in which the front ends overlap each other, and a first binding foot 14 extending in a substantially arc shape is connected to the upper end side of the base 11. A second binding foot 15 is provided which is connected to the lower end side of the base 11 and is provided so that the tip side is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the first binding foot 14. Therefore, the binding member 12 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape in side view together with the curved shape of the base 11. Here, guide portions 17 are respectively provided at the distal ends of the binding legs 14 and 15.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 3, each guide portion 17 is formed on the left end side of each binding foot 14, 15, and is provided so as to receive the end region of the document P. The receiving side of these guide portions 17 is formed as a guide cutout portion 17A, and the closed end of the binding member 12 is forcibly released by pushing the end of the document P into the inside while applying an intentional external force. It is provided as possible. That is, each guide portion 17 is provided in a notch shape that narrows its vertical width as it goes in the pushing direction A (right direction in FIG. 3) of the document P. By pushing the document P, each binding foot 14 , 15 are gradually separated from each other and the closed loop is released to allow passage of the document P (see FIG. 5).
[0019]
In the above configuration, an example of a usage method will be described. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the operation of binding the document P with the binding tool 10 is performed on an end region adjacent to the binding hole P1 of the document P. After being received by the guide portion 17, it is performed by forcibly pushing in the direction of arrow A in the drawing , that is, along the axis of the closed loop described above . As a result, as shown in FIG. 5, after the closed loop of the binding member 12 is forcibly released, each binding foot 14, 15 is inserted into the binding hole P <b> 1 and at the same time, the binding foot 14, 15 has. The closed loop is automatically formed again by the elastic force. Then, when the document P is further pushed in, the end portion of the document P and the binding hole P1 pass through each guide portion 17 one after another, and the release and formation of the closed loop are repeated, and all the binding members 12 enter the binding holes P1. Will be inserted.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2, the operation of removing the binding tool 10 from the binding hole P1 is performed simply by forcibly pulling the left side of the base 11 in the direction of arrow B with the right side of the base 11 being the center of rotation. Good. At this time, the inner peripheral edge of the binding hole P1 is received by the guide portion 17, the closed loop of each binding member 12 is released one after another, and the binding member 12 can be detached from the binding hole P1.
[0021]
Therefore, according to the first embodiment, since the binding tool 10 is configured with a simple structure such as bending and notching a single resin plate, the number of parts is minimized and the manufacturing cost is reduced. In addition, the binding tool 10 as a whole has a compact size, and as a result, portability can be improved. Further, the opening and closing operation of the binding member as in the conventional binding tool is not necessary, and the binding operation of the document P can be performed quickly. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, since the base 11 is arranged so as to cover the binding side edge of the document P, it is also possible to effectively protect the edge by acting like a spine. It becomes.
[0022]
[Second Embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the following description, the same or equivalent components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as necessary, and the description is omitted or simplified.
[0023]
The second embodiment is characterized in that the binding member 12 is configured so as to be cantilevered so as to be connected only to the lower end side of the base 11. That is, the binding member 12 of the second embodiment is provided so as to be connected to the lower end side of the base 11 and extend in an arc shape, and the front end side overlaps with the upper end outer peripheral side of the base 11 to form a closed loop. Guide portions 19 are respectively provided on the front end side of the binding member 12, and the guide portions 19 are provided in a shape in which a corner area of the front end is cut out obliquely. Thereby, each guide part 19 can interact with the upper end of the base 11 to release the closed loop when the document P is forcibly pushed into the guide part 19.
[0024]
Therefore, according to the second embodiment, the structure of the binding member 12 can be further simplified as compared with the first embodiment, and substantially the same as the binding tool 10 of the first embodiment. The same effect / action can be exhibited.
[0025]
[Third embodiment]
The guide portion 20 of the third embodiment is provided so as to shift the position of the guide portion 17 arranged substantially in the same straight line in the first embodiment, and the resistance when binding the document P is made smaller. It has characteristics. As shown in FIG. 7, each center C1 of each guide part 20 is a zigzag position with respect to the virtual center line C2 along the extending direction of the base 11, that is, the center of the odd-numbered guide part 20 from the left. C1 is provided above the center line C2, and the centers C1 of the even-numbered guide portions 20 from the left are provided below the center line C2.
[0026]
With the above configuration, the operation of binding the document P with the binding tool 10 in the third embodiment can be performed in the same manner as in the first embodiment described above. At this time, the document P is the center line C2. It will pass over. Here, when the center line C1 is above the center line C2 when the closed loop of the binding member 12 is released, only the second binding leg 15 expands to apply a reaction force to the document P. When the center line C1 is on the lower side, only the first binding leg 14 is expanded in diameter to apply a reaction force to the document P. As a result, compared to the first embodiment, the reaction force of the binding feet 14 and 15 on the document P is halved, and the binding force can be reduced and the binding operation can be performed smoothly. .
[0027]
[Fourth embodiment]
The binding tool 10 in the fourth embodiment is characterized in that the binding tool 10 shown in the first embodiment is configured by a wire material such as metal instead of a resin plate. As shown in FIG. 8, the binding tool 10 in the fourth embodiment is formed by bending a single wire that can be elastically deformed by the pushing, and the binding tool 10 in the first embodiment. The base 11, the binding legs 14, 15 and the guide portion 17 are provided at positions substantially similar to the above.
[0028]
Therefore, according to the fourth embodiment, since the binding tool 10 is composed of a wire, it can have the same appearance as when used as a binding tool used in a so-called twin ring notebook.
[0029]
In each of the above-described embodiments, the case where the guide portions 17, 19, and 20 are provided on the left end side of the binding member 12 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this and is shown in FIG. Moreover, you may provide in the right-and-left both ends side of the binding member 12. Accordingly, the document P can be pushed in from both the left and right directions, and the removal from the binding hole P1 can be performed by pulling not only the left side of the base 11 but also the right side.
[0030]
Further, the binding member 12 according to the present invention is not limited to the split type in which the front end sides overlap each other, and for example, is formed in a split type in which the leading edges substantially abut against each other as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11. It may be. At this time, the closed loop of the binding member 12 can be firmly maintained by providing the convex portion 23 on one tip edge 22 and providing the concave portion 25 capable of receiving the convex portion 23 on the other tip edge 24. .
[0031]
Further, the base 11 and the binding member 12 are formed in a cylindrical shape when viewed from the side. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the configuration shown in FIG. Can do. The binding tool 10 having this configuration includes a base 27 provided in the form of an elongated piece, and a split type that extends from both sides of the base 27 and is positioned on a plane that is substantially orthogonal to the base 27 and whose leading edges abut against each other. And a plurality of binding members 28 formed respectively. According to such a configuration, when binding the document P, the binding member 12 is deformed in the direction of arrow E in FIG. 12 by forcibly pushing the document P in the direction of arrow D in FIG. Release and formation are performed, and the same effect as the above-described guide portion 17 can be exhibited without providing the guide cutout portion 17A. Further, the outer surface of the base 27 can come into surface contact with the document P, and the page turning operation and the spread orientation of the document P can be performed without the presence of the base 27 being disturbed.
[0032]
Further, the number of binding members 12 formed in each of the embodiments is not limited to the illustrated configuration example, and may be increased or decreased as necessary, for example, by providing the same number as the binding holes of the loose leaf. Further, the binding member 12 may be formed in a single ring shape without being connected to the base 11, and can thereby be used as a binding tool used for a so-called word card or the like. In short, the present invention suffices to determine the number of binding members 12 formed according to the number of binding holes P1 or the binding region of the document P.
[0033]
Further, the binding position of the document P is not limited to the position as shown in FIG. 2. For example, the central portion of the document P is bound, or two binding tools 10 are provided to both the left and right sides of the document P. May be bound, and various variations are conceivable together with the number of binding members 12 formed. Furthermore, although the case where the said binding tool 10 was comprised by the resin board was demonstrated, this invention is not limited to this, For example, it comprises by the metal plate, the integrally molded product using resin, etc. May be.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention has a configuration in which the binding member is inserted into the binding hole by forcibly pushing the end portion of the paper sheet into the guide portion, so that the complicated binding operation shown in the conventional example is performed. The paper sheets can be bound very easily and quickly.
[0035]
Further, the binding member is formed in a split type in which the leading end sides overlap with each other or the leading end edge substantially abuts, and a guide portion is provided on the leading end side, so that the closed loop of the binding member is formed and released with a simple structure. And the closed loop can be stably maintained.
[0036]
Further, since the guide portion includes a guide cutout portion provided along the axis of the closed loop, the closed loop of the binding member can be forcibly released smoothly. Can be achieved.
[0037]
Further, when the binding member is made of an elastically deformable plate or wire, it is possible to form and release the closed loop of the binding member without using a separate member such as a spring, thereby reducing the overall cost of the binding tool. Can be achieved.
[0038]
Furthermore, when the center of each guide portion is provided at a position that is zigzag with respect to the virtual center line along the extending direction of the base, when forcibly releasing the closed loop of each binding member, The reaction force of the binding member to be applied can be appropriately dispersed, and the workability of the binding operation can be further improved.
