Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water-stop base material that supports a roof-type joint cover material that covers a gap between adjacent buildings or a headboard-type cover material that covers the top end face of the frame.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
As a base material of a conventional sasaki type cover material covering the top end surface of the parapet, a holder as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-165318 is generally used. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, a support projecting slightly high so as to give a water gradient to the upper surface of the headboard cover member 52 on both sides of the base portion 51a having a required width across the width direction of the top end surface 5B of the parapet top end portion 5A. It is common to use a holder 51 in which surface portions 51b and 51c are formed, and lower folding plates 51d and 51e for fitting the cap cover material 52 are formed on both sides of the support surface portions 51b and 51c. there were. The holder 51 is fixedly disposed at an appropriate interval in the longitudinal direction of the top end surface 5B by driving anchor bolts into a long hole formed in the width direction of the parapet in the substrate portion 51a. A cover material 52 is fitted, and the lower end portions of the lower folding portions 52a and 52b formed on both sides of the headboard cover material 52 are elastically engaged with the lower end portions of the lower folding plates 51d and 51e to support the headboard cover material 52. Met.
[0003]
However, in such a cover material mounting structure, since the holders 51 are arranged at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the top end surface 5B, the holder 51 is blown from below along the side wall surface of the parapet top end portion 5A. The rainwater that comes up enters the headboard cover member 52 from between the holders 51 and 51 and is unlimited, for example, there is a problem that the anchor bolts in the headboard cover member 52 are wetted to easily cause corrosion.
[0004]
Therefore, recently, a configuration in which a gasket is disposed between the holders to seal between the top end surface and the cover material has been disclosed.
For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-4070 discloses a roof type expansion joint mounting structure in which such a gasket is provided.
[0005]
That is, in the above publication, as shown in the sectional view of FIG. 5, a holder 43 is straddled between adjacent housings 4A and 4A ′ having a gap, and a spring 46 is interposed between the housings 4A and 4A ′. An expansion joint having a structure in which the cover body 44 is fitted to the holder 43, and in at least one of the housings, a fixing member 41 fixed to the housing surface and a spring 46 interposed in the holder 43. The expansion joint is characterized in that it has a structure in which the support member 45 connected in this manner is slidable in the longitudinal direction of the housing gap and connected in a rotatable manner in the width direction of the housing gap. This expansion joint is provided between the top end surface and the cover body 44 except for the attachment portion of the holder 43 extending between the top ends of the adjacent casings 4A and 4A ′. It is attached to the sealing by the support member 41 and the gasket 42.
[0006]
However, even in such a roof-type expansion joint mounting structure, as shown by the arrows, rainwater enters from the side end surface of the side plate 43b at both ends of the holder 43 to the locking piece 43c and enters the spring. 46 and bolts 48 and 49 were also wetted, so that there was a problem that these were easily induced.
[0007]
Accordingly, the present invention provides a water-stop base material that can reliably block the intrusion of rainwater blown from below in the mounting structure of the roof-type joint cover material and the headboard-type cover material as seen above. It is something to be done.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a base material for a roof-type joint cover material covering a frame gap between adjacent buildings or a headboard type cover material covering the top end face of the frame, wherein A base material body portion having a groove portion formed by a rising side wall in the width direction of the end face, and a water return formed on at least one side of the base material body portion so as to close the groove portion. A long hole for inserting a bolt formed in the bottom plate portion in the concave groove portion of the base material main body portion. A base material for still water having a structure in which a bolt is inserted through and fixed to the top end side of the housing.
As a result, it is possible to reliably prevent the rainwater blown from below from entering the base material from entering the roof-type joint cover material or the headboard-type cover material. By sealing between the base materials, it is possible to reliably block the intrusion of rainwater into the roof type joint cover material and the headboard type cover material.
In the above configuration, the drooping portion only needs to be disposed on at least one side of the base material main body portion. Even when the drooping portion is disposed on only one side of the base material main body portion, the drooping portion is provided on both sides of the base material main body portion. The case where the hanging portion is disposed is also included.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment in which the structure of the water-stop base material of the present invention is applied to a base material of a roof-type joint cover material will be specifically described based on the drawings.
[0010]
As shown in the perspective views of FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the water-stop base material 1 of this example is composed of a base material main body 11 and hanging parts 12 and 12, and the base material main body 11 is crossed. The surface has a substantially groove-shaped steel shape, and rises along the side edge in the longitudinal direction to form a rising side wall 113, and inwardly facing pieces 112, 112 are provided on the inside of the rising side wall 113 so as to face each other. A concave groove 111 for inserting and fixing 12 is formed.
In addition, a bolt insertion long hole 124 is formed in the bottom plate portion of the base material main body 11 to fix the base material fixture 127 fixed on the top end surface with a bolt 125.
[0011]
On the other hand, the hanging portion 12 fixed to the base material main body 11 has a cover locking portion 122 depending on one end thereof, as shown, and is equivalent to the rising side wall 113 of the base material main body 11. A water return piece 121 having a height is formed.
Then, a bolt insertion long hole 123 is formed in the hanging portion 12 which is separate from the base material main body 11, and this is aligned with the bolt insertion long hole 124 formed in the base material main body 11. The side edges of the drooping portion 12 are caulked and fixed by the inwardly facing pieces 112 and 112 of the base material main body 11.
[0012]
The drooping portion 12 may be formed integrally with the base material main body portion 11 and at the same time, the bolt insertion long holes 123 and 124 may be formed.
[0013]
As described above, in the water-stop base material 1 of this example, the base material 1 is formed in advance by inserting the other end side of the drooping portion 12 into the concave groove portion 111 of the base material body 11 and caulking and fixing the two. Next, the base material fixed to the top ends of the casings A and A ′ by passing the bolt 125 through the base material fixture 127 and the bolt insertion long holes 123 and 124 of the base material 1 and interposing the spring 126. The fixing tool 127 and the base material 1 are elastically fastened.
[0014]
In this way, the base material fixture 127 and the base material 1 are elastically fastened through the bolt 125 and the spring 126 so as to be slidable in the length direction of the bolt insertion long holes 123 and 124. Therefore, even if the housing A and the housing A ′ move closer to each other or move away due to the swinging, the mechanism can absorb the tension.
[0015]
The water return piece 121 is in contact with the side end surface of the base material main body 11 to form a water stop wall having the same height as the rising side wall 113, and as shown in FIG. The hanging locking piece 21 is pivotally moved in the direction of the arrow so as to be hooked and fixed to the cover locking portion 122.
[0016]
In addition, the gasket 3 similar to the prior art is attached in the longitudinal direction of the top end surfaces of the casings A and A ′ so as to sandwich both ends of the base material 1 formed by fixing the hanging portion 12 to the base material body 11. The gasket 3 seals the inner wall surface of the cover material 2 excluding the attachment site of the base material 1 to block rainwater from entering.
[0017]
The inwardly facing pieces 112, 112 of the base material main body 11 are cut by a predetermined length from the side ends, and the water return piece 121 of the hanging part 12 is set to enter the inner side of the base material main body 11. You can also
[0018]
The base material 1 of the present invention is for attaching the cover material 2 to the top end or headboard of the casings A and A ′, and for blocking the intrusion of rainwater from the attachment site of the cover material 2, The drooping portion 12 is inserted in the longitudinal direction of the base material main body 11 whose dimensions are adjusted so as to correspond to the top edge of the casings A and A ′ or the width of the headboard, and the water return piece 121 is used to insert the concave portion of the base material main body 11. The hanging part 12 is caulked and fixed to the base material main body part 11 so as to close the groove part 111.
[0019]
Then, as described above, the base material fixing tool 127 fixed to the top ends of the casings A and A ′ is passed through the bolt insertion long holes 123 and 124 of the base material 1, and the base material is provided by the bolt 125 with the spring 126 attached. The fixing tool 127 and the base material 1 are elastically fastened.
After that, as shown in FIG. 3, if the hanging locking piece 21 of the cover material 2 is engaged with the cover locking portion 122 formed at one end of the hanging portion 12, the rainwater blown up from the directions of the arrows X and X ′. Even if the mutual distance between the casing A and the casing A ′ fluctuates, it cannot enter the inside of the base material 1 and is prevented from entering, so that the bolt 125 and the spring inside the base material main body 11 can be prevented. 126, or the base material fixture 127 and the like can be protected from corrosion.
[0020]
In addition, the structure of the said base material 1 is not only the base material (holder) of the roof type joint cover material which covers the housing | casing gap | interval between adjacent buildings as mentioned above, but the base of the headboard type cover material which covers the top end face of a housing. The same applies to the material (holder).
