Description

【0001】
このゴムは、例えば、SBR(スチレンブタジエンゴム)組成物で形成する。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has a fixing portion that can be pushed into a toilet mounting hole drilled at a predetermined location on the floor and forms a screw insertion hole into which a mounting screw inserted from the mounting portion of the floor-mounted Western-style toilet can be screwed The present invention relates to a mounting tool for a floor-mounted Western-style toilet (hereinafter simply referred to as “Western-style toilet”).
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general buildings provided with Western-style toilets, it is desirable that vibrations and sounds generated during use of the toilet or during drainage do not propagate to the lower floor and the like so that the quietness can be maintained in the lower floor.
As a conventional Western style toilet mounting structure, in order to solve the problems such as noise generated when the Western style toilet is mounted directly on the floor of a building, for example, a simple cylindrical mounting fixture made of rubber is used on a concrete floor. In some cases, the Western-style toilet is fixed by press-fitting into the drilled toilet-mounting hole and screwing the fixing screw of the Western-style toilet into the fitting.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the attachment of the fixture to the floor is simply press-fitting the fixture into the toilet mounting hole formed on the floor, so the fixture is press-fitted to an appropriate depth with respect to the toilet mounting hole. Not only is the operation to be complicated, the desired performance of the fixture may not be fully exhibited.
For example, if the applied pressure is strong, the press-fitting depth of the fixture becomes too deep, the screwing length of the mounting screw to the fixture becomes short, and the Western style toilet cannot be attached reliably.
On the other hand, if the applied pressure is weak, the press-fitting depth of the fixture becomes too shallow, and the mounting portion of the Western-style toilet comes on the fixture, so that the installation of the Western-style toilet is not reliable.
In view of the above-described drawbacks, an object of the present invention is to perform a pushing operation reliably when pushing the fitting into the toilet bowl mounting hole and to easily regulate the pushing depth to a predetermined depth. Another object of the present invention is to provide a Western-style toilet fixture capable of effectively blocking the propagation of vibration and sound generated when using the Western-style toilet to the floor or the like.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
(Constitution)
In order to achieve this object, the Western toilet bowl fixture according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the fixture according to claim 1, a flange having a diameter larger than that of the toilet bowl mounting hole is provided above the fixing portion. It is in the point which was connected integrally.
(Action / Effect)
According to this configuration, when the fitting is pushed into the toilet bowl mounting hole, the collar portion serves as a stopper, so that the fitting can be always press-fitted to a predetermined depth.
That is, since all the parts of the fixing portion are pushed into the toilet mounting hole, the mounting tool exerts the maximum frictional force on the side surface of the toilet mounting hole, , Securely held on the floor.
On the other hand, as a result of having the heel portion, there is no risk that the fixture will enter the inside of the toilet bowl mounting hole, so that a mounting screw for fixing the Western-style toilet is always the minimum necessary for the fixture. Thus, the Western style toilet can be securely fixed.
[0005]
(Constitution)
As described in claim 2, a groove portion along a direction of pushing into the toilet bowl mounting hole may be formed in a side portion of the fixture.
(Action / Effect)
According to this configuration, when the fitting is pushed into the toilet bowl mounting hole, the air in the space formed between the fixture and the toilet bowl mounting hole can be discharged through the groove portion. it can. As a result, since the pushing force of the fixture does not increase unnecessarily, it is only necessary to apply a force exceeding the frictional force between the fixture and the toilet mounting hole to the fixture. The tool push-in operation becomes easy.
[0006]
(Constitution)
As described in claim 3, an elastomer having a hardness of Hs (JIS A) = 30 to 70 degrees may be used as the material of the fixture.
(Action / Effect)
When the fixture is made of an elastomer having such a degree of hardness, a further vibration and sound insulation effect can be obtained while the Western-style toilet is securely fixed.
That is, since the fixture has an appropriate hardness, the necessary frictional force is reliably generated against the inner wall of the toilet mounting hole, so even when an uneven load is applied to the Western-style toilet, etc. It is unlikely that the fixture will come off. Further, since the possibility of the screwed mounting screw coming out is reduced, the Western style toilet can be securely fixed.
On the other hand, since the fixture has moderate elasticity, vibrations and the like propagated from the Western-style toilet to the mounting screw are effectively attenuated and absorbed by the fixture.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0008]
(Overview)
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the Western-style toilet bowl fixture A according to the present invention is installed by being pushed into a plurality of toilet bowl mounting holes 3 drilled at predetermined locations on a floor 2 made of concrete or the like.
The Western-style toilet 1 is arranged so that the position of each of the pushed-in attachment A and the screw insertion hole 16 of the Western-style toilet 1 overlaps, and the mounting screw 5 is screwed to the attachment 1 so that the Western-style toilet is installed. 1 is fixed to the floor 2. If the attachment screw 5 is a wood screw, for example, it can be conveniently screwed into the attachment A.
The fixture A is provided with a collar on the top thereof, and makes it easy and reliable to insert the fixture A to the floor 2 to a predetermined depth. Thereby, it is possible to greatly reduce the propagation of vibration and sound from the Western-style toilet 1 to the floor 2.
Hereinafter, each member required for the Western-style toilet mounting structure according to the present invention will be described.
[0009]
(Mounting tool)
The shape of the fixture A is shown in FIGS.
The fixture A has a substantially cylindrical shape, and includes a fixing portion 6 that is pushed into the toilet mounting hole 3 and a flange portion 8 that is integrally formed with the fixing portion 6. The outer diameter of the flange portion 8 is configured to be larger than the outer diameter of the fixed portion 6. A screw screw insertion hole 10 for facilitating screwing of the mounting screw 5 is formed on the upper surface 7 of the flange portion 8. The screw screw hole 10 is provided for the purpose of accurately positioning the mounting screw 5 on the axis of the fixture A and screwing it in the axial direction of the fixture A. However, the screw screw hole 10 is mainly for facilitating the mounting of the mounting screw 5 and therefore does not necessarily have to be formed.
As described above, since the fixture A of the present invention has the flange portion 8, it is easy to always insert the fixture A to the floor 2 to a certain depth. As a result, since all the parts of the fixing portion 6 are pushed into the toilet bowl mounting hole 3, the fixture A exerts the maximum frictional force on the side surface of the toilet bowl mounting hole 3. The fixture A is securely held on the floor 2.
On the other hand, as a result of having the flange portion 8, there is no possibility that the fixture A enters the inside of the toilet bowl mounting hole 3 too much. As a result, since the screwing depth of the mounting screw 5 with respect to the mounting tool A can always be ensured to be equal to or greater than the necessary minimum depth, the Western-style toilet 1 can be fixed securely.
Further, a groove portion 9 for discharging the air inside the toilet bowl mounting hole 3 when the fixture A is inserted is arranged in the side portion of the fixing portion 6 along the insertion direction of the fixture A. Is formed. Only one groove portion 9 or a plurality of groove portions 9 may be formed.
The side shape of the fixing portion 6 of the fixture A is not particularly limited. In short, any frictional force may be generated between the fixture A and the toilet mounting hole 3 due to the elastic force of the fixture A.
The size and shape of the fixture A are, for example, a semi-cylinder having a total height of 50 mm, a diameter of the flange portion 8 of 29 mm, a thickness of the flange portion 8 of 5 mm, a diameter of the fixing portion 6 of 25 mm, and a groove portion having a radius of 2 mm. It has become a shape.
As the fixture A, for example, a general-purpose elastomer such as an SBR (styrene butadiene rubber) composition is used. That is, if the elastomer has an appropriate hardness, the fitting A can exert a sufficient frictional force against the inner surface of the toilet bowl mounting hole 3 so as not to come out of the toilet bowl mounting hole 3 and is screwed. This is also because the attachment screw 5 can be reliably prevented from being pulled out. The specific hardness is preferably such that Hs (JIS A) according to JIS K 6301 (vulcanized rubber physical test method) is 30 to 70 degrees, particularly about 40 to 50 degrees.
As other materials, for example, NR (natural rubber), CR (chloroprene rubber), NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber), etc., PVC-based TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) may be used, In addition to these elastomers, a composite type in which materials such as metals, ceramics, and plastics are stacked may be used.
[0010]
(Packing)
As shown in FIG. 1, for example, an annular packing B is attached around the bottom 11 of the Western-style toilet 1, and the Western-style toilet 1 is placed on the floor 2 via the packing B.
As shown in FIG. 4, the cross section of the packing B is substantially L-shaped, and has a protruding portion 12 and a mounting surface 13. The mounting surface 13 is provided with an adhesive member 14 such as a double-sided tape, for example, so as to adhere to the Western-style toilet 1.
As shown in FIG. 1, the packing B is attached to the Western-style toilet 1 such that the protruding portion 12 covers the outer peripheral surface of the bottom 11 of the Western-style toilet 1 and the bottom surface of the bottom 11 of the Western-style toilet 1 is This is performed so as to be in contact with the mounting surface 13 through the adhesive member 14.
The dimensions and shape of the packing B are, for example, a total height of 8 mm, a total width of 10 mm, and a width of the mounting surface of 7 mm in the cross section.
The packing B is also made of a general-purpose elastomer, like the fixture A. This rubber is formed of, for example, an SBR (styrene butadiene rubber) composition. The hardness is preferably about Hs (JIS A) = 40 to 80 degrees.
Other materials such as NR, CR, NBR, and other PVC-based TPE may be used as other materials.
[0011]
(Mounting fixture)
The actual attachment of the fixture A and the fixing of the Western style toilet 1 are performed as follows.
Although illustration is omitted, an adhesive is applied to the inner peripheral surface of the toilet mounting hole 3 drilled in advance or the outer peripheral surface of the fixing portion 6 of the fixture A. If it does so, the said fixture A can be fixed more firmly with respect to the said toilet bowl attachment hole 3, and a lubricating oil function also works | functions and pushing becomes easy. Of course, it is possible to attach the fixture A without using the adhesive.
Thereafter, the fixture A is pushed into the toilet mounting hole 3. At this time, the air in the space 15 formed between the two is discharged to the outside through the groove 9. Therefore, when the fitting tool A is pushed in, it is sufficient to apply a force that exceeds the friction force generated between the fitting tool A and the toilet bowl mounting hole 3, and the pushing work can be performed smoothly. At this time, since the flange portion 8 serves as a stopper at the time of pressing, it is not necessary to strictly adjust the pressing force.
The Western-style toilet 1 is placed according to the position of the fixture A attached in this way. The packing B is attached to the Western-style toilet 1 in advance. For this attachment, the double-sided tape as the adhesive member 14 is used.
After the positioning is completed, the mounting screw 5 is inserted into the screw insertion hole 16 provided in the mounting portion 4 of the Western-style toilet 1 and is further screwed to the mounting tool A. Thereby, the Western-style toilet 1 is fixed to the floor 2.
As described above, according to the Western-style toilet bowl mounting structure of the present invention, the Western-style toilet bowl 1 is installed on the floor 2 only through the fixture A and the packing B. Propagation of vibration and sound to the floor 2 can be greatly suppressed.
[0012]
The mounting portion 4 is normally configured to be separated from the upper surface 7 of the mounting tool A, but may be configured to be in contact with both.
For example, if the thickness of the heel portion 8 is set so that the upper surface 7 and the attachment portion 4 are substantially in contact with each other, the weight of the Western-style toilet 1 is This is supported not only by the packing B but also by the fixture A. For this reason, the contact pressure in each part which shares weight is reduced, and the propagation of vibration and sound is further reduced.
Furthermore, if the weight of the Western-style toilet 1 is shared and supported, the stress is not concentrated on a specific part, and an effect of preventing the occurrence of an unexpected situation such as breakage of the Western-style toilet 1 can be expected.
[0013]
As described above, the fixture A of the western style toilet 1 according to the present invention can be always pushed into the floor 2 to a certain depth, thereby facilitating the pushing operation of the fixture A and the Western style toilet.
