本発明はフラットタイプのディスプレイを載置して該ディスプレイをデスク上で使用するためのフラットディスプレイ載置装置に係り、特にキーボードの不使用時にこれを格納することができるフラットディスプレイ載置装置に関する。

近時、パーソナルコンピュータ(パソコン)等のOA機器は、オフィスはもとより家庭においても多く使用されるようになっており、その普及にはめざましいものがある。

ところで上記のようなOA機器のCRTディスプレイは大きい奥行寸法を有するため机上で使用する場合にその机上面を大きく占有し、他の執務に著しく支障をきたしていた。

このようなことから近年では、ブラウン管使用のCRTディスプレイに代り、大型でフラットな構造の液晶等の薄型ディスプレイ(以下フラットディスプレイと称し、明細書においてFDと略称する)が急速に普及している。

上記のFDは、従来机上に立てて置けるFD用スタンドにFDを立てて載置し、見易い位置に置くようにして使用されている。

しかしこのようなスタンドでは、FDを使用し易い位置に移動させるときFDを含むスタンドの重量が大きいためその移動が容易でない。

そこでFDを必要に応じて使用し易い位置に移動させることができるようにするため、図13に示すように机1の後部にFD支持アーム2を取付け、この支持アーム2の先端にFD3を立てて置けるようにしたものが採用されるようになっている。

上記FD支持アーム2は、机1の天板1aの後端縁に係合して固定し得る取付具4に支柱5が立設され、この支柱5の上部一側に第1の支持アーム6が水平方向に突設され、この支持アーム6の先端に縦軸部7を介して第2の支持アーム8が水平面内で回転自在に連結され、さらにこの支持アーム8の先端に図14に示すような側面視略L字状を有するFD載置板9の垂直な背板10の背面の軸受部11が横軸12により俯仰自在に取付けられたもので、このFD載置板9の水平方向前方に張出した載置部13にFD3を立てて載せるように構成されている。そして操作用のキーボード14やマウスは机1上に置いて使用される。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、キーボードの不使用時にキーボードやマウスをFD支持アームにFDと共に格納しておけるようにし、机上面での他の業務の遂行に支障をきたすことがないようにすることを課題としてなされたものである。

上記課題を解決するための手段として本発明は、机等に固定され水平面内で旋回自在なFD支持アームの先端にFD載置板の背板が俯仰可能に支持されたフラットディスプレイ載置装置において、FD載置板は、その背板の背後にキーボード受部材を取付け、前記背板とキーボード受部材との間にキーボードを載置格納し得るようにしたことにある。
