Description

【0001】
【0018】
<外箱11>

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner packaging box for storing a plurality of parts of a vacuum cleaner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a packaging box for this type of electric vacuum cleaner, for example, as shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, a lower cushioning member 2, 3 made of polystyrene foam is disposed as a partition member in an outer box 1 made of cardboard, The cleaner body 4 is engaged with the recesses 2a and 3a of the lower buffer members 2 and 3, and the upper buffer members 5 and 6 are engaged as partition members on the cleaner body 4, and the extension pipe 7 and The suction port body 8 is disposed in a space on the side of the buffer members 2, 3 and 5, 6, and the dust collecting hose 9 is disposed in a state of being wound on the upper buffer members 5, 6. Things are being considered. Actually, the inside of the outer box 1 cannot be visually recognized through a side wall or the like, but FIG. 21 shows the inside of the outer box 1 to be visually recognized through a side wall or the like for convenience of explanation. Moreover, in FIG. 21, illustration of the suction inlet 8 is abbreviate | omitted.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the packaging box for electric vacuum cleaners described above, the vacuum cleaner body 4 is configured to be pressed from four sides by the upper and lower four thick buffer members 2, 3, 5 and 6, so that the packing volume is increased, As a result, the outer shape of the outer box 1 is increased, and a large amount of space is required for managing the cushioning materials 2, 3, 5, and 6.
[0004]
In addition, since the arrangement of the buffer members 2, 3, 5, and 6 has an orientation and a vertical relationship, the incorporation of the buffer members 2, 3, 5, and 6 into the outer box 1 is not always good.
[0005]
Further, as described above, the vacuum cleaner body 4 is configured to be pressed from four sides by the upper and lower four thick buffer members 2, 3, 5, and 6, so that each component of the vacuum cleaner described above is an outer box. When a large external force acts on the cover plates 1a to 1d with the upper open end of the outer case 1 being closed by the cover plates 1a to 1d of the outer case 1, the dust collecting is performed. There is a possibility that the hose 9 may be crushed.
[0006]
Further, a handle hole 10 is formed in the cover plate 1a, and when the upper open end of the outer box 1 is closed by the cover plates 1a to 1d of the outer box 1, the hand is put into the handle hole 10 and the cover plate 1a is attached. [0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0017]
[Constitution]
The packaging box for an electric vacuum cleaner comprises a corrugated cardboard outer box 11 shown in FIGS. 11 and 13, a corrugated cardboard first partition member 12 and a corrugated cardboard second partition member 13 shown in FIG. Have.
[0018]
<Outer box 11>
The outer box 11 has side walls 15, 16 at both ends in the longitudinal direction, side walls 17, 18 at both ends in the short direction, and lid plates 19-22 connected to the side walls 15-18. After the lid plates 19 and 20 of the outer box 11 are folded toward the upper opening end side, the upper opening end of the outer box 11 can be closed by folding the lid plates 21 and 22 onto the lid plates 19 and 20. it can. Reference numeral 23 denotes a slit-shaped handle hole provided in the approximate center of the lid plate 21.
[0019]
<First partition member 12>
As shown in FIG. 1, the first partition member 12 has a bottom wall 24 and side walls 25, 25 respectively connected to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the bottom wall 24 (see FIGS. 4 and 13). . Each of the side walls 25 is bent toward the inner side surfaces 15a and 16a of the side walls 15 and 16 of the outer box 11 from both sides of the central side wall 26, and a central side wall 26 rising from both ends in the longitudinal direction of each bottom wall 24. A bent wall 27 is in contact with the inner side surfaces 15 a and 16 a of the side walls 15 and 16. The side wall 25 has a high strength in the vertical direction.
[0020]
In addition, the first partition member 12 includes reinforcing walls 28 and 28 that are connected to both sides in the short-side direction adjacent to both sides in the longitudinal direction of the bottom wall 24. The reinforcing wall 28 is in contact with the outer surface of the bent wall 27 and both ends in the longitudinal direction are in contact with the side walls 15 and 16 of the outer box 11 as shown in FIG. The reinforcing wall 28 has a high strength in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, even if an external force in the longitudinal direction acts on the partition member 12, the reinforcing wall 28 prevents the bent wall 27 from being bent or deformed.
[0021]
In addition, slit-like engagement holes 29 and 29 (see FIGS. 2 and 3) as shown in FIG. 5 are formed on both sides of the central side wall 26, and expanded from the respective engagement holes 29. Cuts 30, 30 extending in the opening direction are formed. A trapezoidal pressing piece 32 that can be bent along a fold line 31 indicated by a broken line is formed between the cuts 30 and 30.
[0022]
Further, a protruding wall portion 28 a having the same dimensions as the width of the central side walls 25, 25 is provided on the upper portion of the reinforcing wall 28, and the engaging pieces 33 provided on both longitudinal directions of the protruding wall portion 28 are engaged with the engaging holes 29. I am letting. The engaging piece 33 has a dovetail shape in which the base portion 33a engages with the engaging hole 29 without play and becomes wider than the length of the engaging hole 29 toward the distal end. It is not like that. This state is maintained by the engagement piece 33 being pressed against the engagement hole 29 by the presser piece 32. Thereby, the reinforcing wall 28 is coupled to the central side wall 26. The presser piece 32 is bent and opened along the fold line 31 and the engagement piece 33 is moved to the fold line 31 side so that the engagement piece 33 can be inserted into and removed from the engagement hole 29.
[0023]
Such a first partition member 12 bends one cardboard plate 34 punched out as shown in FIG. 5 along the folds 35, 36, and 37 indicated by broken lines in this order, and also presses the pressing piece 32. By folding and opening along the fold line 31, the engagement piece 33 is inserted from the fold line 31 side and moved to the engagement hole 29 side, and the engagement piece 33 is pressed against the engagement hole 29 by the holding piece 32. Formed. Incidentally, the corrugated board 34 has a corrugated paperboard 34 streak extending in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing wall 28 to increase the longitudinal strength of the reinforcing wall 28 and to increase the vertical strength of the side wall 25. ing.
[0024]
<Second partition member 13>
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the second partition member 13 includes a central vertical wall 38, a lower wall 39 and an upper wall 40 that are connected to the vertical wall 38 and face each other. The trapezoidal or triangular bent reinforcing walls 39a and 40a extending in the approaching direction (vertical direction) are provided at the corners of the free wall of the lower wall 39 and the upper wall 40 of the partition member 13. Yes. The reinforcing wall 40 a has a tip (lower end) 40 b in contact with the upper surface of the lower wall 39. As a result, the corners on the free end side of the lower wall 39 and the upper wall 40 are kept at a constant interval, and the corners are reinforced and are not easily crushed by an external force in the vertical direction.
[0025]
In addition, a slit-like engagement hole 41 is formed at the center of the base of the bent reinforcing wall 40a as shown in FIGS. 6, 8, and 9, and the upper end of the bent reinforcing wall 39a is formed in the engaging hole 41. An engaging piece 42 inserted and engaged is provided integrally. As shown in FIG. 9, the engaging piece 42 has a base portion 42a that engages with the engaging hole 41 without play, and a locking portion 42b that is connected to the base portion 42a. As for this latching | locking part 42b, the one side edge 42c inclines toward the other side edge 42d side as it goes to the front-end | tip, and it is easy to insert it into the engagement hole 41. FIG. In addition, the engaging portion 42b is formed such that the connecting portion to the base portion 42a is wider than the width of the base portion 42a, and the engaging step portion 42e that engages with the inner side surface of the bent reinforcing wall 40a has the other side edge. It is formed on the 42d side. As a result, the bent reinforcing walls 39a and 40a are coupled to each other, and the interval between the corners on the free end side of the lower wall 39 and the upper wall 40 is kept constant in a more stable state. It is harder to be crushed by external force in the vertical direction.
[0026]
Reference numeral 43 denotes a front side wall continuously provided at the tip of the lower wall 39, and 44 denotes a bent reinforcing wall formed on one side of the upper wall 40 adjacent to the vertical wall 38. The front side wall 43 has an upper end brought into contact with the lower surface of the top end portion of the upper wall 40 so as to keep the distance between the lower wall 39 and the front end portion of the upper wall 40 constant. Further, the bending reinforcing wall 44 extends downward, and as shown in FIG. 7, a convex portion 44 a provided at the tip (lower end) is formed in the engaging hole 39 b provided in the lower wall 39. Inserted and locked, the base between the lower wall 39 and the upper wall 40, that is, the vertical wall 38 side of the lower wall 39 and the upper wall 40 is prevented from being crushed by external force.
[0027]
Reference numeral 45 denotes a notch formed in the upper wall 40 by forming the bent reinforcing wall 44, and 46 denotes a slit-like handle hole formed on the tip end side of the upper wall 40. The handle hole 46 is formed by arranging the second partition member 13 in the upper part of the outer box 11 so that the handle hole 23 provided in the cover plate 21 of the outer box 11 is provided as shown in FIGS. It comes to agree with.
[0028]
With this configuration, the upper wall 40 is in a state of reinforcing the cover plate 21 by putting the hand into the handle holes 23 and 46 and supporting the upper wall 40 of the second partition member 13. Even if the parts of the vacuum cleaner are contained in the outer casing 11 with the cover plate 21 used as a handle, the cover plate 21 can be prevented from being deformed.
[0029]
Such a second partition member 13 bends one cardboard plate 47 punched out as shown in FIG. 10 in this order along fold lines 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 indicated by broken lines. At the same time, when the corrugated board 47 is bent along the folds 50 and 50 so that the lower wall 39 and the upper wall 40 face each other in parallel, the convex portion 44a of the bent reinforcing wall 44 is formed in the engagement hole 39a of the lower wall 39. When the corrugated board 47 is bent along the fold line 53, the engaging piece 42 is inserted into the engaging hole 41, and the engaging step 42e of the engaging piece 42 is inserted into the bending reinforcing plate 40a. It is formed by locking to the side.
[0030]
The widths of the vertical wall 38 and the lower wall 39 and the top end of the upper wall 40 are set to dimensions that allow engagement between the side walls 17 and 18 of the outer box 11 without substantial play. As a result, the front side wall 43 is maintained in a state where the upper end is in contact with the front end of the upper wall 40 if the upper end is engaged with the front end of the upper wall 40 when the partition member 13 is inserted into the outer box 11. Thus, the tip portions of the lower wall 39 and the upper wall 40 are held at a constant interval. Further, the corrugated board 47 has corrugated paperboard 47a arranged in the inside extending in the arrangement direction of the lower wall 39, the vertical wall 38, and the upper wall 40, and the strength in this arrangement direction is high.
[0031]
[Action]
Next, the use state of the packaging box for a vacuum cleaner having such a configuration will be described.
[0032]
As described above, the first partition member 12 folds a single corrugated board 34 punched out as shown in FIG. 5 in this order along the folds 35, 36, and 37 indicated by broken lines, and presser pieces. 32 is bent along the fold line 31 and opened, the engagement piece 33 is inserted from the fold line 31 side and moved to the engagement hole 29 side, and the engagement piece 33 is pressed against the engagement hole 29 by the holding piece 32. Formed (assembled).
[0033]
As a result of the assembly, a component storage space 50 a is formed between the side walls 25, 25 and the reinforcing walls 28, 28 in the first partition member 12. Moreover, by inserting the assembled partition member 12 into the outer box 11 as shown in FIG. 1, the component storage spaces 51 a and 52 a are arranged between the side walls 25 and 25 of the partition member 12 and the side walls 15 and 16 of the outer box 11. In addition, a component storage space 53 a is formed between one reinforcing wall 28 and the side wall 18 of the outer box 11.
[0034]
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 14, the vacuum cleaner main body 60 is disposed in the component storage space 50a and the illustration is omitted. However, the suction port body 61 and the normal suction port body dedicated to hitting the component storage spaces 51a and 52a are provided. 62 are disposed, and an extension pipe 63 is disposed in the component storage space 53a (see FIG. 15). In this state, since the side walls 15 and 16 of the outer box 11 are supported by the reinforcing wall 28, the outer wall 11 is prevented from being crushed in the extending direction of the reinforcing wall 28 by the external force acting on the side walls 15 and 16. As a result, the suction port bodies 61 and 62 can be protected. In FIG. 15, the first and second partition members 12 and 13 are not shown for convenience of illustration.
[0035]
Further, prior to the assembly of the second partition member 13, the dust collecting hose 64 of the vacuum cleaner is disposed on the lower wall 39, and then the punched sheet of corrugated board 47 is shown by fold lines 48, 49 indicated by broken lines. , 50, 51, 52, 53 in this order, and when the corrugated board 47 is bent along the folds 50, 50 so that the lower wall 39 and the upper wall 40 face each other in parallel, the bending reinforcing wall 44 is bent. When the corrugated board 47 is bent along the fold line 53, the engaging piece 42 is inserted into the engaging hole 41 and the engaging piece 42 is engaged. Is formed (assembled) by locking the locking step 42e to the inner side surface of the bent reinforcing plate 40a. Thereby, the dust collection hose 64 is prevented from coming out of the partition member 13 by coming into contact with the bent reinforcing wall 40a in an attempt to expand the diameter.
[0036]
Then, the second partition member 13 holding the dust collecting hose 64 is inserted into the upper portion of the outer box 11, and the second partition member 13 is inserted into the U-shaped side wall 25 of the first partition member 12. , placed on 25, folding the lid plate 19, 20 on the second partition member 13, by folding the lid plate 21, 22 on the cover plates 19 and 20, the upper open end of the outer box 11 Is closed. At this time, the handle hole 23 of the lid plate 21 is made to coincide with the handle hole 46 provided in the upper wall 40 of the partition member 13.
[0037]
In this state, the second partition member 13 is supported by the U-shaped side walls 25, 25 having high strength in the vertical direction, and the bent wall 27 of the partition walls 25, 25 is opened to the reinforcing wall 28. In addition, since the second partition member 13 is also reinforced by the bent reinforcing walls 39a, 40a, and 44 at the tip ends of the lower wall 39 and the upper wall 40, the lid plate 21 of the outer box 11 is used. , 22 can sufficiently prevent the partition members 12, 13 from being crushed even if an external force acts on them.
[0038]
In the embodiment described above, the engaging piece 33 provided on the reinforcing wall 28 is engaged with the engaging hole 29 provided on the side wall 25, but is not necessarily limited to this configuration. For example, as shown in FIG. 16, the engaging piece 33 ′ provided on the side wall 25 may be press-fitted into the engaging hole 29 ′ provided with the reinforcing wall 28. Further, as shown in FIG. 17, the hole 70 provided at the lower end of the side portion of the central side wall 26 protrudes on the bottom wall 24 as a protruding piece 71 flush with the bent wall 27, and the reinforcing wall 28 protrudes. The wall 28 is folded inward from the fold 28b, the protruding wall 28a is folded inward on the protruding piece 71, and the protrusion 28c at the tip of the protruding wall 28a has an engagement hole 24a provided on the side of the bottom wall 24. You may make it engage with.
[0039]
Further, the first partition member 12 need not be configured as described above. For example, as shown in FIG. 18, the side walls 80, 81, 82 bent upward may be provided on the side portion and the free end of the lower wall 39. Further, the first partition member 12 may be configured to have only the side wall 82 as shown in FIG. 19 without providing the side walls 81 and 82 of FIG.
[0040]
【The invention's effect】
Since the invention of claim 1 is configured as described above , the space in the outer box can be reduced, the outer shape of the outer box can be reduced, and the management space of the partition member can be reduced. Moreover, since one partition member as a buffer member should just be inserted in the bottom part side of an outer box, the incorporating property in the outer box of the partition member which has a function as a buffer member can be improved.
[0041]
In addition , a reinforcing wall is formed on each side of the bottom wall of the partition member adjacent to the sides of the both ends in the short direction in contact with the outer surfaces of the bent walls on both sides of the center wall, Since both ends in the longitudinal direction of each reinforcing wall are in contact with the inner surfaces of the side walls at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the outer box , the bent walls are prevented from spreading and arranged on the side walls. Can be supported reliably, and the opposing side walls of the outer box can be supported by the reinforcing wall, so that the outer box can be reinforced.
[0042]
Further , an engagement hole is formed on both sides of the central side wall and one of the reinforcing walls, and an engaging piece is provided on the other side to engage the engaging hole and connect the reinforcing wall and the central side wall. Since it was set as the structure which connected, the reinforcement wall can be connected and fixed to the side wall of a partition member, and it can prevent reliably that a bending wall spreads.
