【発明が解決しようとする課題】
地震により地盤に液状化が発生すると、護岸などの水際線の構造物が海側に移動し、背面土もそれに引きつられて水平に移動したり、地層の傾斜に起因して地盤が水平に移動する、いわゆる地盤の側方流動現象が生じる。そのため、この側方流動圧に抵抗できる構造物の基礎構造が希求されている。従来は、基礎杭を増設したり、構造物基礎の周囲を地下連続壁等で取り巻く方法が採用されている。
しかしこれらの方法は、いずれも多大な工費を必要とし、また工期に長期間を要する欠点がある。

本発明は、上記のような問題点を解決するためになされたもので、地盤の側方流動圧に十分抵抗でき、しかも工費の削減と工期の短縮化が図れる構造物基礎の地盤側方流動圧に対する抵抗構造を提供することを目的とする。

上記課題を解決するための手段として、本発明は、地盤の液状化により発生する地盤の側方流動に抵抗可能な構造物基礎において、前記側方流動が予想される地盤中の前記構造物基礎の上流側地盤に、非液状化地盤層まで根入れを行って控杭を構築し、この控杭と前記構造物基礎とを連結材で連結して構成したことを特徴とする、構造物基礎の地盤側方流動圧に対する抵抗構造を提供する。

図1、2に示すように、地震時の地盤液状化により発生する地盤の側方流動が予想される地盤中であって、構造物基礎1の上流側地盤A及び下流側地盤Bに、非液状化地盤層Cまで根入れを行って控杭2を構築する。

構造物基礎1は、例えば、橋脚等のフ−チング11の底部に複数の基礎杭12を構築した構造物とし、控杭2は、この構造物基礎1から所定の間隔をおいて上流側地盤Aと下流側地盤Bに所要数構築する。

地盤の側方流動方向は、構造物基礎1の近傍に存在する護岸に向かう方向、または地層が傾斜している場合はその傾斜方向となる。
