【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、特に脚部を折り畳み可能なオーバーベッドテーブル装置において、折り畳んで保管する際に、取付部品など、小物部品類の紛失を防止するために、オーバーベッドテーブル装置の適所に保管しておけるようにした、オーバーベッドテーブル装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、病院をはじめとして家庭内においても用いられるテーブル装置として、ベッドのボトム上方に跨ぐようにもたらして使う、オーバーベッドテーブルがある。
かかるオーバーベッドテーブルのうち、例えば特開平７−２６５１３４号で開示されるように、テーブル板を支持する一対の脚部は、折り畳み可能としたものはすでに周知のものである。なぜならば、脚部を折り畳むことによって、使用していないときに保管する場所の省スペース化が可能であるし、搬送の際に、脚部を折り畳んだ状態で大量に搬送しやすいからである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、脚部を折り畳む際には、脚部を立位状態保持するための部品、すなわちねじ類が本体から分離するので、これらねじ類の保管の問題があり、そのままであると紛失しやすく、ねじ類の保管対策も講じる必要がある。
本発明は、このような不便さをなくすために提案されたものであって、特に脚部を折り畳み可能なオーバーベッドテーブル装置において、折り畳んで保管する際に、取付部品など、小物部品類の紛失を防止するために、オーバーベッドテーブル装置の適所に保管しておけるようにした、オーバーベッドテーブル装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記した課題を解決するために、本発明では、請求項１において、折り畳み可能な一対の脚部によってテーブル板受具を介してテーブル板を支持する構成とし、このテーブル板裏面側において前記テーブル板受具端部外側にタオル掛手段を設け、このタオル掛手段は、テーブル板受具端部側をコの字形状に囲む形状の格納ケースと、この格納ケースにテーブル板の裏面側からテーブル板端面外方に突出格納可能に保持されたタオル掛部材とで構成し、前記格納ケースに、前記脚部の折り畳み時に、脚部から取り外した、脚部を立位状態に固定する取付部品類を保管保持可能に構成したオーバーベッドテーブル装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項２において、前記格納ケースは、前記タオル掛部材を突出格納可能に支持するためのスライド支持部と、タオルを掛けるタオル掛部を突出格納する格納部とを一体構成し、この格納部に、前記取付部品類を保管保持する保持手段を構成したオーバーベッドテーブル装置を提案する。
さらに本発明では、請求項３において、前記取付部品類は取付ボルトであり、前記保持手段は、格納部の背面側の中間の高さ位置に一体的に構成したＣ形形状の枠部材であるオーバーベッドテーブル装置を提案する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明にかかるオーバーベッドテーブル装置につき、一つの実施の形態を示し、添付の図面に基づいて説明する。
図１、図２にオーバーベッドテーブル１を示す。このオーバーベッドテーブル１は、折り畳み可能な一対の伸縮脚２，２によってテーブル板受具３を介してテーブル板４を支持する構成としている。
前記一対の伸縮脚２，２は、同期的に昇降させる伸縮同期手段（後述）を具備すると共に、昇降補助手段（図示省略、例えばガススプリング等）をいずれか一方の伸縮脚２に備え、前記テーブル板４を支えるテーブル板受具３に隣接してテーブル板４両端側に設けたタオル掛手段５下面中央から、前記昇降補助手段を拘束解除操作するための解除操作レバー６をそれぞれ露出するように配置している。

前記一対の伸縮脚２，２は、第１脚杆７を第２脚杆８に対して昇降ガイドユニット（図示省略）を介して進退可能に構成し、前記第１脚杆７，７基端部には、キャスタＣを介して床面に接地させる基部フレーム９，９を装着している。
これら伸縮脚２，２のうちの一方の伸縮脚２における第１脚杆７内に昇降補助手段が内蔵され、前記解除操作レバー６によって昇降補助手段を拘束解除したり拘束状態とすることで、第２脚杆８を昇降させてテーブル板４を所望の高さに調節保持するようにしている。
また、前記一対の伸縮脚２，２は、テーブル板受具３両端側のボルトＶを中心として折り畳み可能としている。

前記一対の伸縮脚２，２を同期的に昇降させる伸縮同期手段としては、例えば前記第２脚杆８下端側内面に取着した下部プーリ（図示省略）と、第２脚杆８上方のテーブル板受具３内において回動可能に設けた上部プーリ１０，１０と、これら上部プーリ１０，１０および下部プーリ間に掛け渡した線状部材１１とを備え、この線状部材１１を前記第１脚杆７側に固定した構成としている（図３参照）。

前記昇降補助手段は、図示は省略するが、第１脚杆７内に固設したガス封入シリンダを有し、このシリンダにガス圧によって支持されると共に、シリンダから緩衝的に進退可能に突出するピストンロッドを有する。このピストンロッド先端側を前記第２脚杆８頂部に取り付けたテーブル板受具３内側に臨入させると共に固定し、前記先端部からは、ピストンロッドを拘束／拘束解除するための操作軸を突出させている。この操作軸を前記解除操作レバー６によって押し込んだり、開放することにより、ピストンロッドを拘束／拘束解除するようにしている。
なお、前記解除操作レバー６は、テーブル板４両端側に設けてあるので、前記テーブル板受具３内に、いずれの解除操作レバー６によっても前記昇降補助手段を操作できるようにするための連動用のワイヤＷ、プーリＰを配設している。

前記第１脚杆７は前記第２脚杆８に対し、第２脚杆８下端側内面に嵌入装着したガイドキャップ、および昇降ガイドユニット（図示省略）により、第１脚杆７を所定の間隔をもって第２脚杆８内に突没可能な寸法形状に構成している。
なお、前記昇降ガイドユニットとしては、図示および詳細な説明は省略するが、例えば前記第２脚杆８内面の第１脚杆７との対向面に、筒軸方向に配置した昇降ガイド部と、この昇降ガイド部に多数の転動体を介して移動自在な昇降部とによって構成したものを用いることができる。

そして、前記タオル掛手段５について説明する。
すなわち前記タオル掛手段５は、テーブル板４を支えるテーブル板受具３に隣接して、テーブル板４長手方向両端側に設けたもので、前記テーブル板４端部裏面側に装着した格納ケース１２と、この格納ケース１２にテーブル板４の端部側から突出格納可能に保持されたタオル掛部材１３とで構成している（図１、図３、図４参照）。

前記格納ケース１２は、既知の合成樹脂の一体成形体で構成したもので、テーブル板４幅寸法に対応して寸法設定がなされ、前記タオル掛部材１３を突出格納可能に支持するための一対のスライド支持部１２ａ，１２ａと、タオル掛部材１３におけるタオル掛部（後述）を突出格納する格納部１２ｂとを有している（図４参照）。
前記スライド支持部１２ａ，１２ａは、前記格納部１２ｂ両端側から直交方向に延在しており、テーブル板４端部側に前記格納ケース１２を装着時、スライド支持部１２ａ，１２ａをテーブル板４長手方向に指向させると共に、前記格納部１２ｂはテーブル板４端面に沿うようにしている。
またスライド支持部１２ａには、タオル掛部材１３におけるスライド基部（後述）が移動するためのスライド部１４と、前記スライド基部のスライド距離を規制するスライド規制部１５とを設けている。
一方、前記格納部１２ｂは、タオル掛部材１３におけるタオル掛部（後述）の寸法に対応して形成した、中央寄りが深くなる枠体状に形成している。かかる格納部１２ｂの、図３中、上縁は、テーブル板４装着時において、テーブル板４外方に面する上縁側を、タオル掛部材１３におけるタオル掛部が通過可能とするように、テーブル板４裏面との間に、タオル掛部の径以上の間隔を確保するようにしている。
なお、前記格納部１２ｂの中央箇所には、前記昇降補助手段を操作するための解除操作レバー６を、テーブル板４端面外方に露出して、テーブル板４端面外方から操作可能とするための欠部１６を画成している。

前記タオル掛部材１３は、前記格納ケース１２に突出格納可能に屈曲加工された、適宜な素材の軸部材で構成している。もちろん、パイプ材でもよい。
すなわち、前記タオル掛部材１３は、前記格納ケース１２における一対のスライド支持部１２ａ，１２ａを進退移動する一対のスライド基部１３ａ，１３ａと、格納ケース１２における格納部１２ｂから突出格納するタオル掛部１３ｂとで構成している。さらに前記スライド基部１３ａ，１３ａの末端側を屈曲させて、スライド規制部１５のスライド部１４との境面に当接させて、スライド基部１３ａ，１３ａのスライド量を規制している。

さらに、前記タオル掛手段５における格納ケース１２において、タオル掛部材１３を繰り出す格納部１２ｂの背面側には、不使用時に一対の伸縮脚２，２を折り畳んで保管する際、第１脚杆７基端部に取り付けた基部フレーム９の取り外し時に、分離される取付ボルトＢや、その他、取付ボルトＢ類を、保管保持するための保持手段１７を一体構成している（図５参照）。
これら保持手段１７は、Ｃ形形状の枠部材で、内径が保持すべき取付ボルトＢの軸部の外径に比較して若干小さく設定しており、取付ボルトＢを保持手段１７の縮径的な付勢力により保持させるようにしている。
またこれら保持手段１７は、格納部１２ｂの背面側の中間の高さ位置に形成することで、保持手段１７とテーブル板４裏面との間に、取付ボルトＢを保持手段１７に保持させる際、取付ボルトＢの頭が入る余地として確保するようにしている。

以上のようなオーバーベッドテーブル１において、使用に当たり、解除操作レバー６により昇降補助手段を操作して、第１脚杆７を第２脚杆８に対して進退調節して、テーブル板４の支持高さをベッド装置の床部の上にくるように調節してから、前記テーブル板４をベッドの床部上方にもたらす。
そして、ベッド上の使用者が、タオルを使うときは、テーブル板４長手方向両端側のいずれかのタオル掛手段５における格納ケース１２から、タオル掛部材１３を引っ張り出し、容易にタオル（図示省略）を手にすることができる。

そして、前記一対の伸縮脚２，２を、テーブル板受具３両端側のボルトＶを中心として折り畳み、伸縮脚２，２をテーブル板４裏面に重ねることができる（図６参照）。

これによって、テーブル板４裏面側のタオル掛手段５における格納ケース１２の底面側が露出し、タオル掛部材１３を繰り出す格納部１２ｂの背面側の保持手段１７がもたらされる（図５参照）。
そこで、分離した取付ボルトＢ類を、これら保持手段１７に押し込んで保持させる。
前記保持手段１７は、Ｃ形形状のもので、内径が保持すべき取付ボルトＢの軸部の外径に比較して若干小さく設定しているので、取付ボルトＢの軸部を保持手段１７に押し込むことで、保持手段１７の縮径的な付勢力により、取付ボルトＢを容易に保持することができる。
また、前記保持手段１７は、格納部１２ｂの背面側の中間の高さ位置に形成しているので、保持手段１７とテーブル板４裏面との間に、取付ボルトＢの頭をもたらすことができる（図７参照）。
このように、オーバーベッドテーブル１を保管するときや、搬送するときに、オーバーベッドテーブル１本体から取り外した取付ボルトＢ類をテーブル板４の裏面側のタオル掛手段５の格納ケース１２に、保持保管しておけるので、紛失のおそれはない。

以上、本発明において、オーバーベッドテーブル１を保管するときや、搬送するときに、オーバーベッドテーブル１本体から取り外した取付ボルトＢ類をテーブル板４の裏面側のタオル掛手段５の格納ケース１２に、保持保管する実例を挙げて説明したが、図示は省略するが、タオル掛手段５の格納ケース１２に限らず、テーブル板４の裏面側の適所、例えば、テーブル板４裏面側のテーブル板受具３に適宜な保持手段を設けて保持させることもできる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、オーバーベッドテーブル装置を、保管するときや、搬送するときに、オーバーベッドテーブル装置本体から取り外した部品類をタオルを掛けるタオル掛部を突出格納する格納部に、容易に保管保持して置くことができ、部品類の保管対策を講ずる必要はなく、紛失のおそれはない。
