従来のこの種ねじ式筐体としては、例えば特開平9−184146号公報に開示されているものが知られている。すなわち、同公報に開示されているものは、内周面にめねじ部を有する外筒体と、外周面におねじ部を有する内筒体とを両ねじ部にて螺合し、該螺合を適当な位置で止め高さを調整するために、めねじ部に形成された溝部に停止部材を内方から係合可能としたねじ式筐体において、おねじ部を設けた箇所で内外を貫通する開口部を内筒体に形成し、先端部が該開口部より外方へ突出し、外筒体のめねじ部に形成された溝部に係合可能な停止部材を内筒体の内側に取り付けたものである。

この課題を解決するために本発明は、内周面にめねじ部を有する外筒体と、外周面におねじ部を有する内筒体とを両ねじ部にて螺合させ、内筒体の高さ調整を行なうために、内外を貫通する開口部を内筒体に形成し、先端部が前記開口部より外方へ突出し、且つ外筒体のめねじ部に形成された溝部に係合可能な停止部材を内筒体の内側に水平な軸の回りで回転可能に取り付けたねじ式筐体であって、前記外筒体の溝部の形成部の下端には内面から内方に突出する位置合わせ片が一体に設けられていることを要旨とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施の形態について、図面に基づいて説明する。
図1〜図8において、1は上端から下端に亘って内周面にめねじ部2を有する鉄鋳製の外筒体、3はこの外筒体1のめねじ部2に螺合するおねじ部4を下端における外周面に有する鉄鋳製の内筒体で、これら外筒体1と内筒体3により高さ調整可能なねじ式筐体が構成されている。前記外筒体1の内周面には周方向に4等分する位置に外筒体1の軸心方向に延びる溝部5がめねじ部2を分断するように形成され、外筒体1に対する内筒体3の回転を止めて内筒体3の上端高さを調整するために、内筒体3の下端近傍に前記おねじ部4を設けた箇所で内外を貫通する開口部6が形成されているとともに上端の先端部7aが前記開口部6より外方へ突出し、外筒体1の前記溝部5に係合可能な停止部材7を内筒体3の内側に取り付け、この停止部材7の先端部7aを前記開口部6より突出させて前記溝部5に内方から係合可能としてある。さらに詳しくは、前記停止部材7は内筒体3の下端近傍内面に設けた軸受け部8に支持される水平な軸9に上下方向中間部が回転自在に取り付けられ、停止部材7の先端部7aを開口部6から外側に突出させることにより外筒体1の前記溝部5に係合するようになっている。
