Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to, for example, a support leg device that is attached to a lower surface side of a single unit to be mounted such as a sink unit and supports the single unit to be mounted, and a mounting structure for the support leg device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional support leg device, for example, there is a round bar-like leg that is attached to a lower surface side of a sink unit as a single unit to be attached at a predetermined interval. The legs of these support leg devices are attached to the bottom surface side of the sink unit via a fixing tool such as a bolt or an adhesive, and the height position in the vertical direction is adjusted by an adjuster provided at the lower end. Could be adjusted. In addition, at least four legs as supporting leg devices are attached to each of the squares on the lower surface side of the sink, in total, for each sink unit, and the height between the floor and the floor is adjusted by operating each adjuster. The level of the sink was adjusted horizontally by adjusting the position.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the legs as the conventional supporting leg device, for example, when the object to which the legs are attached is composed of a plurality of attached single bodies, such as a system kitchen, four pieces are required for each attached single body. Then, as a whole, a considerable number was spent.
[0004]
In addition, an assembly of a single unit to be mounted such as a system kitchen is usually installed so close that the back side is in contact with the wall, so after installing one single unit to be mounted, it is adjacent to the single unit to be mounted. When installing another mounted single unit, the leg adjuster on the back side of the other mounted single unit and located on the side where the single mounted unit is located is formed between the floor and the floor. Even if you try to operate it with a hand through the gap, it may be out of reach because it is located in the back. For this reason, it has been difficult to adjust the level of the mounted unit.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described drawbacks of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a support leg device capable of supporting a single unit to be attached with a small number of support legs, and the support legs. An object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus mounting structure. Another object of the present invention is to provide a support leg device in which the level of a single unit to be attached can be easily adjusted.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the supporting leg device and the mounting structure of the supporting leg device according to the present invention have the following configuration. That is,
The support leg device according to the first aspect of the present invention is a support leg device that is attached to a single unit to be mounted and supports the single unit to be mounted, and is in contact with the lower surface side of the single unit to be mounted. It consists of a support receiving part provided with the through-hole through which a fixing tool is inserted, and a support leg part connected to the support receiving part. And the upper surface of the said support receiving part is equipped with the 1st contact part and the 2nd contact part which can contact | abut to the lower surface side of the said to-be-attached single body, The lower surface side of one to-be-attached single body When the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion are both in contact with the lower surface side of one mounted single unit and are mounted on the lower surface side of the boundary portion of the mounted single units adjacent to each other, The first abutting portion abuts on one lower surface side of the attached single pieces adjacent to each other, and the second abutting portion abuts on the other lower surface side.Further, the support receiving portion is a plate-like body, and an outer peripheral portion thereof is a bent portion that is bent so as to stand up, and a distal end portion of the bent portion is the first contact portion. And function as the second contact portion. And, at the tip of the bent portion, a cut-off space is formed between the lower end of each of the mounting plates adjacent to each other to allow the projection of the mounting plate. The notch is formed so as to leave the base end side of the bent portion. As a result, when a plurality of mounted single pieces are installed side by side, the supporting leg device can be attached to both of the mounted single pieces adjacent to each other so as to be shared. Can be reduced. In addition, the support leg device can be attached not only to the lower surface side of the boundary portion of the attached single units adjacent to each other but also commonly to all attachment locations including the intermediate portion and the lower surface sides of both end portions.
[0007]
Claims2As described above, it is preferable that the support leg portion has a level adjusting function for adjusting the length in the vertical direction so that the length can be expanded and contracted. As a result, the plurality of support leg devices that support the mounted single body adjust the level of the mounted single body horizontally by expanding and contracting the vertical lengths of the respective supporting leg portions. Here, for example, when a plurality of mounted single units are installed side by side so that the back side is in contact with the wall, the support leg device mounted on the back side of the boundary portion of the mounted single units adjacent to each other is the installation surface. Even if a hand is inserted through the gap on the front side formed between the two, the hand may not reach, and it is generally difficult to adjust the level. However, when the support leg device supports any one of the attached single units adjacent to each other in advance, if the level adjustment of the one attached single unit is performed in advance, the support leg device shared by both of them, then, When one of the other mounted single units is installed, it can be installed in accordance with one of the mounted single units that has already been level-adjusted, and level adjustment at difficult locations can be avoided.
[0008]
[0009]
[0010]
Claims3As in the support leg device according to the invention described above, it is preferable that the support receiving portion is provided with leg portion locking means for securing the support leg portion on the lower surface side. Thereby, a support receiving part and a support leg part are connected with sufficient integrity.
Claims4As in the support leg device according to the invention, the leg locking means is formed by inserting a recess formed in the lower surface side of the support receiving part into which the support leg fits, and another fixing tool. It is desirable to comprise a communicating hole that can communicate with the support leg side.
[0011]
Claim5The mounting structure of the support leg device according to the invention described inA support leg device that is attached to a single mounted body and supports the single mounted body. The support leg device is in contact with the lower surface side of the mounted single body and has a through hole through which a fixing tool is inserted for mounting on the lower surface side. Comprising a support receiving portion and a support leg portion connected to the support receiving portion, and the upper surface of the support receiving portion is capable of abutting on the lower surface side of the mounted unit. And a second abutting portion, and when the first abutting unit is mounted on the lower surface side, the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion are both on the lower surface side of the one mounted unit. When abutting and attaching to the lower surface side of the boundary portion of the mounted single units adjacent to each other, the first contacting portion contacts either one lower surface side of the mounted single units adjacent to each other, and the second The abutting portion of the abutting against the other lower surface side,Using multiple support leg devices,SaidIt is a mounting structure of the support leg device that supports the mounted single unit. The This mounting structure isOn the lower surface side of the boundary portion of the mounted single pieces adjacent to each other, the support leg device is provided with a first contact portion provided on the support receiving portion on either lower surface side of the mounted single pieces adjacent to each other. And a second abutting portion provided in the support receiving portion is abutted to either one of the lower surfaces of the mounted single units adjacent to each other. In addition to being in contact with each other, the other attached single unit is placed on the second contact portion to support both of the adjacent single units to be mounted. And the axial center of the support leg part of the said support leg apparatus is located just under the boundary line which connects the boundary of said 1st contact part and 2nd contact part.In this way, since the mounted single units adjacent to each other share the supporting leg device having the supporting receiving portion that abuts both at the same time, the number of supporting leg devices used as a whole can be reduced. In addition, if the supporting leg device is attached and fixed to the lower surface side of one of the mounted single units adjacent to each other, then when the other mounted single unit is installed, the supporting unit is supported. It is only necessary to place the other attached single unit on the second contact portion of the leg device.
[0012]
Also,On the boundary line connecting the boundary between the first contact part and the second contact partThe support leg portion of the support leg device is almost directly belowAxis ofIs positionAndBoth of the mounted single units adjacent to each other are supported in a balanced manner by the shared support leg device.

[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of a support leg device and a mounting structure for the support leg device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The support leg devices S and S support, for example, a mounted unit 7 as an indoor equipment item such as a sink unit, a cooking table unit, a storage unit, furniture, a bed, or an outdoor equipment item such as a container. A plurality of attached single units 7 are used, and are composed of support receiving portions 1 and 1 for receiving the mounted single unit 7 and support leg portions 4 and 4 connected to the support receiving portions 1 and 1.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the support receiving portion 1 is a substantially rectangular plate-like body made of, for example, a plate metal and having a rounded square, and its outer peripheral portion is folded up slightly. It becomes music part 2. Then, on both side portions in the vicinity of the bent portion 2, through-holes 3 and 3 penetrating in the thickness direction are formed so as to be arranged three by three in the longitudinal direction. The support receiving portion 1 is edged by opening edge portions 5 and 5 that are tapered from the lower surface side to which the support leg portion 4 is connected. Further, on the lower surface side at a position slightly closer to the one side than the central portion of the support receiving portion 1, there is formed a concave portion 6 having a cross shape with a required width and having an intersecting portion curved. The recess 6 is formed by press working with deformation of the upper surface side of the support receiving portion 1 on the side to which the mounted single body 7 is attached, so that the upper surface of the support receiving portion 1 is positioned corresponding to the recess 6. On the side, the convex portion 8 is formed. The support receiving portion 1 is provided with a communication hole 9 that can communicate with the support leg portion 4 side so as to penetrate the central portions of the concave portion 6 and the convex portion 8 in the thickness direction. . Further, on the lower surface side of the support receiving portion 1, there are formed recessed portions 10 and 10 which are recessed by press working in a wide range other than the portion where the recessed portion 6 is formed. On the upper surface side of the portion 1, additional protrusions 11 and 11 are formed.
[0016]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the support leg 4 has a cross shape having a required width, and has a cross-sectional shape in which the intersecting portion is connected in a curved shape, and is formed to a certain length. The support leg main body 12 and a level adjusting unit 13 attached to the lower end of the support leg main body 12 are included. A shaft through hole 14 is formed in the support leg main body 12 so as to penetrate the central axis in the longitudinal direction, and an upper female screw portion (not shown) is formed above the shaft through hole 14. ), And a lower female screw portion 15 is provided below the shaft through hole 14. On the other hand, the level adjusting unit 13 includes a cylindrical head portion 13a and a male screw portion 13b, and the male screw portion 13b is detachably attached to the support leg main body 12 by being screwed into the lower female screw portion 15. Further, the length of the support leg 4 in the vertical direction is adjusted to be extendable by appropriately adjusting the screwing condition of the level adjusting unit 13. The support leg main body 12 is formed in a cross-shaped cross section for the reason of design. The shape of the support leg main body 12 may be, for example, a simple column or prism. There is no particular limitation.
[0017]
Then, in order to connect these support legs 4 to the support receiving part 1, a fixing tool such as a bolt is inserted into the opening on the upper surface side of the communication hole 9 of the support receiving part 1, and the tip of the fixing tool is attached to the support receiving part 1. Then, it is screwed into the upper female screw portion of the support leg portion 4. Then, since the upper part of the cross section of the support leg main body 12 just fits into the recess 6 formed in a substantially cross shape of the support receiving part 1, the support leg part 4 is positioned at the support receiving part 1. It is fixed so as not to slip. As described above, the support receiving portion 1 has a recess 6 in which the support leg 4 just fits in order to hold the support leg 4 on the lower surface side, and a communication hole 9 capable of communicating with the support leg 4 side. The leg locking means comprises the supporting leg 4 with good integrity. However, since the leg locking means in this case is based on the coupling of a fixing tool such as a bolt and the female screw part, the support receiving part 1 is detachably connected to the support leg part 4. As a means, for example, the support leg portion 4 may be connected to the lower surface side of the support receiving portion 1 by non-detachable welding. Moreover, you may attach the fixing tools, such as the said volt | bolt, to the support receiving part 1 previously. Thus, the support leg portion 4 of the illustrated embodiment is connected to the lower surface side of the position slightly closer to the one side than the center portion of the support receiving portion 1 so as to be eccentrically positioned, thereby forming the support leg device S.
[0018]
Next, the operation and effect of the support leg device S and the support receiving portion 1, and the mounting structure of the support leg device S will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, the to-be-attached single-piece | units 7 and 7 in illustration embodiment show the case where the object which attaches support leg apparatus S and S, such as a system kitchen, is comprised from the some to-be-attached single pieces 7 and 7, for example. In order to form this system kitchen, first, the supporting leg devices S and S are attached to each of the squares on the lower surface side of one attached single body 7a that constitutes one end portion of the system kitchen. Specifically, the support leg devices S and S are attached so that the distal ends of the bent portions 2 and 2 of the support receiving portions 1 and 1 are in contact with the lower surface side of one attached single body 7a. At this time, at the front and rear corners of the lower surface side of one mounted single body 7a on the side where the other mounted single body 7b is located, the distal ends of the bent portions 2 and 2 of the support receiving sections 1 and 1 are located. Only a part is abutted, and the other part of the tip part is attached so as to form extension parts 21 and 21 that protrude outward from one end face 20a of the attached single body 7a. As a result, the extending portions 21 and 21 function as second abutting portions 25 and 25 that can abut on the lower surface side of the other mounted single body 7b, as described later. A part of the front ends of the bent portions 2 and 2 functions as first abutting portions 22 and 22 that can abut on the lower surface side of one attached single body 7a.
[0019]
Here, in order to attach the support leg devices S, S to the mounted single body 7, four through holes 3, 3 of the six through holes 3, 3 in the support receiving portions 1, 1 are attached to the single mounted body. It selects as an attachment means for attaching to 7a. For example, in the case of the support leg devices S and S attached to the intermediate portion on the lower surface side of the mounted single body 7, the extension portions 21 and 21 as the second contact portions 25 and 25 are not formed, and the first Since both the abutting portions 22 and 22 and the second abutting portions 25 and 25 abut on the lower surface side of the mounted single body 7, four through-holes 3 are arbitrarily selected from among the six through-holes 3 and 3. 3 may be selected. On the other hand, in the case of the supporting leg devices S, S that are attached to the lower surface side of the mounted single body 7 with the formation of the extension portions 21, 21, the four on the side where the first contact portions 22, 22 are formed. The through holes 3 and 3 are selected. Further, the through holes 3 and 3 as the attachment means are provided with the head-shaped brace screws 23 and 23 that match the tapered opening edge portions 5 and 5, and the underside of the support receiving portion 1. The tip portion protruding from the upper surface side of the support receiving portion 1 is screwed into the lower surface side of the mounted single body 7a. However, the through holes 3 and 3 as attachment means do not need to be edged by the tapered opening extending portions 5 and 5, and normal screws may be used instead of the plain wood screws 23 and 23.
[0020]
Thus, the single unit 7a to which the supporting leg devices S and S are attached is installed at a predetermined location such that the back side thereof is in contact with the wall surface. Thereafter, the level adjusting units 13 and 13 are operated so that the lengths of the supporting leg units 4 and 4 of the supporting leg devices S and S in the vertical direction are expanded and contracted respectively, so that the level of the supporting leg units 4 and 4 is increased. The adjustment function is exhibited, and the level of the single mounted single body 7a is adjusted horizontally. In addition, the notch parts 24 and 24 are formed in the front-end | tip part of the bending parts 2 and 2 of the support receiving parts 1 and 1, and the notch parts 24 and 24 are formed, and these notch parts 24 and 24 are one end plate 20a. An allowable space Q, Q that allows the projection 20a to protrude due to an error is formed between the lower end of the base plate 20a. The permissible spaces Q and Q of the notches 24 and 24 have such a size as to allow the projection of the other face plate 20b of the attached single body 7b when receiving the adjacent other attached single body 7b.
[0021]
Next, in order to install another mounted single body 7b adjacent to this one mounted single body 7a, first, two places before and after an intermediate portion on the lower surface side of the other mounted single body 7b, The support leg devices S, S are attached to the two front and rear corners on the lower surface side opposite to the side where the mounted single body 7a is located. At this time, only the first abutting portions 22 and 22 at the front end portions of the support receiving portions 1 and 1 abut on the front and rear corners on the lower surface side, and the second abutting portions 25 and 25 at the front end portions thereof. At 25, it attaches so that the extension parts 21 and 21 which protrude outside from the other end plate 20b of the to-be-attached single-piece | unit 7b may be formed. As for the attachment method of the supporting leg devices S, S, a fixing tool such as a plain wood screw 23, 23 is inserted into the through holes 3, 3 as the attachment means, and the tip thereof is screwed into the lower surface side of the other attached single body 7b. This is as described above. Then, the supporting leg devices S, S on the lower surface side of the other mounted single body 7b are arranged so that the other female plate 20b of the other mounted single body 7b and the one of the single mounting plate 7a are substantially in contact with each other. The two front and rear corners on the side where no is attached are placed on the upper surfaces of the extending portions 21 and 21 (see FIG. 9). Thus, the supporting leg devices S and S attached to the lower surface side of the boundary portion of the attached single pieces 7a and 7b adjacent to each other include the first contact portions 22 and 22 and the second contact portions 25 and 25. Thus, it can be attached so as to be shared by both of the attached single units 7a and 7b adjacent to each other.
[0022]
Thereafter, the level of the other mounted single body 7b is adjusted. The two front and rear corners of the portions placed on the extending portions 21 and 21 are already in the single mounted single body 7a. As a result of the level adjustment, the height positions of the extension portions 21 and 21 as the second contact portions 25 and 25 are adjusted to appropriate positions from the floor. Here, of the two front and rear corners on the lower surface side, one corner on the back side of the other mounted single body 7b where one mounted single body 7a is located is formed between the floor on the front side. Even if you insert your hand through the gap, it is difficult to adjust the level. However, by attaching the supporting leg devices S and S that support both of the mounted single units 7a and 7b, if the level is adjusted when installing one mounted single unit 7a, the other mounted single unit When installing 7b, there is no need to adjust the level.
[0023]
Thus, in the support leg devices S, S, the first contact portions 22, 22 provided in the support receiving portions 1, 1 come into contact with either one of the lower surfaces of the attached single units 7 a, 7 b adjacent to each other. The support receiving portions 1, 1 are provided on the lower surface side of one of the attached single units 7 a, 7 b adjacent to each other and attached to the lower surface side of the adjacent one by the mounting means described above. The second abutting portions 25 and 25 abut, and either one of the other abutments is placed on the second abutting portions 25 and 25, thereby supporting both of the mounted single pieces 7a and 7b adjacent to each other. Such a mounting structure is exhibited. That is, since the support leg devices S and S are attached only to the lower surface side of either one of the mounted single bodies 7a and 7b adjacent to each other on the lower surface sides of the mounted single bodies 7a and 7b adjacent to each other, Any one of them may be simply placed on the second contact portions 25, 25 of the support leg devices S, S. Therefore, part of the work of attaching the support leg devices S and S can be saved. Then, if necessary, these adjacent single pieces 7a and 7b that are adjacent to each other are fixed, for example, via attachments such as bolts that communicate with both facing plates 20a and 20b.
[0024]
Further, the support leg portions 4 and 4 of the support leg devices S and S connect the boundary between the first contact portions 22 and 22 and the second contact portions 25 and 25 provided in the support receiving portions 1 and 1. Since it is formed so as to be located almost directly on the boundary line N (see FIG. 2), when it is attached to the attached single bodies 7 and 7, it is almost directly below the boundary portion of the adjacent single pieces 7a and 7b. Come to be located. Therefore, the support leg parts 4 and 4 support these to-be-attached single bodies 7a and 7b adjacent to each other with a good balance.
[0025]
Thereafter, in the case of installing a further mounted single body 7c adjacent to the other mounted single body 7b, the lower surface side of the other mounted single body 7b is extended as the second contact portions 25, 25. What is necessary is just to mount the front and rear two-sided corners of the further attached single unit 7c on the parts 21 and 21, and the subsequent work is as described above. In this way, the required number of attached single bodies 7 and 7 are arranged in order and arranged in sequence, but each side end of the attached single pieces 7 and 7 located on both sides of the arranged attached single pieces 7 and 7. In the portion, the extending portions 21 are not formed. That is, when the first contact portion 22 and the second contact portion 25 are brought into contact with the lower surface side of the mounted single body 7, the support leg device S is moved outward from the end plate of the mounted single body 7. Install so that it does not protrude. In the illustrated embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the supporting leg device S is attached to the single unit 7 so that the first contact portion 22 side is close to the end plate and does not protrude outward from the end plate. Attach to.
[0026]
As described above, since the supporting leg devices S and S are shared by both of the mounted single units 7a and 7b on the lower surface side of the mounted single units 7a and 7b adjacent to each other, as shown in FIG. In this case, the number of support leg devices S, S required in total, twelve, four for each single unit 7 to be attached can be reduced to eight. Further, the support leg devices S, S are not only attached to the lower surface side of the boundary portion of the adjacent single units 7a, 7b, but are also common to all attachment locations including the intermediate portion and the lower surface sides of both end portions. It can be attached and has versatility.
[0027]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various other changes can be made. For example, the support receiving portion 1 of the support leg device S extends long in one direction along the boundary portion so as to be able to receive both the boundary portions of the attached single units 7a and 7b adjacent to each other. You may form in elongate shape. If it carries out like this, the number of the support leg apparatuses S and S which support the to-be-attached single-piece | unit 7 can be decreased further.
[0028]
Moreover, the support receiving part 1 is provided with the said attachment means, and the lower surface side of either one of the attachment single bodies 7a and 7b adjacent to each other so as to contact both of the attachment single bodies 7a and 7b adjacent to each other If the first abutting portion 22 capable of abutting on and the second abutting portion 25 capable of abutting on the other lower surface side are provided, these abutting portions 22, 25 are provided. May not be at the tip of the bent portion 2, and may be a mode in which the support receiving portion 1 is in full contact with both lower surface sides of the attached single bodies 7 a and 7 b adjacent to each other. . Further, the support leg device S may not be clearly distinguished between the support receiving portion 1 and the support leg portion 4.
[0029]
Further, the attachment means provided on the support receiving portion 1 for attaching to the lower surface side of the attached single body 7 is not limited to the through holes 3 and 3, and for example, the tip end portion of the bent portion 2 of the support receiving portion 1. Is further bent inwardly or outwardly, and a guide portion such as a groove or a rail that engages with the distal end portion of the bent portion 2 is provided on the lower surface side of the mounted unit 7 and placed. A configuration in which the distal end portion of the bent portion 2 is movably mounted along the direction may be adopted.
[0030]
In addition, the single unit 7 to be attached to which the support leg device S is to be attached is not necessarily one that is installed side by side, and may be a single unit. In this case, the support leg device S may be attached to, for example, a square on the lower surface side of the attached single piece 7 so as not to protrude outward from the end plate of the attached single piece 7. Further, when the mounted single body 7 is located at a considerably high position from the floor like a table base, for example, the support leg portion 4 of the support leg device S is formed to extend long in the longitudinal direction.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】

[0032]
Claim1According to the support leg device described in the above, when a plurality of attached single bodies are installed side by side, the number of support leg devices attached to the attached single bodies can be reduced. Moreover, not only can it be attached to the lower surface side of the boundary portion of the adjacent single units to be attached, but it can be attached in common to all attachment locations including the intermediate portion and the lower surface sides of both end portions, and has versatility.
In addition, due to the notch,Protrusion due to errors is allowed in the mounted base plate.
