Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wire binding member used for fixing a wire for a turn signal switch or the like mounted on a steering post of an automobile.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional technique of this type of member will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6 by taking a wire binding member for a turn signal switch of an automobile as an example.
[0003]
4 (a) and 4 (b), reference numeral 1 denotes a turn signal switch. A coupler 3 is connected to the wire 2 drawn from the switch, and is fastened and fixed to the steering post 4 with screws (not shown).
[0004]
Reference numeral 5 denotes a wire binding member made of molded resin, which is fixed by inserting two protrusions 4A of the steering post 4 into mounting cuts 5A provided at both ends.
[0005]
FIG. 5 is a perspective view for explaining a method of accommodating and binding the wire 2 in the wire binding member 5. After the wire 2 is accommodated in the wire accommodating recess composed of the substrate portion 5 </ b> B and the left and right support columns 5 </ b> C and 5 </ b> D, An arm portion 5F, which is foldable at the tip of the column portion 5D via a thin hinge portion 5E, is tilted toward the other column portion 5C to hold down the wire 2 from above, and an opening at the tip of the arm portion 5F The 5G is fixed by being hooked on the elastic claw 5H at the tip of the other column portion 5C.
[0006]
The function of the wire binding member 5 is to stop the wire 2 on the side opposite to the driver of the steering post 4 so that the wire 2 does not come out to the driver side of the steering post 4 and interfere with the driving operation. In particular, those equipped with a tilt function capable of adjusting the direction of the steering 6 to an angle at which the driver can easily operate the steering post 4 can be bent at a fulcrum 4B shown in FIG. This wire binding member 5 is required in order to prevent the steering post 2 from being pulled or loosened and coming out to the right side (driver side) of the steering post 4.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional wire binding member 5, since the area of the wire accommodating portion is constant, when the functions of the turn signal switch 1 and the like are different and the number of the wires 2 is also different, the wire 2 is securely bound and held. However, a separate wire binding member 5 is required for each functional variation of the turn signal switch 1 and the like, and a large number of molding dies are required, and there is a problem in that a loss occurs in terms of management.
[0008]
This invention solves such a conventional subject, and it aims at providing the wire binding member which can be shared also with respect to the wire from which a number differs.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention integrally forms a cantilever-like tongue-shaped portion extending in the entire region between the support column portions and having elasticity in the vertical direction on the substrate portion of the wire receiving recess, and is arranged in a row in the wire receiving recess. Alternatively, even when accommodating different numbers of wires in two rows, the wires are configured to be clamped and bound between the arm portion and the cantilevered tongue-like portion with a constant pressure .
[0010]
Thereby, even if the number of wires to be bundled is different, it is possible to provide a wire bundling member that can be reliably bundled and held.
[0011]
