Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for efficiently producing a band and a band fabric used at that time.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The band must be worn with kimono, and the kimono and the band are inseparable. There are also various types of belts, and the bag belts mainly used for formal use have a pattern only on the front and the back side is plain. The round belt is a gorgeous belt that is woven twice as long as the normal belt width, with the same pattern on the front and back, and is used as a costume for brides and maikos. The Nagoya belt is a band that is twice as wide and easy to tie.
[0003]
Depending on the band width, there are a half-width band and a narrow band. The half-width band is half the width of an 8-inch width for a drum. Various widths are used for narrow strips to suit gorgeous seats such as parties, but the specific width dimensions are not fixed. On the other hand, it can be distinguished according to the technique for producing the band and the material of the band, and various types of bands are conventionally known.
[0004]
FIG. 4 shows a conventional general band, and FIG. 4B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. As shown in the figure, the belt (I) is composed of two layers of front and back fabrics (b) and back fabric (c), and the inner side of the edges (d) and (d) are not exposed to the outside. positioned. That is, after the front fabric (b) and the back fabric (c) are overlapped and sewn, they are turned upside down so that the sewing parts (d) and (d) are not seen.
[0005]
For the fabric of the sash, the wide fabric must be cut into a predetermined width, or the front fabric (b) and the back fabric (c) woven with a predetermined width must be sewed on both edges. . That is, a sewing process is required. The thread used for sewing is strong, but if the thread is unwound, the front fabric (b) and the back fabric (c) will be separated. In general, the band (a) is used for decades like a kimono, so the sewn thread may be broken or unwound.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, there is a problem as described above when a conventional belt is formed. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and provides a method of manufacturing a belt that can be manufactured easily and inexpensively by omitting the above-described sewing process, and a belt fabric used in the manufacturing.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problems]
The strip fabric according to the present invention is wide enough to produce a plurality of strips, and the wide fabric is cut into a predetermined width. The belt fabric is woven continuously in the longitudinal direction with the front fabric and the back fabric forming a pair, and a bag is formed through a polymerization portion where the front fabric and the back fabric are polymerized at regular intervals.
[0008]
Then, by cutting the overlapping portion of the band fabric, it becomes a single band fabric, and the band is completed by turning it over. Since it becomes a band by turning it over, a pattern such as a predetermined pattern or figure is formed at least on the inner surface of the front fabric. In the present invention, it is not necessary to sew the front fabric and the back fabric on top of each other, and a belt fabric having the same form as that sewn is woven. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is an embodiment showing a band fabric according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the width M of the band fabric is increased, and a plurality of bags 1a, 1b,... Are continuously provided in the longitudinal direction, and each bag 1a, 1b,. 2a, 2b, and back fabrics 3a, 3b,. Between the bags 1a, 1b,..., Superposed portions 4, 4,... Are formed by superposing the front fabrics 2a, 2b, .. and the back fabrics 3a, 3b,.
[0010]
By the way, the method for weaving the band fabric having a plurality of bags 1a, 1b,... Is a conventionally known technique, and a detailed description thereof is omitted here. Are woven, and when weaving the front fabrics 1a, 1b,..., Odd-numbered warp yarns are used, and when weaving the back fabrics 3a, 3b,. And when weaving superposition | polymerization part 4,4 ..., all the odd-numbered and even-numbered warp yarns are used, and it is comprised so that a weft may be intertwined.
[0011]
The band according to the present invention is manufactured using the band cloth shown in FIG. 1, and the overlapping portions 4, 4,. FIG. 2 shows one bag 1 obtained by cutting the overlapping portions 4 and 4, but the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 3 are connected at both side edges at the overlapping portions 4 and 4. If this is the case, it cannot be used as a band because there are overlapping portions 4 and 4 cut on both side edges.
[0012]
Therefore, the bag 1 is turned over so that the overlapping portions 4 and 4 on both side edges are accommodated in the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 3. In FIG. 3, as shown in the case where the bag 1 of FIG. 2 is turned upside down, the overlapping portions 4 and 4 are accommodated inside the bag 1 formed by the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 3, and from the outside It becomes invisible. By turning over in this way, the inner surfaces of the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 3 in FIG. 1 is woven so that the inner surfaces of the front fabrics 2a, 2b,...
[0013]
Here, if the above-mentioned back fabric 3 is plain, it can be used as a conventional bag belt, and if the back fabric 3 is woven with the same colorful pattern and color as the front fabric 2, a round belt Can be used as As described above, the band manufacturing method of the present invention is obtained by cutting the overlapping portion of the band fabric formed by continuously forming a plurality of bags in the longitudinal direction and turning it over to obtain the following effects. I can do it.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention can be easily made by using a wide band fabric in which a plurality of bags are formed, cutting the front and back overlapping portions of the band fabric, and turning them over. A band fabric formed of a plurality of bags can be produced by a weaving device, and a band can be produced simply by cutting and turning it over. Therefore, the work process of overlapping the front and back fabrics and sewing both edges becomes unnecessary, and the manufacturing cost of the belt is reduced.
[0015]
In addition, the front and back fabrics are strong because they are connected by a polymerized portion woven to a predetermined width, and since they are not sewn together with conventional threads, they can be used for many years. There is no case where the superposed portion is melted and the front and back fabrics are not separated.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 shows an example of a band fabric according to the present invention.
[Fig. 2] When the band fabric is cut at the superposition part.
3 is a band formed by turning the bag cut as shown in FIG.
FIG. 4 shows a conventional bag belt.
