Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mowing machine configured to discharge mowing grass along a top inner surface of a grass collecting duct into a grass collecting container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in the mower, the upper inner surface of the grass collecting duct is formed in a substantially flat shape over the entire width so that the mowing grass is discharged toward the grass collecting container in a substantially constant direction.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
For this reason, the released mowing grass moves along the substantially flat upper inner surface of the collecting duct, and gradually accumulates in a mountain shape in a substantially constant range in the collecting container, and the accumulated cutting grass is accumulated in the width direction of the collecting container. Since it tends to overflow to the grass collection duct side before entering the both sides sufficiently, there is a drawback that the grass cutting cannot be efficiently collected in the grass collection container.
[0004]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, Comprising: It aims at enabling it to collect grass efficiently in a grass collection container.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The characteristic configuration of the invention according to claim 1 is a mowing machine configured to discharge the cut grass along the upper inner surface of the grass collecting duct into the grass collecting container, and the upper inner surface is arranged in the middle in the width direction thereof. The portion is formed so as to protrude inward of the duct on the lower side of the cutting grass discharge direction than on the upper side of the cutting grass discharge direction.
[0006]
[Action]
The upper inner surface of the grass collection duct is formed so that the middle part in the width direction protrudes inward from the upper side of the cutting grass discharge direction on the lower side of the cutting grass discharge direction. Divide into the upper left and right upper spaces in the width direction of the grass collection duct on the lower side of the discharge direction, and drop the cut grass along the upper inner surface of the grass collection duct into the left and right upper spaces and drop them into the grass collection container. Can do.
[0007]

[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an overall side view of a mower according to the present invention. This mower has a pair of left and right caster-type wheels 2 functioning as front wheels arranged at the front of a traveling machine body 1 and a rear part of the traveling machine body 1. Between the pair of left and right drive wheels 3 functioning as rear wheels disposed in the vehicle, a mid-mount type in which a mower 4 is mounted so as to be able to move up and down is configured.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the traveling machine body 1 is arranged such that the driver's seat 5 is positioned above the mower 4, and the shift lever 6 is disposed on the left and right of the driver's seat 5. An engine (driving part) 7 is mounted on the left and right intermediate parts above the rear part of the fuselage, and the power from the engine 7 passes through the ball joint 8 that allows the transmission shaft center to be displaced due to vibration. Is transmitted to the input shaft 10 of the transmission case 9 disposed in the lower front of the transmission, and is transmitted from the input shaft 10 to the power distribution mechanism 12 via the three spur gears 11 in the transmission case 9, and this power distribution mechanism 12 is distributed and transmitted to left and right HSTs (hydrostatic continuously variable transmission) 15 via a pair of bevel gears 13 and a relay shaft 14 facing left and right. Power is configured to be transmitted in the right and left via the speed reduction mechanism 17 that is provided on the right and left in each axle case 16 corresponding to the driving wheels 3.
[0014]
That is, in the traveling machine body 1, the power from the engine 7 is independently transmitted to the left and right drive wheels 3 via the corresponding left and right HSTs 15, and the left and right speed change levers 6 linked to the left and right HSTs 15 are connected. By operating the left and right HSTs 15 independently, the left and right HSTs 15 are operated in the same shifting state to drive the left and right driving wheels 3 at a constant speed, and the left and right HSTs 15 are in different shifting states. The running state can be switched to a turning state in which the left and right drive wheels 3 are differentially operated. Since the HST 15 is configured to be able to switch between forward and backward, the turning state is a slow turning state in which the left and right drive wheels 3 are driven in the same direction, and the drive wheel 3 on either the left or right side is stopped. And a spin turning state in which the left and right drive wheels 3 are driven in opposite directions are possible.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the power distribution mechanism 12 is equipped with a multi-plate work clutch 18 that interrupts the work power, and the work power that passes through the work clutch 18 is forward and rearward. 1 is transmitted to a power take-out shaft 22 through a pair of spur gears 21 and the like mounted in a transmission shaft 19 and a front case 20 at the front of the machine body, and a pair of ball joints from the rear end portion of the power take-out shaft 22 23 and the second transmission shaft 24 facing front and rear are transmitted to the input shaft 25 of the mower 4.
[0016]
The power take-out shaft 22 can also take out power from its front end, and the front end of the power take-out shaft 22 is used, but the illustration is omitted. It is possible to easily transmit power to auxiliary work devices equipped in And, for example, when the auxiliary working device is an auxiliary mower with a cutting width narrower than the mower 4, for example, between the standing trees narrower than the mowing width of the mower 4, the auxiliary mower is entered, The mowing work can be easily performed in those narrow places, and if the auxiliary mower is located on the lateral side of the mower 4 to expand the cutting width, the mowing is performed on a wide working area. Work efficiency can be improved.
[0017]
The mower 4 is equipped with a pair of left and right blades 27 for mowing in a housing 26 so as to be rotatable around a longitudinal support shaft 28, and the working power transmitted to the input shaft 25 causes the pair of bevel gears 29 to be rotated. Is transmitted to one of the support shafts 28, and is transmitted from the one support shaft 28 to the other support shaft 28 via the belt-type transmission mechanism 30, so that the left and right blades 27 have one of their rotation trajectories. The parts are overlapped, and the overlapping parts are configured to be driven at a constant rotation speed in the reverse direction so as to be directed toward each other. The cut grass is discharged and transferred from the discharge port (not shown) formed at the rear left and right center of the housing 26 by the transfer air generated at the rear.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the grass cut out from the discharge port of the housing 26 is guided to a grass collection container 32 mounted on the rear portion of the traveling machine body 1 by a grass collection duct 31 connected to the discharge port. The rear end portion of the grass collecting duct 31 is supported by a pair of left and right brackets 39 fixed to the body frame 60, and is provided at the front and rear along the substantially center of the body width direction. An engine 7 is disposed at the upper rear portion of the engine 31.
[0019]
The grass collecting duct 31 discharges the cut grass conveyed by the conveying air generated by the left and right blades 27 of the mower 4 into the grass collecting container 32 while sliding along the upper inner surface 61 of the grass collecting duct 31. 5 and 6, the narrow front duct portion 62, the wide rear duct portion 63, and the front duct portion 62 and the rear duct portion 63 are connected to each other. The lower duct side is configured with an intermediate duct part 64 that is wider, and the upper inner surface 61 of the intermediate duct part 64 and the rear duct part 63 is provided so as to be higher toward the rear side.
[0020]
Then, a recessed portion 66 that is recessed toward the inside of the duct is provided on the rear end side of the wall plate member 65 that forms the upper portion of the rear duct portion 63, and the upper inner surface 61 has a widthwise intermediate portion on the lower side in the grass cutting direction. , The lower part of the flywheel 67 of the engine 7 is inserted into the recess 66.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the left and right HSTs 15 and the speed reduction mechanism 17 are distributed and arranged at left and right symmetrical positions with the power distribution mechanism 12 disposed at the center of the left and right sides of the traveling machine body 1. The power distribution mechanism 12 and the left and right HSTs 15 and the speed reduction mechanism 17 form a gate shape having a space 33 at the lower left and right center. In addition, the left and right speed reduction mechanisms 17 are connected and arranged on the outer side of the corresponding HST 15 so that a relatively large space 33 can be secured. And the grass collection duct 31 is arrange | positioned so that it may pass through the center of the space 33 right and left.
[0022]
In other words, the heavy left and right HSTs 15 and the speed reduction mechanism 17 are arranged symmetrically on the left and right, and the hollow and lightweight grass collection duct 31 is disposed so as to pass through the left and right center of the space 33 formed between them. The left / right balance as a whole can be improved, and the mowing grass discharged from the mower 4 can be collected in the grass collection container 32 without any deviation. In addition, by arranging the left and right speed reduction mechanisms 17 on the outer sides of the corresponding HST 15, damage to each relatively expensive HST 15 due to contact with other objects is effectively suppressed by each speed reduction mechanism 17. Since a relatively large space 33 can be secured, the grass collecting duct 31 can be arranged more easily, and the distance between the left and right drive wheels 3 can be increased, and the mower The overall stability can be improved.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, wet brakes 35 that brake the corresponding drive wheels 3 by braking the output shaft 34 of the corresponding HST 15 are provided on the inward side of the left and right HST 15. The left and right wet brakes 35 are linked to a single brake pedal 36 disposed in the right front portion of the traveling machine body 1.
[0024]
Incidentally, reference numeral 37 shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 indicates the rotation of the intermediate shaft 38 that rotates integrally with the intermediate spur gear 11 of the three spur gears 11 ranging from the input shaft 10 of the mission case 9 to the power distribution mechanism 12. It is a gear pump driven with it.
[0025]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 7, and 8, the grass collection container 32 is formed wider than the grass collection duct 31, and a communication port 40 that enables communication connection with the grass collection duct 31 is formed. The front end of the container main body 42 is swung up and down around the support shaft 43 via a left and right support shaft 43 that is rotatably disposed on the front wall portion 41. The front wall 41 is connected to the front wall 41 so that the opening can be switched between a forward grassing posture in which the opening formed in the front is closed by the front wall 41 and a downward grassing posture in which the opening is opened facing the ground. A hydraulic cylinder 45 is installed over the swinging link 44 connected to the support shaft 43 so as to switch the posture of the container body 42 around the support shaft 43.
[0026]
The front wall portion 41 of the grass collection container 32 is constructed so as to form parallel quadruple links from the left and right upper end portions of the overturn protection frame 46 erected on the traveling machine body 1 to the corresponding lower portion of the side wall of the front wall portion 41. The upper and lower swing arms 47 are connected to the traveling machine body 1 via a lifting / lowering link mechanism 49 formed by a hydraulic cylinder 48 installed over the fall protection frame 46 and the lower left swing arm 47. By this connection structure, the grass collection container 32 is moved over the grass collection position connected to the grass collection duct 31 by the operation of the hydraulic cylinder 48 and the grass removal position far away from the grass collection duct 31 above the grass collection position. It can be moved up and down.
[0027]
The front wall 41 is received by the left and right brackets 39 and the communication port 40 is connected to the grass collection duct 31 in a state where the grass collection container 32 is located at the grass collection position. In the position located at the position, the communication connection between the grass collecting duct 31 and the communication port 40 is released away from the left and right brackets 39.
[0028]
In the grass collection container 32, the lower end portion of the front wall portion 41 is engaged with an engagement member 52 extending from the container main body 42 toward the front wall portion 41 by swinging around the support shaft 51 facing left and right. Then, the container body 42 is integrally switched between the locked state in which the container body 42 is fixedly held in the grass collection position and the unlocked state in which the engagement with the engaging member 52 is released to allow the container body 42 to be switched to the grass removal position. A locking device 53 made of a pair of possible left and right hook members is provided.
[0029]
The locking device 53 is returned and held in the locked state by the urging force of a spring 55 installed over the support member 54 extending forward from the front wall portion 41 and the locking device 53, and is provided in the boarding operation unit 50. In addition, the operation pedal 57 (see FIGS. 1 and 2), which is an example of the operation tool 57 linked to the lock tool 53 via the release wire 56, is depressed to lock against the bias of the spring 55. It can be switched to the release state.
[0030]
That is, at the time of mowing and collecting work, the lock tool 53 can be returned and held in the locked state by the urging of the spring 55, so that the backlash of the container body 42 with respect to the front wall portion 41 due to the traveling of the body can be prevented. In addition, it becomes possible to perform a suitable grass cutting and collecting work that can prevent generation of noise due to the rattling and leakage of the cut grass from the gap between the front wall portion 41 and the container main body 42, and to perform the grass collecting and discharging operation. At this time, the operation of the operation pedal 57 and the operation of the operation tool corresponding to each of the hydraulic cylinders 45 and 48 are performed, so that the lock tool 53 is switched from the locked state to the unlocked state, and the grass collecting container 32 is gathered. A series of operations such as raising from the position to the weeding position and switching the container body 42 from the collecting position to the weeding position at the weeding position can be easily performed while in the boarding operation unit 50. Furthermore, when the grass cutting and grassing work is performed again after the grass collecting and weeding work, by operating the operation tool corresponding to each hydraulic cylinder 45 and 48 and releasing the depression of the operation pedal 57, A series of operations such as switching the container body 42 from the grass removal position to the grass collection position, lowering the grass collection container 32 from the grass removal position to the grass collection position, and switching the lock tool 53 from the unlocked state to the locked state, It can be easily performed while in the boarding operation unit 50.
[0031]
In the locked state, the locking device 53 falls into the grass collection duct 31 in a state in which the communication port 40 is largely opened, and switches to a forward tilting posture that allows inflow of mowing grass from the communication port 40 into the grass collection container 32. In the unlocked state, a lid 58 is integrally provided that stands up in a state in which the communication port 40 is closed and switches to an upright posture that prevents leakage of mowing grass from the communication port 40. A concave portion 59 is formed that is recessed downward when the forward tilted posture is reached.
[0032]
With this configuration, when the grass cutting operation is performed with the grass collecting container 32 positioned at the grass collecting position, the lid 58 is switched to the forward tilted posture in accordance with the switching operation from the unlocked state to the locked state of the lock tool 53. Therefore, the mowing grass guided by the grass collection duct 31 smoothly flows into the grass collection container 32 from the communication port 40, and when the grass collection work is performed, the grass collection container 32 is collected. Since the lid 58 is switched to the standing posture in accordance with the switching operation from the locked state to the unlocked state of the locking device 53 at the stage where it is positioned at the grass position, the grass collection container 32 is discharged from the grass collection position. It is possible to avoid the occurrence of a problem that the grass cut in the grass collection container 32 leaks from the front communication port 40 during the raising operation to raise the position.
[0033]
In addition, the forward tilting posture of the lid 58 is a posture in which the lid 58 falls into the grass collection duct 31. When the mowing grass is wet, heavy, and easily attached, the grass is covered with the lid. 58, when grass clogging due to this adhesion accumulation occurs, the operation pedal 57 is depressed to switch the lid body 58 from the forward tilted position to the standing position. While being in the operation unit 50, the mowing grass deposited and deposited on the lid 58 can be fed into the grass collection container 32, and grass clogging can be easily eliminated.
[0034]
Furthermore, even if there is a problem that the cut grass flows out from the grass collecting container 32 to the grass collecting duct 31 during the grass cutting and collecting work, the outflowing cut grass can be received by the concave portion 59 of the lid 58, and the grass collecting discharge When the operation is performed, the operation of switching the position of the lid body 58 from the forward tilted position to the standing position allows the cut grass received by the recess 59 to be fed into the grass collection container 32 and leaks from the cut grass communication port 40. Therefore, it is possible to increase the amount of grass collected in the grass collection container 32, thereby improving the efficiency of grass collection work.
