Description

【0001】

In the case where the combustion cylinder is mounted, a concave portion is formed at the upper end of the fuel core so as to be lower than the flame tray portion at the highest rising ignition position, and is further opposed to the concave portion at the lowest extinguishing position of the fuel core. The core guide outer cylinder is provided with a vent hole that is normally closed during combustion and opened during fire extinguishing to supply cooling air to the recess, and this vent hole is located above the upper end position of the fuel core at the extinguishing position where the fuel core is at its lowest position. An upper hole provided and a lower hole provided at an approximately middle position between the upper end of the fuel core and the bottom surface of the recess are provided.
The upper hole and the lower hole of the vent hole are provided on substantially the same vertical line.
[0006]
As a result, the distance between the upper hole and the lower hole can be increased, and the upper hole can blow out the flame remaining at the time of fire extinguishing above the core recess, and the lower hole is a fuel oil filled in the core recess. By discharging the steam out of the core guide outer cylinder, the fire extinguishing time can be shortened together with further reliable fire extinguishing, and it can always be used with peace of mind.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, a discharge type ignition device for an oil burning appliance according to the present invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a core guide cylinder composed of a core guide inner cylinder 2 and a core guide outer cylinder 3. The core guide cylinder 1 is provided with a fuel core 4 which can be moved up and down inside, and further, an inner cylinder 6 and an intermediate cylinder 7 are provided at the upper end of the pan 5. An inner cylinder 6 and an intermediate cylinder 7 of a multi-cylinder combustion cylinder 9 comprising an outer cylinder 8 and an outer cylinder 8 are placed.
[0008]
Reference numeral 10 denotes a recess formed at the upper end of the fuel core 4, which is formed so as to be lower than the baking pan 5 even at the highest position that is the ignition position of the fuel core 4. The tip of the counter electrode plate 12 with one end fixed is located from the core guide outer cylinder 3 side.
[0009]
The counter electrode plate 12 is formed in an R shape as a whole along the outer periphery of the fuel core 4, and has a hook piece 13 and a bent piece 14 for fixing to the core stopper band 11 at the lower part and a fuel piece at the upper part. A counter electrode portion 15 that is bent from the outer peripheral direction of the core 4 into the recess 10 is formed.
[0010]
Reference numeral 16 denotes the highest position that is the ignition position of the fuel core 4, which is a window portion formed of an opening formed in the core guide outer cylinder 3 facing the recess 10, and the insulator portion 17 is fixed to the fixing bracket 18 through the window portion 16. The discharge electrode 19 fixed in step 1 is positioned so as to face the concave portion 10, and the counter electrode portion 15 of the counter electrode plate 12 approaches the fuel core 4 of the concave portion 10.
[0011]
Reference numeral 20 denotes a flange portion provided on the outer periphery of the flame tray portion 5 of the core guide outer cylinder 3, and forms a gap for air circulation between the lower end of the outer cylinder 8 of the combustion cylinder 9.
[0012]
Reference numeral 21 denotes four vent holes formed in the core guide outer cylinder 3 facing the recess 10 at the lowest extinguishing position of the fuel core 4. The core guide outer cylinder above the recess 10 above the upper end position of the fuel core 4. 3 and an upper hole 22 formed at a position approximately in the center of the vertical direction of the upper end of the fuel core 4 and the bottom surface of the recess 10, by providing a large distance between the upper hole 22 and the lower hole 23, The upper hole 22 is provided with a plurality of holes having a diameter of 1.3 mm in order to allow cooling air to flow in, and blows out the flame remaining during fire extinguishing. The lower hole 23 discharges the fuel vapor filled in the recess 4 of the fuel core 4 to the outside of the core guide outer cylinder 3 so that the fire extinguishing time can be shortened together with reliable fire extinguishing. Further, the lower hole 23 is provided on substantially the same vertical line as the upper hole 22, so that the fire extinguishing time can be shortened together with further reliable fire extinguishing. When the position of the upper hole 22 is too high, the action of blowing out the flame by the upper hole 22 is reduced. In this embodiment, the distance of the upper hole 22 from the upper end of the fuel core 4 is about 2 to 2. It is about 5 mm.
[0013]
24 is a leaf spring part in which the center of the counter electrode plate 12 is cut out in an inverted U shape leaving the lower end, and is bent slightly outwards with the lower end as a fulcrum to provide springiness. The spring guide is used to move up and down in close contact with the inner surface of the core guide outer cylinder 3 to block the vent hole 21 and prevent the inflow of air, and the vent hole 21 is opened at the lowest extinguishing position of the fuel core 4. As described above, air is caused to flow into the recess 10 to blow out the remaining flame, and the vapor of the filled fuel oil is discharged to the outside of the core guide outer cylinder 3.
[0014]
Reference numeral 25 denotes four locking claws formed on the inner surface of the counter electrode plate 12 on the side of the fuel core 4 and supports the embedded counter electrode plate 12 that is raised in a triangular shape and is hard to the fuel core 4. In this embodiment, two pairs in total of four vent holes 21 are formed in the upper and lower directions, but three pairs in total of six vent holes 21 may be formed in the upper and lower directions depending on the size of the recess 10. .
[0015]
Next, the operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
If the fuel core 4 is now raised and raised to the highest position, which is the ignition position, the recess 10 is positioned together with the counter electrode plate 12 in the window 16 from which the discharge electrode 19 projects.
[0016]
If an ignition switch (not shown) is pressed and the discharge electrode 19 is energized for a certain period of time, a discharge is performed from the discharge electrode 19 toward the counter electrode portion 15 of the counter electrode plate 12. Fire is applied to the fuel core 4 portion at the upper end of the recess 10, and this ignites around the entire periphery of the upper end of the fuel core 4.
[0017]
Next, a fire extinguishing operation is performed to lower the fuel core 4, and the flame at the upper end of the fuel core 4 is extinguished at the lowest fire extinguishing position. The cooling air inflow from the upper hole 22 of the vent hole 21 opened by the lowering of the leaf spring part 24 and the vapor of fuel oil filled in the recess 10 by the lower hole 23 are discharged out of the core guide outer cylinder 3. As a result, the residual fire in the recess 10 is blown out instantaneously, and the fire extinguishing time is shortened.
[0018]
Moreover, since the vent hole 21 during combustion is reliably closed by the leaf spring portion 24 of the counter electrode plate 12, it is not said that abnormal combustion occurs due to air inflow from the vent hole 21, and can be used with confidence at all times. It is possible.
[0019]
Therefore, when the oil burning appliance is extinguished, the distance between the upper hole 22 and the lower hole 23 can be set large, so that the fire extinguishing time can be shortened together with further reliable extinguishing and can always be used with peace of mind. Is.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to increase the distance between the upper hole and the lower hole at the time of extinguishing the fire of the oil burning appliance, so that the fire extinguishing time can be shortened together with further reliable fire extinguishing. It can be used with heart.
