【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、コンクリート建造物の天井スラブにその上端を埋設固定したアンカーボルト、吊りボルト、鉄筋、丸棒等の吊杆部材に固定して、天井裏等への配管を可能にした配管用支持具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、かかる配管用支持具にあっては、例えば実公平7ー17905号公報のものの様に、アンカーボルトの所定位置に固定される保持体と配管を支持する配管支持体よりなり、前記保持体は垂壁部の一面側に一対の係止片が対向配置されていて、該係止片には前記アンカーボルトのねじ部に係着する薄肉係合部を有する挿通孔が設けられ、かつ前記垂壁部の一面側には前記アンカーボルト挿通孔の薄肉係合部を前記アンカーボルトのねじ部側に付勢押圧する板バネが形成されていると共に、前記配管支持体は、前記保持体の垂壁部の他面側に設けられていて、その一端が前記保持体に対して回動自在に枢着されており、かつ他端は片持梁状に弾性を有していて前記保持体に対して開閉自在に係着される様に構成されたものが見受けられる。
そして、配管支持体を保持体から外した状態で配管用支持具をアンカーボルトに固定すると共に、かかる配管支持体上に一旦配管を載置した後、各配管用支持具の配管支持体を保持体にセットして、配管を設置する様にしていた。

本発明は、上記従来技術に基づく、配管作業が面倒となる課題に鑑み、垂壁部に対向配置された一対の係止片に吊杆部材の挿通孔を設けて、吊杆部材の所定位置に固定される保持体と、配管を支持する配管支持体の下端側を垂壁部に固設した配管用支持具において、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。

具体的には、長部材28b の上端側に矩形孔24を貫設することで、長部材28b の上端部に枢軸部23が形成され、他方枢軸部23が遊貫する筒状部25を蓋板30の基端部の中央に設ける、即ち配管支持体28及び蓋板30の回動部分に遊びを持たせて装着することで、配管支持体28に対し蓋板30が上下左右揺動方向に揺動自在と成っている。
尚、筒状部25にあっては、蓋板30の基端部の中央より連続形成された帯状突部を筒状に曲げると共に矩形孔24に挿通させている。
又、蓋板30の先端に形成された掛止部31の先端を上方に屈曲して抜止体32を形成している。
他方、保持体1の垂壁部3の上部にして一側方寄りに設けた窓部26の他側方の上部に掛止部31の嵌合スリット27が形成されている。
そして、側方に揺動させた蓋板30の掛止部31を窓部26の下方部位に差し込んだ後、掛止部31を上動させると共に、他側方に動かして、掛止部31を嵌合スリット27内に嵌め込んで、蓋板30の先端を保持体1の垂壁部3に係着する様に成っている。
又、配管支持体28の両側部より斜め外方に補強リブ33、33a を一体突設し、該補強リブ33、33a により配管支持体28が、配管の重みで湾曲変形しない様にしている。
又、蓋板30の基端側にして筒状部25の両側部に、配管支持体28の上端部を押圧するための押圧突片34、34a を下方突設している。

次に本発明に係る配管用支持具の作用について説明する。
