【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、口紅などの油性化粧料に関するものであり、更に詳しくは、顔料分散性が良好で、かつ使用感及び仕上がりに優れると共に、経時で色移りし難く、化粧持ちに優れた油性化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、口紅,アイシャドウ,アイライナー及び油性ファンデーション等の油性化粧料は、肌に塗布後、衣類や食器に付着したり、化粧持ちが悪く、にじみが生じる等の欠点を有していた。

かかる欠点を解消すべく、従来より種々の検討がなされてきた。例えば、塗布後液状の油剤が揮散し、塗布面に色材及びワックス成分のみを残させて化粧持ちを改善させるべく揮発性油剤を配合する試み、揮発性油剤に高分子の皮膜形成剤を溶解させて配合し、これを塗布,乾燥することにより皮膚表面に高分子皮膜を形成させ、化粧持ちを改善する試みなどが行われてきた。

しかしながら、これらの方法では揮発性油剤を多量に配合する必要があり、経時での乾燥感や艶の低下、あるいは衣類や食器に付着しやすい、等の欠点があり、特に口紅において問題となっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明においては、上記のような問題点を解決し、顔料分散性が良好で、かつ使用感及び仕上がりに優れると共に、経時で色移りし難く、化粧持ちに優れた油性化粧料を提供することを目的とした。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するにあたり、種々検討を行ったところ、油性化粧料において、下記の[1]〜[3](式中Rは、メチル基又はフェニル基、R’は水素又は炭素数1〜12のアルキル基、pは1〜5の整数、qは2又は3の整数、x,m,nは平均数でポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンが1分子中にポリオキシアルキレン基を5〜40重量%含有し、かつ該ポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンの分子量が2000以上になるような数値を表す)で示されるポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサン、及び下記の[4](式中R1及びR2は、メチル基若しくは下記の[5]で表される基を示し、該基を1分子中に1〜100含有し、yは1〜50,000の整数を表す)で示されるピロリドンカルボン酸変性オルガノポリシロキサンから選択される1種又は2種と、炭素数が12〜24の脂肪酸とジペンタエリスリトールとのエステルを併用して油性化粧料に配合することにより、上記課題が解決できることを見いだし、本発明を完成するに至った。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を説明する。

本発明において用いるポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンは、下記の[1]〜[3](式中Rは、メチル基又は一部がフェニル基、R’は水素又は炭素数1〜12のアルキル基、pは1〜5の整数、qは2又は3の整数、x,m,nは平均数でポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンが1分子中にポリオキシアルキレン基を5〜40重量%含有し、かつ該ポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンの分子量が2000以上になるような数値を表す)で示されるものを使用する。

かかるピロリドンカルボン酸変性オルガノポリシロキサンとしては、特に限定されないが、Mona社製のMonasil PCAを用いることが好ましい。

ポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサン及びピロリドンカルボン酸変性オルガノポリシロキサンから選択される1種又は2種の配合量は、色材の配合量、形態などによって変化するが、油性化粧料全量に対して、0.1〜10重量%配合することが好適である。

本発明においては、ポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサン及びピロリドンカルボン酸変性オルガノポリシロキサンから選択される1種又は2種と、炭素数が12〜24の脂肪酸とジペンタエリスリトールとのエステルを併用して用いるが、ポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンとピロリドンカルボン酸変性オルガノポリシロキサンと炭素数が12〜24の脂肪酸とジペンタエリスリトールとのエステルを併用して用いることにより、衣類や食器に付着し難くする効果を良好に発揮することができる。

本発明において用いる炭素数が12〜24の脂肪酸とジペンタエリスリトールとのエステルとしては、特に限定されないが、12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸,イソステアリン酸,ロジン酸,オレイン酸,アラキドン酸,ミリスチン酸,ラウリン酸から選択される1種又は2種以上の脂肪酸と、ジペンタエリスリトールのエステルが好ましく用いられる。例えば、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸エステル、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸/ステアリン酸/ロジン酸)エステル、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ(12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸/イソステアリン酸)エステル、ジペンタエリスリトールテトラ(ヒドロキシステアリン酸/イソステアリン酸)エステルから選択される1種又は2種以上を選択して用いることにより、化粧持ちが良好であるにも関わらず、塗布時の艶が良好な油性化粧料を得ることができる。かかる炭素数が12〜24の脂肪酸とジペンタエリスリトールとのエステルの配合量は、油性化粧料全量に対し1〜20重量%が好ましい。

本発明の油性化粧料においては、本発明の目的を損なわない質的及び量的範囲内で、上記成分以外で、油性成分、粉体成分、香料、界面活性剤、酸化防止剤、防腐剤、薬剤、保湿剤、増粘剤、美容成分、水などを配合することができる。本発明の油性化粧料に配合される、油性成分としては、例えば、流動パラフィン、スクワラン、ワセリン、ポリイソブチレン、ポリブテン等の炭化水素類、オレンジラフィー油、ミンク油等の油脂類、ミツロウ、ゲイロウ等のロウ類、ジイソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル、ロジン酸ペンタエリトリットエステル、ジオクタン酸ネオペンチルグリコール、コレスレロール脂肪酸エステル等のエステル類、ステアリン酸、ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、ベヘニン酸、イソステアリン酸、オレイン酸、12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸等の脂肪酸類、ステアリルアルコール、セチルアルコール、ラウリルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、イソステアリルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコール等の高級アルコール類、低重合度ジメチルポリシロキサン、高重合度ジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、アルコキシ変性ポリシロキサン、架橋型オルガノポリシロキサン、フッ素変性ポリシロキサン等のシリコーン類、パーフルオロデカン、パーフルオロオクタン、パーフルオロポリエーテル等のフッ素系油剤類、ラノリン、酢酸ラノリン、ラノリン脂肪酸イソプロピル、ラノリンアルコール等のラノリン誘導体、デキストリン脂肪酸エステル、蔗糖脂肪酸エステル、デンプン脂肪酸エステル、12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸アルミニウム、ステアリン酸カルシウム等の油性ゲル化剤類等が挙げられる。

本発明の油性化粧料は、通常の方法に従って製造することができ、口紅、リップグロス、リップフィクサー、リップクリーム、リップライナー、ファンデーション、アイカラー、頬紅、コンシーラー、ヘアワックスなどの油性化粧料に応用することができる。この中でも、特に口紅、リップグロス、リップフィクサー、リップクリーム、リップライナー等の口唇用化粧料に用いた場合、効果が顕著に発現するため望ましい。

[実施例1] 油性口紅
注:ポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンとしては、信越化学社製シリコーンKSG−21を、ピロリドンカルボン酸変性オルガノポリシロキサンとしては、MONA社製の商品名MONASIL PCAを用いた。
製法:(1)〜(10)の油相成分を80℃に加熱し、混合,溶解,均一化する。(11)〜(17)の成分を添加し、混合後、ローラー処理を行う。再度75℃に加熱し、(18)の成分を添加して混合した後、型に充填して冷却し、容器に装填してフレーミング処理を行う。

[実施例2] 油性口紅
注:ポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンとしては、信越化学社製シリコーンKF−351Aを用いた。
製法:(1)〜(3)を(9)の一部に加えローラーで処理する(顔料相)。(4)を(9)の一部に溶解する(染料相)。他の成分を混合し、加熱融解した後、顔料相,染料相を加え、ディスパーで均一に分散する。分散後、型に流し込み急冷し、スティック状とする。

注:ピロリドンカルボン酸変性オルガノポリシロキサンとしては、MONA社製の商品名MONASIL PCAを用いた。
製法:(1)〜(9)を混合し、85℃に加熱して溶解する。これにあらかじめ混合粉砕した(10)〜(16)を撹拌しながら添加し、コロイドミルで磨砕分散する。脱気後70℃で容器に流し込んで冷却する。
