Description

【0001】

[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the oil flushing package device of the rotary machine bearing lubricating oil piping system of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing a use state of the apparatus, in which a window lid (not shown) of the upper lid 2b is removed, and an inlet hose 10 and an outlet hose 11 are inserted through the window 2c. 2 is a perspective explanatory view of the bearing stand 2 from which the upper lid 2b in FIG. 1 is removed and the inlet hose 10 and outlet hose 11 of the apparatus connected thereto, and FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a rotating machine bearing lubricating oil piping system having the apparatus. It is oil flushing explanatory drawing.
As shown in FIG. 3, as an example, both ends of the rotating shaft 12 of the turbine 13 are supported by bearings 3. The bearing 3 is housed in a bearing stand 2, and the lubricating oil circulates between the bearing 3 and the oil tank 1 through an oil pipe 4. That is, a pump 5, an oil cooler 19, and a switching valve 20 are provided in the oil tank 1, and the oil 16 in the oil tank 1 is supplied to the bearing 3 via the supply side pipe 4a. The supplied oil 16 passes through the bearing 3 and is stored in the oil reservoir 2a, and is returned to the oil tank 1 through the return pipe 4b by its own weight.
[0006]
At the beginning of laying such an oil pipe 4 on the bearing 3, it is necessary to circulate cleaning oil through the oil pipe 4 to remove various kinds of dust inside. Therefore, an oil flushing device 18 is connected to the lubricating oil piping system of the oil tank 1. Then, the upper half of the bearing 3 is removed, and the package device 22 of the present invention is connected to each bearing 3. As shown in FIG. 1, the package device 22 has a flow meter 7 and a strainer 9 connected in series in an apparatus body 6 made of a frame, and manual valves 8 are arranged on the upstream side and the downstream side of the strainer 9. In this example, a pair of flow meters 7 and a strainer 9 are provided. An inlet hose 10 is connected to the flow meter 7 side by a flange, and an outlet hose 11 is connected to the outlet side of the strainer 9 by a flange. And the edge part of the inlet hose 10 is connected to the oil circulation hole of the bearing 3 as shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2. An inner screw is formed in the circulation hole, and a metal fitting is screwed into the inner hole, and the inlet hose 10 is connected to the fitting through a flange. The tip of the outlet hose 11 is inserted into the oil reservoir 2 a of the bearing stand 2. The bearing base 2 of the bearing 3 has a supply side pipe 4 a connected thereto and a return pipe 4 b connected to the oil reservoir 2 a of the bearing base 2.
The oil flushing device 18 is provided with an oil flushing pump 5a and a plurality of filters 17, and the upstream side of the oil flushing pump 5a communicates with the oil tank 1.
[0007]
Thus, by driving the oil flushing pump 5a, the oil 16 in the oil tank 1 is supplied to the lubricating oil piping system via the filter 17, and is guided to the bearing 3 via the supply side piping 4a. The oil that has reached the bearing 3 is measured by the flow meter 7 through the inlet hose 10 and the flow rate is controlled by the manual valve 8 so that the amount of flushing oil in each bearing can be ensured appropriately. The dust in the flushing oil is removed by the strainer 9 and returned from the outlet hose 11 into the oil reservoir 2a of the bearing stand 2. The oil returned to the oil reservoir 2a is returned to the oil tank 1 through the return pipe 4b and circulated. Accordingly, during this time, the dust in the pipe is efficiently removed by the filter 17 of the oil flushing device 18 and the strainer 9 of this device.
Note that the upper end of the apparatus main body 6 of the present apparatus is positioned above the upper end of the manual valve 8, and a hanging eye bolt 23 is detachably screwed onto the upper surface. Then, by removing the eyebolt 23 of the apparatus main body 6, it becomes possible to stack other package devices and the like on the apparatus main body 6, which is provided for transportation and storage.
Further, the strainer 9 can easily attach and detach a foreign matter removing mesh (not shown) by removing the upper lid.
[0008]
[Operation and effect of the invention]
The package device for oil flushing of the rotating machine bearing lubricating oil piping system of the present invention is formed in a box shape in which the upper end of the frame constituting the portable device main body is opened, and the height within the frame is equal to or lower than the upper end of the frame. A flow meter 7, a manual valve, and a strainer 9 are connected to each other, and a hanging eyebolt is detachably attached to the upper end of the frame. And by removing the eyebolts for suspending, other devices etc. can be formed on the upper surface of the frame so that they can be stacked. By doing in this way, it has the effect that transportation and storage of a portable packaging apparatus become easy.
One end of the inlet hose 10 and the outlet hose 11 is connected to the package device, and the other end of the inlet hose 10 is detachably connected to the bearing from which the upper half is removed. At the same time, since the other end of the outlet hose 11 is configured to be guided to the oil reservoir 2a of the pedestal 2, a lubricating oil piping system various rotary machine bearing using the present device when the oil flushing generically Can do. In addition, since only the inlet hose 10 and the outlet hose 11 are connected on the bearing side, oil flushing can be performed appropriately and easily.
