Description

【0001】

When the second operating rod 2b is folded with respect to the first operating rod 2a, the holding means 4 holds the folded state. The holding means 4 is a rectangular annular body that is substantially close to the outer shape of the first operating rod 2a. In order to hold the second operating rod 2b in a folded state with respect to the first operating rod 2a, the holding means 4 is One operation rod 2a is fitted into the outer periphery (see FIG. 3).
[0017]
On the other hand, when the second operating rod 2b is unfolded with respect to the first operating rod 2a, the holding means 4 is fixed to the second operating rod 2b in the first operating rod 2a as shown in FIG. The second operating rod 2b is pressed by the pressing screw 5 screwed into the inner surface from the outer surface of the first operating rod 2a provided in the vicinity of the shaft stop position of the second operating rod 2b in a state of being fitted in the vicinity of P. The second operating rod 2b is held with respect to the first operating rod 2a so as not to drop the holding means 4.
A wing bolt is used for the pressing screw 5 so as to be easy to operate, and is screwed through a reinforcing member 6 provided on the outer surface of the first operating rod 2a, so that the shaft of the pressing screw 5 is attached to the inner surface of the first operating rod 2a. The tip of 5a has entered (refer to FIG. 5). The tip of the shaft 5a can be caulked to prevent it from coming off.
[0018]
The lock release tool 3 on the distal end side of the second operating rod 2b is made of a hollow pipe material having a predetermined length and is welded to the second operating rod 2b at an obtuse angle of about 120 degrees (FIG. 3). reference). In this case, the inner diameter of the unlocking tool 3 is set so as to be able to be fitted in correspondence with a connecting means for connecting a handrail frame to be described later.
Further, a portable hook rod 7 projects from the middle of the unlocking tool 3. The hook rod 7 is configured using an appropriate shaft member, and is bent from the middle to the tip so as to be substantially parallel to the second operating rod 2b. As a result, the hook rod 7 can be easily hooked on a waist belt or the like of work clothes, thereby providing portability to the disassembly jig 1 (see FIG. 6).
[0019]
Further, the first operation rod 2a of the operation rods 2 is provided with a connection ring 8 for connecting a fall prevention rope L provided on a waist belt or the like of work clothes.
[0020]
Here, the scaffold F by temporary material is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 7, the scaffold F is constructed by assembling a plurality of rows and a plurality of stages around the construction structure by a building frame A, a cloth frame B, a triangular frame C, and the like, and further, for preventing falling. A handrail frame D is provided. The handrail frame D is attached to the building frame A by the connecting means 9 (see FIG. 8).
[0021]
The connecting means 9 is configured by providing, on a projecting portion 10 projecting from the building frame A, a lock member 11 urged to the side projecting by a spring member. By inserting the protrusions 10 into the locking holes h of the support 12 provided at the four corners of the handrail frame D, the lock member 11 is protruded in the radial direction of the protrusion 10, and the handrail frame D is The holder 12 is held so as not to drop off.
[0022]
The lock member 11 of the protrusion 10 in the connecting means 9 is fitted into the inner surface of the unlocking tool 3 from the opening end of the unlocking tool 3 to displace the unlocking tool 3. The lock is released by pushing the lock member 11 into the protrusion 10 against the spring force by the inner wall, and the holder 12 provided at the four corners of the handrail frame D is detached from the protrusion 10. It is the structure which removes.
[0023]
The temporary material disassembly jig 1 according to the present invention is configured as described above. Next, the disassembly procedure of the scaffold F and the handrail frame D by the temporary material disassembly jig 1 will be described.
The civil engineering work, building work, repair work, etc. will be completed, and temporary materials used in the construction structure will be removed in order from the top. For that purpose, the worker goes up to the top through the scaffold F and removes the building frame A, the cloth frame B, and the triangular frame C one by one. At this time, the operator can carry the disassembly jig 1 by hooking the hook rod 7 provided on the lock release tool 3 at the tip of the second operating rod 2b on the waist belt or the like of the work clothes. Further, if the fall prevention rope L provided on the waist belt of the work clothes is connected to the connection ring 8 of the first operating rod 2a, the dismantling jig 1 is not dropped (see FIG. 6).
[0024]
First, the worker arrives at the uppermost scaffold F to be removed, rides on the cloth frame B at that position, removes the triangular frame C together with the building frame A constituting the uppermost scaffold F, and then removes the uppermost scaffold. The cloth frame B is removed at a position one step below F.
Next, the uppermost handrail frame D is removed, but the lock members 11 of the projections 10 of the connecting means 9 in both the receivers 12 on the lower side of the handrail frame D are pushed in and removed so that they are not locked again. The lower side of the frame D is pulled apart (see FIGS. 7 and 9).
[0025]
Next, take the dismantling jig 1 in the folded state hooked on the waist belt, and the unlocking tool 3 at the tip of the second operating rod 2b reaches the connecting means 9 in the receiving tool 12 on the upper side of the handrail frame D. Please check.
As soon as the unlocking tool 3 reaches the connecting means 9 in the receiving tool 12 on the upper side of the handrail frame D, the unlocking tool 3 is fitted to the protrusion 10 of the connecting means 9 and the lock member 11 at the opening end of the unlocking tool 3. Start the release operation.
[0026]
Further, when the unlocking tool 3 does not reach the connecting means 9 in the receiving tool 12 on the upper side of the handrail frame D, the length of the operation rod 2 of the dismantling jig 1 in the folded state is changed. That is, the holding means 4 that holds the second operating rod 2b in a folded state with respect to the first operating rod 2a is pulled out from the outer periphery of the first operating rod 2a (see FIG. 3), and the second operating rod 2b is moved to the first operation. It expand | deploys with respect to the ridge 2a (refer FIG. 4).
Next, the holding means 4 is fitted in the vicinity of the shaft stop position of the second operation rod 2b in the first operation rod 2a, and the second screw is provided by the press screw 5 provided in the vicinity of the shaft stop portion of the second operation rod 2b. The operating rod 2b is pressed to prevent the holding means 4 from falling off, and the second operating rod 2b is held in the developed state with respect to the first operating rod 2a (see FIG. 5). By doing in this way, the 1st operation rod 2a and the 2nd operation rod 2b are fixed without wobbling like a single rod.
[0027]
The release operation can be performed by adjusting the length of the operation rod 2 as described above. The lock release tool 3 is unlocked by pushing the grip portion side of the operating rod 2 toward the building frame A in a state where the protrusion 10 of the connecting means 9 and the lock member 11 are fitted into the opening end of the lock release tool 3. The locking member of the connecting means 9 is pushed against the spring force by the inner wall of the tool 3, whereby the locking action of the connecting means 9 can be released, and the handrail frame D can be removed from the building frame A ( (See FIGS. 10, 11, and 12).
Then, if the other connecting means 9 is similarly removed by the disassembly jig 1, disassembly of the handrail frame D is completed.
In this way, the dismantling work of the handrail frame D can be performed in a state where the handrail frame D is put on the cloth frame B one step below the scaffold F to be removed sequentially from the upper side of the scaffold F. Since the work can be performed in a state surrounded by the lower handrail frame D, there is no risk of falling.
In addition, since the said dismantling jig | tool 1 is comprised with light metals, such as aluminum, the burden with respect to an upper arm is eased and the operation | work over a long time is attained.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
