Description
【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a ventilation opening for a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The existing ventilation openings for buildings are installed in the outer wall through-holes that penetrate from the inside of the building to the outside, but in the ventilation openings where the damper senses the hot hot air and the ventilation opening closes in the event of a fire, once the damper is closed operation dynamic Then, for it to re-open the damper for the next use has been a very difficult structure, all vents had no replacement.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, the present invention provides a ventilation port having a structure in which the structure of a conventional ventilation port having the above-described drawbacks is improved and the opening of the ventilation port portion can be easily arranged by a damper for subsequent use. It is for the purpose.
[0004]
In addition, the invention and the device having the same purpose exist in the past, but in view of the drawback in the means for detecting hot air more quickly and reliably, the object is to eliminate this drawback.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is provided with a damper attached to the base end of a left and right semicircular plate that can be opened and closed to a support shaft built on the inner side of a bent portion formed at the inner periphery of the opening of the mounting cylinder, A heat-sensitive material that is held in an open state is installed at the center of the outer peripheral edge of each of the semicircular plates, and this heat-sensitive material bends one side portion of the horizontal portion of one heat-sensitive plate into a U shape and is spaced from the bent end portion. Two claw portions are projected, and the horizontal portion of the other L-shaped auxiliary heat sensitive plate projecting the claw portion opposed to the claw portion is soldered between the horizontal portion end portions of the heat sensitive plate. And the claw portion of the heat sensitive plate and the claw portion of the sub heat sensitive plate are held in point contact with the center of the outer edge of the left and right semicircular plates of the damper, respectively, and outside the horizontal portion of the sub heat sensitive plate The surface portion is formed by soldering .
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hot hot air from now indoor, the heat-sensitive material of the mounting cylinder body portion of the vent that opens to the outer wall surface to reach 72 ° C. of the reference and sensing, solder portion subjected to the outside surface of the auxiliary heat sensitive plates are first dissolved Begin. Then, both the sub-heat plate and the heat-sensitive plate detect and heat the abnormal hot air, so that the soldered part between the sub-heat plate and the heat-sensitive plate bonded together can not maintain the adhesive force and dissolve. To scatter. As a result, the restraining and holding of the damper on the left and right semicircular plates by the respective claw portions opposed to the left and right are lost, so that both semicircular plates are instantaneously opened around the support shafts to open the inner surface of the mounting cylinder. It comes into contact with the bent part of the part and completely closes the opening. This prevents leakage of high-temperature hot air to the outside .
[0007]
Since the heat-sensitive material comprising the heat-sensitive plate and the sub-heat-sensitive plate that restrains and holds the two semicircular plates of the damper together can no longer be used, the new heat-sensitive plate and the sub-heat-sensitive plate are used.
[0008]
That is, the worker loosens the screw that can be seen at the center of the lower end of the ventilation plate inside the hood that is on the outer wall surface outside the building. Then, since the central portion of the upper end portion of the peripheral flange portion of the mounting cylinder is removed from the latch piece at the center of the upper end portion of the ventilation plate, the ventilation plate provided with the hood body can be removed.
[0009]
Thus, with the inside of the mounting cylinder completely visible from the outside, the operator puts the semicircular plates of the damper in the closed state inside the mounting cylinder back to the parallel state again, and matches both the semicircular plates. At the center of the outer edge, the four opposite left and right claws of the new heat-sensitive plates are in contact with each other and restrained and attached.
[0010]
After installation, the center of the upper end of the bent portion provided on the peripheral flange of the mounting cylinder is again hooked to the hook at the center of the upper end of the vent plate having the hood body, and the through hole in the center of the lower end of the vent plate If the screw is screwed together with the through hole at the center of the lower end of the peripheral flange of the inner mounting cylinder , the replacement operation is completed.
[0011]
【Example】
Reference numeral 1 denotes a mounting cylinder having openings 2 on both the inner and outer surfaces and a flange 3 formed around the outer surface opening, and this mounting cylinder is installed in a through hole provided at a suitable position on the outer wall surface of the building.
[0012]
A bent portion 3 ′ is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the peripheral flange 3 in the inner direction.
[0013]
4 is a damper installed inside the opening 2 of the mounting cylinder 1, and this damper attaches the machine 6 to the support shaft 5 installed on the inner side of the bent portion 21 formed at the periphery of the inner opening of the opening. and attaching the proximal end of the two semi-circular plates 7,7 made to be opened and closed through.
[0014]
Reference numeral 8 denotes one heat-sensitive plate constituting the heat-sensitive material. This heat-sensitive plate made of copper bends one side portion of the horizontal portion into a U-shape and has two claw portions 9 and 9 with a space between the bent end portions. Project. Further, the horizontal portion of the other L-shaped copper sub heat sensitive plate 8 ′ provided with the claw portions 9 ′ and 9 ′ opposite to the claw portions is soldered between the horizontal portion end portions of the heat sensitive plate 8. The soldering part 10 ' is also applied to the outer side surface part of the horizontal part of the auxiliary heat sensitive plate 8 ' .
[0015]
Under normal conditions, the heat-sensitive material comprising the heat- sensitive plate 8 and the sub-heat-sensitive plate 8 ′ has four claw portions 9, 9 and claw portions 9 ′ , 9 ′ at the opposite ends, and both semicircular plates 7 of the damper 4. , 7 in contact with the center of the outer peripheral edge portion to suppress this. As a result, the claw portions of the two heat-sensitive plates that suppress both the semicircular plate surfaces of the damper come into contact with each other with a minimum number of points. Therefore, when the heat sensitive material receives the hot air, the heat sensitive material receives 100% of the heat sensitivity. Therefore, first, the solder portion 10 ′ applied to the outer surface portion of the horizontal portion of the auxiliary heat sensitive plate has a predetermined hot air temperature. Then, the soldering part 10 starts to melt and is transmitted to the sub heat sensitive plate 8 ′ and the heat sensitive plate 8, and eventually the soldering part 10, which is the bonding part between the two heat sensitive plates, is melted.
[0016]
Reference numeral 11 denotes a through hole provided in the center of the lower end of the peripheral flange 3 of the mounting cylinder 1, and this through hole serves as an insertion hole for a screw 17 described later.

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, among the heat sensitive materials, the solder portion applied to the outer side surface portion of the horizontal portion of the auxiliary heat sensitive plate first senses and dissolves hot air, and can quickly exhibit the action as the heat sensitive material. The effect that can be done is great.
[0023]
Further, in the present invention, the dampers are stably held open by the tips of the four claw portions in the left and right directions facing the two heat sensitive plates being in point contact with both semicircular plate surfaces of the damper. In addition, the temperature of both semicircular plates that are always held is hardly transmitted to the heat-sensitive material side, so the heat-sensitive material itself exhibits its heat-sensitive transfer function sufficiently when an abnormality occurs due to hot air. Will be able to.
[0024]
The soldering part of the outer side of the auxiliary heat sensitive plate is first melted and the damper is activated to maintain the closed state. After the end of its role, replacement work for only the two heat sensitive plates is necessary to play the role of the damper again. Since it can be easily performed by operating the screw, the management cost of the ventilation port is extremely low.
